I came in as a first-time car buyer to look at a very specific vehicle. The salesman was decently friendly and wasn't too pushy, but he got very defensive when I mentioned the vehicle pulled to the right and my mechanic friend pointed out that every tire was a different brand (including one that was significantly wider than the rest), along with an impact mark on one of the rims. As high as the price on the vehicle was for the condition it was in, we got him to agree that if I purchased the vehicle, he would get the most mismatched tire replaced and the alignment fixed. When we brought up the idea of financing, this previously very chatty salesman suddenly got very quiet and disinterested and wouldn't give us a straight answer on anything. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and got a better deal on a similar vehicle in better condition.

I came to the dealership to test drive a specific used car, but was informed that it had been taken off the lot with a "transmission problem." Glad I didn't end up buying a car with a "transmission problem", but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the car was gone.

I actually bought a car form Legend Motorcars. The customer service was excellent and would recommend anyone needing to purchase a car to go to Legend Motorcars and ask for James Grant lot. The in house financing was great. All in all I had a great experience at Legend Motorcars.

Overall the experience with Legend was a good one because I did purchase a vehicle from them. There was a couple things I wasn't 100% comfortable with but not enough to keep me from buying and my approach is to speak with them directly about it to give them a "customer" point of view. Thanks
