What an awesome experience working with Scott and the Laura Buick GMC team! We got a great deal on a new Acadia and were not pressured in the least by Scott, finance, or anyone else. Our trade in offer was more than fair from the start with no haggling. This team does it right; they focus on building trust and providing great service to build customers for life. If you go in on a Saturday - be prepared to wait for a while. But the wait is more than worth it. We started our search at a different local dealership that advertised gimmick prices, teaser conditional rebates, and leading with insulting low-ball trade offers. Never will we make the mistake of going to a different dealership again! I know St. Louis is Cardinal nation, but do yourself a favor and avoid that hassle. Laura is a first class dealership, and we are lucky to live 10 minutes down the road since people drive for hours or even fly in to do business here. They are the #1 volume dealer in the US for a reason. It's due to them building a trusted partnership with their customers who will return again and again. Ken Shaw is amazing and Rachel. I bought both of my cars from them and will continue. Second time through Ken just makes everything easier, always talks to me with respect and shared his wisdom! The guys that pick me up and bring me back are awesome. Jackson in particular and I wish I could remember the young man I had before but they both just blessed me. Personable! Good atmosphere.

This was the easiest no hassle purchase of a new car I have ever made. Jonathan Werner treated us just like family. I would highly recommend Laura GMC Buick. The prep on our new Enclave was outstanding. We will buy here again from dealership and Jonathan for our salesman. This is third vehicle we have bought from Laura GMC I cannot think of buying from another dealership. They are outstanding to deal with. Worth the drive across the river to deal with Jonathan .

The #1 thing about Laura Buick GMC is that they never pressured me to purchase a vehicle. I told them what I was looking for and my sales associate (shout out to Mead Hanna) found it for me. And even then, I was never pressured to purchase that vehicle or any other vehicle. I was given the opportunity to think about and when I was ready, he was there to assist me. I felt that they cared about me as a person and not just a quick sale. Even upon entering the facility I was greeted warmly by the front desk which made me feel welcomed. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Laura Buick GMC to everyone! I would love to thank Mead Hanna and the entire Laura Buick GMC staff for everything! I love my truck!!!

Great people, great service, no stress. Pete Brunswick (salesman) was easy to work with, and got the transaction done quickly so we could get back on the 4 hour ride home early. Paul in finance was also great to work with. All so personable. Even a woman back by the service seating area was so kind and helpful, which showed me the type of business I was working with. Kudos to her and management. I'll be a repeat customer.
