I have to say that this was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Michael May talked with me on the phone when I was just inquiring about a certain type of truck I was looking for. After talking with him on the phone I drove to the dealership to look and Michael assisted me. I had a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships but not here. No pressure at all, no hassling over the price. I got a great deal on the truck I purchased and a great trade in value on the truck I already had. I left with a smile on my face in a truck that I wanted and I didn’t have to settle for anything less. You guys are awesome!! My first contact was Caroline, who immediately began the search for the vehicle we needed. She contacted me within 30 minutes with several options. Robert Jones showed us the 2011 Mazda we eventually purchased and led us through the purchase. Barrett made us a great deal. We are enjoying our Mazda CX-7! I didn't expect to ever buy from this dealer because there are so many other (larger) dealers within an hour's drive of Amory. But I found exactly the kind of auto I was looking for on their website - I had a trade-in - and struck a deal pretty soon after that. They gave me a offer on the trade-in so I knew they wanted to deal. Sale pros are very courteous, helpful, and available to help. Much thanks to LCC for making the deal happen and for keeping up their end of the deal all the way through to the end. Try this place out - good people, nice cars and great deals.
