Risa Paquet was one of the most enjoyable people to have met. I had been to Lee a couple of months earlier looking at a used car, the salesmen never showed me the car I wanted but tried to get me in a car I just didn't want. So after a few months I seen another car I liked and stopped in. Risa Paquet came out introduced herself and said lets reach for the sky and hopefully grab a few stars, I knew then this lady was going to work hard to get me a vehicle, and she did, the only thing about the vehicle I didn't like was the color but next thing I know she pulls up with a Jeep Compass in my color. She took the time to listen to everything I said which I really appreciated. She truly went above and beyond to help me, she takes her time to get to know you as a person, your needs and then does whatever she can to make sure you are truly happy. He was also able to get the payment to exactly where I wanted. Lee Automall has been easy to schedule maintenance (I love being able to do it online with just a click), and their customer service reps are just as friendly and knowledgable. My next car will be purchased there, and I will be asking for Mike specifically. I highly recommend.

When I moved back to this area I needed to find a dealer to perform service on my GMC Acadia, so I went to Lee. I was impressed with the service I received and the personal attention I was given by the service department. After a couple of years it was time to trade in the old Acadia for a new one. I went to the dealer and was greeted by Mike Clements. I explained to him what I was looking for and he took the time to show me all of the latest features of the new Acadia's., and he let us look around. We were not pressured, my biggest turn off from car dealerships. We then left and went to another GMC dealer in the area. The sales person we had at that dealer acted like we were bothering him and he didn't want to be there. We told him what we were looking for and he said he didn't have anything like that and walked away from us. We went back to Lee and were once again greeted by Mike and worked out a deal on a Acadia, on their lot. I am impressed with the post sale service and the feeling that the Lee employees appreciate your business. When I am in for service and Mike sees me, he will come over to talk to me and ask how things are going.

I bought a new 2016 Honda Accord EXL Automatic car from Lee Honda in Auburn. The buying experience was very pleasurable compared to experiences at previous dealerships. The salesperson, Andrea Ewing, was very knowledgeable about the product and eager to answer any questions/concerns which I had. There was really no hassle, minimal haggling over price, and a fair value for my trade. They even provided lower interest financing than I could get through my credit union. I would highly recommend these guys and let's be honest...you can't go wrong with a Honda regardless.

I was extremely impressed with how Lee took care of me and my family. As a new mom spending the day in a dealership was not what I had in mind for my 2 week old, but it had to be done and Lee made the whole day go by so well. My husbands car was totaled and we were so sad to see it go and Lee made sure we found the right fit vehicle for the right price! We ended up with a 2016 CRV lease with the gas and go package and it's been AMAZING having this car. I love the way it drives! Found a truck online that I liked at this dealership. I contacted the online sales dept, who gave me a great initial price. This prompted me to go to the dealership to check out the truck in person. I was greeted by a salesman at Lee (Mike K.) who was able to get me a test drive quickly, even though the truck had just come off of the car hauler.
