The vehicle was listed below book value, and the team worked to get the most value for my wife's trade. Within two days my wife was enjoying her new vehicle. My wife and I drove up to the lot looking to test drive a specific car (Mazda CX-5), Joe happened to be outside talking with someone else and asked if he could help. Told him what we were looking to do and he asked us inside and he could check and see what else they had on the lot. He asked a couple of questions (size, mileage, price) and found 2 other cars but one was just sold. The other car was a little bit higher priced but we figured why not. Took 2 cars for a drive and loved the Ford Edge he suggested. Even though the price was more than we wanted to spend, it was a good price. While I was offered more on my trade at another dealership the Edge was too good to pass up. The whole process was easy and stress free. Walked in on Thursday at about 5:30 and drove the 2018 Ford Edge home on Saturday at about 11:00am. Thank you Joe and Cullen for making the process easy. Ford of Latham will be the first place I look when I look for my next car (the Edge is my wife’s).

Very pleased with the experience from start to finish, They made it very easy to get started and kept me informed of what was happening through the whole process. I have been associated with Latham Ford for 28 years, either via buying a car or getting service. They have been fair and always treated me properly and professional while being just good people. I think they have stuck to the message and guidance given them by Henry ford II which is a letter to them posted on their wall, to be customer oriented and on the customers side. Thanks Latham Ford. I have always dreaded going to a dealership and buying a car with the haggling over price and what the trade is worth, etc., etc. Honestly, I think I would rather have a root canal.WELL...words cannot express how smooth and painless this transaction was with Latham Ford. Even the financing aspect was painless. Our salesperson, Josh, was straightforward and likable. Because of his organizational skills we signed the papers and left with the new cars in no time. He is efficient!! Bill, the finance mgr., was extremely efficient as well going over all of the figures so it was easy to understand. I feel like he really worked hard for us with the banks.If you are a no hassle person, like me, and demand superior service for your money, Latham Ford is the place. Not exaggerating one bit. I will ONLY deal with them in the future.

I never received a call from them so I called and had spoken with the service manager that he wasn't going to do anything for me and finished the conversation by calling me BUD ....... Extremely unprofessional, Ford must be in a pretty good financial position to allow business to drive away because the dealer is too busy to communicate.

Just got home with my new Ford Edge and LOVE il. Went to several dealers but they were the best very honest and professional. Owen was my sales guy and he was wonderful. I felt he knew what he was talking about and very truthful I felt that I could trust him. When I said I wanted to think overnight about my purchase there was no manager coming on to push like other places. I get a new car every 3 years or so . This was a really good experience and some day Owen will definitely move up as he is a dream sales person. Bill in finance is also great and very helpful.

I put my 2013 Escape in for a recall, and a couple of minor things. As usual, everything was done in a thorough and expedient manner. This was the third recall (on different vehicles) I've had done by Latham Ford and have been extremely satisfied every time. My last four vehicles have been Ford's and most likely my next will be too. Couldn't ask for better service.

Latham Ford sold me a car. Once the deal was complete my service and follow up experience has been relatively poor. I've also called Ford directly with my service issue because I didn't want to bother Latham Ford, big mistake. There is so little accountability and care that the people on the other end of the phone won't give you a name or direct number so that you can work with just one person (It's policy...) no less actually resolve your problem. I wonder if the people manufacturing the car feel the same way... I wouldn't do business with Latham ford and I definitely would never buy a Ford again.

Purchase was great. The truck was perfect at delivery. The truck had to be picked up from a different dealership because the truck that I wanted was not available on the lot. The salesman checked it over before calling me and making arrangements for me to pick up the truck when it was ready, unlike the other ford dealership I started with in Schenectady. When I went to get it was dented and scratched at the other dealership. The sales staff at Latham Ford made everything so simple. The salesman that I dealt with was great. I would recommend Latham Ford to my family and friends.

This was the easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. We are a Toyota family and this is our first Ford. I have to say "Hats Off"! We purchased a 2013 used Ford Escape Titanium and it is WONDERFUL! Jesse was extremely helpful. We went to the internet first and were contacted immediately. When we went to the dealership a few days later they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We weren't standing around waiting for someone to help us, we were greeted when we walked in. He explained all the buttons in the car and linked up my phone for me. They did all the car insurance and registration paperwork and it was ready the next morning. I would contact them if your looking for a new or used car. They were fair on the trade in on our Toyota. We will be back when we are ready to trade this one back. Thanks to everyone there.

The service department at Latham Ford is top notch. They are friendly, professional, know what they are doing, and they do quality work. It was easy to make the appointment online, they were quick to confirm it and follow up with a reminder email. When I dropped my car off, Carol already had the service vehicle ready to drop me and another customer back off at our homes since we were without transportation. The work on my car was slated to be an all-day job, but it was done in half that time, and they quickly let me know my car was ready for pickup so I could go about my day. Everything was covered under warranty, which was a terrific bonus. Thanks again to the service department at Latham Ford.

Shotty work. They broke manifold bolt while replacing transmission. Drilled, tapped and replaced with after market bolt. I was from out of town on business and live 5 hours from them. The bolt came out and the manifold is now warped. It is a $2500.00 job since the manifold has a catalytic converter in it. They were horrible to deal with on the phone and will not stand behind their work and let another dealership near me repair it. Would never buy from or have them repair anything.

This was my first service at Latham Ford and a great one too. I had a problem at another dealer trying resolve a computer issue. Kirk listened to my story and was sure he could resolve the issue. The technicians found the problem straight away and fixed. I was so relieved after waiting so long to get a fix and someone that would take it on. Thanks a lot!

The convertible top was defective, the de-icing element in the rear window was delaminating and Ford replaced the entire top on the Mustang. The work was professionally accomplished. The people interfacing with us were courteous and friendly. We take the car to Latham Ford for all of its routine service requirements and are pleased for the same reasons. We also notified Latham Ford that the car has a bearing noise from time to time, but they were unable to duplicate it at this time.

A few months back, I was in the market for a new car. I had been directed to Latham Ford through TrueCar.com. I didn't make a purchase at the time, but the Internet Sales Manager, Jesse Jacobs, was so nice and so thorough, I decided to give them a call a couple of weeks ago when I was finally ready to buy.I shopped around at 3 difference dealers and wound up buying from Latham Ford. They were EXTREMELY easy to deal with, no-nonsense and professional. When I finally decided to go with Latham Ford, I worked with sales consultant Chris Szmyr who made the last part of the transaction smooth as possible. I'd rather have teeth pulled than shop for a new car, but I have to admit Jesse and Chris at Latham Ford definitely changed my opinion on car shopping. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a new car to make Latham Ford one of your options.

I was driving with both my sons to run errands on my day off. About one mile away from the dealership I saw my tire air pressure light come on. Since we were right by the dealership I drove straight there. When I got out of my car I noticed I had a flat tire. I went in and right away was helped by the fantastic service folks at Latham Ford. They brought my Explorer in, checked my tire and noticed that the side wall of my tire had a gash in it. They recommended a new tire and I was out of there within an hour or so. I felt bad just popping in to have them look at it but they were welcoming and did not make me feel like I was bothering them. I love this dealership and the folks that work there!!!!

Poor customer service. Received two fleet vehicles there and the same person who I picked up the car from was rude and didn't respect my time. If it was up to me I would never have my company allow my fleet vehicle to come from them. She acted like she was better then me and it was all about her time and was snotty. When I setting up a time to pick up vehicle she made me a week to accommodate her schedule..very poor customer service.

I have had some not-so-great car buying experiences, but this one at Latham Ford was a great one! Most of the contact was done by e-mail. The internet sales manager. Jesse, was outstanding: prompt to respond-even on weekends-friendly and professional; answered all of our questions and there was never any pressure to buy. At the dealership, the sale staff was welcoming and not pushy (thanks Josh). Test drove the car without a salesperson (not always the case). Working out a deal and purchasing the car was a smooth, positive process. We would have liked a better explanation of the contract by the Finance Manager, but that's our only complaint. We felt as we were valued and are very satisfied overall.

My experience at Latham Ford was like no other. For around four years, I have been on the hunt for a Focus ST. The dealer I bought by 2014 Ford Escape Titanium from didn't have any ST's on their lot. Latham Ford had two. Both fully loaded and both ready to be bought. I went to the dealership on a Friday afternoon with my girlfriend. The internet salesman Jesse Jacobs setup the test drive. I met another salesman after the test drive, Joshua Halse, Josh went above and beyond to meet my needs. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and he made a great deal for me. He purchased me out of my lease and put me in my dream car for an affordable amount! I couldn't be happier with the experience, we made the deal that Friday and I was driving the car on the following Monday. Latham Ford really goes above and beyond for their customers. Their knowledge, expertise and willing to work with you really shows their true professionalism. I can't speak to quality of work, because I have never needed any repairs. But the buying process was as smooth as could be. Unlike most dealerships, these people are Internet savvy and willing to work with me by email, etc. They correctly assumed I had researched invoice prices and incentives. There was no, "Let's chat," or "this deal is only good for today" sort of trickery. I shopped around, and Latham Ford was both easiest to work with and agreed to the best price. So, two years later, we did it again. Like most people, I don't enjoy negotiating but I want to pay the bare minimum possible. This dealership was great in both ways. I am thoroughly satisfied, and I have bought several other new vehicles in my car.

I purchased a brand new Escape this past May at Latham Ford and had a great experience. I think I spent a total of 60-90 minutes in the showroom including test driving/doing the deal and then picking up the car. It was hands down the least amount of time I've had to spend inside a dealership by far. There was no pressure, they gave me a fair amount for my trade and made everything go smoothly. Service has always been efficient as well. Only bad thing I can say is that I did feel rushed at delivery and my salesman didn't really go over any of the car's features with me. Normally I don't want them to, but I did have some MyFordTouch questions. Would definitely do business here again.

Latham Ford is a great place to go, everyone is so nice and it's so laid back, no pushy salespeople, just very friendly and there to answer any questions. I went there to look at vehicles on a Monday and drove off in a new ford focus on Tuesday. The process was super easy, they took care of all the insurance and dmv stuff and signing the papers took all of five minutes. Josh, my salesman, was excellent, from beginning to end. Nothing was pushed on me and he took time out to go over every item and button in my new car so I knew what was everything was. Thanks Latham Ford for a great experience! I will tell all my friends and family to go here the next time they need a car.

My experience at Latham Ford was like no other. For around four years, I have been on the hunt for a Focus ST. MY dealer I bought by 2014 Ford Escape Titanium from didn't have any ST's on their lot. Latham Ford had two. Both fully loaded and both ready to be bought. I went to the dealership on a Friday afternoon with my girlfriend. The internet salesman Jesse Jacobs setup the test drive. I met another salesman after the test drive, Joshua Halse, Josh went above and beyond to meet my needs. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and he made a great deal for me. He purchased me out of my lease and put me in my dream car for an affordable amount! I couldn't be happier with the experience, we made the deal that Friday and I was driving the car on the following Monday. Latham Ford really goes above and beyond for their customers. Their knowledge, expertise and willing to work with you really shows their true professionalism. I take a lot of pride in where I purchase my vehicles from, I've been a Ford guy for 10+ years now and won't ever switch knowing that Latham Ford will be here for many years to come. My experience at Latham Ford was in no comparison to any other car dealers I have dealt with in the past. I have bought quite a few cars already and no one can come close to my experience last week at Latham Ford. Dan, the sales manager, is easily one of the best in the business. I have never had quite an experience where the actual sales manager is welcoming and totally willing to talk to you one-on-one with honesty and respect towards you. Chris, my salesperson, was extremely inviting and always willing to assist in anyway possible when I was making my purchase decision. The choice was clear, I wanted to do business with Latham Ford due to the excellent deal they put together for me and the above and beyond customer service. Sean, the finance manager secured the lease without a hitch and there were absolutely no surprises when signing the paperwork with him. After several frustrating attemps to assist my mother-in-law in the purchase of a new car (one in which the promised monthy payments were over $100 a month higher than the promised rate, and another where there was an agreed upon down payment that was more than doubled at the time to sign the agreement), we decided to give Latham Ford a shot (I'd had a conversation with a cousin of mine who purchased a car through Latham Ford recently and had a pleasant experience). From the communication regarding the online credit application to her dealings with the staff at the dealership, right up until the car was picked up, everyone with whom we dealt at Latham Ford was curteous, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. Even after the paperwork was completed and the down payment was made, Chris (the salesman) continued to spend a half an hour with my mother-in-law going over the features of the car and answering questions (and, in more than one instance, I've dealt with car dealers who really don't car WHAT happens once you've signed that paperwork). It was refreshing to do business with such honest, pleasant people, and I will certainly be doing business with them again in the future.

Both Josh and Matt were difficult to work with. If there was a similar car at another dealership, I would have bought it there. They were curt, snobby and condescending. They spoke to me like I knew nothing of cars and that their word was all that mattered. When I came in to pick up my car the next day, Josh didn't even thank me for my purchase as I left as he was too busy. He seemed put off by my questions about the title and how I would be billed for the difference (if there was one from the estimate that I paid). I will NEVER shop at or purchase another car from Latham Ford due to Josh and the manager at the time Matt because of the customer service I received.

Jason was my salesman, I wanted a fast deal, we agreed on a price, sent it to the finance guy, and then I went to talk to him. He told me to sign 2 electronic signature pads. I know I should never sign anything without reading it but they never gave me any thing to read. When I picked up the car then I was given the 7 page finance papers. Never got a bill of sale. When I requested on from Jasen the next day he said you think I'm ripping you off. He said it was in the paper work he gave me, which it was not. On the finance papers last page it clearly states do not sign this without reading it. I feel foolish signing a pad without knowing what I was signing for. Shame on Latham Ford for not giving me a copy or letting me read it first before getting my signature. I never sat down in the office, just asked to sign the pad twice. Very uncomfortable feeling.One other thing I didn't like is that they weren't giving me the price just how much my payments were. Really???

My wife and I were treated with respect and professionalism throughout our experience. We had a good idea of what we wanted when we arrived. We were informed of options but not pressured. The initial price that we were quoted for the new vehicle was reasonable and fair, and did not require a lengthy and uncomfortable haggling process that we have experienced with other dealers. Our trade-in was also valued fairly. Our salesman spent an adequate time explaining all the features of our new vehicle, and was very patient. Excellent experience.

I drove 3+ hours and truck was what they said it was, maybe even better.....After I purchased this truck. I noticed a part of the service was overlooked, which was a misunderstanding between the service shop and the detail shop. I brought to there attention after I got the truck home and they sent a check to have the service completed at my local shop because I live 3+ hours from latham ford. I searched their inventory online at ford.com. After finding a car that I wanted, I entered that car's trim and options into USAA's online car purchasing service to get a pre-negotiated price. I brought the USAA certificate into the dealership and then agreed on the KBB value of my car for trade in into a dealership. So, pre-negotiated price on the car + KBB's valuation of my trade in = no stress, no negotiations. They then found an additional $500 rebate that I was entitled to and beat the best interest rate for financing that I could come up with on my own. All in all, I probably spent less than 90 minutes in the dealership. Very easy going staff, very fair in their trade-in valuation; going in cold I was expecting 100 reasons why they couldn't give me the pre-negotiated price on the car or the fair market value on my trade in - but that didn't happen. I'll buy from Bob again once Ford comes out with a plug-in that can do better than 35 miles on electric alone.

He was very nice and showed me my vehicle and told me to feel free to call with any questions. I will be coming back to get my crossbars installed because they were on back order. My experience with Latham Ford was very positive, from my first internet inquiries to actually driving off the lot with my Ford Fusion Hybrid. Before meeting with the salesman, I had a TRUECar guaranteed savings certificate, and the dealership honored the certificate and was able to locate a vehicle that met my specifications. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and before leaving the lot, I was given a full explanation of all of the car's features, including the MyFord Touch SYNC system. I was very pleased with the overall purchase experience. Additionally, I was prepared to get my own financing, but was offered a better rate by Latham Ford. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Bought a new 2012 Fiesta there. Problems with dealership have been as follows: 1) After second oil change, car had to be towed back to dealer because they didnt put the new oil filter on correctly. Also, on several occasions they have overfilled the crankcase with approximately 1 quart oil. When I pointed this out they said it was normal to overfill. 2) Possibly related to the multiple oil overfills (and ergo excess oil burning) I mentioned in item #1 above, catalytic converter needed to be replaced. 3) Vent for manual transmission started leaking oil onto the cooling fan. I brought it to Latham Ford (again, like a fool) and was told that since I didnt have all of my service performed there (I did two engine oil changes myself after they couldnt do it correctly as per item #1 above) the warranty would not cover potential transmission issues if I had changed the transmission oil or had it changed by a non-dealer. After explaining several times that I only have changed the oil myself, they kept repeating that if I touched it, it wasnt covered. I got a big mistrusting and creepy feeling from them so I took my keys and left. Will bring to another dealer. I have the dealership documentation for most of items 1 and 2 above. Item 3 there is no documentation as I took my keys and left. Now, what the other commenter here said about the sales staff I agree with also. However, that may be the least of your problems if you go here.

I had a deal with a Chevy dealer and I'm really not a fan of Fords and Josh beat the price that I got from the Chevy dealer, yes I could of walked away and went back to the Chevy dealer and tried to get a better deal which they might of gave me but since Josh and Jessie both were nice and tried there best to satisfy us with a good deal , this is what made my decision on buying the 2014 Escape from them. If there service is as good as there salesman I might end up buying from them in the future when I buy a new truck in another year or so. I sent Latham Ford an e-mail request for pricing and I received a prompt and competitive price on an Explorer. I stopped in their dealership to look at the vehicle and Chris immediately came out and introduced himself and asked if I wanted to take test drive. He was very knowledgeable and low pressure (I am immediately turn off by high pressure salesmen!). They offered me a very fair price on my trade and I then purchased the SUV. After driving this SUV for the past week I am very impressed with the options and technology that Ford has put into the Explorer.

I worked with Latham Ford (Specifically Nic Natale) for a few months before I eventually ordered my new Ford Edge. Nic was extremely helpful, and went out of his way to help as much as possible. I was referred to Latham Ford through USAA's Car Buying service.Before Latham, I went to a few other dealerships in the area (New Country, and Nemer) and both of these were extremely unpleasant, and unhelpful. I bought my 2007 Edge at another dealership used. I was having problems with the rear barring, something unusual. Doug was able to diagnose, fix and have it back to me in a very timely manner. I felt that the cost was extremely reasonable and was more than thrilled with the time and attention my car and my concerns received. The customer service is excellent at this dealership. If I hadn't purchased a vehicle with an active recall on it, I would have driven it off the lot the same day. The staff was very accommodating to my needs, didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need and I walked away with exactly that which I came for at the price I expected. The salesman, Joshua, was very patient with my needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this dealer again.

I heard from Nic that the new premises will be started soon. Hopefully this will be on soon so Latham Ford will be more competitive vs other dealership. Sometimes The way people chose the dealership before they knew the great customer service and the price competitiveness that will be offered, they will first look at the facility.

I was very pleased with the service i received when looking for a car. I was even more pleased with the service I received after I purchased the car. I went back after driving the car a week and Josh went over every thing in the car I had questions about.

I went into the dealership to check on my options regarding turning in my lease. The finance guy ( I think his name was Sean) was very helpful and gave me options. I decided to go ahead with a new lease and Josh helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the difference between my 2010 Escape and the 2013 Escape. Overall a good experience.

LOREN ensured I got the BEST 2013 Escape for me (e.g., driving habits) & my needs. He helped make SURE "all" of K9 training equipment would fit into the back of the 2013 Escape "before" we went any further! MATT helped by providing me with "options" to consider with the Escape I selected - regarding the financing to lower my monthly payment. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER-FOCUSED SERVICE! Latham Ford is a class above. I went in to purchase a new vehicle knowing what I wanted and they listened to me. That may not seem like a lot, however I walked out of 3 other Ford dealers because they just wanted me to buy something off their lot that day. Loren was friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership as a whole was accommodating and great to work with. You really do get more with Latham Ford.

My overall experience was very good. Sales staff was very friendly and the negotiation process was amiable, which is not always the case when buying a car. I felt like i got a great deal on my trade in as well as the new car. Would defintiely recoomend and will visit there first for next purchase.

We went looking for a 2013 Ford Escape. Salesman was very helpful and answered all questions we had. No complaints on service we received. Only regret we have is that we weren't able to test drive the car we actually bought as the car wasn't available on the lot. Would have been nice to see the car beforehand. The two that we test drove had the updated sync with myford touch system but the one that we got had a less sophisticated version than the ones we test drove. Probably would have requested a model that included the same system that we test drove if we had realized the one we were purchasing did not have that feature. Our fault for not making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

I originally inquired over the internet and received a quick response from the internet sales manager that was very descriptive and helpful. I then went into the dealership to conduct a test drive and was turned over to a salesman, Nic Natale who was a pleasure to deal with.I would recommend Latham Ford to anyone.

Slimy is the perfect term for this dealership. I would caution anyone going to Latham Ford.1. Sales folks are very slippery. You are passed on to different salespersons if you try to negotiate. "I need to check with my boss, then his boss, then his boss."2. Customer service is something out of Jerseylicious. There was an error on our title and it showed a lien despite the fact that we paid in full. I called to find out where to go from there and the woman immediately laughed and said.."Are you kidding me, you lost the title! I'm gonna have to call you back and figure what to do with this." When I commented on her behavior after she called me back with even more attitude, she actually yelled at me. 3. In a cash offer on a vehicle worth $15,000 they almost let us walk over $500. We were literally out the door when he followed us out still trying to make the deal. We should have recognized the red flags. As we left, my 10 year old daughter said. "Mom you should never trust a guy with pointy shoes." I should have listened to her. (He had on shiny leather brown pointy shoes that she hated)I give this dealership 2 stars only because our first salesperson, Aaron Dell, was kind and was really trying to help us out. The rest of them are "slimy". My advice, stay clear.

The staff at Latham Ford was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at the dealership was calm and professional. The salesman was patient, and answered all my questions. He took a lot of time to carefully go over my vehicle with me. The vehicle I ended up buying is exactly what I wanted.

I have been to just about every ford dealership in the capital area, I even bought a ford in September from another dealership, however that dealership was unwilling to accommodate me, I went to Latham Ford and they were some of the most upstanding, outgoing dealership I have been do, I purchases vehicles for a company, so I buy many vehicles from various dealerships each year, and by far, the transaction was the best at Latham ford, Nick was great with communication, and delivery. My next ford will be again from Nick at Latham ford.

I came to Latham Ford immediately after visiting another local dealership and I'm glad I did. In compairison, Latham was more friendly, knowledgeable and willing to put in the extra work to make the sale and get me everything I wanted out of the vehicle for a fair price. No games were played with my trade in, they started out with a fair price and sealed the deal because of it. One major difference between this dealer and the other local dealers is Latham will not push to sell a vehicle from their inventory and hope you would settle. My salesmen recognized they did they have exactly what I wanted on the lot, he offered to search for my vehicle and was able to locate the perfect SUV for me.

As always, Loren was very responsive to my needs and the dealership worked on the price to get it to what I think was a very good deal given my research on Kelley Blue Book and other sites. We had one minor issue with the vehicle (battery) but the Latham Ford team stood by their product and put in a new battery at no cost. Great experience as always!

Aaron was great and worked hard to get us the car that we really wanted. The rest of this comment has nothing to do with him or his hard work. Our brand new vehicle was missing the navigation card AND other electronic features were not working at all because of, what we were told, a faulty fuse placed during manufacture. I have never had such a thing happen to any of my other new cars. My vehicle had to be brought back day after delivery and spent more than 1.5 days in service until the problem was diagnosed and fixed. I think that makes Ford look really bad, I'm very disappointed, and am wondering which brand I will switch to when my lease is over.

Mr. Natale was efficient, knowlegeable, and erudite. He quickly understood what was important and didn't waste time with things we weren't interested in. Finances were covered in an appropriate manner with no cross selling. We have purchased many new cars. This was the best experience in our 40 years as car buyers.

My family has purchased 3 Ford Fusions from this dealership, all through the same salesperson, Nick Natale, within a span of about 15 months. Nick is highly skilled with a no nonsense, no pressure approach. I would have no problem with recommending Latham Ford to anyone for a new or used car purchase, and to seek out Nick. Also have no problems recommending the service department (Scott or Doug). They have treated us well with repairs and service on previous vehicles and also our present ones.

I initially contacted the dealership through their internet site. Jesse Jacobs quickly responded with some possible choices. After going to the dealership, Jesse trasitioned me over to Nick Natale in sales. Nick took me for a test drive, got the details of what options I was looking for and located a car with the options and colors I was looking for. I went back to the dealership with a trade-in value in mind for my old car. I was able to get the trade-in number I needed, Nick and the Sales Manager hooked me up with financing and I happily drove out of the dealership in my new car the next day. I have to say that of all the cars I've bought, and that's more than just a few, the folks at Latham Ford made this one of the easiest and friendliest deals I've made. I'll be sure to tell my family and friends to visit Nick and the gang when they're ready to shop for a new car. Thanks Guys!

I had no problems whatsoever in trying to purchase this vehicle.I live in Ohio and asked most of the questions online,which were promply answered, and very clear pictures were sent for me to look at.They took my down payment over the phone and held the van for me until I reached the dealership in a few days.When I got there,it was ready for me to drive and see if I really wanted it.There was no pressure to buy it as I've had at some other dealerships!It was a very pleasant experience. I test drove all of the new SUV/Crossovers for 2012 and loved the Ford Escape. I then worked with a few different dealerships in the area and NO ONE could touch the price, deals, and service that Latham Ford did. I made the deal around noon and picked up my brand new Escape by 5:30pm all ready to go. I highly recommend Latham Ford!

I am like most people when it comes to buying a car. I dread it! The car was for my wife, who could not be their. Nick and Matt allowed me to drive a car out to her so she could see it. I took 3 cars to her over the course of 3 days before we agreed on a car that made us both happy. Them allowing me to do this really made it a lot easier for us to find a car faster. None of other dealers offered this service to me. In their defense I didn't even think to ask. I think this is part of the reason this was a good experience. They never made me ask they just offered. This was one of many reasons would recommend this dealership. They treated me as if they wanted me as a customer.

The one negative I have about my deal was on the day I was set to take delivery of my vehicle Latham Ford had an Ipad giveaway. When I inquired when I could pick up my Ipad I was informed that my sale was not eligible for the giveaway because it was made the day before. UPDATE: The GM of the dealership has reached out to me and answered my questions satisfactorily regarding the giveaway promotion. He was very professional and cordial in our correspondence. Jamaal Crossland was absolutely fantastic and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and he even stayed late with me(after the dealership closed) to show me all the new features of my car. He was extremely helpful in helping me set up the Bluetooth for not only my phone but also my wife's.

The entire Staff at Latham Ford from my experience were all very helpful and friendly. I did not feel pushed or rushed. Loren was really helpful I told him what I was interested in and what I was looking for and he helped me out without pushing me toward another vehicle. Service was very fast, when I made my decision the team at Latham Ford had my car ready and waiting for me the next day. They took care of everything. A very pleasent buying experience I would and I will recommend Latham Ford. I look forward to buying my next car from them in the future.

Went to numerous dealerships and did not get many good 'answers' due to my credit and the vehicle I was trading in. I did not get one negative answer from Latham Ford. Pretty much from start to finish this was an easy transaction. Jesse was up front with the price of the vehicle and the fact that it would have to be brought from another dealership. Sandra was great in accomodating me for a test drive of something similar as well as my wife when I brought her back to drive it as well. She stayed in touch with me both through emails and phone calls before and after "the deal". Matt was straight forward in the price negotiation which I appreciated. I did not buy a top of the line model by any stretch but I felt I still received the proper attention. I would recommend Latham Ford to any of my friends looking for a Ford. So far the vehicle has been problem free so I hope to be able to to continue to talk that up as well.

I knew what vehicle I wanted so I hoped for a quick negotiation and delivery and I got exactly what I wanted. The sales staff was friendly and easy to work with and the delivery of my vehicle was handled quickly and at my convenience.I like working with "small town" businesses and working with Latham Ford gave me that experience but I didn't lose any of the price advantages you get when you go to a "HUGE" dealership network. I've done business with the service department for years and was always satisfied so I was very pleased to find that the sales department was juast as good.I'll shop at Latham Ford again and I will recommend the dealership to others.

If you had a better than GREAT box, I would have checked them all.The Customer Service and Quality of Service that I received from all the people I dealt with at Latham Ford was indeed outstanding. First the covered all the options that were available to me on how to purchase the vehicle and what options I should buy, based on my needs. I believe I was able to get the best possible price I could get.The owner and the sales staff kept me posted on the delivery date for my new Flex, after my order was placed. Once the Flex arrived at the Dealership I was able to pick it up within 48 hours. The delivery, itself was seamless, informative and helpful in every way. They even took me back to the Service Department to show me where it was and to introduce me to their Service Manager. The complete process didn't take anymore than forty-five minutes and I had absolutely no questions after I left the Dealership.I have been driving my new 2012 Ford Flex for almost a week now and I'm very happy with it and am getting all sorts of compliments on the vehicle.I have done business with many Dealerships over the years. I would definitely, highly recommend, Latham Ford to any Family member or friend. All of the Dealership personnel made it very easy for me to do business there.

Northeast Information Systems has a fleet of Ford Focus's. Chevy Astros and HHR's and we needed to make a change. We had looked at Ford Transit Connects and really liked the versatility and fuel economy on the these vehicles and so we looked around at some Ford dealerships and Latham Ford stands in a class by itself. HAVING SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, WHEN IT WAS TIME TO TRADE IN MY 2008 I WENT BACK AND AND BOUGHT MY 2012 AND YES IT IS ANOTHER FUSION. I purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 from Latham Ford and they were great to work with. They had a large selection of F-150's and had a handful of models with the colors options I was looking for. They gave me a great deal on the truck and I was happy with the trade-in for my two vehicles. Would highly recommend them and plan to go to them when the new C-Max comes out.

I was shopping for a new Explorer and since I had purchased three other Explorers from Latham Ford, I was sure I would get the best deal. The salesman was very helpful in getting any rebates and the best price for my trade-in. Dan, the manager also remembered me from the previous sale in 2008.I'm very satisfied with the new car. I recently purchased a 2009 Ford Focus, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The purchase process was fast and the service was great. To speak to the quality of repairs, the focus had several deep scratches on both bumpers. Latham Ford repaired the scratches and provided a free rental.

They had no new delivery date and was told I'd have to wait to get my deposit back when they felt like it. Checked my bank and dealer had already cashed my check. Was told to leave the dealership without money back by Sales Manager. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I was directed to this dealership through Ford's online "find a vehicle" process. Heather initially was nice in her e-mails. I told her that I had a miserable experience with Fuccillo Ford of East Greenbush already trying to arrange to test drive a 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid. She insisted that she would be able to help me out because Escape Hybrids sell like hotcakes (I still have the e-mail as proof). A few days later, I hadn't heard back from her and called. She told me then that it was not possible for me to test drive an Escape Hybrid because it would cost the dealership money to get one and then if I didn't buy it they would be stuck with it. I asked her to have a manager call me. Instead some salesman called me and basically treated me like an idiot for expecting I could arrange a test drive. I asked him how it was that Heather could tell me it wouldn't be a problem one day and then no dice the next. He said she only arranged leads for them. I called the "866" number for Ford and complained. Then I sent an e-mail to Heather saying I had done so. I received a reply from Josh who said he was sorry I had to call Ford to complain and that his hands were tied. He didn't apologize for them leading me on or for the salesman insulting me.

I've owned seven Ford/Mercury products since '99, and this dealership has provided the best service of any Ford outlet I've been to. The job is always done right the first time, in a timely manner, and no request seems to be too great. Free shuttle service is a godsend. As a highly demanding service client, it's rare for me to be made truly happy, but these guys know how to do it!
