DO NOT RECCOMEND SCHEDULING FOR SERVICE HERE! Appointment to get your vehicle in was a mess. The lady at the front desk I think Courtney was argumentive when making sure there is a loaner vehicle available which is also a Escalade. I have been going to Bellevue for the many vehicles purchased through the dealership since 2012 they have been so courteous To drop and pick up the vehicles for even oil changes as long as Nick was there since I had 3 young kids. Now he is in Shoreline and service is just beyond amazing! This location was somewhere my husband said he would like to try for the work that needs to be done on our 1 year old Escalade which we again purchased brand new. When your spe ding as money money as we do on vehicles yearly you expect the best of service. Being business owners our self we believe in treating every customer as if it was family. So as for service again she was arguing and said we could get an enterprise rental! My husband just asked her kindly that I am driving from Renton and just want to make sure when we drop off the suv there is another Cadillac in exchange since they are checking the autostarter and the engine oil. If we drive in we want to make sure that everything is taken care of and on schedule. She continued to say we can make the appointment and see on day of appointment if we have something. Again time is of value. I suggest some one on one training and customer service classes to assure that someone else doesn't get spoken to in the manner we did. I wanted to leave my review before speaking to someone else at the dealership.

Bought a 2015 GMC Yukon XL from them back in September. Noticed the tires needed to be replaced because of the low tread before I bought the vehicle. I was told by the salesman that because it wasn’t a safety issue they weren’t going to replace them. Then the next day I looked over the vehicle and noticed that the vehicle had not been detailed and that the wireless charging system didn’t work. Then my wife was trying to control the temperature in the rear and we noticed that the temperature control module didn’t work either. After that we decided to take the SUV to a local Chevrolet dealership for a buyers inspection. They looked over it and found that the passenger side keyless entry system had a short, the rear entertainment and temperature control system had a short, and the rear tires had cracks in them. I brought the tire and detail issue to the salesman and they agreed to replace the tires and detail the vehicle. So I took the vehicle to the dealership and they replaced the two rear tires and after 5 hours of waiting they told my vehicle was ready. I get in my vehicle and noticed that the detail was never done. I talk to the customer service representative and she apologizes to me and tells me that I would have to schedule another appointment. I call my wife and she talks to the used car manager and tells him all of the issues we’ve had with the vehicle and he tells her that he’s going to replace or fix whatever is broken. I make an appointment for three weeks later because I was going to be off work on leave. So two days before the appointment I call to verify the time and date. The customer service representative tells me that she doesn’t see an appointment for me in the system. My wife calls the used car manager and he has amnesia at first and then remembers us. He apologizes and says he doesn’t know what happened with the appointment and says that he can only honor the detail. After he said that we knew why the appointment mysteriously disappeared. We have decided to just take our vehicle to the Chevrolet dealership and have them fix the issues and pay a local Detailer to detail the vehicle. I would never buy another vehicle or do not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

We loved working with Larson Cadillac, Vicktor, our sales rep was wonderful. Very personable and listened to what we needed and wanted. Ray the financial manager was wonderful to work with. Got us a great interest rate on our loan and made us feel like he actually cared. Larson Cadillac and the entire Larson motor vehicle family is wonderful. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again if the chance arises!

Very Professional. Milton the salesman was an awesome young man enthusiastic and knowledgeable really catered to my needs when selecting my vehicle not pushy and answered all my questions. Explained the difference between models so you can make and informed decision.
