Dealership did not live up to promise of entertainment package. Called 10 times over 12 week period and was promised each time it would be in the mail immediately. Nothing ever came, very disappointed, would not recommend the dealership to anyone if they can't even deliver entertainment package. I wasted a lot of time for nothing. I will never go back to that dealership.

We arrived just before closing trying to look at a car. (Lots of traffic with the 90th exit!!!!!!!) It was locked up in a back lot and couldn't be seen. It was sold before we could make it back.

The sales team were great! Christopher and Dustin Aldridge worked with me from start to finish. Christopher provided details on my new truck before and during the sale and Dustin stayed after closing to help me setup my new truck and provide insight to upgrades I was interested in. The Aldridge boys felt more like friends then sales men. Steve worked with me as well, and he was very respectful and helpful. I wasn't going to trade-in my SUV, but Steve worked in into the deal and made it possible for me to take home the truck I really wanted. I didn't feel like I had to compromise during the sale. I like how the finance department informed me of additional options, but didn't try to push me into buying more coverage. I went in for routine maintenance (oil drain, 19 point inspection, etc) and correction of several deficiencies reported in recall notices. The work was completed and my car was ready to go exactly at the promised time. Shuttle service was provided when requested. All personnel encountered were courteous and professional, and the car got a great wash job too

Had good service for the recall on my car. The staff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. It was nice to get a ride home, too bad there is no more shuttle pick up to come back to the service department. That would be my only concern, but wasn't a major problem for me.

As I was returning home from a trip from Illinois, I noticed that a front strut had developed a significant leak; something that is apparently a fairly common problem with Expeditions. My vehicle was only 400 miles out of the 3-year, 36000 mile warranty when I contacted L.H. Miller service the following day. I had noticed the leak in the middle of Nebraska, slightly before my warranty had expired, but it was a Sunday and I couldn't a dealership to see how to secure the repair at an area Ford dealership, or see if LHM could honor the warranty. So I continued home and figured L.H.M. would understand and honor the warranty. BUT NO. Instead, they refused and wanted to charge me full price. Consequently, I obtained the service elsewhere and will continue to do so for both service and purchase in the future.

Can you tell me if my air filter was changed? It was a one year oil/oil filter service, with tire rotation and general check up. I need to know if the air filter was changed. Otherwise, the service was quite good, but I would like more details on what exactly was done,beside what was written on the paperwork I received.

Sales experience was good, I was spending money. This is my first Ford vehicle and probably my last. I've owned the Highboy F150 Super Crew for 11 months and the value has dropped $22,000, from purchase price to what LHM will buy it back (trading it in on a Porsche) . Stay away from their accessorized trucks, they look nice, but are over-priced and won't hold their value. I buy/sell a lot of vehicles and this truck will be the biggest depreciation drop of any vehicle...even a Land Rover or Mercedes. Buyer beware! Would not recommend.

Had service on EDGEWould like clear signs where to 'line; up cars in the AM prior to opening - there are multiple stalls but only first two garages open to start process - I was in front of the wrong door.When appts are made for 7am - have a script for scheduler to review or email or text- stating what to expect -anticpated time - services available (i.e. free internet to work from location; rides available; etc...) everyone was very nice; very professional and extremely efficient.

We had an issue with the My Ford Touch Display failing (went dark). Richard was able to predict what it would be and also let me know that Ford had extended the warranty on that part. We took my wife's explorer in and they fixed it in the time frame promised. I have received excellent customer service every time and we take our vehicles here for routine service as well.

I love Larry Miller Ford in Sandy. I will not buy any ford unless it is from this dealership. I recently bought a 2015 focus ST and had a great experience with them. Before I went to this dealership, I was at a ford dealer in bountiful where I did not have a good experience and that's when I decided to come to Larry Miller Ford in Sandy. I am somewhat surprised that there are a lot of differences between the Larry H Miller locations as far as their waiting rooms. This dealership had coffee machine available but it was out of coffee. Other Larry Miller locations have popcorn available, this one didn't. I know I shouldn't compare the dealership with what is in the waiting area, but I thought you would want to know my thoughts. This time my service was completed very quickly and well done.

I took my 2013 Escape in because of fuel smells in the cabin. There had been a fuel shutoff problem at a gas station which created the problem, but I wanted to know that there were no fuel leaks or other problems. Service people were quick to meet me, asked appropriate questions about why I was there, thoroughly checked out my vehicle and gave me an accurate assessment of the cause for a fuel smell in the cabin. No repairs were required. The problem has not returned. I was not charged for the service.

my 2000 Ford explorer was experiencing problems with the drivers window. Both the service tech and I assumed the motor had gone bad.On the first look the mechanic said there was a problem with the sensor and a part needed to be ordered to the tune of $800.00.Then he took a second look and followed the wiring. It turned out to be a crimp in the wire and had shorted out. He fixed it and the service tech called me to let me know the good news. I was charged only labor which was $100.00. And they washed my car to boot!!I am needless to say extremely happy and satisfied with their service.Thank You

I waited for 90 minutes JUST for an oil change. When I went to ask about my car I was told it was just going thru the wash bay. I sat down and patiently waited and 10-15 minutes later he found me and politely told my car was completed, looked good, and was ready outside. When I went out it had definitely not been washed...at all! Maybe Im just used to Jody Wilkinson Acura service department that really takes care of their customers. When I spoke with the service manager he said that they do 55 oil changes a day and he was sorry. I take it from that that they are just too busy.....

I have 2 Ford vehicles and have had service at LHM in Sandy for 5 years. I was getting ready to find another place to go until my last visit. I was going to leave because no one ever discussed my vehicle when I brought it in. They would grab it run and have the service done then tell me it was done. On the 30k service for my truck no one asked if I wanted recommended items done like transmission fluid change, etc. Finally everything changed. Kevin W. was awesome. When I took my Explorer in for the 30k service this week he actually took the time to talk with me about recommeded services giving me the choice to do what i wanted. He explained everything very well. The next day I took my truck in for an issue it was having. It was also do for a service and has 35k miles on it. He had it completely looked over and had recommendation for things that should have been done at 30k but were not. I will now continue to go to LHM for my vehicles but I will always ask to speak with Kevin. He was awesome, knowledgable, and friendly and did not treat me like a woman who knows nothing about vehicles.

All but done with my local dealer (Larry Miller Ford Sandy). Last three service visits all ended up with issues on my 2011 F350. My wife has had similar issues with this dealer to the point that she would rather drive an extra hour to another dealer than take here 2013 Ford C-Max to this one. Today was the last time... My last 3 issues 1. Previous Oil Change - 3 hours I waited 2. Door paint issue resulted in them not connecting the keypad back up 3. Today's Oil change - 3 hours again On the first oil change no action was taken, I was furious and left that way. On the door issue, I called they said to bring it back down (another couple hours of my time) so rather I pulled the door apart myself and fixed it... and finally today, I blew up... demanded to speak with the service manager and expressed my frustration. 40 minutes later they finished the service and I left. It pains me (and my wife) every time I realize I need to take the vehicle in for Service. At this point I'm never going back to the Larry Miller Ford Sandy dealer... and I'm now doubting if I will purchase Ford again moving forward.

I took my car in for regular service. I was met quickly and was in and out in less than an hour. The waiting area is very comfortable and the time went fast. When the service was done I was told what had been done and asked if I had any questions. I felt that the service advisor really cared about doing a good job for me. I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Accord from this dealer, and they went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase was not only a solid vehicle, but at a great price since I am a college student. Terry, my salesman, did a wonderful job through the whole process and was very kind and considerate. The whole staff was there to answer questions and help me with the finance process. I highly reccommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a brand new Ford or a slightly used vehicle that they bring to a high quality standard. My Honda is perfect for my driving style and has been super well maintained. It was also inspected by a separate Honda Dealer downtown, and they passed off the car with flying colors. This Sandy Ford dealer fixed a few quirks for me at no charge and they even put on brand new tires with an alignment to sweeten the deal. Exceptional service, everyone! Friday night my husband and I were at the Sandy Larry H Miller dealership, we found a truck that we wanted to purchase. This truck was a trade in and had only been on the lot for 1 day. The salesman Steve quoted us a price and told us that it need to go through his shop to make sure there was nothing wrong with. He stated " You have purchased from us before and we want to keep your business. I will run it through the shop in the morning and call you around noon to let you know what the shop says. There is no need to put any money down at this time, I WILL HOLD IT FOR YOU." We received a call around noon stating that the truck was good to go. While we were at the bank, we called for the VIN number. Steve told that he had just sold the truck. They sold a truck that they promised to hold for us; within 1 hour of the first phone call letting us know that the truck was good to go. I find these people to be dishonest and untrustworthy. I would never by a vehicle from them. They are all LIARS!!!!!

This was my last stop after researching several new cars during the past 6 weeks. I was fortunate enough to get Dustin Aldridge for my salesman, who was interested in really helping me find what I wanted and needed. The pricing was lower than other comparable vehicles, so I made my decision there and drove home with a new 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that night! Very pleased with the whole process and the car. I did have the opportunity to use the Service department, when I came back a few days later to have tint put in my windows. They were all friendly and on top of things, and I got the tint done while I was at work. In my case, they showed a great concern to get things right.

Car was purchased remotely from Alaska. Price was decent, but several extras were sold to me (e.g. they told me the extras would protect the car on the trip home) which on reading the fine print were worthless to me. Who has time for 50+ pages of fine print when trying to get on the road for a 3,500 mile trip home. Also botched was the registration process. They charged me for a paper license plate when they new darn well the car was not going on the road for 4 months (long after paper plate expired). When they got the permanent plates from Alaska they actually through some of the paperwork away. On returning to Alaska I had to spend 2 hours at DMV and go through and pay for the entire registration process again. If you order a car remotely, don't get extras and don't let LHM do the registration. Do it yourself when you get home.

I'm located out of the state of Utah so I was purchasing remotely. The vehicle, a 2010 Ford Escape Certified Pre-Owned, had some minor body damage and I negotiated for repairs to be made before delivery of the vehicle and we came to a verbal agreement. But getting LHM Ford Sandy to actually document this was next to impossible, in fact they really didn't even want to send me a purchase contract. I insisted they send one, and it was fraught with errors, charging me for all kinds of things that would only be applicable to a Utah in-state purchase. It also had no mention of our agreed-upon bodywork repairs. I requested corrections and to have another one sent. They never sent one. Their whole attitude was to trust them, everything would be taken care of and would be correct, the car would be repaired on Wednesday and then delivered to me in Idaho and all the paperwork would be brought with it and everything would be fine. Like a fool, I took, them at their word and trusted them. Well, the vehicle showed up and the repairs had not been not made. You could see evidence that someone had attempted a paintless dent repair but had abandoned the effort due to the paint starting to crack. Nobody had bothered to contact me at all, they just abandoned the repair effort and delivered the car. Furthermore, the paperwork STILL wasn't correct, as they had not put my wife's name on any of it as I had requested. One document in the stack did make reference to the dent repairs as something they would provide, but the document had been filled out wrong and it said both they were responsible for it and that the vehicle was delivered as-is with nothing else owed (they were supposed to check one box or the other and they had checked both). So while the delivery guy was at my house, he called and talked with the dealership manager, Phil Pecoraro. We struck a deal that we they would take $200 off the price of the vehicle since they hadn't performed the repairs. The delivery guy marked up the document indicating $200 would be taken off, and signed it. We paid with a certified check for the balance due less this $200 and thought that was the end of it. Well, no such luck. A few weeks later I called to find out where my title was. I was then accused of shorting them $200 when I paid for the vehicle. Furthermore, they said that when they did send the title, there wouldn't send it to me, they were going to send it to my local DMV, removing my opportunity to fix their other mistake and put my wife's name on it. They claimed they had to do it that way, but that's not true, my local DMV tells me that's only necessary when there's a lien involved, which there isn't. I tried to get ahold of the general manager a couple of times so that we could straighten this out, even left messages with both the salesman and the finance manager to have him call me, never heard from him. Far as I know, they're holding my title hostage because they're backing out of their agreement to take $200 off the price. I finally ran out of patience and filed a complaint with the Utah Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division. The lack of professionalism is the root cause of all these issues. They didn't put things in writing, didn't inform me when they decided not to meet their verbal promise, failed to do even the purchase contract correctly or send me an updated copy ahead of time so I could check it, the whole thing was just amateur hour. And now either their internal communication is non-existent or they're attempting fraud, I'm not sure which. These are the exact kinds of problems that happen when dealerships take this lackadaisical approach to the whole transaction. Things need to be documented, checked, signed off, and everyone involved needs to be in the loop so they know what's going on and there are no surprises and no false accusations in either direction. That's called professionalism, and this dealership is sorely lacking in it.

I was able to get all required service items completed in half a day. I appreciated the low pressure approach used by the service writer, and also the very detailed summation of the condition of my brakes, tires and other safety items. Kudos to the Sandy staff!

My service manager was Wendy Norris. She is bright, helpful and makes sure commitments are made and kept. I particularly like the new process wherein she completes the paperwork and card payment without involving the cashiers. Loved working with Wendy - she is not high pressure and gets the job done! Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. He worked hard to get us what we needed. Also, we have purchased other vehicles from this location and I think they do a great job in the service department as well with oil changes etc.

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback, from LMF in Sandy. I found the entire sales team to be pleasant and friendly. Ross my salesman was easy to deal with, guiding me through the process. My visit ended with a pleasant and efficient credit lady, who completed the transaction. I walked out the door to find a clean and well prepared Focus ready to roll. I have purchased several new and used vehicles through the years, this being the first from LMF. I found this to be my most memorable experience.. Thanks to all.

My buying experience here was excellent. Ask for Philip Houst if you are getting a new vehicle, he rocks. Very knowledgable on cars and willing to do whatever he can to help make your buying experience a happy one. He also sticks with you after selling you the car, he has picked me up from work before to bring me in and get my car back after service. I took my Ford Focus ST in to get an upgraded rear motor mount installed and everything went great. I dropped it off in the morning and they had it ready for me at closing time. Their shuttle service was a little slow that morning, but I can work remotely so this was not a big issue for me. I recently took it in this week to get a nail removed from my tire, I have low profile tires, so I appreciated the fact that they took their time to get them off without damaging the wheel, rather than just rushing to get me out of there quickly. Overall I've had an excellent experience here, wish I could say the same for the Dodge dealerships here in the Salt Lake Valley, I've had horrible experiences at all of them. LHM Ford's dedication and the build quality of my Ford is quickly making me a Ford convert.

I thought that the overall experience was fine but afterwards they told us our brakes were going bad and we needed to get them fixed. We felt like this dealership was trying to steal from us. Because we went somewhere else to get our bakes looked at and they told us they were brand new.

I went to this dealership because my truck needed to get the alignment readjusted. I thought it was going to be an expensive deal, but I was very surprised at how quick AND inexpensive it was.

I purchased a used vehicle and made a "handshake agreement" with the sales manager that if there were any issues with the truck prior to my warranty kicking in (30 days) that they would take care of me. I brought the truck in two weeks after I bought it because of multiple issues. In order to get it in a safe running condition, it would cost me around $2000. Did they keep their word? Of course not. They did charge me only for the parts which was still $1000 but they sold me on the truck telling me how many major inspections they do prior to selling the truck and how it is in perfect shape, etc. Not the case. They were dishonest and when I called them on it, they did not step up to the plate. Will never go back. Willey Ford in Bountiful has treated us much, much better with our other vehicle. Go there.

The sales person didn't help us with what we needed, and we had to fight for what we wanted. It was frustrating that they would call us and tell us everything was done, and we'd go there but nothing would be done and we'd be waiting for hours. We asked for car fax but never got them. We brought it on a Friday night and they didn't do the financing correctly or give us the information we needed. They also didn't tell us what insurance or how to pay for anything.

I was traveling for business and needed some repairs done to my truck. They got me somewhat squared away. I was under a time crunch, had a very expensive electrical issue and they weren't able to get the part. But they did get me going long enough to get on down the road to a place that had the part. Very good overall.
