Just purchased a '16 Frontier from Stacy and Zach at Lee. I rushed in and they were able to keep up with me. I purchased a Frontier 10 years ago (new) and so it was time to have it replaced. I met first with Stacy and she kept things moving for me and Zach was also called in to help. They had to bring in a vehicle from another dealer which they organized quickly and proficiently. I made a list of things I needed to remove from my old truck, (EZPass, license plates etc). As I drove back to the dealership in the loaner car the next morning to take delivery of the new vehicle, I remembered that I had forgotten to remove the dump sticker from my windshield, "shoot" I said to myself, with the vision of trying to explain to the lady at the dump how I had changed cars and lost my sticker., "ya right" I knew she would say.When Zach took me out to the truck when I arrived, he mentioned that he had noticed the dump sticker on my old truck and had removed it for me and had placed it on my new windshield. Details, details!Thanks much Zach and Stacy!

We stopped at the dealership to check out the 2016 Altimas. My wife was interested in replacing her vehicle. Mark Bossie greeted us and informed us that the 2016's were not available and explained that rebates and 0% financing is being offered on the 2015's. Mark was very professional, friendly, and informative with NO PRESSURE to buy. Mark "listened" to what my wife was looking for and explained the options and packages that would fit her needs. She found the right car on the lot. The bottom line that Mark came up with was agreeable and we bought the car. Our favorable experience did not end here. Of course, my wife was anxious to know when she could "pick up" her new car. She was told that it was being "prepped" as we were speaking and she will drive home with it. Now that is SERVICE!! We would like to have it noted that the excellent service that we had received at Lee Auburn Nissan (Ross & Tyler & the service team) on our previous Altima encouraged us to shop Lee Auburn Nissan.

Although their product sells itself...the facility is top notch and the employees are genuine and helpful. I had high expectations and they were exceeded. No surprises in paperwork or delivery. If you're at another dealership and it doesn't feel right (pressure, numbers, etc.) , back away and go somewhere else! You know you're in the right place when you can go in, have a little fun with it, and drive away happy. This was that place for me and a couple days of exploring that led me there made it all the more worth it in the end. I was very lucky that they had the truck in stock that I was looking for. I used to go to another dealer and thought they did a good job in till I came to lee and talked to mark bossie. I went looked over my options (there are so many) drove a couple cars but one caught my eye so I saved it for last 2014 Nissan sentra sr bright blue only problem was only had 45 minutes till daughters softball and the bruins where on. Mark was on it, the finance lady (sorry forgot her name) was on it made it to the game and never missed a step. Bruins won daughter did great in her game and am very happy with the car.Great people who will work with you and get you what you want.Great service making sure everything is up to your standard Friendly people talked to three salesman about everything not just carsGreat team at lee Nissan auburn

Zach was very helpful; he knew both the Nissan and Honda products that I drove. I drove nine vehicles in total, only three where at Lee. I narrowed my search down to two possibilities; Zach suggested I do my due diligence. I went home analyzed the data I had gathered on the vehicles and determined the Nissan Rogue was the choice for me. I called Zach to see if he had located the color I wanted, he had. I went back to the dealer to drive it. When I picked it up Zach went over the vehicle with me explained the features and synced my phone to the Bluetooth. It was truly and enjoyable experience. Paul was very helpful during the whole process of finding, test driving and purchasing the right vehicle for me and my family. We told him what we were looking for and what we wanted our payments to be and he pointed us in the right direction. When we had finally decided on a 2011 Honda CR-V the first 2 we test drove had sold before I could sell my current vehicle but Paul stayed in contact and we were able to get into another 2011 CR-V with similar mileage and similar price point. I don't think we would have been as happy with the processor the purchase had it not been for Paul

Came to the point of having to give up my 10 year old Ford Ranger XLT (loved that little truck!), but as Ford no longer makes Rangers, we went looking for something different and found the Nissan Frontier. Our salesperson, Dylan,at Lee Nissan in Auburn, was wonderful and we are very happy with our new Frontier so far (got the total package with it) and my favorite color, silver gray. It is a little bigger than my "girlie truck", but it has been 10 years, perhaps I have grown up too, to a big girl truck!

This regular service was performed on the new Nissan Rogue I purchased here at Lee (oil change, tire rotation). I stopped in to make an appointment to have the service done, and how happy and surprised I was when they were able to do the work right then. It was also completed in less time than they estimated. Sandy Lizotte, the Nissan Service Manager, is always highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Additionally, they now wash my car after each service appointment. Another customer I was talking with while waiting also expressed the same satifaction. I continue to be impressed with everything and everyone at this dealership.

Was broken down during a trip to Maine. Went to Prime Ford and they could not diagnose the problem. An independent mechanic was on the right track but had limitedequipment to confirm the problem. At Lee Auto mall Sandy got my car right in and in less than 20 minuits had the problem diagnosed, the part located and a repair price and time estimate printed on an estimate sheet for me. The job was completed in less time and the price reflected the savings. I was very happy toEsca return to Vermont with the car running great. Thanks Sandy.

The customer service that I received from Preston Poussard was beyond exceptional. He went above and beyond what I feel is common practice for car sales, and made the purchase of our new vehicle as easy as could be. He took time away from his family to drive over two hours so I could sign the paperwork, and drove back four days later to deliver the vehicle as a surprise. Once that was accomplished, Mike stepped in and went out of his way to help me get the type of Nissan Altima that I wanted with respect to options and color. He was truthful in his assessment of what I could purchase, some thing that is rare in most sales persons. He made leasing effortless, as he walked me through the steps as though this were my first lease with him. When shopping for our new Xterra, I engaged a couple of dealers (it's what I always do - I never deal with only one dealer at a time). That allows me to compare the various dealers and how they handle our dealings. I found the folks at Lee to not only be accommodating but they were accommodating in a very friendly way. I already knew that I was going to buy an Xterra but the dealerships did not - all they knew is that I was "window shopping". The Sales people at Lee explained the many reasons why it was a good time to be buying a new Xterra as well as pointed out the good features. I told them I was also looking at the Jeep Liberty and, rather than knock down the Liberty, they explained the features of both vehicles and pointed out what characteristics the Xterra had that the Jeep did not. Although I could have just as easily walked away from the dealership that day (I really didn't need to buy at that time), instead we were able to broker a deal that I felt was very good for me and my family. We're now enjoying our Xterra and are quite happy that we made the purchase.

Preston was new to sales and it was refreshing to have someone who didn't have all the answers, yet he was enthusiastic to research the questions. You could tell he was excited to be helping me find the right car, and was willing to go the exta distance literally. I would highly recommend Preston to anyone looking to purchase a car.The day I purchased the Rogue was nerveracking for me. It was the first new car I had bought in more years than I would like to admit, and Preston made the experience memorable. By the time all the paperwork was completed it was past closing time and yet everyone stayed to wrap up loose ends. Not one person grumbled about staying so I could drive off with my new car. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. I loved my Rogue then and still love it today. I feel proud when I sit behind the steering wheel.

We have bought used cars for several years now, but noticed the ads from Lee with good sales prices and good interest rates on new vehicles we were interested in. Our initial conversation was with Adam Hastey and he was very helpful. Once we expressed interest in the Nissan Rogue, we were referred to Mark Bossie who was very easy to talk to and made our experience a whole lot better. My experience at Auburn Lee Nissan was a very pleasant one. The first and foremost thing I noticed was that my husband and I did not feel pressured. Preston Poussard was very helpful, friendly, and geniuine. I am the type of person that would leave the sales lot if I had encountered a salesman who was too pushy. This was not the case. He even sensed when it was time for him to step away for a few minutes so I could talk to my husband in privacy and Preston was also very polite and receptive to the idea when I outright told him there was one more model at another dealership that I wanted to check first. He also encouraged us to take our time when test-driving my Nissan. It was a wonderful experience. I especially appreciated Preston showing us around the dealership so I would later know where to purchase parts. Everyone we met that day was polite and friendly.

I love my 2011 Nissan Rogue and the salespeople I dealt with at Lee Nissan Auburn! Beginning with my initial online inquiry and continuing throughout the purchasing process, I was impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, respect, and immediacy shown me. Every question was answered. I was even given a tour of the facility and the areas of the dealership I would be in for future services. I have to admit that going to car dealerships has not been my favorite thing to do over the years. We have been dealing with Lee Nissan now for over 10 years and I no longer feel this way. This is primarily due to the relationship that we have developed with Bill Menke, he makes his customers feel important, welcome, and does whatever he can to make the experience a pleasant one. This time around he introduced us to Mike Bossee who was also very helpful and treated us with the utmost respect. We would not consider going to any other dealership! Thank you for changing my opinion on looking for the car of my choice, its not such a "bad" thing anymore.

MY daughter had just graduated from nursing school and got full time employment and needed a new car. We contacted Mark Bossie and found the car she wanted. Mark went out of his way to get my daughter in her 09 honda accord. Our experience with Mark and Lee was awesome!! I have never done business with a dealer that went as well as our experience with Mark went. I am pleased to say that my daughter just LOVES her new car a and we are very grateful for Mark taking such great care of her. The evening we drove to the dealer they were abit busy but i must say we enjoyed ourselves talking with Mark and they made the wait go by fast. very accomdating and i woulld recommend the dealership and sales person to anyone. Excellent experience top to bottom. This was my second purchase from Lee and I would buy from them again. Their knowledge of the vehicle and time spent with me were outstanding. They were fair with my trade in. The only negative was the amount of time to complete financial documents. There is no reason for this process to take hours. It was longer than the time spent with the salesrep.

Mark was very pleasant and listened to me as I explained what I was looking to do when I purchased my new Altima in February and has went above and beyond to assure I was taken care of last week when the car lost all heat. This was critical to me since Maine was in the middle of a deep freeze with temps dipping to -15 degrees. This happened on a Friday afternoon and I was not able to get to the service center that day and when I contacted him he immediately got me into a loaner until my problem was resolved. Thanks to Mark and the Lee Nissan family for taking care of my family when we needed it the most!

EdUnfortunately I would not recommend your dealership for the purchase of a new car or service from Lee. Two reasons for this. One your sales manager lied to us about the cost of the extended service contract. He stated that it was 1200.00 but it is 1995.00. Two we have had to many BAD service experiences with Lee. Last night I went to fill the Versa and the gas door would not release and I had to tear out the cable from inside the trunk. I would like to give Lee a shot at fixing this but the last time we were in for service we had a 8 AM appointment and they did not even look at the truck until 11AM. That was X-mass eve. To put it bluntly it really FUCKED up my day.This is really too bad for your dealership as my son is now in the market for a new car and we have bought 2 for Lee in 4 years. At this point the only way I would do business we Lee is a call from Adam himself. there is to many dealerships that would like my had earned dollar.SincerelyMichael J. Palmer

I have purchased 5 vehicle from Lee Auto in Auburn. I have purchased the last three from Ed Talpey. Ed is knowledgeable and forthright and I trust him. I ask for him specifically. As long as Ed sells for Lee Auto, that's who I will buy from. He is willing to listen, answer questions, and is incredibly fair throughout the process. I don't feel like I am being sold a bill of goods. In fact, I trusted him enough to send him my daughter when she was ready to buy her first car...I can't give a higher rating than that.

My wife and I purchased the first Nissan Juke on the showroom lot here. Mr. Talpey was very friendly, upfront and thorough with his demonstration of a new and untested car. The car, with few exceptions has been great and has performed as advertised, Very quick, responsive and fun to drive. The experience at the dealer was better than the past. The only issue was that a new model had no dealer incentives to purchase. All other models had much lower interest rates as incentives. I recommend the Nissan Juke to anyone with a sense of adventure. Also, Mr. Talpey made the experience easy with his knowledge and competence in the sale. I would return to this dealer.

This was without question the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. From the phone conversation to the test drive to the financing, we were treated fairly and with the utmost respect. Lee Nissan Auburn has gained a customer for life. We were originally working with another dealership when my wife decided she didn't like the color of the vehicle we were looking at. We called Lee Nissan to inquire about a vehicle they had in the color my wife preferred. We discovered that the vehicle in question didn't have the options desired. Rather than ending the call there, we were presented with an alternative that made a 40 minute trip to the dealership worth it. We ended up with a truck with more options than the other vehicle in consideration for a very competitive price.

Met Mark over the Phone thanks to my Memphis Nissan dealer. What a friendly welcome and possitive, but not pushy response to my needs in a car. I needed a car in Maine, but live in Memphis. Mark not only worked with me on selection but followed through with his manager on all of the details of an over the phone sales. I bought the car in Feb yet didn't pick it up until June. During the void the Sales Manager and Mark stayed in contact and had the Murano ready to go as we drove up on our way to our summer home in New Vineyard, Maine. The entire staff at Lee Auto made my family feel welcome on our arrival and Mark had my wife and I somewhat knowledgeable with all of the cars technology. I must admit I still have problems with the voice cammands. The Murano is now down in Memphis, but our (01)Pathfinder is up in Maine. Both wondeerful automobiles. I would also Like to add the Regional Manager who got involved with the sales and followup did an outstanding job. Please let me know if I can be of futher help. As a 25 year vet of FEDEX I know when I have seen and recieved good SERVICE and this LEE AUTO team displayed that for me and my family.
