*Updated* They have been doing noticeably better on my last 2 visits. Ridiculous wait times, People who walk in through the "express lane" get priority over people who scheduled appointments ahead of time. Their computer system went down so they never called me to tell me my car was ready.

Tim, Shy, and Alex are amazing!! I cannot say enough about Tim's kindness and patience with my stubbornness. Shy assisted and tried to find inventory for me and really worked hard to keep me in my budget while meeting my criteria and was also incredibly patient with me. Alex, the GM, that guy is cool and truly cares about customer service and experience. The finance dept with Ron and Chelsea was pretty smooth as well. Chelsea even stayed and finished my file when she didn't have to. Love her. I have basic knowledge of that area, and they did a good job getting me through the paperwork and I don't feel like anything was hidden or done without my consent. I have never had a better car buying experience, even with all the hassle those guys went through for me.

Incompetent service team. Spent 5 hours and several hundred dollars waiting for the service team to attach a new outer casing for a rear view mirror. Less than 12 hours after this service, the casing fell off my car after I opened the passenger door for the first time. Now they are saying it will take another $450 dollars to repair. At best, the service team is incredibly incompetent. More likely this is a dishonest attempt to make more money. I will not be returning to this dealership; do business anywhere else.

Suk Na was great to work with. Worked out a deal over the phone for the exact car we were looking for, and drove down to finish up the paperwork. Easy process, and everyone in the dealership was pleasant to work with. I would return and buy another car in the future.
