Josh, provided such great customer service. I came in to spend ~$90 on an oil change and he said let me see if I can save you a little money. He saw my car had a recall associated with it and it came with an oil change. He said I can save you $90 bucks. Although that's not a lot of money, he won me over, because he went that extra mile to check... Customer Service is not an oxymoron at Lee Johnson Kia... Keep up the great work team!

It was great being able to drop in without an appointment and get an oil change. I was telling them the issues I have been having with my truck and when I returned they told me there were recalls and fixes to my issues. Awesome!! Now I will bring it in to them to have it dialed in. Finally found a service department that cares!

The reason I did not give the highest score was because when I picked up my Chevy bolt after its recall service, The service person was unable to explain to me what had been done. He was only able to read off a series of cryptic numbers about some upgrades that were installed with no clue as to what any of them actually did. After leaving I was completely in the dark as to what had been done to my car. Since it was a recall and the same thing was presumably being done to all the bolts it seems as though Chevy could have supplied a document that describe what each of the upgrades and repairs we’re meant to do.

Nick Smith sold me a Chevy Tahoe. I had reached out to several dealership and it is surprising how hard it actually is to get someone to take my money. Nick was quick to respond, quick to provide inventory of what I was looking for. He was efficient and I literally spent one hour in the actual dealership and I was out with my 2020 Tahoe. James Goldman did the financing part of the transaction and that hour included signing paperwork for him as well. He too was polite, efficient and respectful of my time. Highly recommend this establishment for buying a car and ask for Nick!!
