I worked with Lonnie and drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle. He made a promise to hold that vehicle for me by taking my word for it and kept that promise....this is my first time working with them and it was a very quick and easy process. I would recommend lauterbach to friends and family. They worked with me and for that I will definitely be a customer of theirs on the future. Thank you guys!

I saw a Ford Fiesta online that I wanted to try so came out first thing in the morning. Turns out I didn't like it so I asked Doug if there was anything else in the price range. Found me a Nissan note and loved it. No high pressure sales tactics from Doug. Took the time to answer my questions, which I had many of since it was my first time buying. Small lot so limited inventory, but you also get the small town customer service which I value more.

Made contact in 2 days, went to the dealership, but they had no place to have customers park their cars while they where there. Had to park in the aisle which was very narrow in the middle of the lot, which sure enough had to move it so someone could make it through. Salesperson came out to see if they could help after I had been on the lot for over 15 min. and was leaving.

I located my used Buick Rendezvous at this dealer 75 miles away. It is a small town, family owned dealership with a friendly atmosphere. Test drove the Buick and traded in my Tracker in less than three hours. I had called ahead and they were all prepared for me with two SUVs to look at. One of the windows didn't work and the glove box was broken on the one I chose. They ordered the parts and I came back the following week and they fixed them, no charge. They also send me a new set of floor mats as some were less than perfect and one was missing. I might have negotiated a better price elsewhere, but they knew I wanted to complete the deal if a few hours and drive the newer car home, so I was at a disadvantage there. Overall, I am happy with the experience and the SUV.
