Outstanding maintenance service department, I'm a retired military veteran and it's a plus to me that they support our nation's military and hire veterans. The waiting area is superb and they go above and beyond to address your concerns. They treat you as a valued customer and it's a relaxing friendly atmosphere. I very rarely give 5 stars but they have earned their stars. I have been a customer for 4 years and will continue to be a customer as long as they continue their great customer service support. UPDATE: My Maintenance service is in 2 weeks after Thanksgiving, I will let you know if the same professional service and courtesy is being maintained with their increase in business.

We have purchased over 20 cars in the last 20 years. I wish I would have dealt with Lawrence Chevrolet from the get go...Wonder staff, Charlie was awesome and I can't say enough good things about their Business Manager. Absolute awesome experience. It was well worth the trip from New York to purchase a vehicle. Kudos to Lawrence!!!!

Great buying experience from start to finish. I live in Hickory NC ( 6 hour drive ) and purchased a car over the phone from Lawrence Chevrolet . I worked with Tyler Uhrich on my purchase. He did a outstanding job of providing all requested information, pictures and handling my trade in /sales price. When I arrived at the dealership everything was ready to go and exactly as promised. I could not have asked for someone more professional. I could not be more happy with everyone from sales , management and the finance dept. Would highly recommend !

I was treated exceptionally well from the moment I entered the building until I left in my new Chevrolet. The Car Sales manager, Bill, made it a point to come over and introduce himself as well as the finance manager and quite surprising to me, the owner Rhonda. I have purchased many automobiles from my salesman, Charlie Stone, but this was my first purchase from him at Lawrence. Charlie is the epitome of perfection in his job....honest but forthright, knowledgeable without being arrogant, attentive and considerate to a fault! I have recommended Lawrence to both my daughter-in-law...purchased an Equinox in 2020 and my son who purchased a Silverado in 2019. Lawrence gets my vote for what a dealership should be and Charlie gets my vote for the best salesman hands down!

I brought my 2019 Chevy Cruze in for inspection and 2 tires failed. My problem is that the service department quoted me $750 for four tires with a $100 rebate. I went online and looked at Sam's Club and ordered the same tires installed, with lifetime rotation and balancing for $443. When I told the service person I would be getting them at Sam's he literally said to me, "You want to make sure they aren't selling you seconds at that price." Really? Is it more likely that one of the largest distributors of basically everything would be cheating me or that a local dealership would be attempting to gouge me? I suppose he might have said this to a man to whom he was speaking but I question if that is true. THEN, because I chose not to spend $300 more for the same tires ($200 after the rebate which I am sure would be no hassle at all), I can't just get the inspection I already paid for completed, I would have to pay for a second inspection. THEN, I was unable to use the 10% off any service coupon you mailed me for the oil change I had done because "that's already at a remarkably low special offer". I gave you a 2 because the guy at the counter is pleasant enough but why would I bother with this service department again? I know it doesn't matter to you but my husband and I have purchased our last FOUR new cars from your dealership and now we are done.
