Bought a 2013 Ford Focus,, Dec 2012' by Aug 2013, truble with trasmission, went to service, did not stay fixed had to take it in three more times, I kept getting letters from lawyers, about faulty trasmissions and clutchs. Jason from the dealership must have called us half dozen times wanting to know if we wanted to trade the Focus in and get into a new car. I finally discovered Ford had prolblems with 2011 -2013 Focus, lots of people who bought these year cars were having problems. Finally I did not want to own a defective car and be responsible for repairs after the warrenty was up. Went in to Gewke Ford, test drove Fusion, salesman said no problems, Ford has special deals for people withe the defective Fords, i also would get employee pricing, jason the employee who had called us said we will take care of you, no problem. Then we met Art sales manager, in short no employee pricing, no Ford special assisstanec for Focus, basically they wanted me to have a 7-9 year loan, i had paid on my Focus for 3 years, Art gave me the same special anyone who walked on to the lot There was no special assistance basically Arts deal was take it or leave it, we made the sale in 2012, dont let the door hit you. I did not want to involve lawyers, but I should not be stuck with a lemon. Customer service called me the next day asking why I did not buy a car, I left a message, have not heard from Geweke again

I hate buying a car because sales people are so pushy, but Nick was different.A few months before I bought my car, I stopped by Kia to see what the Sorento was like.I did a little research and already knew what I wanted. Nick was very helpful with providing me information and gave me a pamphlet to take home. A few months later I went back in and decided to actually purchase the car. Nick was very helpful in helping me decide which Sorento worked best for me and even helped me set up all the new features in my new car before I went home. Awesome Job Nick!I really appreciate it.

Yes it is easy to be nice when everything is going well, but when a snafu occurred after we pulled off the lot and they called to explain the issue and possible solutions things got dicey. I offered them a simple solution that would make me happy and they agreed, but when I showed up to re-sign the new contract it was not what we had discussed.I called and offered them the chance to make it right, they decided to begin lying and claim they never agreed to the planned change, yet they re-wrote the contract with everything included but the correct numbers.I was prepared to bring the car back and they decided to strong arm me and claim the stipulations that could not be met, where never part of the original contract, yet they re-wrote the contract.All that dishonesty over a couple hundred dollars on a $25,000 vehicle, and they claimed they are barely making ends meet, maybe we should all stop shopping their lot since they may go under and will not be around to honor their contractsIronically a word they dont know much about.If I wasn't so busy and did not want to disappoint my daughter I would have certainly had them taking that vehicle back.One thing I cannot stand are liars, go see the other people on the other side of town, I bought vehicles there and never had a bad experience, even during a tough negotiation.This operation lacks honesty and backbone, I will never visit their lot again and I will be telling everyone I know to stay clear of that pathetic excuse for a business.

Detailing needs improvement. I complained once and they cleaned it again. Still unsatisfactory. There was dirt on the steering wheel and dash. I got home and was able to remove it with my finger. Not sure what they used but it didn't take a lot of effort to clean it. I would like it to be thoroughly cleaned as it should be prior to purchase.

I just went to look at the truck and drove it home. Bill Weeks was great. I felt like I was talking with a friend not a high pressure salesman. My every need was met and every question was answered promptly. I felt like Bill went out of his way to help and assist me. I really appreciate his attitude and his concern. Tony in Finance was great also. He really worked hard for me to be sure I got what I wanted at the best possible rate. The gentleman from the maintenance department was quick to take care of my needs and get me on the road. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Each one said "HI." Asked if I had been helped and if there was anything they could do for me. This really was a great shopping experience. Larry Geweke should be very proud that he has such great employees.

Jeremy Kurtz phoned us within ten minutes of receipt TrueCar special pricing offer. He was friendly and informative and he is the reason we wnet to Geweke. We purchased a Focus from Future Ford Roseville in January and would have gone back there. Everyone at Geweke was relaxed and helpfull especially Bill Weeks. Tony Vanover in Finance was also pleasant and helpful. We are retired and drive about 5,000 miles each year on our cars and so the extended warranty and pre-paid 100,000 mile service does not make sense for us. This was a very low pressure enjoyable experience.

They are friendly....but that does not make up for the EXORBITANT prices! $470 to replace passenger side mirror. $206 to replace analog interior clock. $126 for a brake pressure transducer switch replacement, and $757 for instrument panel replacement...This is a joke, of course I did not allow them to make any of those repairs. Looks like I'll never go back again! Oh and I forgot, the 90K mile service which is really an oil change along with a fuel filter change was over $500!!! I can't believe I was dumb enough to pay that; that is the saddest part.

I began my new auto searching process online as I would guess most people do these days with internet proficiency and busy schedules. I received an online price from my bank (USAA Federal Savings Bank) that was guaranteed with Geweke Ford and another price guaranteed from Folsom Lake Ford. Folsom Lake Ford's price was about $500 cheaper and Geweke Ford matched it no questions asked. The salesmen were all friendly and helpful with all of my questions. Haggling was minimal and financing was fast once I got into the office, but the wait to get into one of the finance offices was unfortunately quite slow...over 45 minutes, ouch. However, since my experience with all employees was great, the overall experience earns a great rating.

I applaud the promptness from the dealership to contact me when I requested information (it was under 5 minutes after submission), and the willingness to discuss the pricing and trade in info over the phone. I never got any nagging 'form' emails disguised as personal correspondence which I really appreciated. It took a while for me to narrow down the exact car I wanted, and while the dealership was very accomodating and I never felt overly pressured, once I settled into the exact car I wanted I felt it took too long for the 'exact' car to materialize and felt they were pushing a bit too much on moving their existing inventory off their lot, or cars that were 'close' and most likely easier for them to retrieve and move than the exact car I wanted. To their credit, they did not give up and did locate the exact car for me, and while pricing negotiations went one round longer than I thought they should have and almost soured me a bit, it was manageable. I feel this is an opportunity for Geweke to improve on, but again, not a deal breaker and certainly heads and shoulders above an automall.Once the price was finalized, They really took off and distanced themselves from my other dealership experiences:1- They were absolutely open and honest about financing, and got me a better rate than my pre approval, even with me holding that info privately.2- Fees, Rebates, numbers were all up front and documented as I expected; When any clarity was asked for they patiently explained everything to my satisfaction.3- My sales rep, Marc, is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and proactive with getting in touch with me as my car was being transported and prepared- I never had to contact the dealership for updates, progress, etc. I felt they respected my decision to purchase from them and wanted to ensure I was 'taken care of', I thought the tour of the service department and introductions to the crew was a nice touch, very personable and probably sold them as the place to start for future service issues.4- I had been up front that I felt burned at previous dealerships, and when I was to pick my car up I was really going to go over it with a fine tooth comb. As they politely nodded I assumed it was the usual lip service, but when I went to pick my car up (on time as they promised), it had CLEARLY been taken to heart- The car was show room quality- Even the rotors glistened behind the rims; They mentioned they had remembered my request and did not want to let me down, and they certainly did not- Well done detailing crew, you guys are rock stars.5- The bonus? On pickup day they asked if I wanted another 500 in rebates since we hadn't finalized the contract and another rebate became active that day. They did not need to do that, I would have never known about it, and while it was a minimal amount of work to plug into the final numbers i'm sure, those small gestures show me that they aren't in a huge hurry to get my name on the dotted line and 'get em out'.To summarize, the price was probably a little bit higher than the automall or more aggressive dealers, but I had played that game before and have sincerely regretted trying to save a couple hundred bucks in hindsight in light of the quality of the car my treatment at the dealership (and most of the time those dealers spring dealer added incentives on you at the last second anyway, negating your price advantage- not here). The experience was so pleasant and I love my new car so much that I gotta admit that new Escape that was sitting over there in the corner is starting to look mighty nice :)

After 12 good years of GM pickups, I felt I needed to experience the new technology and killer good looks of the highly praised EcoBoost V-6 trucks. It is an exciting truck, tows beautifully, and is roomy! Problem is - my truck is not so special because Ford F-150's are everywhere in our town!!! Miguel and Jason were very good at providing information and taking care of us during our shopping efforts. Omar seemed to be in a rush when speaking to him on the phone and it was disturbing on how he seemed impatient. In the end some of the people we dealt with during the closing of the deal were reasonable at listening to our requests and negotiations to settle on a deal that was somewhat reasonable. Unfortunately trade in rates are still under Kelly Blue Book value and knowing the condition of our trade was worth more was a little unsettling but they tried to improve their offer and that was much appreciated.

I really enjoyed purchasing my new truck from Geweke! I have done this so many times before, but this time, it was a really wonderful experience! No Kidding!! I felt very comfortable from the very beginning. It felt like this was the right place to be at the right time.It all started with the internet! I checked out 8 dealerships in California! As it turns out, the one closest to home responded in such a manner, that I felt compelled to go there and check them out. I had already been to two other dealers before going to Geweke.What a surprise. I was waiting on Jeremy and looking at the trucks on the lot! Low and behold, on this quiet afternoon, Miguel came out of nowhere. We started with a routine introduction, and then we were on a very nice test ride, and then went to negotiation, and talked to the sales manager, no deal!! I started to depart. Miquel had already gained my confidence, and I really felt like I wanted to purchase a vehicle from him. I was not excited or emotionally involved in the sales process. The next thing you know Miquel and I were bidding farewell.I was heading for my vehicle to depart and Miquel says he would like to show me something else. When I saw it I knew that was what I wanted all along, no question. Back to negotiating and with the help of Miguel, Jeremy, Kellie and Arturo. I decided to buy and then I met this great guy, Art Lopez, because Miquel was off. Then I met a really great finance manager. What a great team, all pulling together to make this all happen! To make a long story short, Miguel went out of his way to make all this happen with the help of his team. He even drove the vehicle to my home for my wife to observe, since she was purchasing this vehicle for me. She was very receptive, and we ended up making a deal. I have been visiting Geweke Ford for the past two years looking for the right car . I always worked with Desiree Pomales, so when I saw the Ford Escape Limited, I became a serious buyer. At this point Desiree referred me to Bill Weeks, Fleet Manager, to insure that I would receive the best deal, for the best price. Bill spent a lot of time looking for the exact car that I wanted. Being a fusy, picky buyer, and giving Bill a maximum dollar amount that I was willing to spend, Bill started on his mission to find that exact car and price for me. When he could not find that exact Escape Limited, and we determined that I was not in a hurry for my new car as it is a second car for me, Bill recommended that I order exactly what I wanted and Ford would build it for me. That's what we did, and when I picked up my new Escape Limited I was happy that Bill suggested that to me. It did take three months to have my own car built, but it is worth it. Bill helped me in receiving all the incentives that Ford offered, and that was important to me. Bill went beyond expectation for me, and he made my buying experience with Geweke Ford not only a plesant one, but one that I will be sharing with others for a long time to come. I hate the car buying experience and dread going to a dealership because I usually feel very pressured into buying a car "today" and they hover over you until you are exhausted. I have experienced very fast talking salesmen and one time I had even started signing the paperwork and it wasn't even the car I had intended to buy but he was talking so fast and after being there for hours I was confused. Needless to say I walked out. Geweke Ford and especially Miguel made looking for the right car a great experience, I wasn't pressured at all, he was extremely polite and was there to serve me, the customer, his goal was to make me happy, not so much to sell me a car. I went to ford looking to drive off the lot with my new car. And that's exectly what happened. I picked out the car that had everything I was looking for and I test drove it and I knew I had to have it. So we went in and they really worked hard to get the price in my price range. It was a little hard becuase it was a hybrid but we all agreed after only about 20 min! I was so excited and even other dealerships said wow you got a great deal congratulations! Everyone was so nice and i will never forget where I bought my first car from. Excelent service and fantastic people to work with. I love my new 2008 Nissan Altima hybrid. It was more then I could of ever asked for.

The vehicle we purchased was never inspected, had 2 flat tires, a black air filter, electronic key that did not work to lock/unlock vehicle, and the registration that was already paid through 2012 "did not come with registration stickers" (yeah right).This dealership should be avoided at ALL costs - spend your money in Roseville where the dealers have more friendly knowledgable staff, and they actually INSPECT the used vehicles before they sell them.Geweke Yuba City is by far the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with!

This is the second vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from the Geweke ealerships. The first was last year, a used Kia Sedona. We were very pleased with the sales department, and finance manager at the Kia dealership. That is why we came back in our time of need. Initially, things did not look so good for leasing a Kia, so one call to the folks on the Ford side, and we were in business in less than a day. I would like to say that I was approved for a lease through another dealership on the Kia side. To their credit, the folks on the Kia side at Geweke, did come up with a solution, just not as fast as the folks on the Ford side.You will get someone that can help you at either dealership, and while more expensive than other brands, I am enjoying the 2012 Ford Fusion that I am now driving thanks to Jeremy, Omar, and Mark. You guys were awsome, and thank you for the help! I look forward to doing business with the Geweke Family in the future.

Associate Marc Garcia was very helpful in matters prior to the sale (test driving, overall info about the car, etc.) When dealings came around, business was handled in a professional manner, with no real 'pushing' for the sale. I didn't feel pressured at all by the salesperson, and they didn't come on too strongly. Although negotiations hadn't worked out the first time around, Mr. Garcia was willing to offer lowing dealings until an agreed upon price was established. Financial Associate Ernesto (I apologize for forgetting his last name) was very professional handling the paperwork. I didn't feel too paranoid about underhanded dealings thrown into the paperwork, because he was patient enough to explain line for line what I was signing (although I felt the need to read it anyway). There is, however, a pending issue regarding my payment (differing the debit payment with the dealer's check payment), but I trust the matter will be dealt with accordingly. Despite this mishap, I still found the staff that I dealt with at the Larry Geweke Ford in Yuba City to be helpful, informative, and professional.

I went to trade in my privious car, and after dealing with other dealers I stoped at Larry Geweke Ford. As soon as I walked on the lot a Gentelman greeted me, I told him my terms and requirements (I already had a truck picked out), right away he started working on everything nessary to evaluate my trade in and go for a test drive in the truck I was interested in. Everything went very well, they worked with many banks and got me a rediculously low rate, a few percent lower than my privious loan. I am very happy with the transaction and the truck. We always feel buying a car is not a pleasant experience. It takes far too long and is always a high pressure sales experience. Our first salesman was wonderful. Stephen South. Then a second man had to come into the sale and put the pressure on and that made the whole experience very difficult. We felt high pressure to make a decission and then once we made our mind up then the deal was stalled because the dealer had to trade and get the car we wanted at another dealership. We felt lied to and were made very uncomfortable about the deal with the delay in getting the car. Only after my husband spoke sharply to Jeff Rager, the sales manager, did we get the real truth as to what was holding up getting the car. Only then did they get the car we wanted the very next day. Once Stephen South showed us the car and finished all the paper work, we were given a tour of the place and told all about how to bring the car in for service. Then we sat down with Ernesto Perez. Dealing with Ernesto Perez, the financial manager, was really a great experience and made us feel a lot more comfortable with the deal. It is not a good experience to buy a car and have to have two sales people put the pressure on a serious buyer. They brough a man out to look at our car and test drive it. Then the second sales person who came along to pressure us told us that the man said the transmission on our car was going out and therfore the value was low for a trade in. We took our car to our machanic in town and that is not the case. I did not appreciate that sort of lie to pressure us. Everyone we speak to tells us that buying a car at Geweke Ford is difficult. They are the largest dealer around and they know it. They are high pressure and have a reputation for that. The word "slick" is often refered to them. We decided to keep our money in town rather than go out of town. I am a business woman in Yuba City and do not do business this way. As of today I am still in a state of "No Joy" in buying this car. Spending more money on this car than I wanted to and being treated the way we were will not lend to recomending Geweke Ford. It was just out of necessity that we bought this car here.

I drove up from Los Angeles to Chico to visit family and get a newer car, ,where my family could assist. I went online, found a car at your dealership, and decided to make an appointment. Once at the dealership, Miguel was nothing but helpful from the beginning. My mother and I didn't feel pressured or trapped, but like Miguel was really trying to get me the best deal possible. I was impressed that he was not worried about who got the sale, but that I was being helped. Handed me off to Marc Garcia who was very knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot. He found what I was looking for in less than ten minutes. Everyone was customer focus...from the girl at the front desk, employees walking through the showroom, to Tony Vanouer in the finance office. Very good experience. This was the 3rd car we brought from them within the past five years.

Walked in and found a few automobiles that were to my liking, but didn't quite match up until we found our Kia Sedona. Art was a pleasure to work with, and during the test drive even pointed me to a great Taqueria, which sells the best damn taco's I've ever eaten...anyways, After the test drive we got to business and he GOT ME THE PAYMENT I WANTED RIGHT AWAY instead of B/S'ing around like most dealers.Thanks, Art. Arrived on time for 9am LOF appointment for my motorhome. It's 10 am and they haven't even started on it yet!!!! I had to run around to find a service rep to check me in. The one they pointed me to was on the phone for 5 mins without acknowledging me. It's a travel day for me and I need to get to the next campground and get set up before storm sets in. They estimated 1 h 1/2 hrs to do the work. I should be leaving at 10:30!!! Will be lucky to be on the road by noon!!! UNACCEPTABLE! I will not come back here.... They STILL haven't. Started on it after all this time I'm posting this message .. with one finger!

Geweke Kia was an absolutely wonderful dealership to deal with. I despise car shopping and dealerships more that you can probably imagine. I knew what vehicle we wanted to purchase and Dave and Jose located the car, drove to get it, and delivered it to our house 2.5 hours north of the dealership. They also had the best price by several hundred dollars.I bought the vehicle we wanted without ever stepping foot inside the dealership. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am in the Military, and so is my fiance. Jake (their military liaison) definitely took care of us. It took upwards of 3 hours, but we walked out with the deal that fit us the best. Couldnt have asked for more in the price range and financing department. I will be going back there for anything I need in the car/truck department. Ernesto was super friendly as well. He helped us to understand exactly what it was that we were signing. There were no questions in our minds once the deal was done.

I got a good deal on the certified price as listed on the internet and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I knew what I wanted, so there was no real haggling. The only minor drawback at all was a wait between the time I made my decision and getting the final paperwork done. I was also pleased that through the internet I was able to get the entire CarFax report so I knew a lot about the vehicle beforehand. I would certainly deal with this agency again in the future. I have not had occasion to take my vehicle in for servicing so I have not rated that here.

We had excellent service right from the time we went on the internet to look for a car, to the saleperson and the finance manager. The fact that the internet salesperson called us made my husband very interested in this dealership. We test drove several models but chose an Explorer. This will be our third one. Had an extended cab truck but really missed the passenger holding power of an Explorer. Have four grandchilden we have to have room for at times. Will return to this dealership in the future

They made finding financing for my used Fusion very smooth and didn't try and tack on all of the "extras" that a lot of dealerships try to (clear coat protectant, etc) that cost a lot and don't really do anything. I visited Geweke Ford today because the right rear turn signal light was not flashing. Tim Dillon, service writer for the Red Group, checked my Ford Escape right away, even checking both rear lights to make sure they were working properly. Within 10 minutes I left with a new bulb and a working turn signal. He was quick to address the problem and very professional, even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. Jake was a great sales person, he had concern for my needs. Not pushy with me at all. They did not have what I wanted at the time, but after 2 months of working on my needs, he found what I wanted.I bought a truck and am very happy. When I first came onto the lot to look at trucks I was approched by Jake. He asked a few questions. We decided that there was not a truck there that I was interested in. He said he would keep looking.I thought that was awesome. I was very happy that he did not try to sell me a truck that I would not be happy with. He kept in contact and I kept coming and looking at trucks. One day a person called me. His name was Omar. He told me I needed at least 2 to 3 thousand down or Geweke Ford could not help me. A couple days laterJake called. I told him what had happend.But he kept working working with me .He talked me out of going somewhere else.Which i almost did . Time went by, he called me about a truck. I came down and test drove the truck. I was able to purchase the truck, with less down than I was originally told. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I believe that Jake was instrumental in the purchase of my truck. I will definitely check with Geweke when buying another vehicle.Wayne Brown

They treated us right. Bill, Arturo and Tony were great to work with. We showed up a half hour before closing on a Friday night and no one ever made us feel rushed. All three of these gentlemen stayed well beyond closing time to help us. We had to go back to the dealership the next morning to have the service department work on a few things and again all three of these gentlemen came up to us and greeted us, treated us like friends. We will most definitely be back when the time arises to buy a new truck. We will also tell all of our friends about this dealership.

Ricky Garcia (our sales agent) was a "breath of fresh air". He was there to answer any questions and put up with us wanting to see a bunch of cars (he had to unlock). He was pleasant and made the wait for the financial side of the transaction much more bareable. He wasn't high pressure like some of the veteran sales people and my husband and I both enjoyed that very much. We knew what we wanted coming in and Ricky realized that and fed of our needs, not the "big sale". Because of the way he treated us, we will come back and buy from him again as well as refer our friends. We didn't find out until we purchased the car that we were his first sale. How excited we were for him. We then told him not to change a thing about how he did. This is, I believe, my ninth car from your company over many years. I will say that Ricky was the best sales person out of all the ones we have dealt with. He's a keeper!

I have been looking for a Ford Fiesta hatchback since seeing it on Top Gear. I checked my local Stockton dealership, and they didn't have the colors I wanted. Let me tell you about my buying experience at Geweke Ford in Yuba City. I found the vehicle I wanted online and it was available and clean, ready to go when I got there. After a test drive, it was mine! I spent a couple hours with Miguel, while the paperwork was being completed, and he talked with me about his family and his children. Miguel is the kind of guy who cares about people and it shows in his interactions with customers. Next I met with Ernesto Perez who handled the financial part of the purchase, and he explained all the details of my car loan. I believe I got the lowest rate and the best terms. Ernesto is very detail-oriented and knows his stuff. I love my new/used 2008 Ford Escape, and am happy to buy local! I recommend Geweke Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I walked in Larry Geweke Ford, told Bill, what i was looking for, he took me around, i was talking to him about what i wanted to do,i went in with a car to trade, told him what i owe, what i wanted my payment at, and i wanted to put 0 down. Took a truck for a ride, it was what we were looking for.I went in without my husbend, he told me he wanted 4x4 and 4 doors for the kids, that was a plus!!! So Bill takes me insid,e asked me what do i want to do, apply or see what my trade was worth, I new he cared and didn't push me into anything. I said well lets see what we can do!!! Bill went up talked to Ernesto, Ernesto came back, he asked, what would it take, to buy the truck, what was the thing i liked about the truck,and i told him 4x4 and the 4 doors, what my husbend wanted. So he left for a few mins.Came back with numbers, and i said yessss!! Went in for signing wasnt sure on buying the extended warranty because my payment would have gone up alittle, so i told him i would like to talk to my husbend, So what he did was i signed 2 contracts i with warranty and the other without. So i was able to go home, and look, it over with my husbend. Called Ernesto the next morning and said im gonna go without it. I left a message. Ernesto called and said i found another bank that we can go with, Warranty included and your payments are gonna be cheaper.So i said im ready to buy another vehicle, they made it so easy, I would tell anyone, go to Larry Geweke Ford.
