The moment I stepped foot on the lot here at Lawrence Hall, even with all the crazyness my dealer Zack Winters still made it happen and stayed even after store hours. He helped me because I needed the car that day but things didn't work out but was still able to help me with my transportation needs for work the next day. The young lady I dealt with, Brooke Hall, was very polite & helpful. One of the problems was that I have to "jiggle" the key to get it into the ignition & all service did was spray some graphite in it. I can't tell any difference in it. I would like the ignition replaced. I talked with Brooke about this & she said to bring it in after the holidays & they will look at it again. Brooke was very helpful in getting me a loaner car & said she will help with that again when I have time to bring it back in.

My second time to purchase at Lawrence Hall in Abilene. Love that place. Everyone there is so helpful. My first purchase was a 2012 SRX Cadillac. I always took it there to have it serviced. I will also have my 2016 Acadia serviced there. The service is awesome. I will always buy my vehicles there.

I have been using Lawrence Hall Chevrolet all the way back to my high school days. Mr Hall allowed me to purchase a vehicle and let me pay for it the next summer. He trusted me to pay and I never disappointed him. I have purchased vehicles at other establishments but only because I could not get what I wanted at the time. I always come back for service of my vehicle.

While checking out the pick up trucks of the dealership, salesman Andre Scott walked up to me and asked if I was interesting in a vehicle. I mentioned briefing that I was just looking to see what was available...the same that I had done at other car lots. Andre was very informative about what was available and was not pushy nor did I feel any pressure as some pushy salesmen sometimes are. He informed me of a GMC pickup which was a new but 2014 vehicle...and that he believed would be something that would be within my budget....after telling him about my budget constraints since I am retire and live on retirement income. Long story short, I drove happily in a new pick up truck.

Acadia not even 4 months old and air conditioning went out. They found a hole in the hose caused because the hose was placed in the wrong place in my vehicle at the factory. Had a loaner car for 2 days. Seems to work fine now.

My wife took the vehicle in for an oil change. She said they were very busy but got to the vehicle as soon as they could. Everything at L. Hall was pretty good. The only concern was after she got home and the vehicle was parked for a while, I got home and there was pretty good size oil puddle under the car. I looked and there was oil all over the bottom of the engine and transmission. I got home too late to take it back so I thought I would watch it. It seems like it was just oil that got on the frame and it was dripping after the change. I will watch the level for the next few days. If this is normal it may be a good idea to ley the person know that there may be a mess whan they park the car.

After I got my vehicle back, I turned the air conditioner on and it wasn't working right. They did a recall on the speedometer computer and I guess it reset everything. I was not told this. After driving around town for an hour it finally kicked in and started working. Would have been nice to know about this when they turned the vehicle back over to me.

I had two open recalls on our Yukon Denali that Lon scheduled to be done at the same service appointment. There was a courtesy vehicle for me to drive waiting for me when I arrived. The vehicle was finished the next day. I have noticed that the service techs are doing a much better job of cleaning up after they have performed repairs. Nothing makes me madder than finding grease smudges on the leather of a $75K automobile! !!!

I had back right blinker light bulb out, instead of Mr. Ferguson making me wait on the mechanic's to replace my light blub, he replaced the light bulb himself and I was on my way in about 5 minutes. never did he once complain of the heat, or having to work on my car himself.
