I wanted to take a minute and thank Todd and the staff of Lavery Automotive for both their professionalism and quality of my car buying experience. From my first contact with Sarah and Mark on the phone to my out the door experience with Todd, everything went smooth. Anytime you are making this type of purchase out of state with a company you have never dealt with before there is apprehension. I had called several dealers over the last couple of weeks and many seemed like they were trying to hide something or they were far too pushy. I found the Lavery staff to be very helpful and complete open about the car I was looking at but were not pushy in the process. When I arrived my salesman Todd Bollman came and picked me up from the airport. They even had someone work with me concerning the options of the car. The thing that made me purchase from this company is the reviews I had read about their sales department. But the thing that will make me a repeat buyer at Laverys is the quality of their sales staff. Not only will I be purchasing from them again but I will be recommending them to my friends.

Hi! Our family of 9 had a tough time finding just the right vehicle for us until we called Lavery. They were so caring and helpful, and actually had several vehicles for us to choose from. Buying a used van can be very risky, but these people bent over backwards to make our new van perfect and pleasing to us! My experience with Lavery Dealership was great from the first time I walked in to inquire about obtaining a certain vehicle till the time I picked up my new vehicle! Everyone was so polite, kind, and helpful it was like one big happy family! My salesperson Terry Christy was excellent! He really took the time to help me get the vehicle I so much wanted and knew his job very well! He really showed me he cared to help me not just trying to make a sale! I was really expecting the worse after car buying in the past. I found a vehicle online and was nervous of how it would go especially since the dealership was over a hour away from my home. The was suppose to be ready for a test drive but due to a maintenance issue I wasn't able to test drive it. So that ment another long drive in. Todd Bollman made this experience as painless as possible. He was polite and personable. We met with Becky for financing and she was knowledgeable and efficient. I will return for any future vehicles and I will recommend all friends and family to go there. It was well worth the drive.

Had a narrow selection of trucks to fit my needs. Only 4-6 in the county. Three were in Alliance so had a day I could drive the 40 some miles to look at them. I found the one that fit the best at Lavery.I was not approached on the lot, which sometimes I appreciate. So I went inside and first impression was good. I was greeted immediately at the front desk and soon after presented with a rep. Todd Bollman also made a good first impression, calming, firm handshake, and constant eye contact. He took me to the truck, I liked it, he got someone to assess my truck and we looked at the history of the truck I was interested in. He showed me all the data available to him on the same screen for me to see, loved the carfax. I was OK with the value offered for my trade in, so all that was left was the numbers. It took two trips to "the man behind the curtain" but there was enough room to feel better about the deal. Todd was very good to work with. Being skeptical by nature I was OK with this guy. He was observant and had good interpersonal skills. He thanked me twice for my military service triggered only by the plate on my truck. The dealership in total was comfortable and professional. Tip of the hat also to Beth and Becky!

Visited Lavery on a Friday looking for a specific vehicle that they had listed on their website. My buddy and I drove around the lot twice looking for the Camaro. We could not find the car so we went inside. We walked around the showroom and looked at cars for at least 10 minutes....no one bothered to ask if they could help us or if we had any questions. After another 5 minutes or so I walked up to the manager's desk and asked about the specific vehicle that I was looking for. I was informed that the car was not there that day. Wasted trip, no apology and obviously no interest in my business.There are a LOT of other car dealers in the general area.....take the time to read the comments especially the ones about used vehicles and then drive a few extra miles to Canton, Akron or even Louisville....save money and deal with people who are glad that you are there!

There are people who do what their job requires and people who go above and beyond. Todd did everything he could to make sure I drove off with the vehicle I wanted. Most car dealerships can handle easy transactions, but what Todd and Lavery's did for me when things got complicated was awesome. These are the people you want behind you if something comes up. They will make it right. This was my second purchase and after a great experience with Mark the first time, I never considered going elsewhere. I'll be back in the future! Emily Thomas was a new face to me at Lavery's, where I've been dealing exclusively for years. She called to tell me that there was a recall on my Impala and to schedule it in to be checked out. I proposed dropping it off overnight as we needed to drive right past on consecutive days, but brought it in earlier than planned as schedules changed. She was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. As the afternoon progressed, she called to say that the car was done early, allowing us to pick it up on our way home. When I stopped to get the car, she was again genuinely a pleasure to deal with. I enjoy doing business with people who are both competent and possessing a positive attitude. My experience with Todd Bollman at Lavery was Excellent. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He was very professional and courteous throughout the entire buying process. He spent a lot of time going over all options available to me with rebates, discounts, financing, etc. I had a lot of questions about different vehicles and Todd was patient and understanding and did not make me feel silly or awkward asking all of my questions. She was very understanding and work around our busy schedule. They even flew a guy out to Mass to get the car for us! In addition, the knowledgeable Finance Manager, Chris Finan, was very accommodating in expediting the paper work. Lastly, the delivery coordinator, Sam Jordon, who spent the time to show me all of the gadgets in this new SUV. I can't say enough good things about Lavery Automotive, with only one exception. I wish Lavery had a dealership up here in our area. I will definitely come back to Lavery Automotive.

We've had our fair share of experiences with car dealerships and it used to be a horrific experience. When we came to Lavery's it was totally different. Our salesman Craig didn't push on the sales tactics and say all the annoying stuff car salesmen say. He was real and honest and a good guy. We've now bought two vehicles from Craig and we would drive across the country to do it again.

We had been looking at a number of 2011-2012 Honda Pilots on a Saturday afternoon. We came into Lavery at around 4pm and knowing that the dealership closed at 5pm, we didn't want to take much time. We met with Joe Bagara and let him know the vehicle that we were looking for. Joe was prompt with the test drive and was not in a hurry to rush us through to get home. Joe answered all of our questions and had great follow up on our cencerns. My wife loves her Honda Pilot and we really appreciated the service that Joe provided. Chris Finan did a great job with the financing asking the appropriate questions and never "pushed" products. Needless to say, we will be back in the future and appreciated the experience.

I purchased a 2012 Camaro 2ss from Todd Bollman. At first I was a little skeptical when I heard it had a "Branded Title" but they gave me a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty, along with a 100,000 mile powertrain warranty to make me feel confident with my purchase. A branded title is just a vehicle that was purchased and the buyer wasn't happy for some reason so they returned it. Todd was very helpful and I will continue to send friends and family to him! He made me feel comfortable and made it an over all GREAT experience! All the other folks I met while I was at Lavery Automotive were also very friendly. They have a great group of employees there and also an excellent selection of both new and used vehicles! They were quite the drive from where I live, but worth every second. Thank you to all who helped me during my visit and making it so pleasant!

I was a little nervous at first, but because of the excellent service of Sarah Heacock and Mark Ederling, I quickly found the process of purchasing a vehicle sight unseen a pleasant experience. Both Sarah and Mark were always available to answer any and all questions. True to his word, the timeline from the purchase to the delivery that Mark advised early on was spot on. I received delivery of the Stingray and the vehicle exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I pulled onto the lot I was welcomed as a guest and not a shopper. It was as if purchasing a car was secondary to the event and that making me feel at home was primary. For all of my questions, Todd had answers and while I consider myself a very educated buyer, Todd took the time to share with me things I did not know that he felt were relevant to my search. At no time did I feel rushed, pushed or pressured. I felt that I could come, shop and leave without any consequences or "next step" pressure. Consequently, I bought. Becky handled the paperwork, Samantha demonstrated the features and Emily in service took quick care of the only issue I could find with the car. Every individual that I had personal contact with treated me with the same respect and dignity and my overall experience was excellent. Assuming you are looking at this review and making a decision about a place to shop, here is my background: I am forty-eight, a business owner and have purchased well over 20 cars over the years from many places. This was the best experience yet.

While generally I don't mind going to dealerships, since I was looking for a certain body style (coupe) it seemed some of the salespeople really just wanted to get me to come in, then try to sell me whatever they had available. This was fine the first time or so, but when I started looking online I kept seeing happy customers from Lavery.Contacted them, got straight answers quickly and honestly, and just a few days later they delivered (2.5 hours away) a perfect car. Very happy with the people I worked with (Todd and Mark), the price, and my only regret is I likely won't get a chance to meet them.

No matter where life takes me this is a dealer I will always purchase from. I have dealt with many shady dealers over the last year looking for another Volt as I lost mine in an accident. I continued to check the EREV (Volt and ELR) stock at Lavery over the course of the year. Due to the fact they price their vehicles right, I missed out of a few great deals because I couldn't pull the trigger. I purchased the Volt I have now with little hesitation knowing this. Todd is a stand up guy and a great salesman. He could certainly have you driving away in a vehicle without you realizing you purchased it, but he holds back and refocuses you to ensure you are comfortable with the purchase. This holds true for the ELR I drove. I was ready to pull the trigger that day, but he knew I had a young family and said, "do you think 2 doors will work for you?" That sentence gave me pause, because he was right that car was not practical. How many car salesman do you know that would do this? At the end of the day this a dealership that actually cares about the customer. They put the customer first as they know treating the customer the way they should be treated results in repeat customers, which they have plenty. Those repeat customers spread the word as I am doing now. One more thing, you'll notice they sell a fair amount of buybacks with branded titles at a discounted price. I can assure you they are not going to intentionally sell you a xxx. My last Volt was a buyback and it had absolutely NO PROBLEMS while I owned it. I hope to have this Volt longer than my last, but the only predictable part of life is the A+ customer service you will recieve from Todd and the rest of the crew at Lavery Automotive...Cheesy...yes but true. Recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet that was advertised online by this dealership and a few months later when I checked my credit report I learned that the dealership had checked my credit as well as 3 other financial institutions. When I inquired as to why the dealership would have to check my credit I was told they did it to give the information to the financial institutions. This was untrue as a total of 4 hard credit checks were done for the same loan one of them being the bank that financed the vehicle. There was no reason for this dealership to check my credit and then lie about it.So buyer beware and be sure to check your credit report.

I took my truck here because it was where my insurance company guaranteed the work. They had to replace the rear door on my truck, fix the scrape in my bed side, replace part of the rocker panel, and replace the step bar. When we picked my truck up, the door did not open and close correctly and it did not align with the front door. The step bar was loose and felt like it would fold under the truck if I put my full weight on it. It has scuffs in the front door that were not there when I took it in. When I took the truck back to have them fix the door so that it worked and tighten the step bar, they obviously did the work with the door wide open. I had a layer of dust throughout my truck. It wreaked of paint and chemicals. There was some sort of black goo on my leather seats that must have been on the employee's pants. They were very nice to talk to, but I learned two things. Whoever did the work on my truck does not have any pride in their workmanship and whoever supervises them did not even check the truck when it was done. If they had, they would have known the door did not work correctly and the step bar was loose.

Lavery has the worst service department I've seen I had to make two visits for them to finally fix my seat. They scratched my truck when they washed it. And they couldn't balance my tires! They told me they didn't know how they could take the tires off because they didn't give me a part needed when I bought the truck! I mean.. Really? If I would have gotten a flat tire, I wouldn't have been able to change it because laverys didn't give me the right part to take the tires off when I purchased the truck. I don't even trust when they change my oil. Now I have to take my truck to phantom auto near Salem to have the tires balanced and rotated, I'd rather pay to have it done than have them do it. Poor service and the help there is awful. Warning you now. Thanks for reading this!

After turning in my lease car to re-lease another, I did not return the second remote before the auto was picked up by the leasing company as I had surgery the following week and did not make it back to the dealership. Consequently I was billed by the leasing company. Sales Manager, Jim Teal, was eager to extend a goodwill gesture and reimburse me for the cost of the remote. Thanks Jim Teal, Bill Lavery, and Jeff Day! Lavery Chevrolet always stand behind their customers to take care of our concerns!

I will say the sales people and staff were very nice, however I wasn't happy at all when I went to pick up the used car I bought two weeks after the the transaction and paperwork were complete. I had come from out of state to purchase the vehicle. The car's low brakes indicator light was on when we test drove the car and I was told the car would be safety checked and the brakes would be taken care of. There was tint on all of the windows that was very dark and illegal in the state that I live in. The car fax stated that there was a recall on the car and they agreed to take care of that as well. When picking up the car I asked them why the tint wasn't removed and they stated that they had just gotten the car back from the dealer who handled the recall and they would be happy to take it off if I was willing to come back another day. I live two hours away so making another trip to have them remove the tint wasn't going to work. After having the car checked by a mechanic it turns out the car needed new brakes and the tires were so low that they would need replaced in short order as they were not safe for rain let alone snow. I was told they couldn't lower the price at all because they were going to fix the things that were wrong with the car, but they didn't fix a thing. The only thing they did was send it to another dealership to have a recall done that I'm guessing didn't cost them anything because recalls are taken care of free of charge by the dealership. The low brakes indicator light was off when I picked up the car but only because they figured out a way to turn it off without replacing the brakes. I paid cash for the car and still had to wait nearly a month for the title because it was sitting at the dealership waiting to be processed. I had to pay for the tint to be removed, brakes, and tires which all totaled was a significant expense. I'll blame myself for not having a mechanic look at the car and for trusting that Lavery wouldn't send me home with a car that wasn't safe to drive. If you buy a used car from them do yourself a favor and have a mechanic look it over before you sign on the dotted line. Just had another big nail put in the coffin for this car. There's an oil leak in the rear main seal.......ridiculously expensive to fix. I feel completely ripped off now.

Bait and switch? Had a $49k Suburban in transit and had bought airline ticket to buy/pick up. Kristin promised pics/ video upon arrival so they could inspect vehicle being received first. In the meantime, would send financing paperwork. After a day of updates, Rdio silence and would not respond. Finally reached Matt who told me that the vehicle was being serviced and he would get me pics the next morning. Kristin then sent me an email the next morning telling me that the vehicle had been sold (out from under me). Manager Jim Teal was very unapologetic about the situation and said they were in the business to sell cars and would sell to whoever came with money first. I would have been happy to pay in advance but followed Kristin's advice to have them inspect the vehicle upon delivery. Totally lived up to the negative stereotype of the car salesman.

I went to lavery to look at a good used low priced 2012 impala and I met joe a salesman.he was a good representative for lavery and he was kind and helped as much as he could. let me just say joe is a good guy I have no problem with him .the impala needed some work like 2 new tires and a few other thnigs for me to want to buy it. I noticed there was a 2013 impala that had a higher price but all seemed to be better on the car but because of the higher price I didn't pay much attention to it.a few days later joe told me lavery wouldn't fix or replace the tires on the 2012 impala or address the other issues it had but would lower the price on the better 2013 .my wife and I went just at closing and made the deal.I didn't really test drive it other than getting gas down the street and it was pouring rain so it was hard to check it out.I was told it had lots of bumper to bumper warranty left.after the deal was done a few days later I found out the bumper to bumper warranty was going to expire in a few days.also the front tires were wore out to the point of being dangerous as told to me by a goodyear dealer.the roof has a 2 inch rust bubble area on the passanger side and the car has incorrect fasteners to support the front fender along with missing many others around the car.also the front lower bumper is scraped pretty bad to the point it will need repainted.larry the manager said he wouldn't help me out on getting new front tires and I should have put that in the deal to get new tires and on the 3/36 bumper to bumper he had nothing to say. it wouldn't have been a big deal for larry to replace the 2 tires considering all the other stuff that was wrong with the car wich Im left to pay on my own for repairs or replacement but the 2 tires would have went a long way to make things a little better.its my fault I didn't check the car out in the pouring rain and late in the day as the dealer was closing and not even being the car I went to see in the first place. buyer beware take the time to check everything out dont be in a hurry or be rushed.and larry my buddy just bought a new chevy cruze but I told him not to buy it a lavery because of you sorry.

The service was wonderful, until I reached the financing department. I received a financing pre approval from my local bank and wanted to use them to get a direct loan. For many reasons, I didn't want my credit pulled again, I didn't want the extra fees, and I wanted the interest rate I was promised. Man, did I not get any of the above. My credit was pulled again (by the dealership), I was charged an extra $195 which I asked multiple times while signing if this was the banks financing charge ( no it was theirs plus I had the banks charge). I realized on my way home when my loan officer called and asked why I didn't purchase the car, that I was driving. They clearly didn't use him. They asked for his number and name, and never called. I was lied to and furious but brushed it off, I was driving my new (used) car. Finally the straw that broke me I received an interest rate .8 higher than what I was quoted at my bank. I understand this is my fault for not paying closer attention, but I told them the interest rate I was guaranteed why would I go higher? That is common sense, and I feel taken advantage of. I am just upset because I asked many times to please use my bank, and was direct on what I wanted, and people wonder why everyone questions the actions of "cars sales people". I was holding off to write about this experience but its been 45 days. I am not the person to give negative feedback and a piece of me feels bad, but honesty is the best policy.

In 2013, my fiance was looking for a vehicle and I searched online and found the Tahoe that he had been looking for at Lavery. We took the hour drive out to the dealer and worked with Jim Wolfe. He was very nice, the truck was great and we purchased from Lavery. I made a statement that when it's time for me to get another car I would definitely be back. That time came around a few weeks ago when I was looking for an Equinox and it just so happened that the one I wanted was at Lavery. Again, I took the trip and worked with Amy Wolf who is awesome to say the least! About a week after I purchased the vehicle the airbag light came on and Amy told me to bring it in. This time I had the pleasure of working with Rick in the Service department and they repaired all my issues with no problem. I will definitely return and recommend Lavery to everyone I can think of!

I recently purchased a 2014 Cadillac ATS from Lavery Automotive. Even though I was an out of state buyer (found car via Internet), Mark Eberling and Dave Sherman were very personable, patient and accommodating (ex. vehicle videos, extra info & pictures, assisted with vehicle transport, out of state titling, etc.) during the entire sales transaction. The car arrived in short order in exactly the condition advertised. Overall a very easy, low-pressure and professional purchase experience that I would recommend to both local and remote buyers alike.

I went to Lavery's to go over the features on my new CTS , I picked the vehicle up in late October, at that time I was driving a company car, so I put my new Cadillac in the garage.Andy was very helpful, he set aside two hours of his time to assist me. We went over Onstar features , and he answered my questions on the operation of my navigation , audio and the Bluetooth. Andy was very professional , and a pleasure to work with. I had been looking for a large GM station wagon, and found a Roadmaster wagon at Lavery. Being in Michigan, I reviewed the pictures I could, and requested more. Salesman claimed the car was in great shape, well maintained (and sent me more cell phone photos). Well, so far I found that the maintenance was not up to date (120k and the plugs and wires were original, among other minor standard maintenance items). We also found out a few weeks after buying it, they covered up rust when they detailed the car. A lot of rust. The wheel well was so rotted out that the windshield washer tank is no longer mounted to anything, it just flops around in the engine bay. They even painted the steering wheel to conceal the wear on it!Well, six months after buying the car for a fair price for a vehicle in good condition, I may have to part it out. Body mounts are rusted out, and the body is laying on the frame. I would have expected better from a dealership... at least a basic inspection of the underside in the rust belt!The lesson I learned: do not buy a vehicle without personally inspecting it, even if that means the cost of a flight, and even if it is being purchased from a "reputable" dealership. I thought I had done my due diligence, reviewing photos, asking the right questions, and checking reviews on the dealer. I guess not. Thanks Lavery, I am now in the market for another car, but how I'm going to afford it, I don't know.

Buying a car has always been something I dreaded, but Lavery Automotive has changed that. I went there on the recommendation of my son even though it is almost an hour away. I am so glad I did, it was worth the drive. Todd Bollman was very professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way for me to make sure everything was done right and that I was well informed all along the way. When it came to financing, Chris worked hard for me and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The dealership is very clean and comfortable and everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. I have bought many cars over the years, but this was the best experience I've ever had by far. Recently, I had an appointment for my car to get a tune-up. This usually includes spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter and a couple of other possibilities. I was dropping my car off and I decided to ask Lavery Service Center what was included in a tune up. They replied "we replace the 6 spark plugs." That is all that was included with a $240 tune-up($60 for the plugs and $180 labor). They were not even going to mention that their idea of a tune-up was not what most people would assume. I am glad I asked. I took my business elsewhere. When dealing with Lavery Service Center, don't assume you are getting what you are asking for. Their interpretation may be entirely different.

We saw the used SUV we wanted online at Lavery, and stopped in to see if we could test drive it. It was in the body shop having the bumpers replaced, so we couldn't drive it, but we wanted to at least see it. He hesitated and expressed that he would rather us see it all cleaned up, but if we really wanted to see it, he would show it to us. We did, so he escorted us back to the shop, and he pointed out what was being done and why, and we were impressed at the lengths Lavery had gone to to present what was already a car in great shape, to excellent shape. From start to finish, Dave paid extra attention to details, answered all our questions and injected a little humor here and there to make the whole car-buying experience less stressful! He started out as our sales agent, and we left seeing him as a friend!

Mark Eberling worked for weeks with my wife to find just the right Chevy Volt with the right features. When we flew into Ohio from San Francisco, Mark was right there at the airport to pick us up. He gave us a our first tutorial in how to get the most out of this amazing American hybrid plug-in car. And he called us while we were on the road driving the car from Ohio back to California.The car is great, we love it, and can get over 50 miles per battery charge. Amazing.And Mark's provided great customer service.

After visiting several dealerships and not being taken seriously I decided to give Lavery a try. What a difference! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like I was the most important person there. After talking with Scottie I was introduced to Todd Bollman. Todd sat me in the vehicle I wanted and explained each feature one by one then took the time to answer any questions I had before we test drove it. Purchasing was actually pleasurable and I saved quite a bit of money that the other dealerships didn't offer. Becky made financing quick and easy and answered each of our questions easily. Since puchasing Todd called me the next day to make sure everything was ok and to see if I had any question. He has called about every other day since and sent me informative emails answering any question I've had. This was such a positive experience all around. I will definitely will be buying from them in the future!

Had a good experience purchasing our 2013 Chevy Spark. Friendly service. Clean and comfortable dealership. Knowledgeable staff. Good advertised price - right inline with Kelly Blue Book. Just a couple minor issues to mention. It took longer than I would have expected to complete the sale. Also, during the negotiations, the sales manager needed to get involved - seems to show a lack of trust in the salesperson's competency. I would definitely buy from them again.

I chose to shop Lavery because of the inventory they had in stock. I was pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable salesman in Todd who helped (not pushed) to find the car I wanted. I drove 80 miles to find my Acadia and when I look again I'll shop Lavery. They are definitely worth the drive!

She did not have that pushy salesman sense about her, this makes customers feel more comfortable. Having this feature as a saleswoman is very unique, and has made buying a car fun. Dear potential buyers, I have found it a complete headache to purchase cars, I have purchased close to over 30 vehicles and leased 3 times. I have lived in over 6 states due to the fact that I have had to travel for my job which means I have purchased vehicles all over this country and many have been used vehicles, I even have family in the car sales business and have purchased 3 vehicles from him.In this ever changing environment it is difficult. Every time, it seems you go to buy a car, how frustrating it is to do business when purchasing a car and the climate has changed as to the way we do business; hence: internet, and usually the price changes giving the fact that I generally only purchase a car every 3 to 5 years it seems the price has gone up another five thousand dollars, your used car isn't worth five cents, we would have to negotiate and of course the dealerships would twist the numbers and get the numbers all turned around, upside down to the point I would look at them and wonder, who taught you math son? I am a engineer and as you can figure out math happens to be a subject I know a little bit about as does my girl friend Annette, she collects data for a school system here in central Ohio so, she calculates figures all day and both of us are about computer savvy as you can get, she even has an I.T degree so, the internet seems a perfect way for us to purchase a vehicle.Nobody gives you a list of the new rules and you kind of have to figure it out on your own which means paying too much, not getting the car that meets your needs, a sales person that doesn't listen, has no idea how to sell a car or even figure out the appropriate car to meet your needs. We decided not to trade a car after several insults and fuzzy math, we decided just to buy a car and pay cash. Let's make it easy right? Well, it seems like or cash wasn't good enough and that we kept being asked to finance.....Well, NOT! we didn't want to, and found it really very upsetting that several just seemed like they didn't even want to make a deal and of course they were not going to get our business under any conditions at this point.Anyway, as you can imagine we were looking for a particular car via the internet. We had gone to 3 or 4 dealerships, took my trade and actually were trying to buy something we didn't really want.....we wanted a white car, most on market were black, we wanted beige interior, most were black. Well after driving probably over 300 miles all over trying to buy something we actually didn't want, and after listening to all these sales pitches, gimmicks, sales tactics and just tired of trying to be fair and then dealership trying to upgrade us into paying 10k more on a newer model then we wanted to, we finally found the car we wanted in Alliance Ohio at this dealership, Lavery auto.We contacted Amy Wolf via the internet about a Chevrolet Avalanche, white with beige interior. Now folks I am one of the pickiest guys when it comes to cars, I take care of my cars, never scratched one, keep cars looking brand new for as long as I have them. Right now I have a 2002 with 80k miles, turbo convertible that looks and runs like it came off the showroom floor. So, we drove I believe 98 miles up to Alliance from Mansfield. This car was the perfect colors, the exact model and the condition flawless. We had somewhat new that the price now with the internet sales market has become so competitive that the offering price was a very, very fair price already and Amy explained that they are a family dealership, we market to the internet as well as locally so their price is what it is. Well, when we went out to look at the car there was a flaw, a little dent in left rear panel...it was near a crease. I looked at Amy and said no! I can't purchase this truck this way, I'm sorry. I believe after seeing my disappointment, she knew I would not and immediately gave me the keys and said DRIVE IT ! It is what you want and I will make this right for you, I promise. We drove the car and loved it. It is exactly what we wanted and the price was, like I said a more then fair generous price. We came back to dealership and She said, I will get this fixed to your expectations but being a Saturday they did not have the ability to fix that day so another day was scheduled for us to pick it up. We did the paperwork and paid for the car, signed the papers and drove back to Mansfield, without a new car. Well it turned out that the dent would not be an easy one to fix by the dent guy and that the whole back panel would need taken off and they would have to have one of their body men re-do the panel to make it perfect. So, we would not be able to pick it up Monday and then it might take another day or two.Several days later Amy Called and said that the car is done ready for delivery and it was done to my expectations. Several other things were also taken care of I had asked for. Jim Teale, the (sales manager), who wrote up our paperwork that previous saturday and because we couldn't take it home that day because of this dent that they were unaware of, said this car will be right and that he wanted to deliver it to us in Mansfield, Ohio and that it was the right thing to do! Can you believe that a car dealership that would go this extra mile to actually send two people to deliver a car that is over 200 miles round trip and pay 2 men over 4 hours to bring us our car? Our car was delivered, It was beautiful ! Two retired gentleman delivered our car and said they to loved our new car, they raved about the car, how it ran and how beautiful it was. The other gentleman that had to drive the other to return back to alliance said that the man driving my car tried not to drive through any wet roads, not follow anyone too close, trying to keep it clean so that when they presented it to me, that it was that important to them that it looked great when they pulled into my drive.I can't say enough about this dealership and the quality of people that work there. I got MORE then anyone could imagine, respect, fairness, going above and beyond to make a customer happy and to make the customer feel like they got the deal of the century and that they bought something that is right for them and exactly what they want at a great price. Thank you Amy and Jim for your wonderful, excellent service and dedication. Annette and I couldn't be happier and we look forward to coming and buying another car soon as Annette's car is getting some mileage and age on it.....We will be buying all of our cars from Lavery from now on and I highly recommend them. I was contacted within the day after filling out a survey on the web.Salesman , David Sherman, emailed me and created an interest to me about getting out of a newly purchased vehicle of a year ago that I was not happy with and gave me options I did not know were possible.We set up a visit to Lavery Chevrolet dealership and were pleasantly greeted by David and he immediately showed us options and choices.David helped us to complete the transaction and got us into a new Suburban which is what I should have purchased to begin with.The sales transaction was unpressured, informative and painless and speedy. I have been looking at purchasing a new vehicle for the past 2-3 years, to prep for when my current vehicle started to get to much to invest in. I had in my head what I wanted I just needed to test drive and make my final decision. I had heard that Lavery was a great dealership to deal with and I had rented a SRX from them to take on a trip. I was pleased with the service I received for that experience and thought I will give them a try. I had done my research on this site DealerRater.com to find out about the sales staff and dealership. I picked my guy, Todd Bollman, and went up to start the process. From the time I got in the door, my wife and I were greeted with a pleasurable receptionist who pointed us in the right direction. We met with Todd and sat down to let him know what our intentions were. We drove a couple of vehicles and I was positive I knew what I was going to get. We left letting Todd know we would be back with our final decision. After a week, I called Todd and switched the whole game. Looking at another vehicle we went back, no questions, just awesomeness to make sure we were making the right decision for the long term. A week later we were back to take a look at our vehicle 2014 GMC Denali 2500hd truck and finally take it home. My point to this is at no time were we every pressured or felt pressure to buy that second. Todd listened, guided, and assisted in anyway possible to get us in the right vehicle that we wanted. We have purchased/leased MANY vehicles from car dealerships in our 62 years of life and this experience is right at the top of that long list. We knew nothing about the dealership eventhough it is about a 30 minute drive from our home in Canfield.We usually shop for a vehicle in a number of ways: onsite visits, online, magazines, etc. We prefer online or internet as we become more serious about our purchase/lease. Online/internet "shopping" also gives us a chance to review the dealership inventory. We realize that a dealership can "hunt" for a vehicle of our choice but we would rather go directly to the dealership who currently has the model. We have sat through way too many transactions over the years where it is often painful and time consuming negotiating over a price. We do enough internet research to realize where we want to be with regard to the purchase price. So, we believe we come to the table educated, willing and ready to transact. We have found that "requesting a quote" via the internet is a productive manner in which to begin transacting. It soon becomes rather obvious the quality of the professionals one is dealing with.This is where Dave Sherman enters the picture on our recent transaction. I put out a request for a quote to only two dealerships this time (usually I may have a need to request similar pricing from 4 or 5). Dave was VERY quick and responsive to our request. I had presented several questions asking for information. Dave was thorough and presented the information not only in a timely manner but concise, accurate and easy to understand. We continued to "negotiate" and review our options via emails until I felt it was time to make a phone call. At the same time, I was attempting to get similar information from another sales consultant at another dealership. The sales consultant was not very forthcoming and did not communicate the information clearly, completely and easy to understand. Each dealership had at least one or two vehicles that we would have considered. After some prodding, the other dealership was finally willing to present some figures and a cloudly explanation as to how they arrived at the "bottom line". We met Dave for the first time on a Saturday morning and within 2 hours we were not only sold on the vehicle of our choice but also the dealership and Dave especially. Each question presented to Dave was answered immediately and much to our pleasure. What we saw as obstacles, Dave saw as a challenge that could be conquered to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Dave Sherman to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. We had no prior knowledge or relationship with Dave but he is a young man that we will return to in the future. A few days later, we arrived to pick up our new vehicle. Dave had been ill and missed work for two days but made a point to be there late that afternoon to "deliver" the vehicle. He personally introduced us to various members of the staff and they ALL made us feel welcomed and "part of the family". We look forward to having the vehicle serviced in their service department and getting to know more of the staff. We want to thank Dave and the staff at Lavery for a wonderful car buying experience!!!

I had been looking for a used luxury car with low mileage. I found a car that met my search on the internet on Laverys website. Drove to Alliance and met Dave on the Lavery lot. Dave showed me the car and went over the car and all the features it had and then we took a test drive. What impressed me most was the knowledge Dave had about vehicles and as he said he would arm me with the knowledge to make an informed decision. Dave also listened to what features were most important to me in the purchase of our next car. There was no high-pressure sales tactics and Dave made the buying of this car a pleasant experience. I was doing an internet search for a Buick Encore. I submitted my request through the website to inquire about the pricing of a vehicle in stock. Mr Sherman, Lavery new car sales manager, responded immediately to my inquiry. We spoke about several cars that I saw in their inventory. We talked about the kind of vehicle with the type of options that I would like. Mr Sherman informed me that he was NOT a commission sales person and that he would work diligently for me to get me the type of vehicle and the BEST price available. After several conversations and exchanges of emails, we had a Buick Encore selected with the options that we wanted. Mr Sherman then started to put our financial package together. Surprisingly, to both of us his original sticker price was close to $150 difference from the GMS price that I was eligible and had not applied for yet. After securing the GMS price ,Mr Sherman was able to put together my other discounts to give me the financed price of the vehicle. That price wasn't where I wanted to be as far as payments. Mr Robb then took over and was able to make a few additional adjustments and wham , bam thank you Lavery Chevy we will be driving a new 2014 Encore.My experience in dealing with the dealership was very rewarding and very accommodating. I also checked with three other local Chevy/Buick dealerships through the internet and none of them responded in a timely manner to inquire even as to where I was in the search. Needless to say if and when they do contact me, I will be reporting that I am driving a new 2014 Buick Encore that I acquired through the special staff from Lavery Chevy!!thanks again to Mr Dave Sherman and to Scot Robb

This was quite a drive but totally worth it!!! The price of my vehicle was great & so was Mark! We drove 4 hours so this was a whole day ordeal. I was actually dealing with a dealer in my home town & with Mark. The sales guy here in my town was just awful! I pretty much had to hound him & couldn't get him to answer any of my questions. Dealing with Mark was the complete opposite. We would text back & forth & if I had a question he would answer it right away. If you don't prefer texting (like I do) I'm sure he'd communicate any way you would like. He's very nice & wants to make things easy for you & he's not pushy at all like some salesman can be. He sent me a personalized video of the vehicle I was interested in to show me any imperfections it might've had just so there would be no surprises. I highly recommend this dealership & I highly recommend Mark Eberling!!

Amy Wolf was fantastic. First by the online service then by phone. I was so confident that from just talking with her, I felt very comfortable driving from Charlotte, NC to Alliance, OH, to purchase the car sight unseen, because I had this feeling of trust that she had given me. When I arrived with my wife, we were both very impressed with all the employees we met. Including Becky Labate the finance administrator and Jim Teal the sales manager. Both Amy and Becky were very thorough in the process, and made sure we were completely comfortable with everything. I don't write reviews often, but I did feel in this instance it was worth letting people know my feelings. I just wish they were closer to Charlotte.Sim.

Both Sarah and Amy seem to be terrific women. They both was there to answer any questions I had, even if after work hours. If they didnt know the answer they found out within a timely manner. ALCON:As an active duty army officer currently, deployed to afghanistan I must commed the entire Lavery staff for their hard work and dedication on making this sale. I came to them with the intent of making a purchase within a month in order to have quality transportation available to me upon my return from overseas. I began working with the Lavery team in November after identifying a used vehicle thay had for sale via autotrader.com. My Sales Rep Mr. Todd Bollmann did an outstanding job. The vehicle was already competetively priced , and was a Manufacturer Buyback that had been repaired. Mr. Bollmann took the time during our negotiations to prvide as much information possible on the vehicle's history. His responses to my inquiries were timely, accurate, and to the point. This was extrememly important given the limit time I had to make the purchase, and even less time I had to spend negotiating and arranging the purchase due my current environment.Once the purchase was made, the Lavery team worked hand in hand with United Road (Vehicle Shipping), bank (USAA), and my attorney-in-fact (father) to have all required paperwork completed, and the vehicle shipped so that it is waiting for me when I get off the plane back in the U.S.A.Ms. Amy Wolf, and the entire staff were extremely polite and considerate. I started out on Cars.com & found a used Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. I contacted Missy Long who quickly got back to me with details & set me up with Trent Tschantz. We emailed back & forth a couple times agreed on a deal. I added a couple of items I wanted installed to MY! truck. My wife and I drove from Pittsburgh, PA to the Lavery Chevy store in Alliance, Ohio to purchase a Volt. It was worth the drive! The sales process began with an online chat with Kelly about a Volt on a Friday night, and ended with us shaking hands with the owner, Bill Lavery the following Saturday afternoon, and Bill thanking us for the business. Thanks to Jim, Terry, Amy, and Becky, for staying late that Saturday night to complete the paperwork! It was truly an enjoyable experience.

Bill and Todd worked diligently to find the perfect car for me. I initially went into the dealership to have my 2010 Buick Lacrosse serviced, and drove off, 3 hours later, with a practically new 2013 Malibu Eco--only 11.982 miles! I received personalized service; Todd allowed me to drive the car, and he was very patient as I tried to switch my Sirius and On-Star from my old car to my new one. He even talked to the Sirius representative for me! All in all, it was a wonderful experience for a beautifu fall day. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this dealership. they had very nice cars to offer as well as great employees. my sales person was Dave Sherman and he was probably the best salesman I've worked with. he was very energetic and made you feel comfortable and laugh a lot. [plus he even gave me some gas!] he was very helpful and friendly. I will be returning to him when its time for another car! I even told my boyfriend he needs to get his car from Dave.

How many of us have walked into a car dealership, only to wish we had never walked through the door. This has happened to me many times.However, this was not the case at Lavery. In fact the exact opposite happened. My experience with Melissa Long was nothing short of fantastic.Her communication, customer service, and people skills through the roof. She goes the extra mile, follows up, and does what see says she will do. Lavery obviously realized her potential, as she has been promoted. I fully expect she will be in management in the not too distant future.Bottom line is I never felt pressured to buy at any time. Melissa knows when I am looking for a car, I will be contacting her to locate it. We visited this dealership to purchase an AWD SUV. We asked for Todd Bollman because he has helped us with the purchase of two vehicles in the past. He showed us several models that met our requirements. Todd is very knowledgeable about the brands that he sells. He was able to answer all of our questions. He allowed us plenty of time to decide - no pressure. We feel that Todd helped us find the perfect vehicle for us. I would recommend Todd Bollman because when I had a car that broked down on me. That was what I bought off him 4 years ago. I was going to pay it off befor I traded in for other car. But he call me first and asked how the car was doing I said not good. Well he told me to come on down so I did. He worked very on me so that I could get another car. Which run awesome. He payoff my old car so I can get this one. I will always go back to Todd for a new car he was very friendly to me so far I bought two cars off him. Todd call me again to check on the car to see how it was doing this time I said awesome.

Great atmosphere to buy a car! Jim met us as we were checking out the escape I wanted to buy and said, "Let me grab some dealer plates and we can take it on the road.". The ride was very pleasant and I never felt pressured or rushed. After the test drive we went into their NEW beautiful office building and sat down with Jim while he helped us get the purchase rolling. Once it was time to finance, Becky and Jim teamed up and were very efficient and resourceful with taking care of everything (I didn't even have to transfer the plates from my trade-in, Jim did it for me). They washed the Escape inside and out before I took it home. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the service and prices. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LAVERY!

My husband and I have been looking for a good used vehicle for months now. We found a very nice vehicle on-line at Lavery's, Trent was our saleman and very informative however, we made an appt to come and go over figures, when we arrived at dealership (exactly on time), we waited in the showroom for exactly 9 minutes (Trent was busy with another couple) before even being acknowledged by anyone. There were several salesman in the showroom but not one could ask if we needed help. What they didn't realize was that we had just came from Wally Armour where the salemen didnt let you in the door 5 ft and they were asking if they could help, unfortunately Wally Armour didn't have the vehicle we wanted. I decided that night that I would not be purchasing the vehicle from Lavery's unfortunately mostly due to the poor customer service. Trent was very nice however did tell us up front they are not paid on comission (which it showed) he has never followed up with us, which came across like he didn't care if he sold the vehicle or not. Sad, but we will never again give business to Lavery Chevrolet

Less than content about the poor communication from the dealership - with all but a couple of calls, I had to initiate the calls first to get any updates. When asking for the dealership to describe what they did to ensure the vehicle was repaired, the only response was "The truck had no codes." In my opinion it is sad that the only repair that can occur today is when a vehicle has a code, other wise it is too much to get repaired. Even went as far to call the owner - left voicemail and have yet to receive a call back and waiting. I am disappointed all the way and highly recommend not going to the dealership.

I dread car shopping. I always get the goofiest sales guy or the pushy manager. I called into Lavery about a specific vehicle and got Mark Eberling who took several hours out of his afternoon to show me the vehicle. I even asked him what would happen if I took the car home and decided it wasn't the right one? He said he would rather I find that out before buying it than after I bought it. I couldn't believe it! Most sales people I've dealt with respond with, "I had 4 others looking at it today, it may not be here tomorrow" - you know, the garbage sales lines that are insulting to buyers. We ended up buying the car the next day. I told my husband that the delivery would be quick. Once we give them the check, we'll never see our sales guy again. I was wrong! Mark spent 30 minutes showing us the dealership and introducing us to who we would need to speak to if we had issues. Then he showed us what all the buttons on our new truck do! It was so helpful.We already decided we are going to be loyal to Lavery Automotive from this point forward. Thank you Mark and staff for the smooth, non-pressured transaction. We never felt so comfortable buying a car.

In my car search, I looked at 20+ dealers. Mark, Missy, Jim and staff were the friendliest and fastest. The Internet team was stellar, and they took a personalized photo set and video of my car, emailing me promptly. I drove nearly 100 miles because of this service, and after getting ti lot and making the purchase, it only added to the sense of value. I'd do it again. I had been searching for an AWD SUV of some sort that would be affordable to me. I also wanted to trade in my vehicle as well and lavery's gave me a reasonable trade in value. I went to a local car dealership before I went to Lavery's and was not pleased with how they operated. But after going to Lavery's, I was very pleased with how I was treated and the efficiency and the knowledge of the employees there. I just came back from a trip to West Virginia and was very happy with how it drove and the gas mileage. I would definitely recommend Lavery's to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I browsed through many websites to find a Scion xb, I noticed that this dealership had a great deal on the car. So I made an appointment with Todd and my husband and I drove 1 and 1/2 hrs to visit the dealership the next day. The day before he took some of our information, answered our questions, and started figuring out the pricing before we even got there. The next day he held the car for us while we were driving there. He didn't pressure us at all. He allowed us time to think it over and to talk together about the car without pressuring us or forcing us to talk it out with him. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and respectfully and took his time with us. I have dealt with other car sales people and did not like them which had a big influence on not purchasing from them. He showed us the website as well as the customer reviews, and the pricing of the car 100 miles in each direction. I appreciated his down to earth approach. I also appreciated the help that Becky gave to us in explaining the warranties available as well as the pricing. This helped make our decision on purchasing the car. We were even offered beverages to make us more comfortable. Although the entire time there took about 3 hours it was well worth the waiting time!! I recommend this dealership!

This is in all areas, being sales, service, or repairs they have always done what is in my best interest. I was not happy with my Cruze, which is a great car, but was too compact for my needs. I made mention of this during a service call and Greg and Bill were able to get me out of the Cruze and into the Equinox in 2 days. They are awesome!

I had a great buying experience with Todd Bollman several years ago. When there was no other dealer around that would work with me, Todd made it happen. He is friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. It is however a shame that the knowledge stops on the show room floor. The service here is some of the worst. On my last visit I stood in the service waiting room for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I was ready to leave, when someone finally asked if they could help me. They take hours for a simple oil change, are expensive and lets just say I would rather they don't wash my car during service. It looks better dirty than it does after they wash it. Not to mention that I have had my car rummaged through while in for service as well. As for knowledge, well I still wonder how it is possible that I get an instrument panel light coming on in my car that tells me to service the stabiltrak, yet when I take it to them to look at it, they tell me there is nothing wrong with my car. Paul however did provide computer updates for free in lite of the recent problems I have had there, however I still have the light coming on, so the problem is yet to be fixed. I would love to take it back to have it looked at, I just don't have a day free to give up my car. Like I said before service is extremely slow here. On my last visit I sat in the customer waiting area with several other friendly customers, we all seemed to have the same opinion...great buying experience horrible service experiences. Harold in the service department is less than friendly, which of course doesn't help either.

Lavery is a great dealership to purchase or lease a car!!! This is the 3rd car I have leased and each time it gets better with the intergity, reliability, and friendliness that I receive from each staff and salesperson, especially from Greg Ganni. He has always told me everything about my car before I even ask the question. He is very loyal to his customers and makes you feel like family. I always tell people about Greg and let them know, if they want a great salesperson who has knowledge about the car you wish to purchase/lease, he is the one to see!!!

My wife and I went to the Cleveland Auto Show looking for a new car for her. Visited all the car dealers and sat in all the midsize and compact that gets above 30 mpgs. Last stop was the Chevrolet display and met with a young salesman who asked where we were from. We said Alliance Ohio, and he said there was a gentleman from Alliance and he introduced Dave Sherman to us. We talked about Alliance and told Dave we planned on visiting Lavery Chevy on Monday. On Monday, Dave welcomed us like family. Told us about the Dealership and their remodeling. He was upfront with us about what we could expect from him and the dealer. He had brought out a Cruze LT with a few options on it that he felt was just right for my wife. We were blown away. It had more on it than we usually get on a new car, but all was functional. We talked price and trade-in of my wife's PT Cruiser. We mentioned that we wanted to lease and he came up with a figure that our mouths dropped! After asking what I was driving, Dave mentioned that he could get me in a Cruze LS for the same lease! I said sold!!! So that Monday we walked out of the dealer with not one new Cruze, but two!! Both cars ride and handle wonderfully, are sharp looking, and we get great gas mileage. Dave introduced us to some of the employees that we would be dealing with for service and again they welcomed us as family. The way Dave and the Lavery Chevy greeted us and did everything to please us...I won't go anywhere else for a new car. Dave is an excellent salesperson who wasn't pushy, tried to sell us something we didn't want, gave us good returns on our trade-ins and made car buying enjoyable for a change!! Dave is the best and consider him a part of our family, just as Dave and the Lavery Family welcomed us into their family.

Both times my shopping experience has been very pleasureable. Todd Bollman has been my sales associate both times and has went out of his way to make sure I got the truck I wanted. The first time he had to go and find the truck I wanted. The truck I just purchased wasn't available on their lot and he couldn't find one but he didn't let that deter him. We were looking for a used vehicle on Jan. 28th, 2013. Since we'd heard such good reports about Lavery of Alliance, decided to stop in and see what was available. We found the SUV we were considering, and went inside to talk to someone about it. Everyone was very friendly. Craig Vicars was the sales consultant we dealt with. He is an outstanding employee, was very helpful, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. He went above and beyond to answer our questions. He was not pushy, and didn't make us feel rushed when making our decision, which we really appreciated. He even contacted the previous owner & made sure we got the extra set of keys we wanted. We're very pleased with our experience, and plan to come back to Laverys when shopping for our next vehicle. Becky Labate, the finance manager, was also friendly and nice to work with when we made our purchase. We've been to many other dealerships, and never had such a nice experience. We found the used vehicle we had been looking for online, and being from out of state, we called Lavery Chevrolet and spoke with Tim OBrien. We exchanged calls several times that week, and he was very helpful and willing to provide us with as much information as he could regarding the vehicle. He even put together a video of the vehicle for us to view since there were not yet pictures of it available online. We made the trip to Laverys that weekend to check out the vehicle in person. Tim, as well as the entire staff at Laverys, was extremely friendly and welcoming. We received a very fair return on our trade-in, and we feel that we got a very good deal on the vehicle we purchased as well. Tim and the rest of the staff made the entire process very smooth and easy. There was no pressure whatsoever, and it was a very pleasant experience doing business with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I live 6 hours away and purchased a 1999F350 diesel dually 4 door that they had listed on autotrader. Mark was great to deal with and from the start he made everrything smooth.The truck needed a solenoid he had his guys replace the part at no cost to me. Truck was washed and ready upon my arrival. Mark always kept in contact with me and kept me informed he even had truck sent to ford to change the oil. Thanks for everything 5 star out of 5 ..

I had a very fast and fair relationship with Lavery Automotive. I live over four hours from the dealership, but found them online via a posting on AutoTrader.com for a 2012 Chevy Volt - extremely low mileage and the right price to catch my interest. Over the course of the next couple days I discussed the vehicle with Mark Eberling and worked out a purchase price as well as a valuation for the car I was trading up from. I made the four hour trip to Alliance on a Saturday morning and found the folks at Lavery, and particularly Mark and Becky who I interacted with directly, to be extremely professional and accommodating - and above all else, very fair to deal with. Mark spent time showing me the Volt in some great detail, and Mark and Becky worked through a tricky title transfer from my trade-in. I never felt pressured, and there was no haggling or browbeating - the entire experience was one that made me very comfortable in the soundness of this purchase.This was a seemingly once-in-a-lifetime situation for me that Mark handled expediently and courteously - even sending me additional detailed information and video of the car immediately after I contacted him. I've been very pleased with the entire process, and will definitely take a look at Lavery when it's time once again to purchase an automobile - even from 250 miles away!

By far the best experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. Mark was always available to take my call and was very friendly. He understood what I was trying to accomplish and didn't push me in other directions. Mark's customer service is what did it for me here. Even after the transaction was complete and I was out the door, Mark was quick to respond to my questions and help me with miscellaneous things. With the fast past, ever changing environment that we live in today, customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Thank you Mark for reminding me how pleasant it can be to actually do business in person.As far as the vehicle goes, I couldn't be happier. I was looking for a new car (for us anyway), my search found a solid car at Lavery. My initial interaction was with Mark calling me back to let me know he got my email about the car, but he was in a meeting and would call me soon. He did and talked to me about the car I was looking at and took the time to take down info about my trade. I could not get there on that day due to me being over an hour away and had to see other cars Saturday. They were closed on Sunday but that did not stop Mark from working with me pretty much all day (via phone and text) as he and I went back and fourth about trade-in, the car and answering numerous other questions. Monday morning he called me, we confirmed a meeting later that day and he took care of getting the car cleaned up, and made sure to update me when needed. Suffice to say I arrived in one vehicle, had a great experience (despite the transitional period to the new building) with any member of staff that I interacted with, and left in my new one. They even beat my own bank with theirs for financing!But the story does not end there. Here is how Lavery (Mark and Scottie) went above and beyond. Due to the detailing being done over the weekend the battery was weakened (doors left open etc.), and this brought to light an issue... Last night having travelled an hour and a half home the car would not later start due to a dead battery! I talked to Mark at 10:40PM last night and again at 7:25AM this morning, based on working with Mark I then engaged a local dealer (BMW) to troubleshoot the car. That dealer confirmed that the battery was indeed bad but also found a bad tail-light. Mark and Scottie covered both issues. No fuss at all. This shows they are backing up what they sell to their customers, and also customer satifaction. I cannot recommend Lavery and these guys enough, and what could have been a bad situation due to this vehicle being a non-Chevy car and pre-owned, but turned out wonderfully and will see me telling people about Lavery for years to come. Ironically I had to Google this site having heard someone mention something similar yesterday NOT Mark or Scottie asking me to post. I felt compelled to take the time to share my experience. 10 out of 10!

Shad Berger is the new guy at Lavery but I have to say that you would never know he was the new guy. We stopped in last Thursday to test drive a 2011 Mercury Milan and we took delivery of it Saturday. Shad did an excellent job through the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and helpful. He even remembered what my wife and I took in our coffee. Having sales people that are not on commission and having fair pricing on their cars + giving Auto Trader trade in values makes a huge difference in making a deal. There were no games and arguing about prices because I knew what their price was and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. You cant beat it. No games and no pressure. I would certainly go back to Lavery for my next car! Thanks again for everything Shad, keep up the good work!

I dealt with Mark Eberling while purchasing a 2012 Chevrolet Colorado. He was very friendly and being able to text him help with my hectic schedule. He was quick to answer any questions. He took several pics of the truck and even posted a video for me to see. He ordered and installed some factory accessories I wanted. He arranged to have it shipped to me at a reasonable price. The truck was exactly as he described it. I would buy from him and this dealership again if possible. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the market for nice automobile at a reasonable price. A+++!

Mark did everything that we ask of him. I ask him to have the car inside and dry because of the rain during the nite, I ask him if he would then have them put it on the hoist so that I could see under the car, I as him to clean a couple of things off of the car, and not only did he do all those things, he also showed my wife how things worked on the car after all the paperwork was done and even programmed her IPhone into the car. Very good service, sorry we live so far away from your dealership.

I was shopping for a used Chevy Volt on cars.com and increased my search to 500 miles. I found a couple that interested me in Ohio at different dealers. After making E-mail contact with both it was Mark Eberling who got right back to me. Since I live almost 300 miles away I wasn't sure if I could make this kind of purchase. The experience at Lavery was excellent. They have up front prices that are competitive and fair. I bought a used car from over an hour away, so honesty was important to me for the fact I was about to drive an hour to buy a car. Salesman Andy Hagan was very helpful from the initial phone conversation until he was washing the windows on the inside of the car as we were leaving. He gave me a complete rundown of the car, and when I arrived, the car was as he described it. People walk into dealerships today educated about car values, both their own that they want to trade, as well as the one they are looking to buy. Lavery knows that. No games....they just make a deal and get on with it. This dealership is worth the drive. They are honest, and know how to get it done.

I drove from Delray Beach, Fl to purchase a 2012 Z06 Corvette from Lavery Chevrolet in Alliance,Ohio. They had the right car, with the right price, and the right way of doing business! They gave me a great trade in on my 2006 Corvette. The deal was all done over the phone and Internet, so both parties had to rely on each other to be fair and honest. Mark Eberling was true to his every word about the car, it is gorgeous and everything he said it was. Mark even came in on his day off to take care of the delivery. He was great throughout the entire process! The finance department was excellent and I ended up buying an extended warrantee that truly made sense with a milage cap that was right for me. Everyone at Lavery Chevrolet could not have been nicer to my wife and I, including the owner and GM who both introduced themselves. A totally relaxed, no-pressure experience. Todd was as patient and friendly during our sixth test drive as he was the first. He answered every question honestly and when he wasn't 100% certain about an answer, he didn't make up something but rather, found the right answer. His courteous professionalism showed from the time I first entered the dealership until I drove off in my "new" pre-owned vehicle. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Lavery's Auto Group to any of my family and friends. Scottie and Todd welcomed me warmly when I walked in and waved 'bye as I left. Todd was very helpful and had answers for any questions we had. If he didn't have the answer he found someone who did. He was not pushy like some salesmen can be. He took time to go over the basics of how to operate the different functions of the vehical before I left the dealership. He even helped me get registered with On Star before I left. While we were waiting for the paperwork to be completed he offered to get some beverages for us. He is very up beat and pleasant to be around and made us feel like part of the Lavery family. When I needed to bring the vehical in for service Todd met me in the parking lot and took the car back for me so I would not have to walk a long way to sit in the waiting room. (Construction) He even went and got coke out the machine and brought it to me when I asked where the pop machine was.

We are from Cleveland and it is well worth the drive to deal with Lavery Chevrolet. My wife and I had a great experience at Lavery Chevrolet. We drove off with a 2011 Chevy Volt and we could not be happier. I miss the truck I traded in, but I do not miss paying for the gas it consumed. We have put over 400 miles on the Volt since leaving the dealership and still have 6 gallons of gas in the 9 gallon tank! We are getting around 42miles per charge which is great ($0.62 to charge from empty)! The Chevy Volt is definitely the best car I have ever driven! Todd was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly recommend him to anyone. I was also impressed that Mike (Body Shop Manager) got under the car with me and looked it over to ensure it was structurally sound. Becky was also great to work with regarding the financing. Overall, I feel I got a fair price for my truck and an acceptable price on the Volt. The 45 minute drive to Alliance was certainly worth it! If I lived closer, I would definitely utilize their Service Department too as they seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Todd, Becky, Mike and the rest of the Lavery Team! If there is a dealership close by that makes you feel more welcome and more at home than Lavery's, please show me the way! I have been driving a Chevy since 1966, when I bought a new Biscayne and have never looked back. This team at Lavery's certainly know how to treat people and it is that treatment that keeps me coming back. When you arrive at the front door, someone is always there to greet you and make you feel at home. I find that you are treated with dignity and respect, something you just don't find everywhere you go in todays society. They are attentive to your needs and wishes and do all in their power to accomodate you. I have known Greg Ganni since he was in High school and he is my go to guy when I am looking for a new or used car, or for that matter in need of some problem fixing. He has always gone out of his way to get me what I feel is the best deal and I have never left unhappy. Greg is friendly, courtious and listens to what you are saying. If you want something on your car, you need only ask and if it is possible, he will get it for you. When I am dealing with Lavery's and especially with Greg, I truly believe I am dealing with Family and friends. While my 2008 Colorado pickup was being serviced, I mosied into the sales room just to have something to do, With only 89,000 miles on my 2008 Colorado, I had no intention to purchase a new vehicle. I noticed Mr. Dave Ewing sitting in his office and decided to renew acquaintences.Informing Dave that I was only sight-seeing, he treated me as if I informed him I was purchasing a new expensive vehicle that day.We chatted about old times for nearly one-half hour.Several weeks later, my granddaughter telephoned me from Georgia to ask if I was ready to sell my Colorado. She wanted it to commute on a daily basis to a nearby college.Realizing this is what grandparents do, we went back to Lavery Chevrolet to discuss the situation with Mr. Ewing. Again, he treated me and my wife, Joanne, as if we were the only people in his professional life. This is the first time I have ever purchased used (due to health concerns in finding a car I could navigate easily into and out of because of recent leg surgeries). Whether it was the first of my 8 factory new cars or my most recent purchase, working with Jeff Day has been a pleasure. He's a great listener, never applies pressure, goes above and beyond to seek what features I've wanted on a new car, is as professional as he can possibly be, and his enthusiasm for people has never waned over time. I would so recommend this dealship and Tod Bollman because he was absolutely awesome. We live in Poland, Ohio and never dealt with a car dealer like Tod. He was not pushy and gave us a good deal on the car we found on the internet inventory. We just took it back to the dealership to get the protection on the interior and the paint, and he had a loner ready for us to take for about 3 hours. Diana and I made the trip to Alliance from Columbus, Ohio (~ 118 miles one way) with the intent to purchase a used 2011 Chevrolet Traverse LT1. The reason we started the trip was because of Mr. Mark Eberling's courteous and pleasant demeanor. I certainly did not want to make such a trip and return empty handed or worse yet with the potential trade-in (extremely reliable however) we drove up with.Mark was as helpful as possible with both the trade-in and the purchase. We went to Lavery because the dealership I visited previously didn't treat me like I mattered. They acted like I couldn't make a decision it had to be my husband they talked to. It was my car, not his, I had done the research on it. Greg talked to us both, and finished most of his dealing with me because we told him it was mine to decide. There was an issue when we were doing the paper work and he was definitely working to do his best for us. He was good to work with. He called us yesterday for our 6 month anniversary of our car to see how everything was. It was nice.Good guy to work with.

Shopping experience was very easy,not the hard sell must dealerships use.There was no pressure to buy. Tim was open and up front about the car we were looking at.We did not buy the car. We initially dealt with Mr. Eberling over the telephone after finding the car we were interested in on the internet. He was very accommodating and even went as far as to take an up close video of the car inside and out so we could get a better look at it. Before we had decided to travel to Ohio to pick up the car he had made arrangements to have the car shipped to us for a reasonable fee. We arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle after they had closed, but had made prior arrangements with Mr. Eberling for him to come back after hours and finalize the deal. We had an overall feeling that Mr. Eberling went out of his way to make this a pleasant experience. I would recomment him as a salesman wholeheartedly and the dealership as well. Mr. Eberling was very polite and professional and it was a pleasure dealing with him. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Greg is very friendly, outspoken,and always willing to go the extra step. I know if I have any problems or concerns I can call Greg first and he will either take care of the problem or see to it that the right person does. Lavery's is a great place to buy a car! We actually drove an hour to get there just because their prices were so much lower than any dealership around us. They also have a very large selection of vehicles. The customer service very good too. Everyone was very nice and helpful. After we had completed our paperwork for financing they not only dropped the price of the car, they also got us a better rate too. I have and would recommend them to anyone.

I searched the internet for weeks, and came upon the Lavery website. Saw the car I wanted and filled out the online form for more information. It was a long shot as I live two hours away, but thought I'd give it a try. I was cautious because I'd filled out online forms for local dealers, and the results were pretty sad and disappointing. Anyway, withing hours I received a call from Todd Bollman at Lavery and made an appointment to drive two hours to see the car. On the way I kept thinking there must be something wrong with the car as the price was very competitive. I got there, met with Todd, drove the car and now the car is in my driveway! There just comes a point when you know you've made the right choice and you've selected the right dealership. Lavery's Todd Bollman is the right choice. My next car will come from Lavery!! i located the car i wanted via inet. David Sherman contacted me and assisted me through the sale. I live in Ga so it was impossible for me to inspect the car before buying. Mr Sherman answered all of my questions. After the sale Mr Sherman arranged for delivery of the car to Ga. When i took delivery of the car 700 miles away and inspected the car i found that MR Sherman had represented the car very well. Every thing that he said was wrong with the car was. Every thing that he said was right was. There were no surprises. Buying the car site unseen was risky, however after taking the chance and the end result being what it is i found that there was no reason to worry. If you are within driving distance of Alliance you would do yourself a favor if you went to Lavery Chevrolet for your next car or truck purchase. We dealt with Craig Vicers and I have nothing but good words for him and the dealership. We NEVER felt pressured and were dealt with very honestly which is saying a lot these days. My husband and I had the misfortune of visiting another dealership a few days before and I was dreading going anywhere to look at a vehicle again. Craig was as nice as can be and so helpful with all of our questions. We left with a new/repurchased vehicle and didn't realize until the next day that there were no mats under the white paper mats in the truck. When I contacted Craig he was more than willing to talk to managment and make sure we got what we needed. They were ordered and in for us to pick up within a couple of days. I will not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle in the future. I have found my comfort zone at Lavery!

We did much searching on line to decide what vehicles we were most interested in and found the two we liked on the lot at Lavery. We were not sure if we wanted a Traverse or Acadia. Andy was very helpful explaining and showing us the comparisons between the two. We were also very torn about the front-wheel drive vs. all-wheel drive option. Andy took much time with us and let both my husband and I drive both vehicles all over so that we could really feel the difference. We ended up purchasing a beautiful used GMC Acadia. When we arrived to pick up our new ride, it was all clean and ready to go. They made the paperwork painless and took care of the plate transitions and insurance information and really left nothing for us to have to take care of. Our interactions with everyone at Lavery since the sale have been amicable and sure to meet our needs.

We appreciated the "no pressure sales" technique used at the dealership. Jim showed us numerous cars after sitting down with us and asking us a series of questions about what we were looking for. He seemed to really care about matching us up with the car that would best suit our needs and our budget. Jim was just as good after the sale. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of the car and the OnStar system. It was after closing hours when he had to show us everything, but Jim was very patient and took plenty of time. We never felt rushed or pressured during the whole experience. When we got home from picking up the car, we realized we only had one set of keys and one key-less remote. My husband contacted Jim and within 2 days, we received the second set. Becky, the financial girl, was very efficient and courteous as well. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and would highly recommend Lavery's. I had made an inquiry on autotrader.com about a possible trade-in and promptly received a reply from David Sherman. He let me know about different cars that would suit my needs and also talked to me about my trade-in. He continued contact with me, ensuring that all of my questions were answered and eventually set me up with an appointment that was convenient for me. I went in and he already had a car in mind and quickly got me in it for a test drive. He showed me how to work everything in the vehicle and made sure I was completely satisfied before going through with the sale. Overall I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the service i received from Lavery and David in particular. Anyone looking to buy a new or used car in the Stark County area should definitely go to Lavery first.

I bought a used 2008 Chevy Malibu in June of 2011. It needed routine oil change and tire rotation. This was my first time at dealership for this service. I was pleasantly surprised with the service. I had a specific need in that my lease on my 2008 Buick was about to expire and I wanted to keep the vehicle. I could have gone back to the dealer I had leased from but I called Dave instead to get his recommendations. My reason for doing so is simple; Dave is a very good friend whom I have known for a long time and knew I could trust his judgement and integrity. We discussed several options and decided to take the buy-out offer. Dave walked me through it as though I was buying a new car from him and made sure that every detail was taken care of (even making special arrangements to rush the title to me so that I could get the new plates before we went on vacation). I am very pleased that I was able to keep my "new" Buick and for the way Dave handled the whole process.

My husband and I were looking into buying a new car and the only place we considered shopping was Lavery.Even though we had heard great things about the service and selection at Lavery what drove our decision to make Lavery our only choice was Dave Ewing. I was fortunate enough to read in the Repository that Dave loved working in the automobile business so much that he returned to doing just that at Lavery. Normally buying a car is a stressful and trying experience. Not this time and a big reason for that is because of Dave and the staff at Lavery. Everyone did a great job in making sure that our car was financed at a great rate and that we understood all of the terms and conditions. But Dave did an exceptional job in getting us the car that we really wanted. He took his time in explaining all of the features of the car, especially the Onstar (which we were unfamiliar with). He didn't pressure us or treat us like just another customer, but more like part of his family. I believe he truly cares about his customers and wants them to be happy with their purchase. He is a very kind and knowledgable man. Dave contacted me after our purchase to make sure we are happy with our Malibu. And to let me know that if a problem or concern should arise that he and the staff at Lavery are going to answer questions and rectify and problem. I have recommended Lavery to everyone I know, especially Mr. Dave Ewing.

I committed to the vehicle before I saw it so I was a little worried but the vehicle was exactly as described and I am very happy with it. The dealers looked and looked to find me the specific car I wanted, but with no luck I had to order one. From when I ordered my car until I would recieve it, it was going to take a little over a month and a half. But the guys at Lavery's in Alliance kept looking everyday for my car so I could get it sooner. They found me one before the manufactor even started building mine. I was able to drive it off the lot two days after they called me saying they found the car. The whole time the guys kept me posted on the status and what they were trying to do for me. They were so helpful and willing to take time with me especially since this was my first car purchase. I love my car and am so happy I went to them!!

Very positive experience. David Sherman took the time to make the inital visit come to us. He brought the vehicle we saw online to our house and we could look it over. Drove almost a hour to get here. No hassles or pressure what so ever. Talk about going above and beyond. Pickup day the vehicle was clean and very presentable. Andy Hagan did a great job of telling me about and selling me my new Cruze! Overall I love the Lavery Dealership. I had my Cavalier in for service several times, and there was never any problem. My son had bought his truck at Lavery's from Todd and had spoken very highly ofhis experience w/Lavery's. He said to I needed to start with Todd at Lavery's when it was time for us to look for a new car. My husband was working alot so it was left up to me to start the search. Well, my son was right. Todd put me at ease right away. He made a list of what I was looking for in a car. We narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. He took my son and I out for a test drive in both of the vehicles and then worked out some figures. He made the whole process very easy, very calm and never tried to influence me towards the more expensive vehicle. Once we did agree on a price and we picked the car up and he went over ever part of the car,the On Star,made contact with On Star to set up my PIN, filled up my tank, showed us around the dealership...I could go on and on. We found a used car at Lavery on the internet and, after talking to Andy on the phone, drove about 120 miles to see it. Andy was extremely friendly and willing to help. He was there on his day off! The car was exactly as described and we bought it. They gave us a fair deal on our trade as well. We would definitely buy from them again and will recommend Lavery to family and friends.

I was impressed how quickly Todd responded to our request for an on-line quote. I was not impressed with another dealer who took over a day to respond and did not even give a quote and wanted me to call or come in instead. Tod gave me a fair quote and I decided to see how it would go in the buying/trade in process. Todd was there to greet me when I arrived and told me that Andy would take me for a test drive and answer questions. Andy was very friendly, patient, and thorough. I was pleased with the whole process and bought our new Buick Enclave. I took my wife with me to the closing, and she was impressed with Andy and enjoyed the "tour" of the dealership he gave us. She thought it was nice that meeting Mr Lavery was part of the tour. The whole process was very positive and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

From the moment I walked in Lavery, Daivd Sherman was very polite. He answered all the question I asked him and, he had the answers for me. He asked me what type of vehicle I was looking for and showed me what was on the lot. We went inside, he took my information an said that he would search for what I was looking for. I left an within an hour he found a vehicle for me. I return the next day, they got my paper work in order an I left with my brand new vehicle. Thank you David for all you did in finding my new vehicle. I will be sure to tell my family and friends about Lavery.

Dealing with the dealership was a good experiance. What I did not appreciate was the fact that in 5 min they want you to decide if you want extra coverage, oil changes.. this that and you cant make those decisions right then and there. You really need to have time to think those over before making a wise decision. Other than that I have no complaints with Laverys, they are very friendly and willing to work with you!

Dave was very friendly and polite. He went over every detail with us about the car. He set up our onstar account and made sure I knew what every button was for before we drove it off the lot. We bought a used car and it had a defective door handle and he ordered a new one for us. He checked in with me a few days later to make sure all was well. We are very satisfied with Lavery's and especially with Dave Ewing.

I have leased three cars with the Lavery family and I am never disappointed in their customer service and the help they provide. Todd Bollman helped me lease my current chevy cruze and I couldn't be happier with his service. While searching Cars.com for a sts-v, I found one at Lavery Automotive. I called Andy Hagan and asked for a accurate phone description as I live 3 hours away and didn't want to be disapointed. Everything was as I expected when he went over all the options and details. He was willing to stay late on a Friday night to complete all the papers for the sale and trade-in. I also received a call Saturday to check that the car had no issues on the 185 mile drive home. Andy has followed up by email, telephone and by mail to see that I am satisfied. As promised, he sent the new navigation dvd, 2nd key/remote start and my house key I forgot. If I lived closer, they would get my service work because the car was inspected, detailed and ready to go. My wife and I are so excited! On 4/22/11 we purchased our dream car/suv, a 2011 Cadillac Escalade. The purchase process began with a phone call to salesman Todd Bollman. Lavery Automotive has the right selection, price, and salespeople to enable their customers to shop and find just the right car. I found their prices to be extremely fair and upfront, no price wars here. Didn't need an extended warranty they tried to offer several times. Overall a great buying experience and test drive.

This was my second purchase from Lavery Automotive Sales and Service. My 1st visit we were looking for a used vehicle for my son he had found a used Impala online at Lavery but by the time we went out to look at it the car was sold and I was a bad guy for taking so long to go out and look at it. Todd Bollman really went above and beyond to find the car of my sons dreams and within the budget set for the purchase as it turned out it was a newer nicer vehicle with less miles than the one he saw online first. We have also had a chance to visit the service dept. with the free oil change voucher they gave us and the service dept. also met with my expectations for great customer service and knowledge. A few months later I saw the new Chevy Camaro and really had my eye on them. For me there was nowhere else to go but to Lavery Automotive and after the test drive I was pretty much sold but still had to talk trade-in and price. With what they gave me for my trade they managed to come within my price range for payments and am now driving the car of my dreams. They treated me like a VIP and took so much time to explain every little question I had (and there were tons of questions) for me this was a huge purchase. Todd Bollman really treated me well and took a lot of time showing me every detail and feature my new Camaro has. I left there feeling very confident that I knew how to use the features of my Chevy Camaro Rally Sport that I got the best deal that I would get from any other Chevrolet dealer. We were looking to buy a new car, so we stopped in at Lavery's. We test drove several cars and fell in love with the 2011 Chevy Traverse. The staff at Lavery's were absolutely terrific. Whether it was a mechanic, or a salesman, they always said hi, how are you doing today! They were also very kid friendly. They talked and played with our kids so that the time passed quicker, while filling out the necessary paperwork. That was GREAT and REALLY helpful. Todd Bollman explained everything so that it was easy for us to understand. He has also kept in touch so as to make sure the car is doing well for our family. After seeing some competitively priced vehicles online, we called and spoke with Jim Wolfe. Jim was extremely helpful, not pressuring us, & kept in touch with us over the next few days about new arrivals. We drove 1 1/2 hrs to Lavery's and test drove a couple of cars. Jim had the first one pulled into the garage and warmed up for us, as it was a cold night. Jim thought nothing of staying well past closing time to answer our questions. That night, we decided to buy a Saturn Outlook. Jim worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted. Upon going to pick up the car a few days later, Jim went over all of the systems on the car with us, signed us up for OnStar and patiently took care of answering any questions we had. He could not have been kinder or more helpful throughout the whole process. In fact, the entire Lavery team was very friendly. A few days after picking up the car, we noticed the jack was missing from the back compartment. When most dealerships would not care to handle a customer's concern after purchase, Jim Wolfe, without hesitation, arranged for a new jack to be mailed to us--saving us the 1 1/2 hours drive to get it. Lavery Automotive provided a very positive automobile purchasing experience for our family. I would highly recommend Jim Wolfe and the rest of his team to my family and friends. Kudos goes to Todd Bollman for being a GREAT sales person. My husband and I were looking for a economic vehicle with better gas milage as I drive 200 miles a week for work. Todd had a bad start as the Equinox would not start. LOL We told him we would come back later. Todd told us he would have the Techs look at the vehicle and get it running. We proceeded to go to Montrose to look at another vehicle that we were interested in. Had to fill out a long form before we could test drive the vehicle and it took 30 minutes time to get the form done and the car ready to test drive. Then I did not like the car. Asked to test drive another and was told that if I was not going to spend the money that I could not test drive the vehicle. I felt that was not very good business. We left and proceeded back to Lavery's and Todd had the car running and ready to drive. He asked for my drivers license handed me the keys and told us to go and have fun. No long form??? We test drove the vehicle and we really loved it. Todd was great with us and made the transition easy. I signed all the papers and Todd even put gas in the tank as I had just put gas in the vehicle that we traded in. Todd also took the time to explain all the buttons and where everything was located. We have never had a car sales person ever do that for us and we have bought a lot of vehicles in our time. We really appreciate Todd's kindness and professional business. Thanks so much. We found our Tahoe on the internet and then worked with Mark over the phone for a week or so until we were able to fly up from Charlotte to pick it up. Mark met us at the airport in the vehicle with all the paperwork. We handed him a check and signed a few papers, got a tour of the vehicle, and were on the highway all within 15 minutes. The car was better than advertised. It's pre-owned with only 8300 miles on it and looked showroom ready. We're thrilled with the purchase and give much credit to Mark and the Lavery dealership.

When I went to the dealership everyone was very friendly. Andy Hagan and Mark Eberling where the two salesmen who helped me. I was very pleased with the two of them. They were very friendly, and were always trying to do everything possible to make my first experience at Lavery the best. They got me a great deal on my car, and I am very satisfied with it. After my husband's truck was stolen he spent several weeks on the internet looking for a replacement. Lavery stood by their vehicle and repaired the problem, which meant a lot to me. The salesman Andy Hagan treated me well, and I feel I paid a fair price for the car. I was at this dealer today and spent a hr and a half test driving a used truck and doing some paper work to see my trade in value. after all the usual run around the sales person which I would like to point out had no control over what happened and felt bad I believe. Well either way after all the run around the sales man says hey sorry they missed marked that truck its actually marked 2000 dollars cheaper sorry man he cant sell it to you for that. I am a pretty understanding guy and understand that things happen mistakes are made but what ever happened to the customer is always right . All the stuff they say is a lie . Thanks to Lavery, and Jim Wolfe, I was fortunate enough to find a beautiful 2010 Lacrosse CXL $7000 below MSRP -- and with less than 1000 miles on it -- without having to "wheel and deal"! Wow!! I was actually contacted by Jeff Day once he found out I was looking for a new car. What I liked about him was that there was no pressure from him on getting me to buy right away. He gave me space and time to think about what was right for me, all the while explaining the many options I had with the dealership. I walked into Lavery's on 12/29/10 to speak to a salesperson about purchasing a new vehicle. I told Jeff Day what I wanted in a new car and what was not a top priority as a feature on the car. I came back the next day and ended up buying the first car he showed me. It was like Jeff read my mind and he found the perfect car for me. He kept in mind the purchase price too, which did not exceed the amount I was willing to finance. I was more than pleased with my experience here at Lavery's. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help make purchasing a new car as enjoyable as possible. The financing portion of the sale went very smoothly and easily. I found Laverys internet listing after looking at trailblazers and envoys locally and couldn't believe your asking price for the 2004 xuv- 3 or 4k below comparable vehicles I had previously looked at. I would probably have purchased an 03 trailblazer ext locally but after being quoted a price saw it on their website for more than $1,000 less than quoted. Needless to saw I won't do business with that dealer again. Mark preapproved me over the phone in no time and assured me the vehicle I was interested in appeared to have 50k miles despite the fact the odometer read 119k. The 2 hour drive to Lavery was well worth it as the truck was even nicer than described. My 2004 xuv is an absolutely outstanding truck with the 5.3 vortec engine that is equipped every bit as well as our 99 Corvette and has power and acceleration that is amazing. My experience with your dealership was a pleasure and well worth the 4 hour round trip and I will recommend you to everyone looking for an honest and friendly dealer. And Mark- you were right- although the 4.2 vortec is a very strong and capable engine there is no comparison to the 5.3 vortec. Thank you; Scott Bestor

We had a 2007 Avalanche and wanted to get into a smaller vehicle. Andy Hagan showed my wife and I a Chevrolet Equonox and GMC Terrain. We decided on the Terrain. Andy took us for a drive in the Terrain and explained a few things about the vehicle. We wanted to get the Terrain in goldmist color. Laverys did not have one in that color.Andy searched and found one. When we picked up the Terrain Andy was not there so Mark Eberling took care of the paper work ane explained everything a1bout the vehicle. My experience with Lavery was a positive one. Dave Ewing learned of our interest in a luxury SUV, found one the next day, contacted us, and had us test driving within twenty four hours. Todd Bollman trained us on the operation details and was very helpful. Both of them provided extra time teaching us to use the new features on the car. We especially appreciated the lack of pressure on the closing. We were given time to decide what insurance program for which to avail ourselves.

What a great experience we had with Lavery and Todd Bollman! My husband found a couple of cars online and emailed the dealership for more information. Todd responded almost immediately and scheduled a test drive. We live about 45 minutes away but decided to make the drive in terrible road conditions to see what he had. We were happy with the one we test drove so we called Todd the next day and worked out all the numbers, including our trade, over the phone. We returned later that evening and within an hour or so, were on our way home with our new Traverse.This was probably the best and easiest car shopping experience we ever had. Neither Todd or Becky pressured us in any way. We found a few used CTS Cadillacs we were interested in over the internet. When we called Mark to ask about the cars, he was very helpful. We had been looking for a while in the Pittsburgh area, but the cars all seemed overpriced. We made arrangements to drive to Ohio to meet Mark the following Saturday. He was extremely friendly and made us comfortable about the car we test drove. What was supposed to be "just looking" turned into driving our new 2009 CTS home that same day. He completely went over my needs with me and worked with me until he came up with the best vehicle to fit me and my family. I searched the Internet to find the specific car I wanted, which was a 2008 - 2010 Cadillac CTS. There were several cars listed by Lavery Chevrolet which met my criteria. I phoned Mark Eberling, Internet Sales Manager, on Saturday November 27 to get some additional information on the cars. Mark was very professional, and gave me the exact information I wanted. We agreed that I would drive (100 miles) to Lavery Chevrolet Monday November 29th to meet in person and look at the cars.Before I went to lavery I viewed their web site and was very impressed with their Meet The Staff page. I got the impression that Lavery Chevrolet would be an excellent dealership wwith which to do business....my expectatiions were met and exceeded!Mark Eberling is a sales professional. It is obvious that he has a passion for his position. I was looking for a new SUV. When I explained what I was looking for, Craig found exactly what I wanted in a 2010 Saturn. The dealership and Craig, my sales rep, went above and beyond adding a Sunroof, GPS System and DVD system so I had the vehicle that I wanted. I cannot say enough wonderful things on my treatment of customer service I received from my agent Craig. Craig went over all aspects on delivery and advised if I can not figure anything out I can bring it in and he would go over anything again. Thank you Laverys, this is why this is my 5th GM product bought from a hometown dealer.Cars were all marked prior to my visit to purchase and there were no hidden surprises.

This was our first visit to Lavery. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked through the door. We had a leased vehicle to return, and were interested in leasing a new truck. There was a "team" atmosphere as everyone worked together to get us into the vehicle we wanted with a payment that fit our budget. A tall order, but one that ultimately got filled thanks to Terry and the "team".

It is the first time purchasing a used vehicle and could not believe the no hassle approach at the Lavery Chevy dealership. Prior to going to Lavery Chevy I had already been at another dealership. This is our second time using Craig Vicars and Lavery for purchasing a vehicle. Craig knew what kind of vehicle we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. So when the perfect match came in he called us up and we had it in our driveway within less than a week! He was able to give us the history of the vehicle since he knew the previous owners. Lavery's and Craig have been very professional with us and has taken very good care of us. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic Car Buying Experience. I was looking to purchase a pickup truck. I searched EBAY, autotrader, and cars.com and happen to come across a 2007 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab located at Lavery Chevrolet in Alliance Ohio that was very reasonably priced. My internet point of contact was Mr. Mark Eberling. I live 700 miles away in Huntsville Alabama and asked Mark to go over the vehicle top to bottom and provide me an overall condition of the vehicle. Within a short period of time, Mark had done just that and provided me additional pictures of a miscellaneous rock chip and small scratch that were barely visible to the average person. Mark realized I lived out of town and went well beyond what was expected of him and provided this additional level of detail that I have not experienced before. I decided to go ahead and purchase the truck on a Tuesday and informed Mark of my travel plans and placed a small deposit to hold the vehicle. On Saturday, I flew into the Canton/Akron airport where I was promptly picked up and greeted by Mark himself. He had also brought the truck which had been detailed and exceeded my expectations for a 4 year old vehicle. It looked brand new. The drive from the airport back to the dealership was pleasant and provided me an opportunity to test drive the vehicle as well to get to know my salesman, Mark Eberling . Mark was very professional, honest, courteous and personable which is a refreshing change from the big city dealerships. Once we arrived at the dealership, it was closing time, but everyone remained until the last customer left the building. Becky in finance department was also a pleasure to do business with and was extremely helpful. In a short amount of time the paperwork was complete and I was on the road with my new purchase heading home. This is where this dealership really stood out, I encountered a problem with the brakes on the way home. I took the vehicle to a local dealership and had the necessary repairs made. Mark informed me that the Lavery Chevrolet had graciously agreed that they would assist in paying for the repairs. As a collector of cars, boats, and motorcycles I have made quite a few purchases over the years and this dealership really stands out. I would highly recommend Lavery Chevrolet. If you do decide to purchase from Lavery Chevrolet ask for MARK EBERLING. You will not regret it.

For the past 3 months, I've shopped around for a new vehilce and the Buick LaCrosse CXL was at the top of my list. After being rebuffed by the local Buick dealership here in NJ and by the dealerships for all the other cars I had on my list, I decided to search outside of NJ to attempt to find what I was looking for. My search led me to Lavery Automotive because Lavery had the car I wanted in the color I wanted with the trim I wanted for a price I couldn't believe. Thinking this was all too good to be true, I apprehensively called Lavery and ended up in the hands of Todd Bollman. Over the next two weeks, Todd and I worked out all the details of a potential sale over the phone and Todd was able to work out the deal deemed impossible by every other dealership I visited. I still felt apprehensive about driving all the way to Ohio to get to a dealership that would attempt to bait-and-switch me or present me with numbers much higher than what had already been discussed. Todd called me from home after he got off work to re-assure me that he wasnt just trying to sell me a car, but rather build a relationship for the future. The next day, I arrived at Lavery in Alliance, OH and everything was exactly as Todd said. The car was gorgeous and the deal was ready to be signed. Todd and Becky Labate explained every detail of the deal and the car and were as friendly as old family friends. However, my car insurance was the only party not onboard. Todd and I sat at his desk for 4 hours on our phones to finally get me covered and get the deal sealed. I was able to drive home to NJ that night with my 2010 Buick LaCrosse CXL thanks to the diligence, patience, and hard work of the staff at Lavery. Todd and had done what he set out to do, not only sell a car but build a relationship for the future. With that, I became a member of the Lavery Automotive family and Todd ensured that my next purchase would be delivered to my doorstep!

The entire experience (from initial phone call to vehicle transfer) was fast, efficient and very personable. I am also extremely happy with the final price-- Lavery Automotive offered the most competitive price of any dealer within a 300 mile radius. The reason I have rated this so high is the fact that we went quite a few different places but nobody treated us as well as Laverly Automotive. Andy Hagan worked hard to make us comfortable with our choice of vehicle. We researched every Chevy and Gmc pickup truck in our price range within a 500 mile radius on the internet. We started weeks and weeks ago. We kept coming back to this one vehicle. Thanks to Andy and Laverly Automotive we are now the proud owners of a 1999 Chevy Silverado truck that is immaculate! When I had an accident in August, I was fortunate to have a family friend who sent me to Mike Luke at Lavery Automotive. He turned a traumatic experience into a very pleasant one by arranging for a rental car in the midst of Hall of Fame weekend, working with my insurance adjuster to minimize any problems, and returning my 2010 Buick LaCrosse looking like new. A couple weeks ago, Mike once again provided wonderful service when I again needed body work on my car. I have bought a total of 6 new cars off of him over the years, and he is one person I will always return to when I am interested in a new car, for he listens to the needs of his customers. When I walk into Lavery's the show room environment is clean, and I am greeted by other friendly staff willing and able to assist me. My overall experience with Lavery's is wonderful.

I was an out-of-state buyer and I found the perfect used car and the best deal via the internet sales department at Lavery Chevy. Mark Eberling made the process easy and was very accomodating. Mark was very responsive when I requested additional pictures of the vehicle. Becky was also very efficient in processing all the paperwork. I placed a deposit on the vehicle for a few days to hold it until I could take delivery. Once I arrived, I was able to test drive the vehicle and inspect it before I completed the purchase. The vehicle was exactly as they had presented it. They stand behind their dealership as well as their sales and service. No need to worry about purchasing a car without physically seeing it from these guys!

We have purchased several new and used cars from Lavery.I always feel I have received a fair deal after my purchases.I do my homework on the vehicle I am interested in before going into the dealership.I know before hand what I am willing to do and they know what they are willing to do.We have always come to a fair agreement without the games other dealers play.It is nice to leave a dealership with the feeling that both parties made a fair deal.I have dealt with Jeff Day many times and he is always open about the history of a vehicle.Jeff does not forget about you after a sale,he continues to communicate with you even when it is years between a purchase.It is hard to find a dealership that consistantly meets these standards. I purchased a used car for my sixteen year old daughter from Jeff today,and the only bad feelings I have is being jealous she will be driving a nicer car than I will!

I recently purchased a used 2007 Black Chevrolet Impala SS from Craig Vicars.Before my trip to Lavery I shopped around at other area dealers. I could not find the deal I was looking for, or the right car for the price. I left all of these dealerships unimpressed with the quality of service. I then turned to Lavery, and I wish it was my first choice. They did not have the car I was looking for when I visited. Unlike the other dealerships they didnt try to get me to buy a car I didnt want. Instead, they searched other dealers across the nation looking for the perfect car for me. Eventually we found the right car in the state of New York. They then had someone fly up to get the car and bring it back. I was impressed by the quality of service and how helpful they were in getting me what I wanted. I love my new car and im very happy that they were able to get the car with everything I wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend them to family and friends. The detailers also did a great job on getting the car ready for me. I drove a VW Beetle that was nearing it's life expectancy... stopped at Lavery's to look at a VW Beetle convertible and discovered a salesman my husband had known for years but was new to me. The back seat was just too small for me in the convertible bug. So Greg said let's look at the new Malibu with 0% financing. Wonderful test drive but too much for what I wanted to spend. Greg asked where I would like my payment to be and how many miles I wanted on a used car. Mr Lavery heard us talking and suggested the Pontiac G6 hard top convertible which also had 1.9 percent financing for a minimal time. The car is beautiful, only 30,000 miles... Greg helped us with remote keys... and a few touch ups on the paint and a replacement of actuator for the passenger door handle . The customer service was great. I called Terry to describe the Lacrosse I was interested in, and Larry found it by the end of that day. Terry called me back to verify the options and discuss pricing. The car was ready for me within a couple of days and the pricing was very good and fair. The friendliness of the employees from top to bottom is outstanding. Everyone greeted me by name with a handshake and a smile. The overall experience couldn't have been any better.

Todd was recommended to me from a friend and it was worth it. I trusted his judgement and knew he wouldn't put me in anything that wasn't right for me. It took me a few days to decide but Todd kept telling me how great this deal was and he was right. I initially wanted an SUV but Todd pointed out the deal I would be getting with a 2010 G6 and he was right. I shoped around and couldn't find a deal better than the one I was getting here at Lavery's. He kept in contact with me while I was deciding if this decision was right for me and in the end it was. The lady from finance however was not so great. I declined the GAP and as soon as I did that she lost interest in me. Got smart and was giving me looks and talking to me as if I were "foolish" for denying it. But I only had to deal with her briefly. I mentioned to Todd that I didn't get an owners manual in my car and I had it the next day. It was nice to know even after the sale he was willing to help.Casandra

We had a great experience with this dealer. I think after the test drive we were done with the sale in about an hour. We would recommend this dealer and use them again. We tried to work with a dealer in our hometown but did not receive the friendly service that Lavery offered. It was worth the 2 hour drive.

The Lavery dealership is the only place we buy/lease our cars. Not only is Terry Christy an awesome salesman, who gives topnotch customer service, he also remembers our birthdays and asks about our son! Overall our car buying experience with Lavery was great. We have purchased both new and used cars over the years. Even if I loved the car, I left the dealership feeling like I was just another sale. At Lavery, I felt comfortable with the staff and Greg was great. I really felt like Greg took the time to make sure we were getting the right deal for us; we considered both leasing and buying. I love my Lacrosse and random people have come up to me and told me what a beautiful car it is! I have already recommended Lavery to my parents who love my new Lacrosse almost as much as me =)

After purchasing the CTS-4 I was revewing the Owners Manual prior to leaving Ohio for my home in Oregon so I would be familiar with all aspects of the vehicle(At the time of the initial contact the the sales force I was informed that the CTS had all of the features the my Impala SS had with the exception of a "remote start", I told the sales that "could live with that and long as all other features were present). In reviewing the "MANUAL" the disclaimer in the "Introduction" page is somewhat ambigious. As on page 1-4 there is reference to "If the transmitter does not have".,on page 1-12 "this vehicle may have".,page 1-27 "vehicles with manual folding mirrors".,page 1-31 "if the vehicle has a power sun roof".,Page 2-6 "the vehicle may have this feature"., This continues thru out the "Manual".Now let's move the the chapter on lighting., Fog Lamps-pagee 5-5 explains the use of and how to turn them on (I live in Oregon). Page does not state "may have" or any reference to them not being installed. When I found that they (Fog Lamps) were not present I contacted "Larry" at the dealearshig and he stated that he was not aware of that and also he had a CTS delivered without "seat heaters", and he would check on retrofiting my CTS-4 with the missing lamps. He called back and stated that he located them and would have them delevered on the next business day by overnight express. He called on Monday and scheduled me for 8:30 the next Wednesday and said"we could install the lights and the defictive trim for the moon roof at the same time. But the cost would need to be split. Time was getting short for my return home so I agreed.On Wednesday I arrived at the service desk at 7:50 AM and was told that I was not scheduled. I informed the desk employee that "Larry" had everthing under control and to talk to him. He said he would and asked me to wait in the waiting area.At 9:20 AM I asked as to the status of my vehicle and the desk employee said he would check. At 9:40 the desk employee informed me that the parts had not arrived. I then asked to the taken to "Larry" after a cordial exchange of words Larry and I went to the parts room and Larry asked the parts manager as to the status of the "lights and for the tracking number." Hew parts manager was very confused.Larry then told the service manager to provide me with a "Rental" until the situation was resolved. I provided the service manager with 3 phone numbers to contact me. I left the shop at or about 10:30 AM.AT 5:35 PM I received a call from Larry and stated that the vehicle was ready and that the shop would close at 6:00 PM. I as having supper with my family about 20 miles away. My wife and I left the meal and left for the store arriving at a bout 5:55 PM and met Larry. The lights were installed and he stated the because of all the confussion he would not charge me. The switch for the lights was installed just below the stearing wheel and obstructed the drivers feet and was broken off within just a few miles.This needs to be corrected in a professional "General Motors" mannerd.Thank you:Gary Rigsby(541) 3898-4805

I have known the Lavery family for over forty years, from the founder Mr. Lavery, so his sons, one of which who now leads this dealership. Setting up a service appointment is always quick and easy at this dealership. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. As soon as you enter the building you are greeted courteously and cheerfully. I never mind waiting at the lounge for my vehicle to be serviced because I am confident that it will be finished as quickly as possible.All previous dealings with Lavery Auto have been very pleasant experiences. From the purchase (Mark E.) to regular maintenance (Harold C.). Am been very glad that this is were we bought our Suburban. I also had some minor body work done a couple of weeks ago. Needed a used car for my 83 mother. Jeff searched for the right car for her needs.He would not sell her a cheap clunker that we would have to put money into. He lookedout for her safety. He was patient, curtious and upfront in dealing with us on a used vehicle. Being a business owner located 150 miles from Alliance in Dublin Oh, I cameto Bill Lavery knowing exactly what i wanted for a company car. Bill listenedand gave me a chance to test drive for a day a new Buick LaCrosse which"sold' me on this brand and model. Bill and his folks found a new 2010car matching all my specifications and had it ready for purchase within a week.On delivery day my appointment was met on time, trade in accepted, and an in-service with Jeff oriented me to all the bells and whistles that come witha new CSX LaCrosse. I had a very positive experience at Lavery Chevrolet, working with Todd B. and David Ewing. I leased a new Buick Lacrosse, which Mr. Ewing had personally selected for me, having been made aware of my taste in cars. Since I had never driven any car other than a Chevrolet, I was hesitant at first; however, he showed me all of the features of the car and even had me go out for a test ride. Todd spent time explaining each of the car's features and even hooked me up with OnStar. My only recommendation would be to not schedule appointments too closely together. At one point I felt "rushed" by Todd, as he had another client coming in, and I felt "guilty" asking him questions. This was a major purchase for me, and I wanted to spend time going over the figures and mulling them over in my mind.On another note, Bill Lavery, the owener, was absolutely accommodating to any and all of my requests. I cannot thank him enough!

Each time I asked for something different he would go (sometimes to another city) to make it happen. I love my new car and will be back in 5 months to get a new one from Craig! Craig Vicars at Lavery is the main reason why my husband and I purchased our past three vehicles in the last 18 months. It's nice to work with people who actually seem to enjoy their job. Tod introduced us to Mr. Lavery. It was nice to see him both visible and accessible. Tod was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. With his help, we were able to find a beautiful new vehicle, discuss price, reach an agreement, make the purchase, and drive our vehicle home later that week. The whole process was pleasant and helpful. There was no pressure! Tod explained the entire process well, and took us on a tour through the dealership, so that when we return for any needed service, we will be very comfortable. Jim handled all the final paperwork excellently, also. We couldn't have asked for any more. This is our second car purchase from Lavery in Alliance. I have purchased used autos from Lavery Chevrolet in the past, but had not been there for more than 15 years. My brother had recently purchased two cars from Lavery's and recommended that I go there first. He was extremely satisfied with their customer treatment and service. I have known the owner and some of the top sales and management people for many years so I followed my brother's advice. The sales person my wife and I worked with was Craig Vickars. There was absolutely no pressure to look at or buy anything. We gave Craig information as to what we were looking for and he worked for three hours trying to find us exactly what we wanted in the price range we had given him. This also included driving us to the Louisville store to look cars. Once we found what we needed, we drove the vehicle back to Alliance then looked over the vehicle with Craig and made a list of all the items that we wanted addressed before we took the car. We finished up paper work the following day and took the car. An appointment was made to take care of the "fix-ups" and Craig picked up the car and delivered it back to us on the appointed day. The Lavery people from owner to office staff are wonderful to work with if you need a car.

I usually rent a car from Lavery's when going out of town to see family. Sometimes it may be a moments notice but they are always accomodating. Chad exceeds in Customer Service, which is very important to me, being that I used to be a Supervisor in sales myself. Although he handles business the way a business person should, he is very friendly, makes the customer feel welcome and at ease. Even if I didn't live in town and I had to fly into the area, I would much rather rent a car from Lavery's then dealing with the airport. You can't beat the prices!

I learned about Lavery Automotive on the web. I called and talked with Mark Eberling. He was very nice and was really honest about the condition of the vehicle. I drove 3 hours to see the vehicle and figured I would purchase it providing it was what he said it was. I test drove the vehicle for 15 minutes and then we closed on the deal. My experience with Greg Ganni at Lavery was smooth and easy. That's why it only took two days to decide we were buying. Greg was honest with us about any other Enclaves or Acadias having the same surging as our previous Enclave. My husband was unhappy with the Enclave one month after we purchased it and were informed by Greg that ALL Enclaves and Acadias would have the same surge. At another dealership we were encouraged to purchace a new Enclave because that was no longer a problem. With the honesty from Greg and Jim Teal, we were able to decide on another vehicle. I talked to Greg in the early afternoon on Thursday, July 8th, and set a time to pick up the Avalanche Lavery had in stock that evening at 6pm. We discussed the Avalanche in detail and I drove away for a test drive. My husband and I returned the truck on Saturday, July 10th, were at the dealership for probably less than an hour and decided to by from Greg. The delivery was set for Monday, July 12th at 4:30 and we were our to there by 6pm, papers signed and deal complete. Greg was great and quite fun. We will be back to deal with Greg when we decide to trade in again.

Dealt with Lavery since 1992 and have had superb service and considerations. Greg has been my sales rep through those years and without his expertise manner and personal attention I probably would not feel the Chevy/Family satisfaction. Lavery chevrolet is the first place that I would go to purchase a vehicle for the following reasons: I have only driven cevy vehioles, we are a chevy family, I like purchasing a car in the same town that I live in, it gives me the hometown feeling and pride of purchase. The owner and sales reps are mainly based in the Alliance community. My brothers and cousing have purchased their cars fromn this dealership since 1960.

Todd did an outstanding job of presenting available cars that met my requirements. Todd showed me serveral cars and we ended up buying a new Avero. I was so satisifed with him, I also inquired about a replacement for my other car. Todd showed me a Toyota Highlander and I liked it so much that I bought that car the next day.

I said yes,where could i get a good breakfest ,they all gave me several restaurants in walking distants. When i got back my call was out front waiting for me .

I appreciated the time they took with me to figure out what vehicle fit my needs and personality the best. I spent most of the day with Mark and ended up buying a very nice vehicle. I found my car on the Lavery website. I was very impressed with the price and eyed the car for several days. I finally called and set up an appointment to test drive. Mark was really friendly and I didn't feel like I was being conned into buying a car that I didn't want, or was in sub-par condition. I did have something that needed fixed on my car before I purchased it, and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was fixed and good to go. I was very comfortable there and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely go back again.

He is very professional and courteous, he goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is well taken care of and happy. Kudos to Chad for making my visit to Lavery's easy and simple, nothing at all like dealing with the rental car places at the airports! The only thing that I would suggest is posting the pricing information along with the different size cars available. It gives the customer more of an idea of what they want to spend and saves time on the phone when speaking to one of the rental department reps.

Dealing with Lavery's was the the best thing I could have done when I had my eye on a 2010 Chevy Avalanche! The truck was located at another dealer in Akron, but it took them no time at all to locate it and drive it down to Alliance for me. The day I purchased the truck, Todd thoroughly went through EVERY detail of the truck with me and made sure I understood everything he was explaining to me. Alot of dealerships don't do that! I was grateful that both Todd and Paul took their time with me to make sure everything was perfect with my purchase! If you're looking for a car, you MUST check out Lavery's; you will not be disappointed!

I have always hated going into a Car Dealership! I always felt like I got the "run around", never got straight answers, and always felt intimidated and not really welcome.I just want to say, this was totally the opposite! I have never in my life (and I am 48!)been treated like such royalty! It was an absolute wonderful feeling working with Greg my salesman! He took me step by step through the entire process of buying my new car. After going through all the paperwork, he even took me out and sat down with me and went over every possible button there was - the info, the Onstar, phone, radio, seat levers, wipers -- you name it he went over it! After going over everything he then said -"ok lets go to the gas station - you're not leaving without a full tank!" I was in total amazement and could not quit smiling! I was so nervous about buying a new car and he made it so simple! When I went to leave he said, "Now who are you going to call whenever you have a question, or problem???? You call me...!! I have told everyone I work with and know about my experience, and just keep replaying that day! It was the most wonderful feeling, like I was really cared about and being taken care of. And, I won't be nervous to go in for my services! I will remember that day for a very long time!

Mark Eberling was a great person to work with. I enjoyed the overall process of getting a new vehicle because of his friendliness and attentiveness. We got a new 2010 chevy traverse, I love our new vehicle and are excited to drive it. Mark and the rest of the staff were quick to answer our questions and make sure we were well taken care of. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who wants a great experience not only in buying a great car, but also in getting treated like the way they expect.

Traded in my 2001 Corvette for a 2009. I live in Denver, CO, almost 1500 miles from dealership, but they made the transaction easy. The car was delivered safely and was just as it was described. Both Andy and Larry were friendly and helpful, overall good purchase.

I went to Lavery to look at a used Escalade. Todd came out to assist my husband and I and was very helpful. I spent the afternoon there looking at SUV's and the new Buick Lacrosse. He was very patient with me. I decided on the new 2010 Lacrosse after driving it. The funny thing was I had no intention on buying a car, I thought used SUV. When it was all said and done, because of his patience I am driving a car I love. So happy I bought the brand new Buick. The GM deal at 3.9 was also a great incentive for me.

Craig was an excellent sales man to work with. He has broken the stereotype of so many "salesman" out there. We felt he was truely working in our best interest and not of his own agenda. We told him initially we were just looking around and in a few monthes would be ready to buy. He was great about checking in with us and not trying to pressure us into a sale. If he was unsure of a question he made sure to get the answer for us. We would highly recommend Craig and all the staff at Laverys to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. The service dept is also very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Mr. Bollman was very knowledgable and helpful. He responded promptly and accurately to my various e-mail questions, and was very patient as I took a long time to come to a decision on the features I wanted to order for my 2010 Equinox. I have been a satisfied customer of this dealership for 28 years. Their service department is excellent, and the quality of workmanship is first rate.

Mr. Vicars did a great job selling us the used Chevy Malibu. He was understanding and knowledgable of the vehicle, and offered us the best financing that was availble. I 'm now sending all my friends to Lavery's and especially to Mr.Vicars. What we liked about dealing most with Mr.Vicars was his great sales manners ...not pushy and not crowding you, he let us walk around without being overly pushy.

We have bought 6 cars from Gregg Ganni. In 2006, we moved to Chicago for a job opportunity. We needed to get another used car for our daughter, Melissa. Greg found her a great used car in 2003 and now it is time for another car. I would never buy a used car in chicago because we don't trust anyone. We called Greg and in a week and a half he found a beautiful 2009 Saturn Vue. He had a video made to show Melissa because of our miles. We drove in and everything was perfect. The service, the professionalism is way above and beyond anything you could ever imagine. Greg isn't our salesman, he is our family. He treated us as family. The old fashion way of doing business which is very rare in this "Big Business" country. All I can say is that Greg is a great asset to this dealership. I feel very fortunate to have worked with him.

My husband and I stopped into the dealership to look for a 2500HD diesel truck. We knew that since it was the end of the model year that finding this type of vehicle may be a challenge but we had no idea how challenging. Todd searched for our truck for two weeks, in no less than four other states until he finally secured our vehicle in Michigan. Todd went above and beyond by communicating his findings with us even on his days off. The final truck did not have some of the options that we wanted but once again Todd came through and had the options installed on the truck prior to the day of pickup and we LOVE the final product! My husband and I could not have been more impressed with Todd's persistence and willingness to to whatever it took to make us happy. We enjoyed doing business with Todd and Lavery's and will most definately refer all of our friends and family in the future.

I must say that the customer service was awesome...Everyone i met was friendly and Greg is a piece of work...I said work...Greg was up-front with everything from price, to warranty...he gave me the best numbers on both a lease and a buy...and the bottom line is he gave me the best price in town...and the nicest looking truck too!!! Excellent experience! Sales person was very experienced and cooperation without being "pushy". Questions were answered truthly and promptly, there was excellent value and extraordinary vehicle preparation. Definitely customer oriented. Will and have recommended the dealership to others.

This was the easiest purchase of a car I have been involved with. It was quick and painless. Mark and Lavery Automotive were professional, helpful and courteous. I would recommend them.I found the car over the internet. I sent an Email after hours. Mark called promtly the next morning to further describe the Buick Enclave and ask if I had any other questions. The online description of the vehicle was extremely detailed with an abundance of pictures of the interior and the exterior. he told me what he needed as far as information on my trade and I sent same along with pictures. We negotiated over on phone came to an agreement. he took care of financing, beating my credit union's rate.The car was ready for pick up when we arrived and was exactly as described. We left with the car in about an hour.

I needed to get out from under an SUV I currently owned and had heard from a relative that Salesman Jeff Day was very friendly and had taken good care of her and her husband in various car purchases in the past. I contacted Jeff Day and told him what I was looking for and within just a day, he found a used auto for me and made everything so easy, we did most of the business over the phone! I live an hour away so that was very important. Jeff is such a pleasant and friendly person. Very helpful and mindful of what I wanted in a used auto. Also, I was able to get a better trade-in for my vehicle than what I anticipated, which made the deal even better! The next time I need a new car, I'm calling Jeff Day at Lavery Chevrolet.

My wife and I had bee looking at new vehicles for over a year, but was undecided as to which vehicle we would be happy with. One day we stopped at Lavery's and met with Todd Bollman. Todd was very professional, not a pushy car salesman and easy to talk to. Of course Todd was interested in selling us a mew car, but he seemed like he was more interested in selling us a vehicle that would fit our needs and one we would be happy with. After test driving an Equinox, we decided, that was what we wanted. The only thing wrong, it was a four cylinder, wrong color, and did not have the options we wanted. Todd sat down with us went through all of the options and ordered us what we wanted. He also checked with other dealers before and after we ordered the Equinox to see if he could find what we wanted. My wife and I stopped in one day to see Todd and check on the status of the order. While talking with Todd, I let him know that I had totaled my 2005 Avalanche. Todd told me he had a 2009 Silverado, that he just got in. After test driving it, I bought it. I don't consider Todd as a car salesman, I consider him as a very good friend.Before I bought any vehicles from Lvavery's, I had repairs done on both of my vehicles. Their service department took care of both vehicles (brought in on different days) the day I bought my vehicles in, the price was reasonable and everyone was very friendly.

I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Often, car dealerships make me feel like I am being pushed in one direction or another, which is frustrating. However, when I visited Lavery Automotive in Alliance, I felt I was shown all my options and given genuine advice when I asked for it. Not once did I feel pressured during my visit. I was offered a test drive in the car I was considering, I was given privacy with my father to discuss how I felt about the car, and Todd and the other associates at Lavery ensured that all my questions were answered before I left the dealership. Todd continues to follow up with me to see if I have any questions or issues, and to make sure everything is going alright with my 2010 Camaro. I am always greeted with enthusiasm when I go to this dealership, just as I was when I first walked in the day of my purchase. I thank Todd and the other Lavery associates for their patience, attention, and excellent service.

Well, first of all, this our third vehicle purchased from Lavery's in the last four years. Our reason for coming back is due to the friendly (and not pushy) people at Lavery's. We have been very pleased with the vehicles that we have purchased. We are a little picky in exactly what we want in a vehicle and they have managed to find us exactly what we wanted all three times, and for what we considered a good price. My husband and I are both very busy people and I have been to other car dealerships in the past that have wasted far too much of my time "playing games". Lavery's is not like that at all.Craig Vicars is an exceptional salesman....extremely consciencous...and truly works hard to meet the needs of the customer. We have referred many friends, family members to Craig at Lavery's and many of them have purchased vehicles and always tell me how helpful and nice he is to deal with. Another quality I like is that he always checks back after he has sold us a car to see how things are going and if we are happy with our car.....and by the way I love my new car. I just purchased the 2010 SRX Crossover fully loaded and it is a beautiful car with many nice features. Lavery's is fortunate that they have a lot of good employees and I would highly recommend to people to check them out if they are car shopping!

As a salesman Jim Wolfe did an exellent job in working with us to come to a decision on purchasing the car which I had spotted on the internet. He was very professional in hia approach and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with Lavery's overall approach to car sales. Fair pricing of their cars, no hagling, and fair evaluation and pricing of our tradein. The fact that the salesmen are not on commission but on salary helps, I think, to make the car buying experience much more pleasant and not pressure filled.
