Great service and courteous staff. 8/2- stopped in for the first service of my 2020 F-150 and what a pleasurable experience. The service staff greeted me with big smiles and kind words. The young lady who greeted me, remembered me from my last visit and inquired about the status of the adjustment. I will definitely continue to do business with them! Adrian

Very satisfied with the purchase of a used 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat Truck. Traded in a 2016 Subaru Forester and received a good trade in value along with a good purchase price on the Ford Truck. This is the second purchase that I have made through Lebanon Ford, and I have received good value on both transactions. April 2020 Took 2013 Ford Fusion in for a recall service. Car was serviced quickly and returned the same afternoon. March 2021 Vehicle Service at Lebanon Ford continues with great customer service. F150 in for oil change and other requested maintenance. All services where performed in a very timely manner and the charges were slightly less than initially quoted. Very satisfied with the services performed.

Freda was amazing. She made it so easy for me to find a car when my old car was on its last leg. She was willing to work through text so I could respond between work and she made sure I got the car I wanted by searching for exactly what features and color I wanted at other dealers and getting it delivered. She was lovely to work with and made buying my first brand new car easy and not scary at all! Tim in finance was detailed in everything he went over and explained what everything meant. I feel like I really understand my warranties. Great job Lebanon Ford!

Recent recall work was scheduled and finished promptly, and without incident; something we've come to expect from Lebanon Ford. While it's simple enough to randomly select stars, or perhaps even select all great marks for our experience; my wife and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service and sales staff. In fact, it's the only dealership that we've been to in recent years where we weren't hounded in the parking lot when rolling up. Not only will my next purchase likely be another Ford, it will come from Lebanon Ford. We have developed a lasting relationship with Bryan Pence and the rest of the sales, service and support staff. The truck was recently serviced while having a bed liner installed. They took great care in providing the service, being cordial and it appears they washed and detailed the truck for us. It's our third purchase from Lebanon Ford. We recommend the dealership highly.

I just purchased a car from Lebanon Ford and they were all amazing! Brant answered all my questions and pretty much finalized the sale even though I couldn’t make it into the store for 5 days! We did everything online and the process went very smoothly. Compared to other Ford dealerships in the area, I highly recommend using Lebanon Ford with your next purchase or trade in!!
