The car we wanted and the color of the car was not on the lot. Harry and staff went out of their way to get exactly the car we wanted. I was extremely happy with our purchase. Harry did a great job explaining the car and still afterwards has been in touch to see if we needed any help with it and to make sure we were happy with our new Santa Fe Sport. Did an excellent job!! We just love our new car!!!

I recently leased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport. The car has a great interior and exterior with outstanding features. I traded my 2009 Honda Accord and chose this car over a new Honda Accord. I think the Hyundai is a better car for the cost.

I again came back to Hyundai for another car. Because of Ryan and Zac, my car buying experience was once again perfect. They both worked with me to find the exact car that I wanted, which was no small task as I came to the dealership with nothing in mind. I spend a few months searching other car manufacturers and found that I came back to Hyundai more so because of these two than any other reason. I have owned a number of Hyundai's over the years and this one is a real sweet deal.

We love the car and the service. We looked at many cars at many dealers and Paul was the first one that did not call me the next day. That meant a lot because we told him we wanted some time to think. Everyone else at every other dealer were turning up the buying pressure. Laurel and Paul will be our first choice when we look to purchase again.

Professional sales presentation with direct answers to our questions and no hassle negotiation regarding price. The sales representative and the finance manager were personable and very knowledgeable. It was clear that they were interested in us as well as selling us vehicle. They were easy to work with and based on our previous experience with Hyundai they made the decision easy for us to buy another Hyundai. Our precious experience with the service department has been outstanding, although sometimes pricey. Routine service is cheaper for us at some other dealer garages. But for repairs and technical issues Laurel Hyundai is top notch. We deal with a lot of people in our business and tell them that they will be treated with respect and professionalism when they walk into the Laurel Hyundai in Johnstown,PA. Now let me address the bottom box for "I accept the Terms of Use. I just quickly breezed through the text and found it totally not applicable to my statements other than to attest that I am not associated with the dealership or service center. To be quite frank I find it intrusive and insulting. Granted I did not read every word, given I am not an attorney some section I would probably not understand. You asked me for my experience and thoughts on my purchase at Laurel Hyundai not my contractual commitment to something I do not fully understand. Plus when I choose to ignore your coercive statement the program would not let me send my comments. I can not for the life of me understand why my comments which I make public are subject to an attorney's whim that it must be under some clandestine contract. Thank God I am dealing with a Hyundai dealer and not you corporate ingrates who apparently are not interested in me the buyer but you own corporate CYA. Very disappointing. Please be assured that the previous comments are meant for the dealership not for Corporate Hyundai. I expect a reply that assures me of my request and not an excuse of why this program is so re-missive.

Good product the cars are awesome. New cars always are! But the thing i cant stand is the salesman are pushy and all about the commision. I felt like I was in an assembly line and seeing how fast they could get me out of the door. Another thing is the salesman said that my brand new sonata sport limited with everything.... Said it didn't come with mud flaps and he would not even just throw a set in. Mentioned it to the finance guy and he ordered it without question. It was close to quiting time and I felt like it was him trying to leave and not caring about my purchase or my happiness.

Drove 70 miles to get a great price on a used Hyundai and I called the dealer twice to give them plenty of advance notice that I was ready to buy. The salesman said the car would be ready and waiting when I arrived. Two hours later, I arrived to find the car waiting, unwashed, un cleaned, not detailed. It appeared to be full of the junk left behind by the previous owner and had not been touched. I had my checkbook and license plate and was ready to drive it away, but this dealer was unprepared to make the sale. I cannot understand how one could tell a dealer you are on the way to spend $20,000 and they do not even clean up the car. These guys are unreliable. Who knows what they will hide and what stories you might hear. I also called the sales manager to complain, but he never bothered to call me back. I do not recommend this dealer for any transaction.
