I had the best experience at Larry H Miller. William was the one who got me through the door and Vince was a fantastic salesman. I felt very comfortable with the whole process and both of these gentlemen did a great job taking care of me from start to finish. I was in at 9am and out by noon with my new Jeep Renegade. The only complaint I have is that when I was sent the survey via text message, I was unable to complete the survey, everything remained greyed out and I could not select anything. SERVICE DEPT IS HORRIBLE!! They dont do all the work requested and cant fix chronic issues! READ OTHERS REVIEWS IT IS NOT JUST ME THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade that has visited the service department for basic oil changes and check engine lights (SAME ISSUE THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED) and a stuck key, THAT WAS A TOTAL SCREW UP. They have not rotated the tires and this last time during a test drive they got road paint all over the front driver side and will not pay to get it cleaned. The Service Department does not do the work they are supposed to and returns the car with grease on the door or sticky stuff from the cleaners on the dash, oily finger marks on the headliner or now road paint. 1st Oil change 7/14/15 oil on shift knob and steering wheel, 2nd 10/9 15 sticky stuff inside on window and dash, since then other little things, oily finger prints on the doors, last set of seat covers had oil on the dirver side by the seat adjustment lever, little stuff but this is my car and they should take care of it. This while they cant fix the check engine light and 4x4 not working. READ ON to see the lie they had to admit to!The last two oil change/tire rotation visits they did not rotate my tires. I pointed this out the 1st time as the low tire pressure on 1 tire was in the same place. They told me the sensor had not "reset" and that was the issue. The second time I took pictures before I dropped it off, and at completion I showed Jon Cambell the pictures of before and after, he immediatly told me that the sensor had not been reset, I had already driven the car from the dealer to federal and back, he then said that the tire sensor must be bad. I drove the vehicle home checked the pressure with my gauge, it was low, filled it up and then took a picture of the dash showing the sensor was not bad as it read the same all the other 3 tires now. I sent these pictures to Jon and at that time he admitted that the work was not done and that it would appear the tires were not rotated the last two times. I have had a check engine light that comes on and the 4x4 does not work, that have had it 3 times prior to the last complaint and they can not fix it. This time they put in a new wiring harness, test drove the vehicle and ran over white road paint and will not pay to get it cleaned.They state that there is no road work going on where they drove it. I am on a mission now to make sure you know what your getting into these guys are awfull. They will take you car as they get paid from chrysler to perform warrenty work that they dont seem to be able perform. THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY YOU DONT GET THE SERVICE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO!

The process of completing a recall on our Jeep Cherokee (to fix a potential problem with the automatic tailgate mechanism) took much longer than expected. The initial installation resulted in intermittent operation of the tailgate. Subsequent trips to the dealer's shop failed to correct the problem. The (new) Service Manager was responsive, and arranged a three-day adventure in the shop with experts from Chrysler. They managed to identify and fix the problem: a pin was pushed out of a connector so that it made intermittent (or no) contact. This permitted generation of spurious "obstruction" signals which forced the tailgate to abandon its operation and return to its starting position. The tailgate now works every time, as it did when the car was new.Through all this, our service rep, Kelly, did what she could to keep us informed and to schedule our return visits. I hope the new service manager will be able to improve the shop operation, but I know there's a lot of pressure to get the job done fast."If you don't have time to fix it right, when will you have the time to do it over?"

Jadon Tunis was are sales rep. We have had nothing but problems with the car he sold my dad. First off on the test drive Insaid something about the car bouncing around and the shimmy I felt, he said must need tires rotated and balanced. Ok yeah... So my dad went ahead and bought the stupid car. First off he had to come in twice to sign paper work. We noticed shock was missing from back passenger wheel. Came on and talked to Allen who supposedly was a manager, let him know about issue, he said wait until this "great warranty" they sold my dad to kick in and it would cover it. They never sent in registration paper work so dad had to pay for a extension. Went back to dealership spoke to Jadon the guy who sold him the car, who said he would take it and get it taking care of immediately. He drove off in my dads car, came back and said it was there when we got the car HA. When he took it to wherever all they did was paint a blue line on the other shock.. Jadon said the shock was ripped off and we must have done it cause they would never sell a car that way. BS. My dad then took it to service department and low and behold the "great warranty"!doesnt cover it. So dad takes car to reputable car mechanic who says " there is no way this just happened it isAll rusted out been this way a long time" this dealership did not only screw my dad in the car they put him in they have also endangered hisLife and everyone else's who rides in the car. With a $2000 dollar price for my dad to get this fixed.

I inquired about pricing on a used 2014 Honda Odyssey LHM had on the lot. The price seemed very reasonable, so I scheduled a test drive. On the test drive, I verified pricing with Nathan. Everything seemed to be in good shape, so I scheduled a longer test drive so that I could show my wife the next day.I drove up to get the car on a Saturday morning. After I had it home and had shown my wife and kids, I received a phone call from Nathan that he had made a mistake on pricing and it was actually $10K more expensive than he had quoted. Obviously, I immediately returned the vehicle. Nathan met me at the door with a "deal" to make things right with a slight discount on the upcharged price. He also offered me $8,000 on my trade, when the lowest offer I had received from other dealerships was $9,500. Obviously, it was not a "deal."I was assured by Nathan and his manager Bill that the original pricing mistake was merely an accident. I am inclined to believe them, but given the 3 day time frame that the original price had stood for and the timing of the phone call to let me know pricing was different, the seed of doubt enters one's mind.The bottom line is that you shouldn't expect this to be any different than any other dealership. You MUST negotiate everything. Shop around. You have to be ready for unannounced fees and "option packages" to be added to your bill. And, you have to tolerate and expect the typical sales tactics that dealerships are known for.I wish you the best of luck in your used car search. God knows we all need it.

My experience was the best. The most pleasant car buying experience ever, and I have bought a lot of cars. I am 68 years old. Jadon Tunis was very professional and got the deal done fast, and we got decent terms on the contract. Jadon, made us comfortable and he found the exact car we wanted and needed for our lifestyle. The car was delivered clean and spotless. It would be nearly impossible to do better today.

Very pleasant experience buying my new Jeep Renegade Limited from Susan Odell. She was very friendly, attentive, honest, and good to work with overall. Same with the guy in the finance department...forgot his name. Would work with those two again!The service department however left a little to be desired. When dropping off my car for some extras we wanted installed not one person from the service department looked up from their computer to greet me. I finally had to ask if I was in the right area. (I wasn't.) Then I had some questions about the extras we were having installed, and was treated with open hostility and rudeness by Dan Knofke (sp?). He was blatantly rude and passive aggressive. Even when I called him on it he didn't change his tune or apologize. I don't think I would have made this purchase had I dealt with the service department and Dan first.

I had a roll over and total loss on a Jeep Patriot about 2 and a half months ago. Not one dealer could get me into a vehicle, and I was laughed out of several places. Everyone told me I would need $6,000 down because they only saw what was on the computer screen. Nobody believed me, even with paperwork in hand that my Jeep was a total loss and Gap was covering everything. I spoke with Ira Tew the Internet Sales Manager at Larry H Miller. Walked in nervous that I wouldn't be leaving with anything like usual, and not only did he get me into a vehicle, he got me that absolute best price, along with a great warranty, e.t.c. Everyone was super friendly and worked very hard for me and I couldn't be happier. I will be going back when I get into my next vehicle and I will be working with Ira again. What a great team!

The overall experience was excellent,and I highly recommend. I had made a new car deal with a dealership in Iowa. No Denver Metro dealers we anywhere in the ball park in terms of price. When Larry H. Miller salesman Dennis Haubert called he asked some clarifying questions and within 30 minutes matched the price quote I obtained in Iowa! Saved me a 1000 mile trip!Overall facilities got below 5 stars for the parking lot only. The interior facility was excellent. Disappointed in how the dealership is handling all the recalls on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Last August I was put on a recall parts list but never received a call. I have 3 recalls now, two of which I have scheduled for July. Now, I'm on another list for parts for the third recall.

I'd tried several dealerships to get a 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude in yellow with the options I wanted, and Nathan Grizzoffi was the one to get it done. Living over 200 miles from the dealership, our discussions were through email, text and phone, and I had every confidence I was getting the same attention as if I had been in the showroom. Nathan's also been attentive after the sale. While returning from fueling the soon-to-be mine Jeep, a rock hit the windshield, causing a crack. Naturally it was disappointing, but accidents happen. Nathan's been in touch, keeping me up to date on when a replacement windshield can be installed. It isn't often a salesperson remembers a customer once the ink on the contract is dry, but Nathan does, and for that, I highly recommend him and Larry H. Miller.

I immediately recognized his name from various posts on JKColorado. The discussion was more like talking to a jeep buddy than a customer and a dealership. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock a week ago and am delighted with the vehicle and the service I received before, during and following the purchase. "The Jeep Guy", Nathan Grizzoffi, is a Jeep enthusiast, listened to my intended purpose for this new Jeep and gave incredible advice on all available options including axle ratio. Nathan even helped me order catalogs from after market companies for off-road options and accessories that are not available from Jeep. Nathan far exceeded my expectations and was incredibly patient and friendly dealing with this rookie who is interested into off-road adventures. The process to close on the deal was speedy and the big surprise was with the delivery. In almost 40 years of buying vehicles I have never experienced a delivery like this one. Although I arrived at LH Miller near closing time, Nathan stepped through every feature of the vehicle from the 4x4 controls, radio/navigation, etc. Then Nathan proceeded to demonstrate removing and reinstalling the top and the doors! That was a first. Following the purchase I returned to LH Miller to install a backup camera. Nathan and a service representative were waiting for me before I even got out of the Jeep. They whisked the vehicle off and had it back to me before I knew it. I understand that Nathan will host a Wrangler gathering in a few months to acquaint owners with their vehicles, off-road clubs and products. Overall we had a great buying experience with Jim Warfield at Larry Miller in our purchase of a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. There initially were a few hiccups (one was obtaining the vehicle we wanted from another dealer) but Jim was absolutely terrific to deal with and he smoothed out all the bumps in the buying process. We spent most of a Saturday at the dealership, but went in thinking of buying a Renegade and left with a Wrangler. They were so easy going there. We started with Ray, who was relaxed and no-pressure which really helped us go through our decision making process. And any questions that Ray couldn't answer, Nathan Grizzoffi was on top of. After spending almost an entire day at Larry H Miller, we left with a brand new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and it is absolutely the right fit for me! We went into the dealership looking at Renegades, which is why the whole process took so long. Ray helped us out first, and was so easy going and no-pressure which helped us with our decision making process. Once we became more interested in the Wrangler, any questions that Ray wasn't sure on, Nathan was able to answer. He knew everything there is to know about Jeep! He really is the jeep Guy. Leased me a car outside of budget and told me the bank would refinance it into a purchase within my budget. That was not the case so I went back less than 24 hours and the only option they gave me was to sell it to me as a purchase and they knew the payment was outside of my budget. All I wanted was something within my range of budget instead of this so called lease issues. Now the car is a purchase. I had been back everyday of having this car trying to bargain with them. Tim sales, Tyler internet sales, Tilo finance manager, Brent General manager, and Sevan General sales manager. and a few others. After being passed around and no one wanting to either speak with me nor return my phone calls I finally wrote some reviews. There is one person that understood customer service and took the value in his job Ray Reilly Vice President reached out to me and wanted to make good on this issues. I had to deal with Sevan again which you could tell was not happy about it and was very rude to my friend and refused to show us a printed used vehicle inventory list for 2013 and 2014 jeep or suvs. From there we got our salesman Bayo to help us look at suvs was very patient and took us straight to the 2016s. I owe a big thanks to the VP Ray Rielly for keeping customer service alive still. If it was not for him this would have never been into a livable experience. and I do see the response of Brent wood he has posted twice on my reviews and every time he was to busy to see me and he never called me back with the voice mails I lefts him.

We encountered some challenges with the initial truck delivery, and, Susan and James Tyson worked very hard to resolve the issues with FCA/corporate and production. They both went beyond my expectations to resolve the issues to my satisfaction and acceptance. Finally, at closing the deal and accepting the delivery of the 2016 Ram 1500 truck, all of the agreements were honored with integrity; and it turned out to be a no nonsense purchase and a good experience. i was called in my a manager due to the poor service I had with the service department so went in and they wanted to make things right next thing I know I was told I could trade my car in for another call at the same payments that I was paying for my other car little did I know that was not the case after the sacred we signed a lease I went back in the next day under 24hours and spoke with them about getting my car backi can't afford the payments they put me on after I talked to my bank and told me we can not do what the dealership had told you to do basically they told me just to pay the high payments for two months and go refinance the car and they will get you to your payments with your old car nope so I have been back everyday since I have had this new car trying to get back my old one they refuse to work with me knowing I can't make these payments so they got rid of the paper work for the lease and told me we are going to just act like the lease never happens and make this a purchase I still was not happy about that I just wanted my car back but at that point it dose not keep me stuck into a lease but I still don't want this car the payment are to high even as a purchase they will lie to you to get money in their pocket it's sad when you go to a company to trust them to do right for you and they trun around and lie and cheat you and now I have a huge debt problem because of them.!!!!! And the list that they have for the people working there are all gone they don't have half of them people I worked with everyday

We bought our 2015 Jetta at another LHM dealer last year, but with our purchased we were told we can go to any LHM to get our oil change for free. We scheduled our oil change/check up a week ago and when we arrived before scheduled time today, we were told 1 hour wait and ended up being there for 2 hours waiting for my car to finish. They shared at the end that they ordered a wrong part/fluid for the car (from the other dealership) which took longer to get the right one. EXTREMELY unacceptable to not share this when the issue came up and an oil change should NEVER take 2 hours to complete when a customer has a pre-scheduled appointment.

I was referred to this dealership by a friend. I went in and spoke with the sales manager that said "since you know know Sam, I will treat you like I would my own family". I was upfront and told them my credit wasn't great but was told they will get it figured out. I went to the dealership at 5:30pm and filled out the credit app and picked out some cars I was interested in. Was told since it was late and the banks were closed, I would get a call back the next day to see what we could do. Well, over a month later still have not heard back. When you shake someone's hand and tell them you will be treated "like family" and hear nothing back, it's disappointing. I guess that's pretty typical of a car salesman. I had a friend tell me he was interested in a new jeep. I immediately told him do not look at Larry miller. Word of mouth is huge.

I have always had great experiences at most dodge dealerships but Larry H Miller just provided the most superb experience of all in my recent purchase on a 2014 Dodge Ram Big Horn.Before my search in a truck, I was in a tough spot. My credit was still in need of improvement and I was upside down in my previous auto loan. Still I took the chance to see what Larry H Miller could do to help me get out of my Jeep Patriot and back into a truck.I initially stopped by during the first week of March where I met Chris Meachum. We talked about my situation and though knowing it would be a stretch, he still took the time to work with me. Chris also took time to partner with John Urban (partner, sales and Leasing Specialist) so that they could find me the best deal. They heard me out to ensure they noted down exactly what I was not only looking for in the vehicle but what I wanted to spend. A couple days later they called me up, put together an amazing deal for me, had a beautiful truck in mind. We took our vehicle into Larry H Miller on 2/18 for a power steering issue. We received a call 2 hours later stating that we must have been in an accident because our steering column was cracked. They stated this was evident because there was a scratch on our rim with other tire damage. We were told that this was not warranty and we needed to go through our insurance because the damage cost was $1600, in which we were liable. The "damage" of cracked steering column included the need to replace the rack and pinon, no word on power steering system problems. We told the rep on the phone that we never were in an accident and that we would be down right away to inspect the damage they claim. When we arrived to the dealership they showed us a scuff mark on the rim, not a dent, and said that we must have hit a pothole which cracked the steering column. When began to question their diagnosis the Mechanic Dave Gobble became very irate and yelled at me and my wife, stating that their was no use arguing with him because he has been doing this for 38 years. He showed us scratch mark on the rim that he said was consistent with hitting a pothole. When I looked at the scratches I told Dave that it looked like dirt. I took my thumb to wipe away the dirt and he screamed that I was wiping away evidence and to get away from my car. There was no scratches and it did wipe away. He continued to yell at me and my wife. We had to stop talking to Dave because we were in disbelief and fearful of how angry he was.We then talked to John Campbell where he gave us a typical line saying how this is a Dodge decision not Larry H Miller. He advised us that he would do an alignment check to prove their findings, with no mention that this was billable to us. We left and received a call 2 hours later that our front right tire (the tire with the "damage") was way out of alignment, over double where it should be, with this they said they received approval from their district manager that they could not cover under warranty. We instructed them to not to do any work to the car and we would be down there to pick up asap. When I picked up the car I was handed a bill for $50 for the alignment check they said they did. I took my car and left. I made an appointment to have my car looked at an other dealership because we were not confident and disgusted by Larry H Miller. We also made appointment with Brakes Plus to check the alignment since Autonation couldn't see the car til Monday. We wanted to them to check the alignment because Larry H Miller made it sound like it was a safety issue.The very next morning we took our car to a 3 party, Brakes Plus, to have them check out the alignment to see if it was as bad as Larry H Miller stated and to have fixed. We were given back the alignment report and were told that our alignment was not off and that they would not do an alignment in normal instances. We gave them the ok to preform the alignment for good measure. Larry H Miller measured -0.21 toe on right front tire, Brakes plus measured 0.05 toe on right front tire. Apparently that is a huge difference.On 2/22 we brought our car to Autonation Dodge in Aurora for the second opinion. We gave Autonation all documents from Larry H Miller and Brakes Plus. On 2/23 we received the results back on the problem of our car. They could not find any evidence of an accident or pothole, a cracked steering column, or a bad rack and pinon. The problem they found was not enough pressure in the power steering unit, should be 1700psi and they found 800psi, which is cause by a leak in the internal gears of the power steering. This in no way could be caused by hitting a pot hole or any accident and was clearly a manufacture defect.We believe that Larry H Miller falsified documents (alignment report), did not fully inspect our vehicle (wrong diagnosis confirmed by 2 other parties), refused to honor manufacture warranty, and out right tried to cheat their customer. We believe that this was all to have a customer pay for the full price repairs, rather than get paid minimal amount they receive from dodge on warranty repairs. If we were naive and believed what they told us, we would have been out $1600 for repairs that are confirmed to be unnecessary, and fear for other customers that this type of deception and trickery would have worked on.

I live in Fort Collins and had been looking for a Suzuki Equator 4x4 truck, and they are not easy to find. A 2011 came up on Larry H. Miller's website, with a coming soon shown where the photo would appear. I was not able to view any details on the vehicle, so I called late that afternoon and talked to Chris in sales. The vehicle was traded in the day before and had not gone through checkout or detail and was not showing up on their list of vehicles for sale. Chris asked me to give him a little time to research and he called me later with some information. My 12 hour shift work schedule did not give me but the next day to look at the Suzuki. I made an appointment for the next morning and Chris went to the dealership down the street and pulled the vehicle from their back lot, ran it through the car wash and had it waiting for me when I arrived. After a good test drive we were able to sit down and work out a good trade for both parties by early that afternoon. One of my easiest purchases of the last 40 years and Chris was a great help in getting the vehicle available for me to check out and get the sale completed in my short time frame. I will recommend your dealership in the future, and thanks Chris for the good experience.

I've had major issues with my car and had to have it towed in to Larry H. Miller. I received a call from Tom as soon as he had received my car, and he kept in constant contact through the process. I did not have an appointment and expected my car to be pushed back a few days while they finished their appointments first, but my car was fixed by the next evening! I really needed new front brakes, rotors and tires. I also believe that when ever you get new tires you need to get an alignment or you won't get the most out of your new tires. I shopped around for tires and with their deal on buy 3 tires get the fourth free. They have the best price for tires. Other stores advertise better prices but once you figure out their cost for mounting, balancing, shop supplies and disposal fees all the other stores are more expensive. They also did a fantastic job on replacing the brakes and rotors. Kelly was very helpful scheduling the work, ordering the tires I wanted, keeping me informed of the progress of my repairs and arranging a shuttle to bring me back to the shop when my car was ready.

They called said they fixed it, then when I'm a block away they called said that it was not fixed. They had to order the part and I'd have to bring the car in again when it came in. When the part came in I dropped off the car and they called said they ordered the wrong part. So when that part came in I dropped off the car again. I took it in again cause the front end was making a really bad noise. They called and said they test drove it and there is not any noises. I picked up the car and the noise just happens to be gone. Then I parked in a parking stall at a local restaurant that I have gone to many times before and when I went to leave my bumper was caught on the parking block. It pulled my bumper away from the car. I had a mechanic look at it to tell me how much damage was done. He informed that it looks like some of the screws and the inserts for the screws were never put back on. This is a 2013 car with bumper to bumper warranty. I went to Larry Miller Chrysler Dodge Ram today and spoke with the Service Manager and could not believe he never investigated this just said that the guys there would not do that. He never even asked my name to look it up. Never have I had such a poor experience with a place

Service manager was a nightmare to deal with. Wish I didn't have to go back there ever again but this dealership is the closest to me and it's where I bought the car so I'm stuck ! We purchased a Ram pickup from Larry H Miller on 104th on July 4th, and took delivery about three weeks later. The entire experience was disappointing, and did not live up to standards advertised by the dealership. Dealer installed options were step rails and leather seats. With no steps rails available to choose from, we were told that best available would be use. A work order mixed in with our papers stated 'cheapest available'. We were told that seats would be 'all leather'. A small portion of the seats is covered with leather. Most of the seats, including the headrests, is covered with vinyl. One of the keys was lost before delivery, and it took two days and numerous phone calls to have a new key programed. Paperwork was estimated at about 10 minutes. This part of the process went on for more than an hour, much of that time spent trying to sell an extended warranty.

Took my 2013 dodge in for oil change a month ago and took it in for new struts this week. When my mechanic looked at struts the nuts that go on 3 bolts were sitting on the bolts not screwed on so he got under to check oil filter and was able to turn it 4 times to tighten it!!! They half xxx did over $1000 in work and I am not happy!!!! Paid my mechanic $100 to fix the work they guarantee!!! Will be going elsewhere for ALL work and this place should be shut down!!!!! Will rate 0 stars!!

I had originally purchased my 2006 Jeep Liberty from this dealer and had to recently take it in for a recall. Honestly, I was disappointed by my initial getting - a lot of techs became suddenly busy with paper work and phone calls when I first pulled up. However, the woman that assisted me was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered. The work was completed on time and the mechanic that worked on it called me and walked me through everything that had been completed and arranged for me to pick it up after hours. They even washed it!

I was in for an oil change and not looking to purchase a new car. As most people I was looking at the new cars while waiting for the oil to be changed. I saw a car I liked and asked what sort of a deal I could get. I had other business to conduct and told them just give me a call with a number they could work with. No pressure and went on about my day. About a half hour later I got a call stating we could work something out. About an hour or so after returning to the dealership the deal was done. No pressure in and out just like it should be. got the car I wanted and the price was 2.000 within what I thought it should be. I got a fair deal.

Three weeks to get an appointment for a simple warranty issue. On my scheduled day and time, I explained to five different people the warranty issue. They kept the vehicle for days with no response and we had to call everyday chasing down updates to the vehicle that were never even done. Inter communication is seriously lacking along with any sort of diligence and professionalism. Save yourself a massive headache and go somewhere else. A simple proactive, honest call would go a long way.

bought a new 2013 ram 1500, all chrome on exterior of body rusted dealership wouldn't do anything about it; curt & indifferent at situation area manager was 1 hour late for appt & didn't even apologize, was rude. Looked at vehicle & said corrosion due to mag chloride a convenient out, my grand Cherokee that I bought at the same time & drives in same conditions is fine. I wash my vehicles immediately after weather event. The dodge chrome finish was inferior yet the manufacturer won't stand behind their product. I won't buy another mopar product 7 their area mgr needs to go back to customer service school, better yet should be fired

The overall experience with the purchase of a new Jeep was satisfactory. David Dallman started the process and did get us to the point of approval and the selection of the car. The personal experience was not really there and at times we did feel rushed. Susan Boyle took over the transaction and picked up the missing pieces and really made the experience what it should be. Larry H. Miller is lucky to have someone like Susan that takes pride in job and her representation. She made it not all about just getting a car in the books. She even went as far as calling us back and having us bring the back to have it detailed because she wasn't happy with the way it was delivered when we first took the vehicle. We really liked our salesman, Michael Fadase. He was very respectful and helpful. We didn't, and still don't, like that we need to bring in our brand new vehicle for repairs. Being sold a vehicle with defaults and defects is not something anybody should have to go through. Any defects or problems with vehicles should be looked at and repaired BEFORE even put on the lot for sale!!! But Mel Glover over at Larry H Miller Chrysler proved me wrong. Mel took his time to make sure my car requirements were considered and provided the perfect car. Unlike other dealership, I did not have long waits to complete paper work or obtain the right loan for me. Mel made sure everything was done timely. The car was prepped perfectly and Mel made sure I knew how all the features worked. I would definitely recommend Larry H. Well the sales person who I had a meeting set up with at 9 am to test drive Jeeps while my car was worked on never even met me so I ended up leaving at noon a little mad. BUT my experience was amazing because of Frank in the service department. He was so respectful the second I came in that morning until the time I left. He felt horrible that the woman never met with me and went out of his way to make me feel better! People like that make car buying experiences memorable and is the exact reason why I will return to Larry H Miller, I just wont buy my car from the same woman again. But since he gave me some great references I will be contacting those guys instead! While we had originally planned to shop both in Thornton and Aurora and had some good online offers from the latter, we bought our new Grand Cherokee Limited at Miller Chrysler. The saleman, financing manager, floor manager and general manager all made us feel welcome and expedited the sale. The financing offer was a full point better than our pre-approved credit union financing and the price was good. Entire process did take close to five hours, including driving several vehicles, looking over available inventory, getting instructions on operating the vehicle, ordering options, tradein evaluation and closing the deal. Not an unreasonable time considering all that was done.All-in-all, a good experience.

Bayo did great. The haggling of price was a pain. We made an offer and it was cash. Still the money man needed more. We almost left. We spent more than we wanted but got an amazing jeep. We had some difficulties with licensing. Taxes were not done correctly. They did them for Thornton which cost us another $400 on taxes not licensing. Then they said the rtd taxes was incorrect by another $200. This was extremely frustrating. This needs to be better looked upon for future buyers.

Staff worked hard to meet my appointment needs, and did the work on a very timely basis. I was totally satisfied with the way my visit was handled.BUT-- The good news is that you are now washing cars after they are serviced.The bad news is that you are not finishing the washing job. My car is black. Upon receiving it, it had not been completely dried so i had white water spots on the windshield, chrome and some painted areas. I had just spent $15 to get it washed the prior day.It would have taken 30 seconds for someone to chamois the water remaining on my car.

Bought a 2013 Dodge Dart Aero there when it was call PRO Jeep, and that was bad. Went through Costco buyers program to look for a Jeep for my daughter and this place was the Costco listed dealer. Applied through Costco and got a call pretty fast (15 min). Spoke to David on the phone and told him what we wanted. He was told what time we would be there (5 hours from the call) as Costco sets appointments with salespersons so that you have one on one meetings and they have everything ready. I also got an email from another salespersons. We walked in and asked for the person on the email, they had to go find him. When he was found, he had no recollection of the email. He went to get the person I spoke to and learned that he was too busy to take. So much for setting appointments. So we looked at a new Jeep and a Used one. We told them we wanted to see the paperwork on both. They did not even bring out the new Jeep paperwork, even after they explained how the Costco program allows you to see the invoice and the discounts etc. They focused on the used Jeep that had a nail in the tire and it was going flat. We even showed them the nail. They came out with papers showing the price after we told them what range we needed to be in. They were not even close. We told them we had a vehicle to trade in and they then figured in the trade but added costs so that there was no discount on the price, it was right back to the original amount. After spending over 2 hours just to get to see the paper on the old Jeep we walked out.

The drive in area is very cramped and crowded. Little or not room is provided to discuss the work to be done. Also, cars moving in the cramped space become a hazard to customers walking around the cars.I feel if possible an employee could walk up to waiting vehicles and discuss work to be done while customers are still in their vehicles.It would be very helped to have a completely different area of the dealership where completed vehicles could be check out and pay.Overall the customer service and friendliness was excellent.This is more of a logistics problem I see than a personell one.Thank you.William Culpepper

I called one week in advance to schedule a standard oil change for 7:30 am. I dropped off the vehicle and then went to work. By 2:30pm I had not heard anything, so I called them up to check the status. I was transferred 3 times and never even gave my name or the vehicle I was calling about. By the 3rd transfer I was sent to a voicemail, but the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. At 3:30 I asked a co-worker to drop me off at the dealer, (thinking, it was just an oil change I called a week in advance and scheduled a 7:30am appointment, surely it will be done). When I got to the dealer and asked about my vehicle, I was told, "Oh, they're just now stating it should be an hour or so. You can wait in in the waiting lounge around the corner if you'd like." I said, "No, I want the vehicle back, I made an appointment and you've had it for 8 hours." To earn my business they asked if I would take a rental and would call me as soon as it was done. I agreed, I was called the following morning by 8:00. While I was picking up the rental (an hour wait) I saw an old friend who also was getting a rental because of LHM failure to complete a scheduled job. By the way, since the dealer has changed from Pro to Larry H Miller, I never receive surveys after a service. The 2 times I have been there it was a poor experience? A clear indication to me their attitude is, There are thousands of Chryslers, Dodges, Jeeps and Rams to keep them operating. I also find it odd that the service managers office is no longer in the service/parts area but rather it is upstairs, out of site of supporting his team and interfacing with customers. Customers who take their vehicle to a factory dealer, and pay a premium.

Our sales rep was very professional and friendly. They did not have the color of Jeep Wrangler we like so our sales rep went out of his way to search on line and found a color we like from a another dealership. Had the opportunity to purchase new dodge caravan from Larry Miller Dodge. I can tell you my sales personal were awesome Susan and Daniel both helped me. Their positive, upbeat no pressure sales approach was so very welcome. I went in for a used can that had been sold so I started looking at other options. They showed me all their available inventory which fit my shopping criteria. I ended up buying a new 2014 caravan , was thrilled with rebate applied to my purchase and the attention to detail when it came to my bottom line. The only thing that I would think would need a little tweaking would be the lot people. I think they could have done a better job detailing my car before delivery. Then I bought the car in for service my service advisor informed me that it was being wash. When I went to get in the car it had not been touched.

Please read below for specifics, but in short these guys really show their true colors once the negotiating process starts, and they bare their fangs once they get you on paper. I just want to say that these guys will do anything to make a buck, even if that means attempting to screw you over. I bet that 99% of the time a customer would have rolled over and taken the abuse that they gave me, but I fought back and got a good result at the cost of every shred of reputation this dealer had. These guys waited 15 days to tell me that my lender would not finance the deal (it honestly probably would have been longer if I wouldnt have called them on it), afterwards they attempted to trick me into paying fees based on a document that I never signed (and attempted to trick me into signing it later), they verbally attacked and threatened to sue me when I wouldnt back down from my position that I wouldnt pay a higher interest rate when the deal went south (when they were prepared to offer that rate if I walked out), and finally (and most importantly) they never once attempted to do any of the little things to try and make the whole situation right (offer a free tank of gas to compensate for all the trips to and from the dealership, give me a free oil change, or xxxx, apologize for such atrocious behavior). This is a backwards-shady dealership masquerading under a reputable name. They care more about making a dollar than they do about you, and will attempt to smilingly screw you over. I know that the message below is long, but I truly believe that it will help prospective customers please take a few minutes to read it. Cant speak for all their dealerships, but for LHM on 104th, dont walk away; runWhere to start with these guys I went in about 3 weeks ago to check out a vehicle. Everything started out ok: the salesman was very courteous and down-to-earth, the car was nice and clean, and it was all within my price range. After getting the car checked out by my mechanic, we sat down and things slowly went to xxxx. First, the salesman, and the manager that he worked under, attempted to bait and switch me on the Internet price of the car, charge me double fees, and charge for ridiculous options that I did not need, nor want, on a used vehicle. Looking back I should have walked away then and there, but we got down to the price that the car should have been priced at, so I figured what the xxxx.When it came to paying, I secured my own financing before coming in and received an amazing rate from my lender, but the car had to satisfy certain restrictions. I was extremely clear with all the individuals I dealt with during negotiations (salesman, manager, and finance guy), that my lender would not approve funds unless all these restrictions were met and gave them my lenders dealership checklist, which needed to be completed in order to cash the check that they provided. Each of these individuals assured me that the car satisfied all of the requirements and that we were good to go. I signed all the paperwork, and drove away thinking we were good to go. Wrong!After about a week, I decided to call my lender, as I had not yet heard from them about any payment details. I asked if the dealer had contacted them, and surprisingly they answered in the negative. I gave them the details of the purchase, and they told me that if the dealer had contacted them, they would not have approved the purchase since it exceeded the loan to value ratio requirement (one of their specified requirements). Incredibly confused I attempted to contact the dealership for two days only getting voicemails and no returned calls. Fed up I drove back to the dealership, to see what was going on (or alternatively to return the car). I was informed that no one up stairs had even attempted to call my lender, and everyone in the building was unsure whyok?? Also one of the documents that I apparently signed stipulated that I would have to pay $50 a day, and $0.50 a mile in the event that the deal did not go through due to financing.LHM did finally get around to going through the dealership checklist, and they told me that my lender said they would increase the loan to ratio value and send another check. I immediately called my lender to confirm. They confirmed that they would increase the LTV ratio, but the purchase still wouldnt be approved because the LTV was still too high. They also noted that they gave this same information the lady at the dealership that they talked to that (So they bald-face lied to me). I walked back into the finance managers office and relayed the correspondence, and he told me to bring the second check in and LHM would make the deal happen. At this point I was afraid to drive the car anymore due to the fees that I would have to pay if I had to return it, because I had been told that I had signed a spot delivery agreement (which I did not have a copy of). The manager assured me that I would not have to pay any day fees passed that dateOnce the second check arrived I immediately drove back to LHM to deliver it. Unfortunately, the check arrived late in the day so my lender was closed and LHM could not go through the approval process. I called the next day (not wanting to waste the gas driving there, or off-chance of being charged for more miles) to inquire on whether my dealer had been contacted and the woman in accounting that I talked to charged, these things take time So no, they had not attempted to receive the money for the car from my lender. Finally, the next morning my lender called me and told me what I already knew, they would not fund the deal. Later that morning, I got a call from my original salesman telling me the same thing, and that they would attempt to find a bank to finance the deal and get back to me later in the day. That afternoon, I did not receive a call so I drove there, intent on either wrapping the deal up or returning the keys (it had been 14 days at this point). The salesman smugly informed me that they had not heard back from the banks yet (even though when they ran my credit the first time they received approvals within minutes) and that they would know by the next day. I angrily, held my tongue, as I didnt want to ruin their business that day, but when I got home I called and told the salesman If they cant get the same rate as my lender, dont bother trying to negotiate; I am returning the car. He said he understood, and that I had been approved, but he did not know the details (which was probably a lie).The next morning I went back, thankfully with a friend who would be able to attest to the atrocious things that happened in the finance managers office. I stepped into the finance managers office. I knew he was as tired of seeing my face, as I was his, and he informed me that I had been approved at a higher rate than my original lender, but that he would attempt to change some numbers in the price of the car and here and there to get me close. I repeated exactly what I told the earlier salesman, sat the keys on his desk and got up to leave. Then things went straight to xxxx. Between him and the general manager (I had not seen this man before) screaming and threatening me with incredible fees, putting words in my mouth and pointing at multiple documents, threatening to sue me and garnish my wages, I became so angry I couldnt even think straight. I got up told the finance manager to: (1) send me the spot agreement that I had signed, and (2) to put the new terms on paper. As soon as I got home I noticed that they failed to have me sign any documents outlining the fees they wanted to assess, and realized they were just barking and blowing smoke.I got a call and two emails from them later that day. In the call a new salesman informed me that they were somehow able to get the same terms of the deal as my original lender, and that everything was fine. The big question I had was why go through all the hassle of trying to sue me if you could have led with that in the first place In the first email the new finance terms were outlined and an inconspicuous spot agreement (the agreement that charges fines based on days and miles) with the date of the original purchase agreement was present (in reality they had failed to secure a spot delivery agreement and were attempting to cross their ts by tricking me into signing this one). They wanted me to sign all of these agreements, bring them back and complete the deal. The second email contained documents that I had not received after signing the first deal. Fed up with all their tricks, lies, and behavior (and knowing that the deal was financed and I would never see these people again) I drove back once again and signed the documents.In the end, I just want to say that these guys will do anything to make a buck, even if that means attempting to screw you over. We just moved to Denver and my Dodge Ram 1500 check light came on and wasn't running very well and wouldn't start sometimes. I went to one Dodge dealership and was told they couldn't even look at it for 2 weeks. Call an other one and they wouldn't be able to look at for 5 to 6 days. But when I called Larry H Millers. I spoke with Kevin C, he said that they take appointments too, But for me to bring it in he would work me in.They got me truck fixed the same day. They went the extra mile for me. They have won my business.

Me and my husband visited this dealership today. We had an awful experience. After waiting for half an hour to take a look at a car, our salesperson Richard Serrano came back with the wrong set of keys. We then took a look at another car and liked it. My husband asked to test drive it but the sales guy said we need to sign the papers today if we wanted to test drive it. How can you be sure you would like a car before even driving it? I have never seen such a disrespectful and rude customer service. He wasted our time for nothing. We need a new car by Monday and most likely would have bought the car but his attitude shocked us. It's unfortunate but we will never be buying from this place.

I actually purchased a Ford F-150 a few years ago, purchased from a salvage lot at auction. Thebody shop I entrusted it to Stole my $6,000.00, and sold the engine & tranny. I went and purchaseda 2004 V6 Ford Explorer, which served me well for six years. The last two years were veryexpensive, $300 per month just in parts, repairs I could do myself, wheel bearings, CV axles,even the dreaded no transmission dipstick, ABS nightmare, and Harmonic Damper. Finallythe plastic timing chain guide failures. Ford has these really cool special fixes and specializedtools just for their poor designs, causing nightmares. I maintained my vehicle and it stillstranded me prematurely.I had my eye on Dodge Ram or Dodge Dakota before this around 2000, settled for theCadillac Northstar with the warped heads, and the Ford Exploder with the constantapologies and fixes. Finally I located a really nice V8 Dakota with Big Horn Edition atStevenson Toyota. I actually tried to purchase it online, but there was a snag with thedishonest salesman, they wouldn't let me make a test drive appointment. They said itwas being sold tommorrow at another Toyota Dealership. So Toyota dealerships areusing Dodge trucks to entice their customers into coming in to the sales office so theycan trick them into a newer Tundra. I went back online the next day, and sure enough,Stevenson Toyota still had the Dodge Dakota online. I went to another truck dealerthat had the Dodge Ram that I wanted in the first place, they brought out the wrongtruck than the online purchase, yet even though it had a bad EGR valve and a badwater pump, I purchased it right then. Dodge trucks have only common problemsthat can be repaired without nightmares, even when the ECU goes out, when thevoltage regulator goes bad. Dodge has made some improvements and slightupgrades to their trucks, this shows they listen to the feedback from real truck drivers.My ex-boss, her husband is an RTD Supervisor for the new Lightrail project, all theRTD bus drivers and Lightrail personnel like Dodge Ram 1500s. He drove this 2000Dodge Ram 1500 with a cracked radiator for three years to and from work. I actuallybought the radiator for his truck as a gift, but he had it fixed at a shop and sold it.He went to the same Stevenson Toyota dealership the week before I went shoppijngfor a truck, and he go tricked into a 2010 Tundra, it would never start. When I went toshow him the Dodge Ram I purchased, he went crazy and his eyes lit up, he wanted todrive it right away. Guess where we went in my Dodge Ram truck? We drove it toStevenson Toyota so he could pick up a rental vehicle, because his newer Tundrawill be in the shop at the dealership for one month, bad injectors or needing tuningat the factory. He continued to pretend to like the Toyota Tundra more than the Dodge Ram.He tried to get out of the deal with them, they've had him on this repair issue for twomonths. He kept mentioning the Toyota commercial about pulling the Space Shuttle.I just say that the Space Shuttle is going to the Museum, grave yard. The ToyotaTundra should just go with it, they have so many design issues, but the older Tundrasbefore 2006 were OK. If you ask me, any Dodge Truck, any day, any conditions, spends lesstime in any shop than any other truck. Just ask us long time truck drivers who reallyuse trucks that really do the work, not just get you to work.You should have seen the face of the management team at Stevenson Toyota when theysaw my face that day, with a Dodge Ram 1500, bringing their customer to pick up a rentalbecause his Tundra was going to be out of commsision for two months. I found out laterthis week, that Toyota had wait until another Tundra with the same engine got totalled,so they could get the injectors from the wrecked truck to fix the newer truck. My '98 Jeep Wrangler Sport was getting close to 200K miles and was starting to have major parts in need of repair. After fixing some of them, I came to a crossroads where I had to decide if I should keep pouring money into my old Jeep - or purchase a new one. I chose purchasing a new one, mainly for the peace of mind knowing a new one would not break down and put my family in jeopardy (especially up in the mountains on isolated off-road adventures). I selected Larry H. Miller Jeep 104th in Thornton - partially because they took ownership of the same place I originally bought my Jeep in 1998 - but more importantly because my in-laws had said very good things about their experience purchasing their new vehicle from one of their Toyota dealerships. I was very nervous about purchasing a new vehicle after 11 years without car payments. I wasn't sure what I could afford on a fixed income, but I knew I wanted a Jeep Wrangler and I had my list of options I needed/wanted. I was instantly met outside the dealership showroom by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman (Sean Delannoy). He asked me what I was looking for and I told him my whole story. He showed me a pre-owned 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with low miles first. It had all of the options I had on my list, and many more. It wasn't the exact color I had before or thought I wanted again, but the options and condition of the vehicle seemed to outweigh the neutral silver color. We then looked at every new 2-door Jeep Wrangler on the lot (regular, Sport, Sahara, Rubicon). Sean was very patient with me and answered all my questions. After coming close on a few brand new Jeep Wranglers, I decided for the money - the pre-owned 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was the closest to what I needed/wanted and was the most affordable.Then came the part of buying a new car most people dread - the negotiations. Sean worked with Brian Tyson on getting me written quotes on how much it would cost, and how much my payments would be. After running a credit check on me, the numbers started looking much more do-able. I was concerned about buying a pre-owned vehicle with only 2 years left on the warrantee, but Brian came back with a 5 year comprehensive warrantee on the new quote that was down to the right price per month that I could afford. That gave me the peace of mind to seal the deal without any reservations. Both Sean and Brian really listened to me throughout the selection process and negotiation process and made me feel very comfortable that all my needs were being met. Tilo Siyed handled the detailed warrantee explanation and the paperwork signing portion - he was very knowledgeable and friendly as well.The whole experience was painless and comfortable, and I drove off in a vehicle I really wanted and was happy with. You have to be happy, so those monthly payments don't sting as much. Knowing I got a great honest deal and loving the "new for me" Jeep - makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Larry H. Miller to any of my friends, family, or co-workers. After first locating the Wrangler on-line, I went to the dealership and met with Justin and John. The Jeep was exactly as described on-line. The process was smooth and familiar to anyone whose bought a car. After the back-and-forth negotiations FINALLY ended and we agreed on the price, the wait for the Finance Manager seemed to drag on and on. Overall, a very pleasant buying experience. I am satisfied that personnel are great and everyone treats you nice. I am surprised by the high volume of business and some of the conversations are negative from customers. I feel those conversations should not be handled out in the open where others that are satisfied can hear the negativity. My last visit I had an appointment but I was there for nearly 1 and 1/2 hours for an oil and filter change, and saw others waiting in the wait room for quite some time. I understand that there are only so many bays for car work, and maybe someone called in sick, but this was the first time when I was worried about the service of cars. I have worked in a high volume area and had multiple people out for one reason or another and it affects the customer service all the way around and the safety of the customer when they get their car can be compromised if the staff is short, due to stress.My car is awesome, and this is no intent to get anyone into trouble because everyone is knowledgeable and very professional, but management needs to address the high volume. I saw printers not working, paperwork stacks, stressed personnel, and stressed customers.

My husband and I were trying to purchase a New car from them over the weekend, we went in Saturday and got Rachel from the special financing department, She knew that we were not very sure on what we wanted and to show us some different models, she did just that! First one was a brand new 2014 dodge ram worth about 35,500! We told her with any car we decide to buy we could not go over 500 a month! We asked her how much our payments would be and she tells us about 680! When we told her we could not do that much a month she acted like we were taking up her time by letting her show is the truck, then tells us well the banks our closed anyways tonight so we wouldn't be able to do anything anyways! So we had left and went to another dealership found a car that we like and wanted to see if they had the same model, they did. We contacted her on Monday to look at the car and was so opposed to us looking at it and that the banks wouldn't be able to approve us for the loan! So your telling me that the banks would approve us for 38,000(after tax title and fees) but they wouldn't for a 20,000 loan?!? She took her time on everything! So because she wasn't helpful or willing to try to get us into a car we decided to go with someone else! Not to mention she told us that she would pull a soft pull on our credit when she didn't! I am not happy with them at all and if they want to keep people coming back they need to work on that no matter how much a sale is, it still is a sale and to treat everyone with the same respect!!

We have taken our 2012 Jeep Cherokee to this dealership twice since Larry Miller took it over from Pro Jeep. The Service technicians are rude, unpleasant, hard to work with. We had our 2005 Dodge 1500 serviced here numerous time when it was Pro Jeep and was always very well taken care of. It appears from the previous posts that Larry Miller is a great place to buy a car but I can tell you they have a horrible service dept. Stay Clear!! Our battery died last night in our Jeep. We called and inquired if they could replace the battery today. We were told that yes they coud get to it. When we arrived we were told they would not be able to get to it. We told him who we had talked to. Rep talked to rep we talked to and said they could get to it. We dropped it off. We just called, told they never told us they could get to it. Told them who we spoke with. Rep. said he didn't care who we spoke with and that he was not going to tell us again that they may not be able to get to it. We previously had taken the vehicle in for a transmission problem where the vehicle will not shift into 3rd unless you let off the gas. This happens very frequently. They had the Jeep for 4 days and were able to duplicate it once but said didn't know what issue was and said to bring it back if it got worse. INCREDIBLE! Once we get the Jeep back (if they ever fix it) we won't be back.

I am looking to purchase a Ram in the near future. When I look at multiple listings from Cars.com this dealership has several 1500 models listed incorrectly. They almost exclusively list there cabs as "crew cab" and that is not correct. There are 2 crew style cabs in a Ram. "Quad" and "Crew". Crew is larger by about 15 square feet. 9 inches of additional leg room. That is a big difference. A very nice sales person told me that they believe the listing was an honest mistake. The problem is that this dealearship, like many others, have this "error" on nearly all of their listed trucks. Is this on purpose or does an employee of ProChrysler/Ram not know the difference in these vehicles?

In 2012, I was a brand new customer to Pro and my 1 experience with them will be my last. The car has been ok, far from stellar, but ok. Their customer service, however, has been wretchedly awful. I'm not sure why they don't seem to care about customer service and presentation, but telling a customer that buying a used car warrants an attitude of buyer beware is never a good way to start off a customer's experience, even when it's true. Literally, those words. That happened when I broke down on I-70 2 months to the day after purchasing a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser from them. Beyond that, I have continually had to bug them, and at times, even tell them how to do their jobs and EXPLAIN their obligations in the service contracts that were signed!! As a small business owner myself, I generally try to avoid paying people to "let me tell them how to do their job." It's a bad business model for any customer who values their time and money. The only "good" customer they've provided me has been when I was giving them my money. Imagine that. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect a certain level of effort and full accountability. All in all, I think it's safe to say that if you are reading this and don't want to pay them to be their boss, you may want to look for another dealer to purchase your next Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram vehicle from.

Do Not buy from this dealership!! I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Spent 3 days with this dealership. We were trading in a vehicle for a new Dodge. I was upfront about what was wrong with my vehicle, and they offered me a trade-in value. After going back and forth a couple of times with fleet manager about price, we decided on a price for my new Dodge. Told the fleet manager that we would be down and have the paperwork ready. We started signing the paperwork and the used car manager comes by to pick up the keys on my vehicle to perform a test drive. I let him know what issue I had with the vehicle and he said to me "Did you tell anyone this?" I said yes, all along I told your fleet manager. He said OK and walks away.... We continue to sign paperwork then the dealership manager comes over and says we don't have a deal because of the issue with your vehicle. He asks me if I told anyone about the issue. I said yes and pointed to the fleet manager. The fleet manager responded with "Yes he told me". The dealership goes on about how they are so upside down on this deal that they cant take my trade-in at that value. Then he offers me a free oil change for my time. HA! HA! My time is worth a whole lot more than an oil change. The moral of the story is this. Make sure you get your trade in value before you buy anything. AND.... Know that this dealership does not stand by its word. The manager made an offer on my trade and I took it. He knew the details of the issue with the vehicle. The total cost to repair would have been about $500 out of the dealerships pocket. Don't make people go through the process of false dreams of owning a car if you can't keep your word.

I came into the dealership looking to test drive a few cars. Courtney came up and assisted me right away, first sitting down to discuss what I was wanting to look at (it was snowing) and then we went to a few cars to look at and ultimately test drive. Although the process is involved and time consuming, I always felt like things were moving along and I was aware of everything as it was occuring. I never felt pressured to make a decision and felt respected the entire time. I was very pleased with my experience here and would recommend it again.

I co-signed a loan for a family member to by a jeep from this dealership under the family & friends promotion. Six months later I was contacted by the GM stating that if I did not provide a birth certificate proving I was a family member the dealer would charge twice the amount for the vehicle by re-submitting the loan to lender. Chrysler stated that this was more of a guideline & a marriage certificate or drivers licence would work in its place. If threats & intimidation are how they sell cars, buyer beware.
