I bought a used 2014 Scion xd from Oscar G., Jerel S., and Matt S. and the experience couldn't have been any better. Everything about it was easy, no pressure, and fun. The test drive through the Presidio was a great touch.I would highly recommend buying from these guys. They used a team sort of approach which worked out great, and kept the whole process moving along at a really nice pace. Great group of guys, cool dealership, and fantastic service!

I called this dealership to ask about a car, here's how the conversation went: Him: hello Me: hi, do you still have your infiniti g35 available? Him: yea Me: ok, do you have a car fax for the car? Him: yea Me: okay, would you mind reading it to me? Him: mumbles something i don't understand Me: i'm sorry i didn't understand that, can you repeat it? Him: *click* HANGS UP ON ME!!! I know that he hung up on me and that it wasn't an accident because I tried calling him back twice and no joke he sent both of my calls straight to voicemail. Then he texts me saying "sorry can't talk right now". What!!! What kind of business is this?! First the man hung up on me, then sends my calls to voicemail, then texts to say he can't talk. All I wanted to know was if the car had a clean title, goodness. Sucks because I was really interested in the car, but I refuse to do business with anyone this rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. I can't imagine how buying a car from him would go.

I found this dealer through cars.com because they had the Toyota Corolla I was looking for in their inventory. I met with JR, who was very helpful, thorough and professional. The car was exactly what I was looking for and as it was described in cars.com and I left feeling that I got a good deal on it. Overall my experience was very pleasant and I am very happy with my car which is running in perfect condition. Thank you Junior for all your help. Keep up the good work.

Workers had no knowledge of cars. They try to rip you off. Had a terrible experience a little bit ago. The vehicles on the website do not look like the ones shown in person. I asked the dealer several times for the service records and history and he ignored me or changed the subject. DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. The cars are all falling apart. Engines are poor!
