Easiest car purchase I have ever done. All costs were layout out upfront without any hidden fees. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, all documentation was done and vehicle was ready, parked in front of the store. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Scott and Quinn. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car purchase.

I bought my Camry from Laurel Toyota which included a free oil change every other time. My car is now 9 years old and I just had my free oil change. I might add that when I'm charged the price is competitive. Very friendly staff. Travis is especially efficient and friendly. Customer service here cannot be beat.

Embarrassingly, I somehow managed to lock my keys in the car upon arrival for my 10,000 miles check-up. The staff at Laurel Toyota was amazing. Not only did they unlock the car with a great attitude, but they also did a wonderful job changing the oil and doing the maintenance check, and then cleaning the car. From the moment I bought my new Toyota until now, I feel blessed at the service I have received. Thank you, Toyota, and thank you, Laurel! 😁

The Laurel Body Shop does great work, but it took exactly 3 months to get my vehicle back. They moved forward with an ill advised plan and lacked preparation in terms of purchasing replacement part(s). Nearing the end of the fix the work sat idle leaving me to find the part to fix it by myself and pointing in the right direction. No one person in the dealership was responsible for what happened, but no one also stepped up to help me out with a loaner vehicle once I had exceeded my 45 day rental limit. Other than looking for transportation to get to work everyday for a month the car looks awesome!

I saw their listing on E-Bay, geat video and pics so I called Scott, the dealers internet sales manager there at Laurel Toyota. This was Thursday Nov 10.... Thursday Nov. 18 it was sitting in my driveway. They are located in Pennsylvania....I am in New Mexico!!!! Scott handled the paper work via overnight mail, set up the transport truck, and delivered it with a full tank of gas. Scott answered my many text messages, e-mails and phone calls immediately, it was as if I was his only customer!!!! I was nervous about buying a vehicle sight unseen and not being able to drive it, but he was reassuring, I trusted him and the vehicle turned out better than advertised. This was a used vehicle that was super cared for. I have bought many new vehicles from dealers face to face and Laurel Toyota was the best by far. No games, stellar customer service, I highly recommend this dealer. And Scott is a stand up honest manager that knows what he is doing.

I recently purchased a 2016 Corolla. I was looking to purchase something specific and they did not have it. I looked around and Laurel did give me the best deal on the vehicle so I decided to do a dealer trade. I was told at the absolute last minute that I needed to put any money down for the trade to happen. I feel that this is something that I should have been told upfront and not right before I was going back to meet with financing. When the car arrived it was exactly what I wanted and I am pleased with it. It was an out of state trade so the car was never inspected.......it was to be detailed and inspected before leaving the lot. The detail job was horrible, I spent 2 hours try to get it clean once I got it home. There was wax everywhere that was never wiped off and something sprayed all over the windshield. It took me a roll of paper towels and 3/4 of a bottle of window cleaner to get whatever was on the windshield off. Only then did I discovered that it was never inspected, so I had to take it back for that to be done. I do like the vehicle, and looking back at it's not really a big deal, but it was really infuriating at the time.

Responded to cars.com listing. Internet sales rep requested info regarding my potential trade-in. I'm still shopping for a similar vehicle to what he has in inventory, but made that clear to him in follow up email. Sent a very concise, detailed and honest evaluation of my exceptionally clean low mileage trade with photographs. In return got a terse 2-word email with a low ball trade offer. If you don't agree with my numbers, it's not really necessary to be rude about it. I'm not interested in doing business with people who treat potential buyers in this manner.

Searched for a considerable amount of time for Toyota dealers with good reviews, finally located Scott Long based on his many positive Ebay reviews. I ended up ordering a 2016 Tacoma through Scott with every option I wanted without ever stepping foot in the dealership. Found Scott very easy to work with and he managed to get me exactly what I wanted and in the time frame I wanted, he even managed to give me a great price on the truck, cant do any better than that in my opinion. I drove from NJ out to PA and 2 hours after arriving at the dealer was on my way home in my new truck. Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

" I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scott Long at Laurel Toyota, Let me tell you why! Would you fly 2,700 miles from California to Pennsylvania knowing you have to drive 38 hours back? Nope, me neither.. But I DID!! I had been looking for a high performance Mustang for months.. Here in California the good ones are seriously over priced and / or have been abused. I looked on EBay for the hundredth time and there it was. 2014 Black Mustang GT, Supercharged, Brembo brakes, many extras and just 3,300 original miles at a fair price. I contacted Laurel Toyota via email and Scott Long responded immediately. We discussed price, he emailed the Carfax report and options for shipping * me being old school, I had to see it. I traveled to PA knowing I could be flying right back if this doesn't work out. I arrived in Pittsburgh, still 2 hours away from the dealership. Scott made arrangements to pick me up and drive me to Laurel Toyota. I am thinking, who still does that? My driver Mike, he was so down to earth, we stopped to get coffee, he knew the area well and he just made you feel like a friend. I arrived at Laurel Toyota, met Scott Long, he made me feel welcomed and then it happened. I saw it "The Unleashed Beast" it was as amazing as the pics where on online, everything exactly as described and more. So when I finally came back to reality, I am thinking now the grueling 5 hours of sitting in a dealership. Not at all! I almost immediatly sat down with Kelly in financing, the price, terms and conditions, exactly what was discussed. Kelly was amazing and very thorough, I was in and out less than hour. The 38 hour drive back? Well, I smiled the whole way back and all I can say is "Boy do my cheeks hurt" Scott Long and his co-workers at Laurel Toyota not only are amazing to work with, but its a breath of fresh air to know that there are good genuine people that still do the right thing. Thank you Scott for making this an amazing experience.- DonChino Hills, CA

I found the car I was looking for on their internet website. I had a car to trade. the entire deal was done via email. I got a fair price for my trade and a fair price on the vehicle I was purchasing. I worked with Scott Long and he was very professional and accommodating. I travelled a little over 2,000 to pick up my new car. once at the dealership the transaction was completed in less than 1 hour. I would buy from this dealer again!

I am sitting in lobby now. I arrive; stand outside my car looking like a fool so finally walk in and 3 people just sitting at desk. I know they saw me. Customer service is most important thing when I walked in lady says can I help you. I said don't you come to the car anymore and she said normally yes. This is my 2nd time here. I think I will drive the extra to get better service. First impressions say alot. These 3 people were not with customers and we're not on the phone!

I had been driving my first Prius for more than 8 years, and recently started looking for a new one. I quickly found a new 2014 Prius III on eBay at a great price. The only problem was, it was sitting in western Pennsylvania...about 5 hours from my home in northern NJ. I called Scott Long at Laurel Toyota and asked him about the car, and about my 2005 Prius as a trade-in. He confirmed everything about the car listed on eBay, and, after receiving photos of my trade-in, offered me a very reasonable price for my old car. I told him I'd think about it.The next day, Scott sent me an email, offering me an extra $500 for my trade-in. The deal was so good, that I decided to drive 300 miles to Johnstown, PA in my old Prius, and 300 miles back home in my beautiful new one! It was a long drive (especially, the first half -- I recommend stopping at the Panera's in Bloomsburg, PA, about two hours east of Johnstown, on the way home!), but ended up being one of the smartest things I ever did.The transaction was done quickly, and everything promised me on the phone and Internet was delivered. Scott was extremely professional, which even made his Pittsburgh Pirates/Steelers/Penguins memorabilia on the bookcase behind him seem bearable (the Rangers victory over the Pens the day before also helped!).I recommend that you check out your local Toyota dealership, get their best deal, and then call Scott to complete your new car purchase!

Though Im not the smartest when it comes to keeping vehicles (have owned a new one every two years) I do have a lot of experience with the car buying process and buying from Laurel Toyota was the smoothest and best yet. I didn't have to negotiate or walk away, or be lied to (some other local dealers) about deal terms. Scott was honest took great care of me and even pulled some strings to get me in the truck I wanted at a fair price. I can't thank Scott enough and even Zach the finance manager was so easy to work with no high pressure add on's, etc. I drove 4 hours to get this truck and I would do it again. Thank you so much again guys for the great service! Before you waste your time at other stealers visit them first, honest, straightforward, easy and genuine.

Horrible! Sold my son a used, overpriced Chevy Equinox with a super high interest rate in january 2014. We didn't even get the vehicle until three weeks after we bought it because they lied about what it needed to be fixed. It had to go back again for another two weeks and wasn't fixed correctly. Once again it is not running, which has been the case for the past month and a half. So my son is making payments on a car he's barely driven. Way to take advantage of a young first time buyer! Shame on you Laurel Toyota.

I spent a lot of time looking for a particular 2014 Toyota Tundra Crew Max across 5 local dealers and 5 out of state dealer's inventory. I ended my search when I met Scott Long from Laurel Toyota in PA. Not only did Scott have exactly what I was looking for but he had the lowest price. I flew to PA where Scott's driver picked me up at the airport and drove me 2 hours to the Laurel Toyota dealership. The truck we had agreed on was sitting out front, freshly washed, a full tank of gas, with all the features I wanted, just like the pictures Scott sent to me. It was a very smooth transaction and I was out the door in about 45 minutes. If you are in the market for a great car buying experience that meets your expectations, I highly recommend buying from Scott Long at Laurel Toyota. You can reach Scott on twitter atScottLongCars.

When I decided I wanted to get back into a truck after recently purchasing a car, I knew my options were limited both to the cost of the truck as well as the value of my trade in. Scott at Laurel Toyota went ahead and provided bottom line pricing on a truck that met my exact desires and was able to arrange a fair trade in value for my previous vehicle. Living over 300 miles away from the dealership, needless to say I was a bit apprehensive at both the idea of buying a car out of state as well as making arrangements to actually take the vehicle home. Scott was able to assuage my fears and facilitate the entire process. One week after I found the truck I wanted I was driving it home. No high pressure F&I to deal with, asked if I was interested in any extended warranties and such, I politely declined and that was it. I really hope local dealers understand that is an absolutely phenomenal way to do business. Scott (sales) and Zack (F&I) were both great and I am very happy with my decision to purchase a vehicle from Laurel Toyota.

Since I had limited time, he even offered to help me at later time if I had any questions related to the car options. I would shop again at Laurel Toyota, Thanks Scott.

Recently purchased a 2009 Subaru from Laurel Toyota, represented by Scott Long on eBay. The whole transaction was fast, smooth and friendly. The vehicle was exactly as represented in the detailed description and posted video, and the roof racks were installed as requested. They brought the vehicle to the airport and the transaction was done and the car on its way home to Colorado in less than half an hour. I had no trouble reaching Scott by both phone and email to get answers to some logistical questions, and he's easy and pleasant to deal with. Subarus are premium priced in Colorado; this car was priced better at a significantly lower milage, with warranty coverage, and in much better condition than anything we found locally. Worth the cross country drive, and when next I need a vehicle, I'll contact Scott first.

I was nervous about purchasing a car on-line, but I could not have had a better experience. The car actually turned out to be better than advertised and the service I received was incredible. Scott was patient with all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable before I purchased a one-way plane ticket to fly to Pittsburgh and pick up the car. He even arranged to have the car delivered to me at the airport so I did not have to drive the two hours to the dealership. The guys that met me with the car were extremely friendly and just added that much more to the adventure. When I had some issues with registering the title when I got home, the dealership immeditely got me the additional information I needed and even stated (without me asking) that they would pay any late fees if it caused issues. Scott had assured me they would stand behind all of their sales and he was absolutely true to his word.I was extremely pleased with how everything turned out and would not hesitate to deal with Scott again.

I had been looking for a new Toyota Highlander for 6 months prior to purchasing and this would be my first Toyota purchase. Then I found this Toyota Highlander on-line at Laurel Toyota and I was connected to Scott Long. Right from the get-go he kindly answered all of my questions about the vehicle and patiently worked with me over two days as we worked out the details about my trade-in and price over the phone and email. With most of the details worked out over the phone and email,I planned on making the 100 mile trek too see if we could finalize the deal on a Saturday. I, however, could not make it for personal reasons. He kindly held the vehicle for me until Monday no questions asked. So on Monday, I made the trek still hesitant that something was going to be wrong with the vehicle due to the excellent price! Once I arrived, Scott Long and I took a test drive, reviewed the features of the vehicle, and I inspected the vehicle. The vehicle was in excellent condition, fully detailed, and I had not been misled!! If you have ever traveled to pick-up a vehicle you realize this is not always the case!! I could not be more satisfied. As the paperwork was completed Scott Long took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. Despite having to travel over a 100 miles, I will go Laurel Toyota for my next purchase. It was awesome to not be misled, especially when you are traveling to check out a vehicle and to be trusted by having the vehicle held for you within reason so that it can be checked out on my schedule! Thanks Scott!!

I was in an auto accident. My car was totalled. I was given a 2012 Toyota Corolla as a Rental Car. I loved the car. I did a search online and found Laurel Toyota-Scion Dealership and sent an email to the dealership. Before the day was overwith I received an email back. Joe Dodson went out of his way to contact me .... I did not feel intimidated as I have at other dealerships. I had so much money to work with and Joe found the car for me on a Saturday afternoon. We worked the payments.... and the following Monday I was the owner of a 2007 Toyota Corolla (a one owner vehicle) with only 45,000 miles on it. Buying from This Dealership, I feel comfortable and at peace knowing that I have purchased a vehicle with a warranty and a Service Department that will be there for me when needed (a GREAT BIG PLUS for me)They make you feel comfortable, Sales, Service, Customer Lounge, Parts and the young men that clean the vehicles. Great place.Sincerely,Barbara Ann Williams

August 8, 2012 Dear Scott, I have purchased many vehicles over the years at countless dealerships. But when I saw online a new 2012 Prius plug-in hybrid at Laurel Toyota in Johnstown, PA, I wanted it. I called and spoke to Scott Long and he told me all about the vehicle and I told him about my trade-ins. He worked up the numbers and there were no surprises when I drove up from Florida to make the purchase. Everything went so smoothly. It was the easiest least stressful car purchase I had made ever! All the paperwork was ready for me to sign and drive home in my new car. Drove 1100 miles and very comfortable. Thank you Laurel Toyota, and thank you Scott Long for being so professional and up front with me. You have really earned my business and I will come back. The Toyota Prius is one nice car and getting 86 MPG on Highway, and around town where I live, FREE NO GAS!!!! What a nice car. America you need to go to Laurel Toyota and try out the Prius Plug In. I had seen the Tundra Rock Warrior a couple of years before and had even test driven it. Not really needing one at that time I knew when I was ready for a New Truck, that was going to be it.So the time came and I had already known that they are pretty rare at most Dealerships and the Price is Usually not discounted that much so being that I hate paying Retail for anything I usually shop on the Internet. Well there it was the Right Color, Make and Model and not to mention 4 Miles. What I Love about the process used by Laurel Toyota is that if you take a second to read the Full Ad and Description you will notice that they Cover almost everything before you even call or click further. I say "almost" and I mentioned this the Sales Rep is that you have to have these Vehicle even if New, Inspected in your home state which I didn't think applied if the Vehicle was new.The Price was Discounted to a really Fair Price, being in Business you Understand that they need to make some type of Profit to afford these kinds of Deals. So this makes the 7th Vehicle Purchase in the last 6 years and let me tell you, Hands Down the Smoothest. Scott Long had asked me for a couple of Documents since this was a Business Vehicle and the Rest was Smooth Sailing even with the Finance Guy.I would recommend this Salesman Scott Long and this Dealership Again, the Drive is approx. 2-1/2 hours from MD and worth it in my opinion. I would repeat my business with them, now that being said the Price has to be really good for me to Drive 2-1/2 hours away, Scott as nice as he was surely understands this.Great Guy, Great Product, Great Buying Experience.

This was the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. I drove all of the way from Pittsburgh and it was well worth it. There were a couple of minor issues with the certified used Scion that I was purchasing and they went out of their way to correct everything right then and there so that I wouldn't have to drive back a second time. Much of the preliminary negotiations were handled before I got their via the internet. I would HIGHLY recomend this dealership to anyone considering a new or used Toyota or Scion vehicle.

As car dealer experiences go, this dealership could not have been any better. I researched my purchase online, and because my preference for a manual transmission on a Toyota Tacoma 4WD 4DR, I was limited as to where I could make my purchase. I found a couple close to home, but was having a bad experience with the dealer. The truck was what I wanted, but the price and customer service wasn't. Fortunately, I thought to look one more time online before I made my decision. I found one at Laurel Toyota in PA, but I live 300 miles away in NY. Scott Long made the same numbers (as my local dealer) on my trade and down payment work for me, and did so in a very efficient amount of time. Long story short, I drove 5 hours to PA, and picked up the truck a couple days later. I love the truck!! The one I got was a year newer, 1/3 of the miles, and a lower payment....Great Job Scott and Laurel Toyota!!!

I felt I was getting a good deal on a 2003 Toyota Tundra here compared to the dealers around Pittsburgh. I was happy when I left and even happier when I received extended warranty documents in the mail because I declined the extended warranty. I really felt that they were nice enough and had enough profit in the deal to include the warranty. Good for me and good for the finance person who sells the warranties because he gets $500 commission for doing so. I usually never assume people are dishonest, but times like this make me question everyone's integrity. Six months after buying the truck I had a problem that was covered by the warranty. I made an appointment at a local dealer who was told by the warranty company that Laurel Toyota canceled my warranty so it would cost me $900 to fix my truck. ( I wrote another review for that dealership as well because I fixed it myself in 10 minutes for $23 lol). Of course I contacted Laurel Toyota and I was told the warranty was a mistake so they canceled it. This is odd to me because a major dealer does make mistakes like this, and I'm sure the stuff they sent to the warranty company should have had my signature on it. My guess is that there has to kind if financial benefit for the dealer or maybe just the finance person to add a warranty to the deal and then cancel it, but it could just be the finance guy stealing $500 commission. Anyway, the whole time I've had the truck, I thought that I had a warranty and I did not. I even contacted the VP of Laurel and the only response I ever got was that he will look into it. I now wonder if I paid for a warranty that I can't use. I also wonder if someone forged my signature to initiate the warranty with the warranty company, and I wonder how often this happens to people.

I made an appointment at the dealership for a recall on my 2000 sienna van. Why bother making an appointment for 10:15 when they don't even bother to pull my van into the shop until after 11:15. Very disappointed. I felt like they didn't really want to be bothered because I wasnt buying a vehicle or my vehicle wasn't purchased there. I buy From this dealer because I've purchased other vehicles in past years. The salesman (Ryan Hildebrand is great to deal with. No hassles, just gets what I need without pressuring mistakes. The cars are always full of gas and fully prepped. I can't stand it when I pick up a brand new vehicle and it's out of gas. This dealer is always great about that. Any questions or issues are quickly resolved. Now that's what I'm looking for!

My husband Elmer and I were looking for a new Avalon. We have dealt with Ryan before and he happened to be out when we went in the first time but a gentleman named Joe took us to his office and helped us. He said he would give information to Ryan. The next day Ryan called and helped us with ordering a 2011 Avalon. It was built in Georgetown, Ky. Brian called us about 3 weeks later and the car was beautiful. We went in to pick it up and Zachary helped us with the financial end. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I don't think you could find nicer gentlemen. Our treatment was excellent and we will go back for to Laurel for our next purchase.

Just bought sixth truck from this dealer since 2006, best price, great salesman in Ryan Hildebrand, he goes out of his way to take care of the customer. Overall its well worth the effort to get there from Pittsburgh. The service is also great

In searching for the new Toyota Venza, I had excellent support and service at Laurel. Within a couple days, they found the one I wanted and made the purchase and pick-up of my new car easy and accomodating! The staff were friendly and very customer-focused!

The distance from Johnstown to Pittsburgh might as well be only three blocks because Laurel goes out of their way to ensure that their Pittsburgh clients are treated with the best service to be found in SW PA.

Apparently, these people only want to sell cars to 18 year old boys. The salesman was nice at first...then the bottom line. He insulted my intelligence, as did the guy who supposedly "appraised" the value of my trade. While this collaboration was going on, one guy was getting tickets to an event on the phone. Another juvenile was playing with a MILLER LITE hat that he was apparently just given. During the time I spent there, this juvenile [above] named BRIAN LORR...saw a man drive into their parking lot in an old vehicle and he said "LOOK AT THAT PIECE OF JUNK"...TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. IT'S TOO BAD I ALREADY OWN A TOYOTA TRUCK.

2.5 y/o vehicle with 18,000 miles (2007 FJ Cruiser). Refused warranty repair. Stated reason: Abuse. They can't back up their claim.Issue was broken teeth on the ring gear in the rear differential. They said diff was full of water. They showed me the oil. Wasn't milky or thin and there was no sign of water. They told me it was water before even draining the diff.

I have bought a few new cars over the years and I can say I have never been as pleased with the entire experience before than I was with Laurel. I met a salesman who made feel as though he really cared about my needs. He listen to what I was looking for and sold me a car with no pressure. His General Sales Manager was also very easy to deal with. He came out to the desk and spoke to us on numerous times again with no pressure. I left feeling as though I bought from a Ritz Carlton type atmosphere. It was a pleasurable car buying experience....Thanks guys!
