It took 3. Months to install a new engine. Took it out of there and it was a danger to drive my truck. Took it to a local shop and they found a lot of stuff loose. I could DIE. WORST DEALER EVER.

I went in to purchase a journey at the beginning of the year. Originally that's not what I wanted but fine ended up purchasing it and everything was going fine until we went to pick it up they refused to give me the mats staying that model didn't come w them. I contacted the 1800 # to order from them and guess what? They were supposed to have given them to me. They contacted the salesman and I went back to pick them up. A total turn off because I wasn't asking for anything free or extra just simply what I needed. The facility and finance though were great.

They are friendly only when they sell you the car, but after that they don't care about your issues. I bought a Jeep Wrangler at this dealership and it has been a nightmare. First of all, I don't blame them for the defect my truck has (roof leak), but every time I take it in they give me the run around. When I take it in no one wants to check me in. They are just plain rude and show no eagerness of solving my issue. Once they even told me that the manager assigned to my case was out on an emergency and it turns out that while I was waiting for my ride he arrived to the shop. I wait days for them to answer one of my calls plus they refuse to give me a rental. They try to cover their back's by saying that it is stated that the Wrangler may leak occasionally, but it leaks every time it rains. They say that they are an independent business from Dodge and that they are not required to give me one, even though I bought it there.

1.0 star rating 5/20/2015 In my opinion, Laredo Dodge Chrysler Jeep does not commit to "providing excellent customer service" as they claim. I purchased a new vehicle from them that had hidden damage to one of the tire rims. After, I discovered the damage(that was hidden by spray paint), I contacted them immediately(the day after purchase) and provided pictures. After several unanswered emails and voicemails to the salesperson and general manager, I finally received a call from the salesperson and was told "it's your problem." I was never offered any assistance to resolve this issue. I expected more from a dealership that claims to satisfy the customer with excellent customer service. As of today, I still haven't received a response from anyone from Laredo Dodge with a care or concern about this issue.

I have had my 2014 dodge journey crossroad for 8 months. Just recently, my navigation system is not receiving a signal and not displaying the street names. Made a service appt. Yesterday for today, 04/01/2015. Went in and service employee made the assumption that it needs a system upgrade without checking(diagnosing) and that I would have to pay $900.00???

Have NO complaints about the sales department. Sales staff is very friendly! Our complaint is with the Service Department. Noticed some things with the car a mth after purchase. Drove the car there & was told they couldnt look at the car without an appointment. So we make an appointment then & there & was scheduled for a month later in August. So my car wouldnt even be looked at, even if it had broken down until my appointment date. After waiting a month & was told the following day that the parts inspected were needed to be ordered. It's been 4 months & still NO parts, NO call from the Service Department. So I call to talk to the Service Department manager & spoke to the receptionist who transferred me to him. The line was picked up by another service worker. When I told him I was on hold to speak to the supervisor I was transferred. NO ANSWER!! I got his voicemail. I spoke to 2 different people & neither told me he wasnt there. Not even his service worker! So I leave a message on his voicemail & 2 days later I still havent had my call returned. I'll never buy another vehicle from there again unless the change the Service Department's way of operating.

Manuel Palacios III he is an excellent salesman, he has gone above and beyond! He answered all questions with great ease and providing he is an amazing salesman knowledgeable in all things just like the company would expect of all it's employees. He took time to explain all the paperwork always quick to answer any questions or concerns in the purchase of the vehicle. I will definitely work with him again.

The service dept at Laredo Dodge is terrible.The Service Manager Robert is very rude,obnoxious and not a people person.He does not give customer service.I will not ever again buy a vehicle there,nor will I ever spend another dime at that store.I do not recommend that anyone go there for service.Stay away as far as you can from that dealership.Go out of town where you are treated right and with respect.

The service department is a joke..we have to wait a month for service, the manager in service never called us back, never picked up the phone, and wasn't even there when we showed up. even the service guy helping us agreed he was never there. my car had a recall and when I took it in they didn't even have the part. I don't recommend this place to anyone
