I am very pleased with my recent purchase of the 2011 Raptor , Nick Wyman initially contacted me after my internet inquiry. He kept in touch until I was able to make it there in person. When I arrived he was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He listened to my concerns and requirements and made me feel comfortable in my choice of the Ford Raptor . Nick took care of my financing and helped complete my purchase. I had a great experience overall!

I have been to many different dealerships around the area, and they all seem to have one thing in mind when selling a car and that's the commission they are going to make off this purchase and not the satisfactory of the customer. But when I went to Lasco in grand Blanc they treated me as if I was a actual person. Not just someone else that was buying a car. They really helped me find the best car out there for my budget. I felt really good after I left there with my new but used car! I didn't have any type of feeling about just getting scammed or a bad deal. Thank you Lasco.

I recently bought a Ford F-150 from Lasco of Grand Blanc. My salesman was Fernando. I didn't have to wait even a second. As soon as I walked in the door, he greeted me, got me a coffee, and made the entire process as smooth as can be. If you're looking for a used car, definitely ask for Fernando. Quickest and nicest car buying experience I've ever had.

RV - Meghan - Jovene understood the need my son and I had for purchasing a truck within a certain time frame. Circumstances dictated that things move quickly and they worked together as a team to make sure this happened. We appreciated the service we received.

I took my granddaughter to Lasco on Friday to see if they could help us get her into a larger car. The salesman said they'd have to appraise her car to see what they could do for us. We gave him the keys. Try entertaining three small kids in a dealership while you're being totally ignored. We went from the showroom, to the lounge, to outside and repeated several times. I told my granddaughter we needed to leave, but the salesman had gotten her hopes up that they could help us out. After three hours, I went to check on the status of the appraisal on her car. It hadn't been moved. I told my granddaughter that I was getting the keys and we were leaving. I found the salesman, ask for our keys and told him that we were leaving. He said he'd get the keys for us. We waited outside by her car for an additional 15/20 minutes and still no keys. I finally had to go inside again, find the salesman, get the keys and we left. I was furious. I've never been treated with such disrespect by a business in my life. If we weren't worthy of their business, they should have told us they couldn't help us instead of getting my granddaughter's hopes up. Needless to say, Lasco will never see me or my family again.

Don't believe their "everyone's approved at lasco" gimmick. I don't have the best credit due to a divorce, so I turned to Lasco who assured they could help me! They did anything but that, found a truck that fit my price range, arranged everything over the phone, they gave me a quote for my trade in, ran my credit, and told me they would call me back when they had an approval and would arrange for me to drive up. NOT ONLY did they not get me approved like they gaurenteed, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! I emailed them, left a voice mail and apparently I was not worth their time of day.

I look for a used chevy hhr online. I was told the car was still in stock. I talk with John the salesman to set up a test drive,for the next morning. I drove half way to the dealership to find the car had been sold, John also said the car had been sold the night before. I will not used John the salesman again for this lousy services.

Bought a 2011 Taurus from Rick. He was very helpful. It was a LONG and draswn out process (as buying a car usually is), but it was relatively painless. Rick made it easy. I will shop Lasco in the future.
