Dropped off my 2012 Mustang GT CS approximately 3 weeks ago. Service told me the part will be in about 3 days. I called after five days and the service guy said the part haven’t came in yet. I called a few days after that and no one would answer my calls as they was watching my number. Therefore, after about three days with no answer, I had my wife to call from her phone “Bingo” they answered. They gave her the run around and said that the part is on back order. I gave them an extra five days and told my wife to go pick up my car today. When she went to pick up my car, the service lady told her that my car is not in the system and no diagnostic been completed on my car nor has a part been ordered. Also, the service guy was on vacation and no one knows what’s going on. Keep in mind I waited 2 hours when they conducted the diagnostic and gave me a price as well. If I could give them a zero star I would. Please please do not go to this place for anything. Their customers service is at a -10. Do not be fooled by the 4.1 rating as some one is just going on the site to boost their reviews.

I have a 2018 gt. The transmission decided to crumble for who knows why. I researched all the dealerships near me and went with Legacy Ford based on reviews of the service department. I am extremely pleased with how Scott took care of my car and how fast they were able to get my car fixed. I've never dealt with a car breaking under warranty so I wasn't familiar with how things go. Everyone from the front desk girl to the service department and beyond at Legacy Ford was very patient, helpful, understanding and sympathetic to my situation. They handled everything and had my new transmission in in under 2 weeks. It only took that long because it was initially thought to be something else and transmission had to be ordered. My only disappointment was the fact that they had no loaners available. I highly recommend Legacy Ford for all you service need. Thanks again Scott!

(UPDATE). Check their BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU !!!!!!!!!!!! And Then Find another Ford dealership, "Manager" K.C. & salesman Brandon are SUPER shady! They will violent all your consumer rights and break the law to fill their quotas and sell cars. And they have zero care about doing so, because it seems they've been getting away with it for quite some time based on the Better Business Bureau report that I wish I would have seen before hand. I go in for a test drive and my own pre-approval. Halfway through I get an alert of a credit inquiry (Unauthorized written or verbally) from legacy ford while I'm sitting there. In fact I stated I do NOT want to run my credit, I have my own financing. Here's how manager K.C. does business after being called out on their illegal practices and a request for he business card (see photo). All while stating there's nothing that can be done to fix things, "what's done is done" he says (so he thinks). As if breaking the law is nothing. So do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else. Spoke with Manager E. Jackson a few days ago and at first he was giving the same old (your word against their word) nonsense but then he said he would "look into it" and get back with me. I called a couple of days ago and they sent me to voice mail. I have yet to receive a call or email. So at this point it's time to take it to another level.

As someone who previously worked here, do not buy anything from here. The sales department does not care about you. They will screw you over so quickly, not to mention the service department will not answer their phones. As a whole the dealership is terrible. Also, don't even think about getting in touch with the back office, because they will purposely send you to voicemail and never call you back. Good luck for anyone who thinks buying a car or getting it serviced at Legacy is a good idea.

The Ron was direct and helpful. I was given the options on which vehicle to purchase. I decided on a Hyundai Sonata. I gave it a test run and discussed prices. I had to have a side mirror replaced on my 2005 Ford Freestyle. The part had to be ordered by the Body Shop and was received in a timely fashion. I had a friend to take the vehicle to the Body Shop and she told me that in the time it took for her to go into the waiting area, put down her bag, take out her book and cross her legs, they came and told her that the vehicle was ready. She was totally blown away! As a result, from now on, she will be bringing her vehicle to Legacy Ford for servicing. Oh, did I mention that she has a 2006 Ford Freestyle? Great work guys!

To start it was a good buying experience it was after walking out the door the problems started. Finance calls me back days later do to their error to get all the papers signed. Finance had told me that my loan on the trade in would be paid in a week. After three weeks it still has not happen. Now the bank with the papers on the trade in is calling me every day to get a payment. The dealer tells me they are sending the payment but the bank is still calling. You decide where you would like to go.

Car wouldn't start so I had it towed to the closes Ford dealership which was legacy. They did a diagnostic test on it and said it has a "blown PCM." Not a very common problem for my 2007 expedition, but they said it had to be replaced before they could re-diagnose it again if that did not solve the problem; and the total with part and labor would be $1200. Long story short, I had my car re-towed to Speedway Ford in Griffin. They re-assessed my car and told me that it DOES NOT have a blown PCM. It just the fuel pump that needs to be replaced (which is a very common problem with my year/make). I am 9 months pregnant and with 2 little children having to deal with these VERY UNHONEST (if not un-honest, then uneducated) people. NEVER AGAIN!! Steer Clear. ***Always get a second opinion, in my case it saved me $1200.

I was traveling from WA state to FL when I developed car problems. I pulled into a gas station and there was a Toyota employee there and I asked him where the Ford dealership was he directed me to you. I went into the service center and was greeted by Mike Goodman who immediately got my car into have a service tech. start working on it. When it was determined the problem they told me the parts would have to be ordered and they would be in the next day. Mike had a courtesy driver take me to the motel. The next day Mike called and said the courtesy driver was on his way to pick me up the car was ready to go. Everyone involved was very courteous & pleasant. I just had an oil change and lube on my 2008 Jeep. It was done at the new "Quick" service location, but it still took over 1 hr. However, the staff was friendly and efficient. I had a $25 coupon and only paid a little over $7 for the service. I also have a Hyundai Elantra (2013) and am always happy with the service here.

Service on my 2013 Ford Explorer couldn't have been easier. I dropped by to have the back hatch opener looked at and it only took a few minutes to have it looked at. The part had to be ordered and was in the next day. When I took the vehicle back in I was impressed by the quickness of the repair and the availability of an area to work on my laptop with internet service provided as well. This is the worst dealership you can go to. My husband and I purchased a 2015 Transit250 on 05/19/2015. We wanted extra seating to be put in and a hydrolic ladder holder. The total charge was going to be 6400 for those 2 additional items. At the time Jeri the manager indicated that my husband should take the van and return for the items to be put in. He was an honest and nice person and 2 weeks later we returned to put the hydrolic ladder holder. He couldn't find a match with the cloth for the 2 person seater so he asked that we return. We agreed. Unfortunately, after 1 month and 1/2 of not hearing anything I called the dealership and they said Caleb nor Jeri were no longer there. Rodney in service took my call and we agreed that on 07/23/2015 we would drop the transit 250 and it would get it's 2 seater and the ladder holder adjusted. When we returned on 07/27/2015 to pick up our van. NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE. According to the Emmanuel who was in sales they had to invesitgate further. He didn't bother in calling us since we were out of town. His demeanor was very unapproachable and very rude and not interested. Miguel the financial person indicated we had payed for the above items and that they should have been put in. After Emmanuel was relucatant to continue with this difficult task he gave Mr. Chris Myer the new Manger the information. It went downhill from there. He tried to reach me 3 times and I tried to reach him twice. After playing phone tags Chris and I spoke, again no service recovery attempt, no apologies basically that he was going to refund my money. I asked about the repair to a brand new hydrolic ladder holder and he said I will call you back. Ford wrote up the case and gave me a case number. Today is 08/19/2015 and nothing has been done.

"BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE DEPT" we took our new hyundai there and dropped it off to be serviced and for the transmission to get a recall reprogrammed.they called that afternoon and said it was ready and we went to get it the next morning.when they brought the car out to us i noticed the rear 1/4 panel was damaged and i asked what happened to our car? the guy said he had no clue, so we asked them inside and they say , SOMEONE DID,NT CALL YOU ABOUT YOUR CAR, IT WAS IN A ACCIDENT AND THE POLICE WERE CALLED AND A REPORT WAS MADE" so i told them nobody called and told us that i wanted to know what happened. so we were told that when the tech was on a test drive he had stopped and was programming the computer parked and a lady clipped the rear corner of our car.so then they tell us that they will get us a rental car and fix the car right away, which they did.so yesterday we got the accident report and the story is totally different from what we were told. come to find out the tech was at georgia power running errands and paying his electric bill and was not even in our car and luckily the lady who hit the car waited on him to come back out, the accident report clearly says unoccupied and last time i checked georgia power dont work on cars,.then to top it off the paper work from the service job said the car needed air and cabin filters replaced, funny thing is i had just changed both those filters 2 weeks earlier,so that was a flat lie, then it said all the lights were checked and when we got in it to leave ,the brake light bulb was blown on 1 side,so the whole service thing is a joke.so today we asked to speak with the owners son about this deal and his way to help us for us to buy a new car from them and they would cut us a better deal since they wrecked our car, im not sure how us going $9000 dollars more in debt for a car 1 year newer is a favor to us.so if you dont mind techs taking your car out for errands and joyrides while its supposed to be there being serviced, then this is the place for you, but i think most people would not like that and we will never be back there again.

My experience at the legacy ford hyundai body while they did great work on repairing my car it took them a full week to egt in a part and make arepair on the car that was only a small fix.In my opinion would not recommend this body shop to anyone defintly not known for their speedy service.

Very good car buying experience. Stacey was very helpful and met every need. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and the vehicle we chose. quickest car buying experience i have had in a very long time.

I can't for the life of me see why anyone had a bad experience at Legacy Ford. I came in wanting to get a used vehicle with the odds against me being that I had no trade in and my financial situation was not the best. I spoke with Marva Thompson who took time with me for two weeks and made something happen. I was given options and choices and even when I did not make a purchase, she took time with me. We spoke for two weeks by phone and I even went in on my days off as well as days I had to work. I never felt pressured and they worked with me. She calmed me down when I explained what happened to the vehicle I previously had and made me feel as if all was not lost. Needless to say she found me a vehicle, with payments I could afford as well as called me a week after to see if I was happy, which I truly was. And by the way, the staff there whether they interacted with me or not was friendly, always spoke, and every detail was explained to me. The financial officer "Freddy" was also a big help. I actually went there on the recommendation of a friend, and am glad I did. I also recommended a friend and hope she gets the vehicle she wants. I feel that if you go in and talk like you are talking to your friends, you'll have an enjoyable experience.. Thank you again guys!!

When you first go onto there site they say we will do everything we can to help you get approved, not true, no one here follows up with you if they don't think u will be approved. Very unsatisfied. I don't know how this place stays open.

I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership in the last 10 years. Stacy is my salesman and he is the best. Shelton is my service advisor and he always make sure my vehicles are taken care of. I also think Legacy has the best body shop in the area. Anytime I visit the dealership it feels like I'm appreciated as a customer and treated like part of a family.

This place isnt the biggest nor the prettiest dealership facility but they sure do provide you with excellent customer service and are very helpful towards your needs. Michael took care of me... And even though i didnt buy here, I think they need some recognition.
