I bought an explorer from these guys and they are great to deal with. Sales lady even stayed late so I could get the plate work done. I'll return when I need another car.

In my opinion Shoppers who buy from LBS have limited funds, they look for a cheap car and expect to get a 20000.00 car. that's not going to happen. I purchased my car from them they were helpful told me what was wrong with the car and I knew up front the issues. I have to put brakes rotars, ball joint on my car but it was 1499 not 20000 be realistic when shopping for a car -

I contacted the dealership about a car they had listed on cars.com. In one picture the car appeared to have damage on the fender. I emailed the dealership, No response. So I called. Aaron answered and confirmed the car had minimal damage, which could be easily repaired. So after work, my wife and I set out for Uniontown, PA. When we arrived at the lot which by the way is in 3 different locations. There was a group of cars on a lot, cross the street to another spot which had a handful of cars, then cross another street to another group of cars. I spotted the car I had inquired about, Sure enough the fender was damaged along with another dent over the passenger side door. The clearcoat on the car was peeling all over the car, that explained why there wasn't any close ups of the car, So I figured since we drove that far, might as well make the best of it, so we dodged the traffic and crossed the highway. we did see two people, I ask the lady if Aaron was available, No he's with a customer, She pointed to a building and said the prices for the cars are in the box hanging on the building. At that moment she called out Aaron's name. That was the other person we just seen before crossing the highway. He was helping her!!! Move this car over here so I can take pics of it, because she couldn't drive a stick shift. There were cars with flat tires on the lot, cars with there hoods up having the batteries charged. I told my wife lets get out of here, This place is a mess. They'd rather take pics and post them on cars.com than try to sell one. We did find the price sheet in the box. It consisted of the cars available, all in black and white and copied. needless to say we left, an hour or two later I receive a email from the dealership advising me the car I inquired about was in great condition, and she didn't see any damage at all on the car. I replied back that we must be looking at 2 different cars, because I had just left the lot and the car had quite a bit of damage. This car would have to be taken to a body and paint shop immediately. She replied back that she thought I was inquiring about the red Tiburon, and it had been sold earlier that day. Really??? I don't know if she is aware of how cars.com works. But when you inquire about a specific car, your questionnaire, has a picture of the car and the vin number on it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership, but if you do want to take a chance, at least ask for Aaron, he was somewhere close to honest about the car. Hopefully he won't be busy helping another customer, AKA moving stickshift cars around so she can take picture's of cars to post on cars.com that she's easily confused about the color or condition of it. 4 hours down and 4 hours back. At least we did have a good dinner, after crossing back across the stateline into WV. Good Luck

I stopped at lbs and the sales lady Arlena was great she showed me every Honda they had the owner put a new battery in because the one it had was bad she didn't hid anything I will go back if I have to hopefully I wont wreck this car. But shes a assette to lbs we appreciate her help and honesty and we thank owner for the new battery. Her boyfriend even bought my wreck Honda which helps me a lot.

We have bought 2 cars in the past year from LBSi Auto and absolutely love them. My wife and I just bought a 2002 Ford F-150 last week and it is great in the snow. I will be recommending these guys to my friends in the future. Thanks Arlene.

I bought 2 vehciles from Irene. She is wonderful, awesome honest omg shes honest, friendly but the time it took to do a buy here pay here took forever the owner was great about getting my truck inspected so because they were sooo great I came back AND its not Irene Its Arlene shes great so we bought a dodge Durango (even though its not a 5 speed) from her. I will go where ever she works her honesty loyaly and the love she has for her job is a great asset However, the parking lot is somewhat small and I had to move three times or get towed, the building smelled of a dead animal. Salesman was great. Even called for a replacement part we needed which was waiting for us when we got to the parts store. No preasure, no covering up any problems the car had. Just honest, friendly service from the minute we pulled in the lot. Over a year later and the car is still great.

I called inquiring about this vehicle, the sales lady was wonderful she didn't lie to me about the vehicle I purchased it and have not had an issues with it and I DROVE It back to Rhode Island. I would buy from them again If I need another vehicle and am referring them to others.

Daughter n law bought 2002 neon the other day took it to get inspected failed doted sub frame and many other issues. They've done nothing so far going to report to bbb then contact attorney could of killed my granddaughter.
