Sent an app online. Never got a call back. Even though it was denied someone could’ve called and discussed options. When I called to find out what was going on the salesman was extremely rude and told me he had better things to do. I’d recommend going elsewhere. They don’t care about customers.

Late review: First thing, if I had read the previous reviews I would had NEVER purchased a vehicle from them, the same things that some other buyers went through became my exact nightmare. In Oct 2020 I purchased a x5 BMW yes "it's nice looking" that's what they brag and feel that's so important as if "mechanical" don't matter and within the first month I had noticed several issues, leaks, burning smell, hesitation (rough ride) and a piercing squealing noise, they act as if they fixed my car several times, my car was with them 2 times for weeks each time and the last time (3rd time) it was there for a month, and 1 time they were even payed through the warranty I purchased as if they fixed an issue and we also payed $200 out of pocket and nothing was ever fixed. As I said I purchased in mid Oct and it was with them for weeks in November and the entire month Dec. with the same issues each time, after getting it back January it STILL had All the same issues, they try to put old parts and bandaid things to please you at the moment and I had to take it right back each time, I found that either they're incompetent to fix issues or flat out don't care. I wouldn't recommend or go back, I don't like being lied too or played around with when it comes to my hard earned money.

It's a shame you were closed. I saw online a 535d I really wanted to buy amd was driving through the state. Went a little out of my way and stopped by but they had a sign on the door saying they were closed today. Not sure why it was so hard to just update your Google hours. They have a really simple and fast way of saying you are temporary closed for the day
