The service department at Larry Miller Dodge is the good thing about the dealership. The sales department is a joke. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle should definitely go some where else. This review is from my last visit. Was there again and as always Arron is a great service department advisor. He goes above and beyond my expectations. This dealership should be very thankful for a person of his caliber. And to reiterate I would not buy another truck from there. Just a heads up.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from Eddie! He was well informed and knew how to help us without any problems! From my point of view Eddie went above and beyond to make our car buying experience as easy as possible! Got us the best price available on the vehicle we got and got us a very manageable monthly payment! Whenever I go back to upgrade or buy another vehicle i will definitely go to Eddie! If anyone ever asks me where would be a good place to get a car I will send them to Eddie!!

on January 27 2021 I took my ram in to have the rear driver's side leather seat cover replaced. I was given a $200 quote for service when I purchased seat cover from parts department. When the cover came in a service rep gave me a $290 quote. I told the rep about the $200 quote. He replied, oh maybe he found someone to do it for 200. I started thinking are they shopping their own service employees to do side work or something? I ended up speaking with Pete who said the quote was correct at $200 for 1.5 hours work... Thanks Pete for doing your job with integrity.

So my overall experience with buying a car was fine with all smiles and I got to haggle my way down and was happy with the transaction. I purchased their "Total Care Auto Maintenance" package for $240 which covered oil changes for 3 years. I thought it was a really good deal-- full synthetic can get really expensive and it saved me from doing oil changes for a little bit but of course if it sounds too good, it probably isn't. Time comes around for the first oil change and I take it in and the service adviser explained that my package did not cover full synthetic oil as needed and would be an additional $60 dollars PER change in addition to the package. I told them not to perform the service and I would call to get it sorted out. After speaking to a impatient lady in financing, she said the $60 should only be a one time fee and assures me it should not be multiple times. I schedule another maintenance date, head over and I explain to the service adviser the issue and he is all shoulders and says she is wrong. Frustrated, I just take the car home and ordered my own oil and filter and did myself and asked for a refund on the auto care package. I went in to sign a document for the refund and only $152.94 out of the $240 I spent and here I am. I had to explain to one of the financial managers that I was entitled to a full refund (didn't use any of it and wrong package sold) so he probably messed something up on his end (not looking good for someone who works in "Finance" Thing I'd take away is just do NOT buy any auto care packages or ANYTHING they offer. Often they are overpriced as is and it's a huge head ache in some cases.

This experience was so much better than my last experience so far. I have not yet received delivery of my vehicle. But will like to give more stars once I do. I must say Sierra, MJ(Mary Jane) and nugget (Brandon) were amazing. The other finance person I believe his name may be nick I forgot. He was amazing as well. I hope to receive my vehicle in a timely fashion shinning and ready to go soon.

Our Sales Consultant, Arron Pryor worked with us to make sure that we were satisfied with our Dodge Ram 1500, including the color of the vehicle which was important to us. He made sure that we received the additional items we wanted and that we understood the vehicle. Wil, (we did not get his last name) Sales Manager, also helped us with questions that we had on another vehicle that we were considering. After all the paperwork was signed and we were taking possission of our Dodge Ram, Luis Becerra, the General Sales Manager, inspected our vehicle to make sure all was ok.There are only 5 stars above but we think that Larry H. Tough negotiating, but it was worth it. It would be nice if the dealership offered up some sandwiches. Almost had to leave during the deal as I was getting hungry. I think they do this on purpose though. People tend to hurry through the process if they are hungry.

I spent over 2 weeks on phone with Andy Frey. Asking many questions which he had the answersfor...ie he didn't have to put me on hold and locate someone for an answer. This was a first time ofbuying an out of state car..we are from Las Vegas. Rented a car and drove down to Peoria to pickup car. It was cleaned up and ready. After all paperwork was done Andy spent another hour going over car with my son. He explained about all electronics. He walked my son through programmingnavigation to get us back to Las Vegas and how to program garage door opener. All of this isexplained in manual but Andy took his time to explain it. Super salesmanship after the sell.

I would recommend Henry to friends and family.Just to clarity the hole buying process is no reflection on Henry or the Dealership itself.Most people like us do not want to deal with the negotiation process of buying a vehicle. Jon Anderson, Woody, AJ, Arron and the Service Department are all great to work with - they listen to you ask your needs, work with you and make the experience overall less stressful. They are honest with you and make suggestions if you need help. Last year I brought my daughter in and she purchased a Dodge Dart. End of the year she's looking to trade up to a Charger. I have been looking into the Dodge Durango for a couple of months now and have been to several dealerships around the valley and they either did not have what I wanted or could not make a deal. When my wife and I showed up at Larry H. Miller we were greeted by Mr. AJ Wanta (salesman). He was very professional and friendly and listened to what we were looking for and took us through the lot to see what he had to offer. We told him what our limit to spend was and if they could come close to that number than we could make a deal. LHM is a large multi-location dealership. I would like to see better communication between locations. We other vehicles at other locations that we were interested in. Rather than help us with those we were directed toward vehicles on that particular lot. In fact we were not even given the option of seeing other makes, it was all about Dodge and if you didn't like it you had to go there. Also the ploy of having slow internet servers really doesn't work nowadays. We all have phones which allow access to the internet. We wanted to buy two vehicles that night, and would have, taking advantage of LHM multilocation dealerships, but the antiquated system or scheme - whichever of slow internet - prevented us from doing so.

My sales associate was Lois. We originally went in because of the Dodge buy back and the recalls I received. My truck did not qualify for the buy back but Lois asked if we would still be interested in trading in our truck. We said yes if the deal worked on the truck I wanted. We went on 3 test drives and the only truck I absolutely LOVED was the white 2015 Ram sport with the Awesome hood. They worked the numbers and made it work and got us out of there in time for our kids baseball practice. Lois was personable, honest, fun, and joy to work with. Purchased a used 2011 Durango from Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Peoria. Very happy with the car. Even happier with the dealer. Three days in to our ownership the Check Engine light came on. It was the weekend, Service department is obviously closed so I messaged them on Facebook. Monday morning they messaged me back and even called ME before I had a chance to call them. Took my vehicle in, they gave me a loaner for a few hours, and fixed mine at no cost (had a faulty thermostat). Considering that used vehicles are sold "as-is" they could have said "so sad, too bad- that's the risk of buying used" but instead corrected the issue and have a happy customer who would readily recommend them to others!

My purchase experience at Larry Miller Dodge RAM was the best possible truck buying experience I could imagine. Im very detail oriented l so I researched every option on the 1500 RAM EcoDiesel as well as every RAM dealer in Arizona and surrounding states. I was prepared to travel for the best deal but I can happily report that Larry Miller Dodge RAM in Peoria gave me the best deal of ANYWHERE in the country. My experience with Larry Miller RAM began through email communication with Internet Sales Manager Jason Doherty. From the very first email until the handshake to consummate my purchase, Jason epitomized efficient, competent professionalism. He is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and always prompt with a response. Jason exhibited none of the characteristics so often associated with car salesmen and was in fact an absolute joy with whom to deal. I am extremely grateful to Jason Doherty and now consider him a friend. In an effort to avoid the typical experience, I chose to conduct the vast majority of my negotiation via email. Id ask a specific set of questions in the hope of cutting through all the noise of a standard deal. Most salespeople at other dealerships would often ignore my questions and instead provide answers that were more beneficial to their bottom line or that would direct me to inventory they had rather than what I actually sought. On the other hand, Jason answered every question directly. Additionally, because he is an astute listener, Jason also added information that he thought might assist me in my decision-making process. He is the consummate professional. Kenneth Baker assisted in the signing of the deal. It was a pleasure to work with Kenneth as he answered any final questions I had about the truck or its components. He made sure I felt confident in all of the systems and vehicle operational specifics before I drove off the lot. He took me on the final walk-around of the vehicle; it was an extremely nice touch to have the truck displayed in a pristine bay just off the showroom floor and made driving off the showroom floor a reality! Kenneth was also an easy-going salesman and he made me feel like I was the only customer at the dealership- which is no small feat as Larry Miller Dodge RAM is a busy dealership! When I finalized the deal, Larry Miller Dodge RAM General Manager Jon Anderson visited with me on the sales floor to congratulate me and shake my hand. He even sat down with me for 15 minutes to chat while personally thanking me for my business. Jon was pleasant, amiable and genuinely seemed to treat my business as valuable to the dealership, his associates, and him personally. The unique touch I experienced inspires me to think first of Larry Miller Dodge RAM upon my next truck purchase. It also inspires me to send anyone I know in the market for a vehicle to Jason, Kenneth, and Jon. I know my friends will be taken care of by my new friends at Larry Miller Dodge Ram in Peoria.

During sales process, I purchased a new dodge vehicle with the understanding that the title would be registered under my Montana LLC. I received title and registration for the state of AZ. In trying to fix this problem, I spoke to the title clerk and finance mgr. and they virtually wrote me off saying there was nothing that could be done. I cannot get lic. plates for this vehicle due to the way the paperwork was done. Needless to say, they have lost a customer forever due to the way they do business. Overall rating 1 star.

We appreciate the time and expertise Larry Miller Dodge extended to us this last weekend while we shopped for our new truck. It had been 13 years since we bought a truck and there have obviously been a lot of changes to their design. We didnt feel pressured and they understood that we were nervous about such a large purchase as well as excited to have a new truck. Ray Lopez took us out for our test drive and spent a lot of time explaining the features the truck offered. Financing went very smooth and was thorough. As we sat doing some of the paperwork, I watched the team inside the showroom. The team worked together to help their customers and had great respect for one another. John Anderson, the manager was walking around and talking to the customers. Mr. Anderson was just like one of the gang and made the public and his employees comfortable. Then I saw him outside drying off the truck we were about to drive away in. You dont see very many managers working alongside the people that work for him. We bought a used car from Larry Miller in November 2014. Our salesmen, Will Fortune, was AWESOME. He was kind, straight forward, transparent, no gimmicks. He helped pick the financial rep. that fit our style, and that experience was equally positive. When going in to purchase a car you always have your concerns: will I get a good deal? Will I be persuaded to buy more than I want or need? We got what we wanted and fit our budget. That wasn't our experience at all. To top it off we've been back a couple times for routine services, like oil changes and I have to honest ,we have always been greeted with a friendly, helpful and welcoming employee - best of all no pressure tactics. Everyone from our salesman to the finance manager really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and get us into a great car. We got a really, really great deal and we couldn't be happier with our new Durango.

Kelly Thomas is by far the best salesperson I have dealt with in my car buying history. I happened to be on that side of town and stopped by just to look. I live on the opposite side of town and did stop by another dodge dealership much closer to home and was less than impressed by that interaction. I decided on the Ram over ford and gmc and went back to Larry miller and Kelly because you earned my business. I have had hundreds of sales folks work for me and Kelly is A ++. She helped me on the comparisons and went through everything on the truck and great demo ride. Recommend you open a dealership closer to Carefree and Scottsdale

My daughter and I traveled a long ways to "look" at a red 2013 Kia Soul that had recently come in on a trade. We had been looking for a red Kia Soul for my daughter for a little while and knew exactly what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. When we arrived we were greeted by Lois who was wonderful. She showed us the car and found the interior absolutely covered in dog hair. We own three dogs so I am familiar with dog hair but nothing like this. While we worked on a deal on the Kia, the detail guys went to work and cleaned up the Kia better than new. We are still finding a few stray dog hairs, but I think we have finally vacuumed out the last of it! When we drove off the lot, her Kia Soul was immaculate, smelled, and looked just like a new car! We are so happy with it!! We would highly recommend both Lois and Larry Miller!

I live in Prescott and prefer to do most of the work via email. Bruce "Woody" Woodcock was fantastic! Truth be told, I shopped around, and he was the most fair and up front. I made the deal by email. I came down to Peoria and I was not disappointed. Woody and the entire crew were great. From the time I walked in the door and drove off in my new Challenger, it was less than an hour and a half. I can't say enough good things about my experience!

The sales team was wonderful. However the team that details a car needs some help. My car seats were dirty, my back rear window was not cleaned at all and the console had food inside. I know it was a used car but my salesman knew I was coming for a couple of days. Your sales team was great and efficient. Thank you.

I have been to LHM Dodge 3 times, the first in 2012 where I purchased a brand new dodge charger and then 2 times after that over roughly a 2 year span. The first experience was less than pleasant and got worse the second time and really bad the third time. The first visit I had the deal all worked out and had taken possession of the car when they decided to change the terms and told me that I needed to provide more money down. It wasn't until I returned the car to them that they changed their mind and allowed the deal to go through. The second visit they reached out to me and gave me a verbal guarantee that they could get me into a new car at a lower interest rate, and even when I told them I was skeptical they assured me they could. After running my credit they told me they were confident they could get me a certain rate and we proceeded with the deal and ultimately took possession of the car. After having the car for a month I was told to come in and sign the final documents where I was presented with a rate that was more than double what I was promised and so I walked away from the deal. Over the next year or so I received numerous letters from LHM indicating they were in need of used vehicles and were offering to purchase my 2012 Dodge Charger. The first letter was for an amount that was not very attractive so I disregarded it, which was followed by a second letter that increased the amount a couple thousand, and was eventually succeeded by a third letter that offered a very attractive amount. So I once again returned to LHM only to yet again be disappointed. The first sales person tried to get me into a relatively pricey vehicle at my initial request but when it became clear that was not going to be feasible she simply dismissed me and told me to call her back if anything changed, with no attempt at finding any other deals. I placed a call back into LHM the next day and spoke with a second sales person who after some time to investigate matters simply reiterated the first sales persons words back to me. I made several attempts to get them to do some work and investigate whether we could get into a lower end car but they seemed reluctant to even deal with me and after numerous calls and talking to a few people I was eventually informed that they were not going to honor the letter they had sent me regarding the purchase of my car. Basically it was just a fishing attempt to get me into the building. The amount that they would be wiling to offer me on the trade in left enough negative equity that was preventing the banks from entertaining any financing without a substantial down payment. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. Needless to say I will not be back to any Larry H. Miller auto dealerships.

I have never had such a bad experience somewhere that I had to ever write a review about it. We went on a Friday around 7:30 at night to look at some cars after the manager called us twice telling us to come in, that they were having a sell that weekend and they could definitely work with us, and get us more for our trade in ( we previously went a month earlier but were not offered what we wanted for our trade). So after working all day we decided to go in. It was 9:30 at night and we had finally come to an agreement on numbers. But the car was at another dealership. They pushed and pushed for us to commit to this deal, without even seeing or test driving the car (38,000 vehicle) Of course we didn't... we said we would be back to make the deal the next day after we test drove the car and they told us that was fine, that the deal would still be on the table. We asked for the price sheet with all the numbers so we could think about it more at home (last time we there they had given us one), The Fleet manager Rob straight lied to our face and said they don't give those out... oh ok I have one sitting in my car right now from them(actually from the same EXACT guy) SOOOO the next day we got busy and could not make it in, but were told if we came in Sunday we could still do it for the same price. So we go in Sunday to do the deal and what do you know.. they lost the price sheet!! so after all was said and done, they come to us with all new numbers, 6000 more over the term of the loan. They do not honor their word, and this is a place I will never do business with again. Please spend your money and time somewhere else. This place is a JOKE. ---- all we wanted was for this dealership to honor their word, we had a deal worked out and were told if we came back two days later, that they would still honor it. Don't wait until we drive 30 minutes up there, to tell us that they lost the price sheet and don't remember what is on the paper. We were not going in there asking for anything new, we just wanted to deal we were promised on Friday night.

I have to say in 53 years, and being a business owner for much of my career dependent on reliable cars and trucks I have had many stressful sessions at the car dealers. With the fall out in 2006 and the loss of all things making me economically viable I have experienced the highs and lows of the credit score game. About a year ago I dropped in to Larry Miller Dodge Peoria and purchased a used vehicle based upon the credit manager Karl's advise on a credit repair strategy while providing a very nice vehicle that fit my budget. Although I was not spending a ton of money I was treated very well and although the interest rate was high I ran the program for eight months as prescribed. Fast forward eight months and I go back to LMDP and drive out with a 2014 Challenger RT,,once again within my budget and at an almost prime interest rate plus thousands on trade in over my expectation.. Largely due to the time and effort by my sales person Woody (The Englishman) it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Woody spent the time on my needs and made sure it was the correct purchase, what a pleasure to have sales people that truly put the customer first. If your in the market and want professionals to deal with call Woody and Larry Miller Dodge Peoria, it will change your opinion of car buying for the better.

This purchase is my families 4th mini van, yes we have 3 kids. I must say that this is the dealer I regret not visiting sooner. After buying vehicles in other parts of town we became tired of driving for service to visit that dealership and felt that we needed to shop as close to home as possible. So we made a list of the three closest dealers and started looking. It just so happened that Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Peoria was the closest. In 2012 I bought a new Challenger R/T from Larry Miller. It's the 3rd new car I've purchased from that dealership..starting with an Intrepid ES in 2000. The sales dept. went above and beyond to find me the car they knew I really wanted. The salesperson, Kelly Thomas will do whatever it takes to get you into your dream car. I trusted her and signed the paperwork w/o even seeing the car. It was on the showroom floor at another Dodge dealer. She went and picked it up for me, and I've NEVER regretted it. She KNEW what I wanted, and I've probably got one of the very few "Header Orange" R/T Challengers out there. The Service Dept. is one of the best in Phx. The Service Director, Mike Veselik was my Service Advisor when I first bought this car. His excellent knowledge and Customer Service skills have recently helped promote him to his Director position. Mike has worked for Chrysler dealerships over 30 years. The Sales, Mgt., and Service folks make you very comfortable, more like family than a stranger. They are honest and very straightforward. If you are looking for a gorgeous new Dodge vehicle, you will not leave without it. Somebody there will make it happen. And Mike will make sure all your maintenance issues are taken care of after the sale. You can't go wrong.

I went here to get my scheduled maintenance. It took about an hour, which was okay. One of the things that really bothers me, no one can be held to be accountable. They do not like to give names out when I set up an appointment, when all I was trying to do was thank them. He would only tell me who the service manager is and also the adviser.

I went here to get my oil changed. When we first purchased the car, we had some issues and they are still going on for the last year and a half. WE were supposed to get a resolution at the end of last summer and the gentleman that was working with us ended up leaving. It's been okay, and it's been running fine, but there is a clunk when you put it in drive. When I start up the car, a bug puff of white vapor comes out. They cannot figure it out, and neither can we. We've brought it back 2 or 3 times for the same reason, but we do not have the time to deal with it.

I bought a 1500 Dodge Ram from here, but I was disappointed with the purchase afterwards. I wanted a DVD/CD player because I travel a lot. They told me it was on my console, but it was not. It was just a drawer. My insurance company told me that on my list of accessories it says my truck has a CD player. They told me to contact LHM and I have not gotten an answer. I am still waiting.

I purchased a vehicle from here, and after my first payment it broke down on me at 4 o'clock in the morning, on my way to work. I was unable to reach anyone in the service department, and ended up paying partially out of pocket for a tow truck. The shop I sent it to for repairs called me with the diagnosis, and repair quote. A whopping $1200.00. I called to speak to someone in regards to what could be done withe the warranty and insurance i had. The mgr. was very rude, and said they didn't show a warranty, even after I provided the paperwork. I ended up paying out of pocket for the repairs, and a week later, I'm broke down again. This time 478.00 in repairs. So alternator, battery, inner/outer tire rods and lower stable arm had to be replaced. Guess you need to disassemble a vehicle now a days, because you surely can not trust that dealers perform the inspections they "say" they do. just out to earn a commission. Never recommend or use this dealer again.

I talked to a service rep who told me to speaks to a guy in parts department because someone took my locking lug wrench (guy who fixed my tire). Parts guy just gave me a number and told me to do it myself, to just call them. I walked out of here steaming!! The attitude of the gentleman in the parts department I was very unhappy with.

I went to this dealership to get my motor mount fixed. It takes a long time to get anything done. They don't keep you updated on how long repairs will take either. I had a friend bring her car to LHM when she needed a part, and they proceeded to let her sit their for several hours and then ended up not having the part at all and acted like it wasn't a big deal.
