Brought my new Ranger in for its first oil change and inspection. Friendly service and did not take too long. However, they did not clean up the old oil and it made a mess of the bottom of my truck and garage. Also, three of the six clips that hold the plastic in place in the wheel well were not replaced. I brought it to this dealership for high quality service but that is not what I received.

I would have given this a five star rating … never had a bad experience with Larry H. Miller. However, I just discovered that because of them not filing the paperwork correctly regarding a financial institution having a lien on the vehicle, I was assessed a non-refundable fee on my loan. Make sure you check all the paperwork thoroughly … I know I for sure will check all future paperwork more closely. Also, I have reached out to the sales rep regarding a question on warranty coverage (sales rep asked me to contact him with any questions) a couple of times. No response ever over the past few months. Not sure I believe the reps who invite me to contact them. Seems to be more lip service than anything else.

Spectacular interaction and buying experience with an amazing salesman named Zach Holmes. He wasn’t high pressure or “salesman-y”, rather he was professional, informative, and really seems to live and breathe Ford products. Seriously, he’ll be running that place someday. I’ll be back for that Raptor and I’ll definitely be buying it from Zach (as well as recommending him to anyone I meet that’s interested in a Ford).
