Went there for a warranty claim for a headlight. They chipped the paint on my grill. We came to an conclusion to help me out on an bed cover. Said they will order it and call me when it comes in. Never received a phone call. 4 months later, I go in to do my first oil change. Takes them 5 hours to do an oil change.. also get notified that my bed cover will be in tomorrow… Would not recommend to get your service done here. You will get the run around and wait forever. *UPDATE : went back in the service department again the following day to see if they would be able to help with the bed cover, the General manger in service started raising his voice.

came in on a friday morning to view a Buick i had seen online and it was in great condition and they were happy to accommodate small fixes we asked for upon looking at the vehicle. Everything felt very genuine and after a few different dealerships we were glad to not feel like we were getting the run around. got to test drive and take lots of pics and they answered all of our questions. was helped out by Amber and Carlos and really enjoyed them both! they both were really friendly, upfront about the process. for my first time buying experience i was really grateful for the team helping me! we got a good deal, a good rate for my APR, and were out of the dealership in a few hours start to finish. thanks for the help guys!!

Don’t come here if you can avoid it. The service department is the worst we have ever been to! Not only ate the super backed up, but they don’t even have the car done when promised. I’m talking 4 days to look at my car that needed a part ordered. So I agreed to the order and here we are a month later, no parts because they never ordered them smh. This place just doesn’t care. Super bummed that bohn went bankrupt. We were treated so much better there. This place needs to get their act together ASAP !

I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this service department. I made an appointment 5 days out to have my 2019 Acadia looked at because it failed to start twice, stranding me both times. I show up for the appointment and was asked if my Acadia was still under warranty and I explained it was not. I was told it would be at least 5 days before they could look at it. I asked why they took the appointment if they had no plans to look at the vehicle for 5 days. The manager behind the service rep laughed and repeated “5 days”. Not only were they useless, but I was surprised by the lack of professionalism that management displayed. And why would you not care for your car owners the same if a vehicle is no longer under warranty? We have been GMC customers for 20 years and have never had an experience like this one. GMC needs to calibrate the leadership at this dealer before they lose further business.

Awful service, have had my vehicle since August 20, 2021. Paid over 2800.00 for repairs that wasn't done correctly, went through the insurance company and finally repaired the vehicle. Now they don't want to reimburse what I spent for a job that wasn't done. Zach, Carlos and Dave just tell you stuff to pacify you and neither honor their words. This is the worst dealership to do business with. Customer service is not their intention.
