He has been very helpful with routine service after the sale in making it a pain free experience. He is a Master at his Craft as well as Customer Service! Has to be my favorite place to buy a vehicle. I have purchased three different vehicles from them and each time the experience has been easy and stress free. The staff at the dealership will do what it takes to make the deal happen and make it stress free. I've always delt with Kenny Lopez and appreciate the honest no nonsense approach he has. Pete Klein in the finance is also great to work with and makes you feel like you have known them all your life. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle, they will treat you right.

We have been purchasing vehicles from West Texas Ford for over 35 years and never have regretted any purchase. Friendly group to work with and service is excellant to. I dont only include the sales and service in my review as excellent. The Billing ladies, Receptionist and Finance people are just as wonderful. Overall a great place to purchase. That's called small town hospitality. You walk out feeling like you just visited family!!!!

I live in Abilene and went out of my way to buy a truck from West Texas Ford and so glad I did. Kenny Lopez was my salesperson and did a great job. 2 more years and I'll be back to buy another truck!

I was looking for a truck and was referred to Kenny Lopez. He brought a truck to my work when I couldn't get away. He drove 25 miles just to show me a truck! I bought that truck and Kenny continues to call and check on how the truck is doing. That's just great service.

West Texas Ford great place to buy a vehicle. Rodney called and told us about the vehicle and set us up with Kenny. Kenny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to show us all of the extras and how to work things that I am not used to on the vehicle. West Texas Ford always provides great service and details when it comes to maintenance on my pick up. I have bought three pick-ups from West Texas Ford in the last four years. I am always satisfied with the details they give when it comes to selecting a new vehicle. I also am satisfied at how the sales person goes over the vehicles. He always goes above and beyond to the details and does not mind the many questions I may have when it comes to figuring out all the wonderful gadgets and accessories that are included in my pick up. They worked hard to rectify a problem which Ford should have fixed. They successfully did that. They are easy people to with whom to work. I will be back! They are in the process of building a new facility.

I have bought 3 new vehicles from West Texas Ford in the last year and other vehicles from them in the past. There is no hastle with them over price or trade, I am sick of dealing with dealerships that have to run back and forth to the manager and spend all day long in the process. They greet you at the door and if they don't have what you want on the yard they don't give up until they find it else where unlike most dealers. Kenny Lopez was my salesman and he did everything in his power to make us happy, I will see him every time I am ready to trade again. Donnie was also great to work with. Can't wait till they get the new building up and running.
