I find the service department great. I one who likes to bring my car in and feel confident that I am getting quality service at a fair Price. Ron my service rep. is always there for me. I defiantly recommend the service.. Now that my cars are older and out of warranty I get my oil changes at there Quick Lanes, from inspections, brakes, tires, ( they always match or beat a any price on tires) and battery all at very good price. The one thing that I like the most its Ford. If I have a problem with anything I had repaired by them, they take care of it. To be honest that's worth every dollar I spend. I get good service, trusted repair, and most of all peace of mind...... BOY DO I SOUND LIKE A COMMERCIAL

The salesman Cody did a great job showing me the vehicle and getting me the information I wanted on the vehicle. They worked with my budget and got my payment where I felt comfortable. Paul in aftermarkets also did a great job ordering the bed cover I wanted to have added to the vehicle. Great experience all around and by far the quickest car purchase I have made. In and out in under two hours. Thank you everyone at Legacy Ford.

Legacy Ford was awesome! Simply put and so very true. I had been in contact with another dealership in the area(side note...we live over an hour away and only one day to purchase a new truck) and was left waiting for a response for several hours. Contacted Legacy myself, spoke with Vanessa, she promptly checked to see if the truck we wanted was on the lot. Yes it was!!! We knew what we wanted (own a ford) no need to test drive! Vanessa started all the paperwork while we made a quick drive to Rosenberg! She even had the truck drive out ready by the time we got there. Lance was on the ball as well. All paperwork was ready to be signed as soon as we drove up. We were ready to drive home in a little over an hour, BEST car buying experience ever!! My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism mixed with family friendly vibes. Would recommend Legacy Ford, Vanessa and Lance to everyone I know and anyone who reads this 😁

Hello... my name is Christi on Monday 2-8-21 I purchased my new car... I LOVE IT!!! Al was my salesman he was such a sweetheart. I want to thank the salesman Andrew Hernandez @ Legacy Ford for assisting my son in buying his first car. Andrew made this possible by having so much patience and kindness knowing we were very undecided. The experience was fantastic Andrew never left us to wonder this was not going to be possible he stayed positive AND I have never been to a dealership where this was done in such a short time. WOW!!! Now it's my turn for my new car! Andrew here I come and I am ready for a new car!! Thanks again!
