Best car buying experience I've ever had. Jason was awesome..had the car I wanted to test drive ready and waiting after one phone call 30 minutes earlier. Very accommodating and absolutely NO pressure. Location was out of my way but very glad I took the trip Highly recommend.

If you’re someone who knows almost nothing about cars, it’s easy to be taken for a ride (pun intended). As somebody who spent her entire adult life in NYC, I never needed a car. So, when it came time to get one, I was in the dark. Then I met JASON. Jason is Lava’s biggest asset and I’m here to tell you why. He got me into a pristine and highly affordable Subaru within a week (would’ve been sooner, but I was waiting on a paystub). The car runs perfectly and it was waxed and detailed upon pickup. Not only did he have the car I wanted, but he knew I wasn’t familiar with the car-buying process. Instead of trying to jab me and take advantage of my lack of knowledge, Jason explained literally every single thing to me in great detail and with incredible patience. When I sent him a text or an email, I heard back within 15 minutes every single time. When I called with questions he answered on the first ring. He truly is a gift to Lava. THANK YOU JASON for putting me in a reliable car and lifting the weight of the car-buying process off my shoulders. Thank you Lava for giving Jason to CT!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

We spent a few weeks looking for a reliable, safe and affordable car to buy our son for his birthday. Finally, we found Lava Motors in Canton and BY FAR they had the best selection and prices for what we needed. They made everything so easy and had the car ready to surprise our son. My experience at Lava Motors has been nothing but excellent. Jason is a top notch salesman who is not only kind, courteous, and extremely helpful but also he was patient with me despite some struggles I had with my insurance. Jason went above and beyond answering any questions and addressing any concerns I had as well no matter the time. Purchasing from here was such a smooth and easy going experience and I seriously cannot reccomend this place enough to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle.

Zack and his team are first-class. I had serious reservations about buying a used vehicle from a shop that does not specialize in any one make of car. I can honestly say that the car we bought was in excellent condition. I have two mechanics that I've known for a long time and both said we got a terrific deal. I highly recommend this place.
