I want to thank Larry Whicker Motors for their great professional service we got today purchasing our Highlander. This was by far the best car buying experience we ever had. They're not consumed with having a huge inventory like the BIG car companies but selling quality used vehicles. Daniel made the process so easy and answered all our questions and never pressured us to buy the vehicle. He gave us his full attention unlike other corporate dealership sales personnel who are usually juggling two or three people trying to make several sales. These guys are great! From start to finish this was a great car buying experience. The negotiation process was fair and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and the process was seamless. Zach and Megan went above and beyond. Customer service with a red bow on top! Literally….they even had a large red bow for us to use to present the car as a gift to our daughter. I can't say enough good thinks about Larry Whicker Motors. It is a family organization who are as honest as the day is long. After going round and round with the typical dealer garbage in Raleigh, we made the drive to Kernersville to see Zach. (third generation) on a recommendation from the credit union. Best thing we ever did. As promised, the car was waiting for us at the front door and ready to test drive. He handed us the keys and said "see you when you get back". We loved the car and the price was great. He arranged the paperwork so we could take it home right then an there. What a joy it was dealing with great people who truly care about making the car buying process a happy event. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Make the trip to see them! If they don't have exactly what you want in stock, they will find it for you. They will also deliver a car to your doorstep. Kudos all the way around.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Larry Wicker Motors. We trust Larry and know the vehicle we're purchasing has already been checked out by Larry and his staff. We particularly like the no pressure sales and the friendly people. Not much need to haggle on pricing as they've already priced the vehicles to sell. We also got a fair deal on our trade which doesn't often happen at the big dealerships. We will go back to Larry Wicker Motors when we are looking for another vehicle.

I just purchased my first vehicle from Larry Wicker Motor's and I am 100% satisfied with the entire process. Larry and his team are professional, personal and most importantly Larry is a "Man of His Word". Larry assured this vehicle I purchased was up to date with recalls and serviced the four wheel drive system before purchasing to fix a warning light that appeared the day I was to purchase the vehicle. Two weeks later, Larry stood behind his vehicle and his reputation and reimbursed me for some service work that needed to be done. Larry did not have to do this but insisted. Purchased our Mercedes R350 from them and they were great! They were easy and had us feel as ease. Absolutely NO PRESSURE. I think that is probably why we felt we were getting a quality car. If they were pressuring us to purchase, it would make me think something was wrong with the vehicle and they just wanted a sale. Larry himself answered the phone when called about car saw on Cars.com. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. Went to see car and at no time felt any pressure. Most lots when said liked a car was hassled to buy right then, not Larry. He let me take time to look at car. When said going to another lot to look he gave me directions to them. Once bought car had my mechanic check car and was great but for battery. Called Larry and said would be taken care of. Went back and a new battery installed with out checking the old. Incredible

I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from Larry and Zach. They offer excellent customer service and go above and beyond what is expected. Working in Greensboro it was hard for me to make it by to see the car during business hours so Zach brought it to my office for me to look at. He also let my husband and I take it home overnight so we could look it over. I highly reccommend Larry Whicker auto if you are in the need of a reliable used car.

We have been searching for a used Suburban 2500. While at Larry Whicker Motors, we also saw a used Camry that looked brand new. We ended up buying both cars the same day. I have been a resident of Kernersville since '98 and I have driven by Larry Whicker Motors a zillion times! Not until this week had I had my first opportunity to visit their facility. I found a vehicle posted on cars.com by Larry Whicker; I emailed Whicker Sunday evening and by Monday morning I recd a call from Zac. I met Zac that afternoon and I was immediately impressed. Zac was professional, very helpful, and offered A+ customer service!! I am now the proud owner of a MKX and I see myself being a repeat customer of Larry Whicker Motors in the future!

Overall wonderful experience. Very efficient, helpful and direct. Son's car broke down, the day before my father's funeral. It was already a difficult time for me but they were able to do preliminary paperwork, and basically have everything lined up when I was able to make it back. Will definitely recommend to others.

After months of struggling to determine which car we wanted to purchase, we finally made a decision yesterday. Throughout the entire process, the staff a LWM was patient, helpful, and never pushy. It was without a doubt the very best car buying experience we have ever had and that includes many used and a few new cars. This is the way car - or any large purchase - buying should be. Friendly, easy, accommodating, and just an overall great experience. If and when we ever purchase another car it will be through Larry Whicker Motors.

Mr. Whicker and his knowledgeable staff including his son Zack Whicker, whom I dealt with for most of my transaction was VERY helpful, courteous, considerate of circumstances and friendly. I was buying a car for my husband for Christmas, a first for me - I hadn't bought a car since my first car in my teens. This job was historically been my husband's job and I was definitely out of my comfort zone plus this was suppose to be a surprise for him on Christmas day (which it turned out to be - yeah:)). Zack was sympathetic to my "newness", didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want, listened to my thoughts/concerns actively and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone!! And I will definitely go to them again when I'm in the market for a new/used car again.

I researched a 09 Ford Taurus and 09 Mercury Sable because they had great reviews. I found a few and checked different dealers within a 100 mile radius. I settled on a 2009 Ford Taurus Limited for ONE MAIN REASON. THIS PLACE IS GREAT!! I first e-mailed back and forth with them, then went in person to check out the car. My experience online with them was every bit as friendly as in person. They made me feel very comfortable and addressed every question and concern throughout the whole car buying process. We had a great experience with all the staff at Larry Whicker Motors. After just leaving a dealership down the street because the saleman was too concerned with getting rained on we drove through the lot at Larry Whicker Motors and found a vehicle we were interested in. Although the weather was not great the staff didn't care and listened to our needs and did what they needed to do in order to give us a great vehicle at a great price. When we went the next day for a second test drive we noticed a small problem with the heat/ac. This dealership quickly got it fixed with no problems and we signed the paperwork the next day. We WILL visit LWM again when looking for our next vehicle.
