While looking for a used Suburban and stopping at some questionable places, we found Leavitt’s Auto and it was a game changer. They were attentive, helpful, clean, and very knowledgeable. They addressed our concerns, gave us a great trade in value for our car, and worked to get the best interest rate around. After finding a needed repair on the day we went to pick up the vehicle, they suggested we take the vehicle, have it repaired locally (2 hours away), and agreed to reimburse us for the repair cost. This saved us from making the trip back. It was the most efficient and easy car purchase, I’ve ever had.

Let me start by saying I've purchased a few cars and have been to more than a few dealerships and my expectations were not just met, but exceeded. Very low pressure environment and always seemed to get upfront and honest answers. Mike never made me feel like "sales number", the experience had me driving away feeling like I just bought a reliable truck from a friend or family member. You won't regret giving them a shot, they just might surprise you too!

As a single woman car shopping, it can be difficult to find a dealership that is trustworthy. Leavitt Auto and truck was a rare find. They actually listened to me and made the entire process quick and painless with no games. Negotiation was fair and the final deal matched exactly what we had negotiated with no last minute add-ons and no high pressure. They have quality inventory as well. I would highly recommend them.

Great car buying experience. No pressure to buy which I love. We bought an older truck, 2011 GMC. When we brought truck home there were a few unknown issues that they addressed right away. Just wanted to leave a quick note that the end result of my dealings with Leavitt Auto were more positive than my initial dealings were. Bob made a sincere effort to right his wrongs, and though overall it was not the best experience I've had...it wasn't the worst, and it ended on a positive note. It's too bad things weren't handled this way from the beginning, but everyone has a bad day. I would give the guy a second chance...

Worked out a trade deal with a salesman who had to get approval from his 'partner' I was told. Later that day he got the approval. I made arrangements to come up and finalize the deal and in the middle of the paperwork, Bob the owner comes in and interrupts the deal. Not only that, but then he over-rides and changes the deal to try to squeeze more money out of me. Bottom line, stay away!!! This is why used car dealers get such a bad rap!
