Great experience at legend Nissan super easy and fast process. When I came into the dealership I already knew what I wanted I was greeted immediately and introduced to Islam B. who helped me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. I was very impressed with his knowledge on the Nissan Pathfinder I was interested in. He explained in great detail the features on the vehicle. I went into to get synthetic oil change , four wheel alignment, and brake fluid exchange service. Catherine who was on the second week of working at Nissan was amazing to deal with. She offered me courtesy oil change due to my purchase of the car from Legend dealership. She confirmed all the prices before I went a head with anything. She was very clear , efficient , and a pleasure to deal with overall. Overall amazing service, I will not be getting my Sentra serviced anywhere else. I hope she continues to work at this Nissan service center !

Back in May of this year when I was shopping for a new car I happened to stumble upon Legend Nissian. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I walked out with my new Rogue my experience was memorable. The sales staff is great especially Julian Prine. He was easy going and calm. He made me feel at easy and made the leasing process a breeze. Because of him and the rest of the staff there my family now has a total of 3 brand new Nissans. After two remarkably BAD experiences (Millennium Nissan in Garden City and Huntington Nissan), I FINALLY listened to my gut instinct and called the one dealership that was straightforward with me from the very beginning. Everyone I experienced at Legend, from John in internet sales to Dwayne in finance was --- and here's a word you NEVER see when speaking about a dealership --- KIND!After being schystered for weeks by the typical dealers, I was literally moved to tears by the humane service I received at Legend. I signed my contract with CONFIDENCE and I hugged my amazing salesman, Ahmir, goodbye as I drove my CPO Pathfinder off the lot.

On July 25,2016,me & my wife decided to look for a car at Legend Nissan.We found a 2014 Rogue with 25000 miles on it & liked it.We were very interested in it & decided to buy it.We were paying it in full with a check.The dealer that was showing us the car was more concerned about going through certain steps & protocols so he wouldn't get fired & I went along with it. Me & my wife did tell the dealer that we will pay by check & will get the full payment by Aug 2 or 3rd.They were OK with that.My mother-in-law was paying for the car & needed some time to get the money from the bank. Came back on July 28 & had our old car assessed for trade in.Everything was in place to buy the car --or so we thought.All of a sudden they needed the check on Monday after we told them we needed time & they would have to wait until Tues.or Wed.They wouldn't hear of it & wanted it Mon.We would need to leave a deposit.Why didn't they tell us this last week.??I didn't have any money to leave them a deposit cause we definitely thought we were buying the car. The lack of communication in this dealership is Horrendous !! They're only nice to you when they think that they could sell a car to you.Our dealer was some new guy named Cory that didn't know his job & the guy that was in charged looked like PeeWee Hermans' look alike.Never will I go there again. I did purchase a Certified Pre-owned vehicle from Hillside Honda & we had a great experience doing business there !!

Our overall buying/leasing experience was excellent. Peter Makuch was the point man for the sales and delivery process and he was knowledgeable, patient and efficient in providing the details and demonstrating the operation of all of the vehicles technical features.However, the individual who really sold the car to us was Chantelle Thol. She was the go-to person when we first had an issue and she continually followed up with texts, e-mails and phone calls until we could obtain the vehicle at a price that seemed good to us. Without her pleasant, frequent and informative communications, it is likely that we would have shopped elsewhere.But we didn't. We stayed with Legend.We appreciate the efforts of the whole Legend team, but Chantelle Thol is the primary reason for our total satisfaction with this transaction.

I get my Nissan Altima repaired at legend Nissan service when it is needed. The service people are very kind, efficient, and thorough. My car always gets fixed the right way and I have never had an issue. They are fair. And when my car is going to take any length of time for repairs they will give me a rental. I wouldn't take my car any where else. I trust them and have not had any problems.

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Juke from Legend Nissan. I wanted an upgrade from the 2010 Nissan Juke that I had purchased when they first came out. I went to a few Nissan dealers before a friend recommended I try Legend Nissan. I was initially greeted by friendly helpful personnel. Peter Makuch the sales rep introduced me to the General Manager Adam Margolies they both treated me with respect. They had the exact model of the Juke that I wanted in the color I liked, they worked with me in regard to how I would be comfortable either purchasing or leasing. They considered my needs rather than trying to get me to agree to their terms. Adam & Peter made this experience comfortable for me. It was a pleasure working with them. I worked with Joel and his manager Joe who gave me a number for a lease on a Rogue on a Thursday. I was told the numbers were good until Monday. On Saturday I came back and they completely changed the deal increasing the numbers $20 a month. They told me The Presidential Rebate was no longer available. They were nasty and Joel even disappeared in the middle of dealing with us to have lunch and then yelled and cursed at my boyfriend when he returned and we questioned where he was. After making a call to Nissan I was told the Presidential Rebate is not in existence and we were lied to. I would never go to this dealership again!!! What liars and disgusting people to deal with. Go to Huntington Nissan!!! They were a pleasure!

We test drove the car and after it all sat down where he asked if I wanted anything to drink or eat .. Picked up my new 2016 Maxima on Saturday. The car is amazing, could not ask for more - 4 Door Sports Car to the fullest, plus my seven year old son loves being a co-pilot and in charge of the Navigation system. The entire experience was great, from the initial hand shake to picking up my car. Never felt pressured in any way, the salesman Peter 2 (that is what he called himself, and it was funny) was very friendly and knowledgeable, the manager Joe was a character, the finance manager Dwayne was very professional and organized. The dealership was clean and inviting. The entire experience was great, Oh yeah, did I mention the deal I got was incredible!!! really happy!!!

My son and I went into Legend yesterday and I had such a great experience. I was immediately taken care of when I walked in. Mind you I've been speaking with this woman named Alexa before even setting foot in this dealership because I wasn't too sure. What sold me was the made me feel very welcome and told me that they will treat me just like family and get me what I wanted. When I came in I met with her and was introduced to my salesman Craig who made my buying experience very easy. We went over all the vehicles in the lot and ended up leasing a 2015 Altima. I can honestly say that when my lease is up I certainly will be returning to get a new one from THEM.

I was in the market for a car but fell in too some tough times in the past couple years and my credit score to took plunge. I was having a hard time building up the strength to go into a dealership and face anyone about it. I called Legend and spoke to Gina she was sweet, professional, honest and made me feel very comfortable to make that next step. I agreed to stop in the next day and as promised she had everything set up for me. She set me up with Corey who showed all the vehicles on their preowned lot one caught my eye immediately (2014 Altima) and I wanted that car!! I recently bought an electric car a 2012 Nissan Leaf even though I did not buy the car from legend Nissan the entire staff has helped me every day when I pull in to charge my car they are the only level 3 charging station in the area even the owner came out and introduced himself and their service is top notch. I have two friends that bought cars from this location and are satisfied beyond belief my only regret is that I did not buy my car from legend Nissan

I went to Truecar, and Legend was the dealer that made this highest offer, so I really wasn't interested. But they emailed me often and I told them if they would match the lowest price, I'd consider them. They promised they would. I went there and everything seemed fine. They agreed to the lower price, took us for a test drive, etc. When we were just about to close the deal, the manager said he would not honor the price that we had agreed upon. He offered to honor his original Truecar price, which was nearly 3K above what they promised. They'll do anything to get you into the showroom. They'll try sleazy salesman tricks to try to get you in a buying mood. Luckily, our salesman, Corey, was terrible at this. Then they'll hit you with the real price they intended to sell the car for all along.We ended up walking out, and got the car we wanted at the lowest price from another dealer who didn't jerk us around.

Do not do business with Kevin Walker, Kevin Maciel or Peter Rezamand here if looking to buy a car. They will make your life a nuisance for months after even buying the vehicle. They fail to follow instruction to properly register your vehicle even after numerous emails and calls. They provide a "We owe you" and tell you that part if ordered but come to find out they never ordered. Then they try to blame you for actions that they failed to take and tell you that they will process the "we owe you" when an exact match for your vehicle comes in. What are the chances of that? This is all after three months of buying the vehicle and still no resolution. Dealing with a bunch of people that have no idea what there doing here.

This is the 2nd time I am leasing a car from Legend Nissan. Both times I was completely satisfied and felt like a valued customer.Adam Margolies is a stand up guy that stuck to his word. His was caring and honest and I felt like he valued my business. When my current lease is up in 2 years I will definitely be going back to him. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a new car.

I went in to look at a car for my son and as soon as I walked in the salesman asked me if I neded help . I said no thank you maybe in a few minutes. I walked away to look at the other cars and not even a minute later he walks by and ask if I'm interested in test driving the vehicle. His pants were hung low to the point to where you can see his underpants and he wasn't very pleasant if you ask me. I don't think. I will be going back there anytime soon.

This is my 2nd lease with Legend Nissan and I was quite happy. My salesman was Chris Williams whom I found to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Chris and I negotiated and at no time was he pressuring me to agree to terms I could not meet. He took me into the car and explained all the workings of it. Chris Williams is the salesman to meet with at that dealership. Although there are many other nissan dealerships the managers there are also very courteous and helpful, there service dept is not far from the dealer and they too are professional in their dealings as I always brought my last Nissan to them for checkups. Overall I would highly recommend Legend Nissan in Syosset ny and certainly ask to be assisted by Chris Williams.

i had a few small problems with my car, took it down to Legends Service shop. nothing major but the service was outstanding! everyone was helpful and they even had a driver take me to work so i didnt have to wait for it. took it in in the morning and it was ready by that afternoon. would definitely go back and have already recommended them to friends and family. very reliable and friendly service!

I purchased the car from legend about a year ago. Ever since then the interaction I had with the employees there has been nothing but exceptional. I was able to be put into the exact car I wanted, and the sales department was super fair, and that is one thing I truly appreciated. When I went to the service dept for my first oil change, again I was super impressed by how fairly I was treated. I've purchased other cars and been to other service departments, and I always felt like they had ulterior motives. At legend I felt no pressure whatsoever and I truly felt like they were looking out for my best interest. They worked with me with the prices and for that I am grateful. I never write reviews and I just felt compelled to based on the quality of service I was provided at this dealer. If you are unsure about which dealer to go to, like I was, go to legend trust me you will not be disappointed.

I am came to legend Nissan to have my 2014 Altma service, from the moment i walked in i was greeted by very friendly workers, The advisor went over all information with great detail. when i picked my car up with the exact time they told me it would be ready the car fixed and i as extremely happy with the service. I am 50 years old and have been around but I was ripped off. Bring a lawyer with you if you plan to purchase at this dealership. They agree to price for trade in, car your purchasing & extended warranty but that all changes by the time thedeal is done. When you follow up with them after the purchase they are the rudest/worst/unprofessional people I have ever encountered. If you have any issue after the purchase they WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. Another thing they do is over charge for tags paper work and say they will send you refund. Here is the catch they hold you refund up if you do not give them a excellent review. I have been waiting 4 months for my refund!!!!!!

I went there to just look at a new car and ended up purchasing a brand new Nissan Altima. I was treated so good all my questions were answered. I was not pressured or treated like it was the end of the world if I did not purchase right there and then. They really considered all of my needs and even brought me lunch.

I have to thank My man Corey Gomillion ( yea I know his last name is crazy lol), for really looking out for me and helping me get into a 2015 Nissan Altima. If you're in the market for a vehicle I recommend you taking a trip to Legend Nissan of Syosset, even though I live all the way out in Glen Cove, NY this was worth the trip, they quoted me on an offer I couldnt get anywhere else. Started with me being 100 percent honest with Kristine over the phone... I have worst scenario which is negative equity in my current car... She told me to come in and we will work something out... Finance CFO told me I was approved for a deal then when I called back to say let's do it they told me "no altimas in stock" right now... "We will call you in a week or two"... Please just be real and honest... Now that you weren't, I have nothing nice to say about way you do business and will select another brand when I am ready to purchase.

I came to Legend Nissan to trade my old Nissan in and get a new Altima. From the time I walked In that door to the time I left I was treated with respect and like I was a family member. The manger Adam was so professional and the salesman Johnnie Rhodes was amazing. In the past I have had bad experiences at other Nissan dealership and by far they proved to be the best and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Being that I lost my Frontier to a flood back in August, I was not prepared to be searching for a new vehicle so soon. Chris understood my needs and made the process as smooth as possible. I was totally satisfied with the amazing attention given by the winning team of Adam,Kevin and John the salesman. Kevin went out of his way to bring the deal home to Syosset! From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out everything from the sales to the the great service they took care of everything I was in and out in a timely manner the Gm came out and waxed the car because he didn't like the way it looked and he would never let a car leave his dealership unless it was perfect .

We had a great experience with this dealership. We live in CT, roughly 2 hours away. We went down on a Friday night and got there around 8:30. They knew we were coming and they had the car ready for us to test drive. Joel was the salesman that came out to meet us. He did not rush us and he let my daughter test drive the car even though it was getting late and very close to closing time. He was not pushy and he even had a great sense of humor. We ended up leaving at 9:30, thirty minutes after closing time. This was the first experience for my daughter in buying a car. She enjoyed it very much and Joel had a lot to do with that.

I highly recommend purchasing a Nissan from Legend. The process was made much easier by the salesman Rob. I actually drove away with the Altima in about 3 hours after I first sat down. I bought a Nissan Altima from John Kraft in May of 2014. My overall buying experience with him was a pleasant one as he went out of his way to help us in every way possible. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions and provided us with everything that we needed. One month later I did have a service issue with the car and Adam the General Manager worked together with us to resolve the problem and assured us that everything would be taken care of. I was in contact with a saleswoman, Christine. After several weeks, she faithfully followed through with calls, checking on what I was looking at and where I was at with my research. When I said that Nissan was off the table, even for leasing, I was questioned as to where I was looking, what kind of lease pricing i was getting, etc. I got annoyed since I felt that I did not have to give her my whole research process. She insisted that even with the Rouge that I could not possibly lease any car for less than 200/month. And again I mentioned that Nissan was off the table. My voice got louder since she was insisting on doing more. Again, I said Nissan is off the table which indicated an exit. She came back with something negative about my potential move, hoped that I get a lot of flat tires, and hung up.

I had a deal through my employer on Nissan vehicles and was recommended to this dealership by my family. Unfortunately, the sales representative that my family dealt with was no longer there, so I dealt with someone else. Everything went smoothly until, of course, it was time to sign the paperwork. Everything we had discussed was not reflected...fees that said they would be waived weren't and there were costs on there that I was assured would not be charged. The dishonesty here was atrocious, and if you can avoid dealing with this particular Nissan dealership, I would definitely do that. Find a dealer that is up-front and honest and makes you feel good about giving them your business.

All of the vehicles that I have leased over the last 30 years have been Nissans. During that time I have been to most of the Nissan Dealers in Nassau County. Most of the experiences at other Nissan dealers have been horrible. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles at Legend in 2011 and 2014. I have to say that my experience at Legend has been way better than any other dealerships that I have been to. I dealt with Chris Williams for the purchase of my 2014 Rogue. He was extremely professional and was diligent about following up and worked with me to help me get the best price. There were no games and no nasty suprises. Chris as well as managers Kevin and Adam did everything in their power to make sure I was completely satisfied. In my opinion this is the only place to purchase or lease a Nissan on Long Island. Don't waste your time and energy with other Nissan dealers.

I have purchased a Pathfinder and leased two Muranos from legend. The last two leases didn't go well. The first one in 2007 ended with me having to get a refund, because the numbers that I got from the finance manager just didn't add up to what I agreed to with the salesman. The second lease in 2011 was not much different, but, this time I stayed until the salesman, finance manager and supervisor came to an agreement on the price. Although the numbers kept changing, no one could explain why. I guess I am a sucker for punishment, I went there to lease a 2014 Murano, same car, and asked for a price in the same ballpark of my existing one. When I asked what the invoice price to me was, I was told, "why do you want to know that?" "It's only the bottom line that counts". Well, to make a long story short, I never did get a quote, was told the numbers are not going to match what I wanted, so I left. Leased a new 2014 Acura RDX AWD for slightly more that I was paying for my 2011 Murano. The staff was pleasant, salesman nice, finance manager did not pressure me and I was out of there in less time. If you want a quality car with no hassle and straightforward answers, go to Acura of Huntington.

Overall, had a pretty good experience getting my 2014 Maxima. Got an EXCELLENT lease price, couldn't believe how low the payment was! However, my salesman put a decent amount of pressure on me. While I was going to sign anyway cause of the low price, I hate feeling like you HAVE TO sign the deal. I thought that they we're gonna screw me over on the day I took delivery since the lease price was so low, but everything went very smooth. The finance manager was very nice and did not pressure me into taking other services like many do. Overall, a pretty good experience and I am very happy with the deal that I got. I would recommend this dealer to friends, but I would also tell them to be wary of the pressured sales tactics. This doesn't seem to be the dealer where you leave thinking it was a great experience, but rather one where you leave only with the satisfaction of a low price and quick deal.

This place is where dealership get their bad reputations. You would think a big name like Nissan could at least provide their employees with an email address. I worked out a price over the phone and they tried to sucker me into paying an extra $2,000 by saying someone else has offered them that much more but since I called first they would give it to me for that price. I told them to let them have it. Two hours later they called back and made up a new story about twisting the managers arm. Give me a break. Everyone was very pleasant in person. I wanted to title the vehicle myself but they wouldn't let me. I explained I wanted a commerative tag multiple times. Of course after 5 to 6 weeks I received the non commemorative tag. They also told me I signed a piece of paper saying whatever money was left over from titling they would send me. It's my belief the document stated the opposite. That I forfeit the leftover portion. To the tune of $150. Very untrustworthy place.

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rouge from Legend Nissan. The Salesperson (Bryant) was very helpful, friendly, courteous & professional. BUT CAUTION!!!!!BE CAREFUL!!!!!After negotiating what I felt was my best deal, and it approved by the sales manager, I came to pick up my new car. I had to deal with the FINANCE MANAGER. That is where YOU MUST BE CAREFUL! The deal changed. The contract was already printed with an extended service plan. I was told that my Navigation and stereo was not covered with my warranty and if I did not by the plan and if something went wrong with the Navigation, I would be stuck. I found out after the fact that he lied to me. He also said if I decided that If I didn't want the extended warranty that I could cancel it. This was true, but he neglected to tell me that there was a service charge to cancel the extended warranty. In the end it now cost me $25.00 more a month than the original price that I negotiated. Don't sign on the dotted line until you read everything. I didn't do that and now I am screwed. YOU ARE BETTER OFF STEERING CLEAR OF LEGEND NISSAN. Go to any other NISSAN dealer!

STOP NOW AND READ THIS!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. So, my husband decided to try to go to our local dealer... I knew someone who worked there and told me not to go but he went anyway. The day my husband purchased the vehicle the General Manager called me on a Saturday to make sure they sold us a car. The deal included my Ford Lease to be returned and while the vehicle was in there possession the RIGHT SIDE WAS SWIPED!! Now I received a bill for $700 where they decided to tell me I cant get the money unless i fill out their survey from Nissan Corporate Completely Satisfies and don't forget to make sure when the question asked you if you were pressured to fill out this survey satisfactory say NO. I never received this survey and how amazing that the General Manager Adam and Kevin no longer return my calls but don't forget they called me on a VERY BUSY SATURDAY to sell me a car!!!. Wait it gets better, so i called about my refund and the receptionist told me they were not in. Guess what I showed up and Mr Kevin was sitting there ignoring my calls and messages, AMAZING! DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP they will sell you a car and anything after they will ignore you and your calls. THEY PAY BIG MONEY FOR THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!! Mr. Rhodes is very professional and respectful. He did not waste our time (time is precious since I am a working mommy with a toddler). He was straight to the point from the minute we met him, did not play games and was very helpful and honest throughout the whole negotation process. He honored the deal and was honest about inventory. He took a lot of time to explain the new car features to me before leaving. I was going to give up on Nissan (sad since my husband and father have Nissan's and I currently had one and the lease had 3 weeks remaining) from a very low class experience at another dealer. Meeting Mr. Rhodes was relieving and non-stressful. It made getting a new car a pleasant experience again. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a Nissan vehicle. He is a nice man and does not play games.

First day they did not even look at car. then sevice Department says the used car manager would call me ASAP. It has been 3 more days and no calls from manager, I have call multiple times , and no call is returned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Wanted to buy a car for self last month, am happy i went in to Legend Nissan, very courtous and got everything that the salesman promised, Very happy with the car and the salesman did a great showdown off all what i had in my mind about the car, I would definitely reccomend this dealership i had Mr Joseph as my salesman who had lot of knowledge about cars and told me all the pros and cons which really helped me to purchase a car from them, and he definitely knows what he is selling, Good job management for having guys like him working for them.

The sales person,Joel Grant, was extremely courteous,helpful and knowlegable about his product. After telling him the price we wanted to pay, he did everything possible to help us achieve the price point without the usual "back and forth" with the manager. He made the experience of buying a new car easy and i would not hesitate to recommend him along with the dealership to others.

I want to start by stating that I have been a customer of this dealer since 1999 (prior to their name change to Legend Nissan). I was recently contacted by them with a promotion to trade in my 2010 maxima for a new model. They indicated up to $10,000 in incentives plus $1000 loyalty cash so I figured what the heck. I called them and gave them my monthly payments, facts about my used 2010 Maxima with 12,000 miles on it and they (Christen, their Business development manager) indicated it would be no problem to put me in a new car for little additional money and that they really needed used cars. We discussed a 36 month loan of equal payments monthly to my current loan and no additional money out of pocket. I went in on Sunday, April 28, 2013 to get my new car. I met with a salesman named Howie, nice guy but it became clear that they could not come close to what Christen discussed with me. They did however offer me $4000 less than my car was worth according to the NADA, GAUS and KBB values ($17000 for a 2010 Maxima SV with 12,000 miles should have been ~$21,000). With that I left. Christen call me back on 4/30 (Last day of the month, big surprise) and asked me how it went and if she could do anything. I informed her that it was a complete waste of time and I was not interested. She stopped me and said she was sorry and because I did not see her, that was the issue. We discussed the deal I told existed, went over pricing several times so there was no misunderstanding and I agreed to stop in later that night. She called me back and told me that they have picked a car out that met my requirements (basically an SV that was not black like my 2010), cleared things with the GM and was ready to meet with me. I again went over the numbers and was told yup, come on in and you will be going home in your 2013 Maxima. I arrived at the dealer at 7:00 with title in hand, asked for Christen and met with come with me. Joel Grant was given my name and took me to his desk. His first question was what is it that you want?. I indicated I have already worked this deal out with Christen and was surprised he did not know why I was there as he had my name. I asked for Christen who joined us and assured me that everything OK and the numbers were reviewed by the sales manager. All good except that the 3 year loan was actually a 5 year loan followed by I must have misunderstood her. Folks, I am a working professional. I know the difference between a 3 and a 5 year loan. I clearly know what was discussed and what was offered. Christen left Joels desk and when I asked to speak with her, Joel got very short with me and asked why I would want to pick on the young girl and began escorting me towards the door. They did come up to $21,000 in their offer to buy my car but then pulled back all other incentives.Bottom line, I will never step foot in that dealer again. They are deceiving and will do whatever it takes to get you into the dealer with the hope you are stupid enough to buy the crap they are trying to sell you. They basically will tell you anything to get you in, even lie about fantastic offers that do not exist. They then proceed to insult your intelegence by stating that is not what we discussed. good luck dealing with these guys. Two new Maximas and countless recommendations to potential customers over 14 years. Stay away, it is not worth it. All they see coming in the door now is a wallet that they want to reach into. I fully understand the need to make money. What I do not see is the need to lie about it, mulitiple times.

We purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima this passed August. Daniel was our sales person. What impressed us the most was that he was not pushy. That turns us off immediately and we usually just walk out. We were undecided between purchasing the Altima and the Hyundai. We thought they were very similar but thanks to Daniel, we found out we were wrong. He gave us several pointers to compare the two cars with. One of them was to note how you had to be careful coming out of the rear passenger seats because you could easily hit your head. Being the people who drive the car, we would never have even considered that. Both of us sat in the back and we both hit our heads getting out the way any one would normally exit a car. You really had to bend your head. He also pointed out the differences in many of the features that you get in the Nissan that you do not get in the Hyundai.Daniel was extremely knowlegable and was able to answer our questions with ease. We went back to the dealership three or four times before making our decision and Dan was always courteous. When we decided to purchase the car it went off without a hitch. Daniel took care of getting the insurance changed, the ID cards faxed, and all paperwork prepared for DMV. We just had to walk in and sign a few papers and we were done. Because we were so happy with the ease of our purchase in August, we headed back there last Thursday and purchased our second Altima from Daniel. We were not able to pick it up until the following Tuesday and he held the car for us and had it ready right on time. All insurance cards, motor vehicle paperwork - done. We just had to sign on the dotted line. They make it so easy for you. Our last purchase several years ago took about 3hrs. just to do paperwork.We are hoping to bring our son to the dealership to purchase an Altima. From the beginning of the visit to the dealership through the delivery of my vehicle, the entire process was handled professionally and courteously. The entire staff that I came in contact with was freindly and I was made to feel that my satisfaction was their first priority. I am comfortable that I received a competitive price and I was fortunate that the car I wanted was available in the dealership lot.

I called Gina (internet sales) and inquired about 2 used cars they listed. She informed me they were both available. I drove 25 minutes there and was approached by a salesperson in the lot. When I told him the 2 cars I was interested in he told me they were sold days before. They then tried to get me to buy a new car. They wasted my time and gas. They still have not removed the cars from their inventory list.

Great buying experience! Showroom is beautiful, they had the Altima I wanted in their inventory so I was able to go home with my new car the same day. Salesman was very knowledgeable, and I didn't feel pressured. Instead I was offered a few options and decided to go with a lease. Will definitely recommend Legend Nissan to my family and friends.

Went into Legend Nissan to buy a new Pathfinder. We negotiated a sales price, but could not agree on a value for my trade in. So a few days later after playing the back and forth game, we agreed upon a price for my my trade-in. My financing was already approved, so all we had to do was set-up a time and date for delivery. So the following day I come in around 4:00 PM to take the delivery. It was 01/31/2013 and obviously it was the last day of the month and they were hot to get the delivery out of the way. So I come in on time and take a look at the Pathfinder in the natural daylight. Now I have to wait for the finance dude to take care of that part of the deal. I was sitting there for at least 45 minutes waiting to take care of the finance portion. I asked who I was waiting for, and I was told his name is "Hot Pockets". I asked again and was told his name is Steve Sutton, but his nickname is "Hot Pockets". So I eventually get into Steve's office. He introduces himself and starts fumbling through papers for a good 5 minutes. I see why they call him 'Hot Pockets" because he is morbidly obese. Anyway, first he tries to sell me extended warranty's, car washes and accessories. I passed and we moved on to the paperwork. He spend 10 good minutes trying to enter the numbers into the computer, but the computer wouldn't accept them the way he was entering them. Finally he asks someone from across the hall to come in and help him. I think it was the finance manager who came in and fixed the problem. Steve was not playing his A game today. He couldn't find this, he couldn't find that. I felt that I could have handled this process better than he did. Eventually I got the xxxx out of his office and made my way out to the new car. I just had to wait a few minutes for my sales person to put the license plates on. While I was getting ready to leave, I realized that I still owed them over $800 dollars that Steve Sutton never collected from me. So I go back in to settle up with them. They swiped my credit card at the front desk and took care of it pretty quickly. If I had to go back in to deal with Steve Sutton again I would have slit my wrists right in the middle of the showroom. So the sun is down and I finally get in the car and head home. It was a little after 6:00 PM and I really didn't expect to be there that long. So as I am driving home I am playing with the various features of the vehicle. I see that the tire pressure system is telling me that all the tires are at 45psi. So I wait until the following morning and check the tire pressure when all the tires are cold. All the tires were at 40psi when the are suppose to be at 35psi. All also noticed, especially in the rear that everything was all dusty. Who ever was in charge of the prep work really dropped the ball. The tire pressure was never checked and the inside wasn't wipped down. I called my salesperson, who apologized. What else would you expect him to say. Then he tells me that I have to come back in because some of the paperwork wasn't signed. I stated that I was there for 2 hours the other day. You had plenty of time to get me to sign whatever was needed. I am not driving 40 miles because Steve Sutton screwed up all the paperwork. So 2 days later my salesperson drove out to my house and had me sign the papers that require signatures. Overall, the price was good, but working with Legend was a little bit of a pain in the butt. Everything was a problem, especially Steve Sutton who obviously had no clue as to what his job was. My saleman, Willy Diaz was cool. I've bought numerous new cars in my lifetime, and by far Legend was the worst experience I have had so far.

I highly recommend this dealer..the salesman and the manager Sam made this sale so simple..the price I was quoted was the exact price I paid.no tricks and no scam. They are the most honest Nissan dealer around. I shopped at Massapequa Nissan and they are a bunch of scam artists.they tell you one price and its another one , when you sit to sign ....don't walk run to Nissan in syosset..if you want to be treated with respect and have all go smooth go to legend syosset .i couldn't say enough from sales to finance guy Steve on the smoothness do delivery.

It's a scam don't go near that place. Seen a car on internet for alow price. I call the dealership before i left and assured me the car was available, and so i took the 1 hour trip. Once we got there it had been sold. The car was still in the lot i seen it and told them, and they tried to sell me some other car i just walk out.

I was looking into a new vehicle to lease and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Diaz. From the moment he started assisting me he worked out every number and whatever else possible to get me the car wanted. I have dealt with salespersons in the past and usually it is the same deal its all about "how can we get you into a car today" or in other words "how much money can we take from you". Not Mr. Diaz. If this survey allowed you to rate the individual Salesperson he would get a 10. I ended up not being able to get the vehicle due to an issue with the title (not the dealerships issue) on the car I was trading in, but to write a positive review despite the end result I hope this only adds to his character. Well done!!

I spoke to Gina Rampello on Wed 10/03/12 and told her the car my daughter was looking for and I did not see it in their online inventory. She said they had one in stock and told her we will be there on Thursday 10/04/10 to look at it. I again spoke to her on Thursday at 3:30 pm, 1 1/2 hours before we got there and asked if the car was still available because I would be pissed off if I came there for nothing. She confirmed there was still one in stock. We arrive at the dealership and given the run around, no car in stock. My daughter bought a car there in 2008 and would have ordered the car from your dealership if people were straight up with us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I have called with a simple question if the car is available. I have explained that i live 2 hours away and i need to make sure that car was not sold ( asked for visual inspection and confirmation ) . 5 min later sales representative called back and confirmed that car is available. I drove for 2 hours thru the NYC just to find out car was gone. Guess what ! First question was : Maybe you like something else ? I can deduct $ 300 off list price. Are you kidding me ? ????!!!!!!! Guys please be aware that they simply lie just to bring you in. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!! UGHH .

I visited Legend after seeing a decently priced used vehicle on their website. I walk around the lot looking at all the used cars trying to spot the one I was interested in. A salesman is standing outside near the vehicles, I said "hello" and barely got a response. I found the Altima I was looking for and looked it over. I walked back to the salesman and asked about it he then hustled to grab a key (more specifically a fob). He started the car opened the doors trunk and hood. I went over the vehicle asked to test drive it, he asked for my license and went to make a photo copy. This was a man of little words until we started to talk about the price. He made sure I knew that I would HAVE to finance through them to get the "internet" price. I said I have a trade he started asking how much I owe on it. I said what does that matter as to how much your going to give me for the trade? I got the response "I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 31 YEARS AND THIS IS PART OF THE DEAL HOW MUCH DO YOU OWE." The mad turned rude and obnoxious regarding my trade telling me I am going to be paying the bottom for his car so he is only giving me the bottom for my trade. Conveniently he pulls out his pricing guide (which BTW is no the same as the info the suggest a buyer use on their website). Hes telling me there is no way I am anything but upside down and inside out on my current car (you know because he is omnipotent). LONG STORY SHORT: The salesmen was rude, obnoxious and treated a customer ready to make a deal like a wrapper on a candy bar... ready to "rip it off"

Stay away from this dealer. Bought a car and agreed for $21000. Signed contract, drove back home. Left newly bought car at the dealer to take care of minor things like breaks, etc. After 2 hours received a call from the dealer, saying the the car we agreed on, is the wrong car, and that they want 2000 extra if want still want to buy the car. I refused. Took them 1,5 months to return my initial deposit. Stay away from this dealer.

This was a waste of time visiting this dealership. My only positive was test-driving the car. The salesman really did not know what he was doing as he appeared to be new. When I finally was able to get pricing for him, they were ridiculous and clearly overpriced. He made absolutely zero effort to get a deal out of me so I simply walked out. I got a great deal elsewhere and could not be happier!

I can't complain about the service I got at Legend Nissan. Paul was helpful and low pressure in his sales approach. Their selection of used Nissans is worth checking out if you're in the marked for one. However, the price they offered me on my trade in was way below blue book value and a little insulting. After a superficial examination they claimed major mechanical problems with a car that had been regularly maintained and cared for by a dealership service department. I was very disappointed with the way this part of the transaction was handled. Beware of the specials you spot online from Legend; I came in to look at a 2008 Maxima priced too low to be true, and found out that it was.

Serious buyer looking for a new car,dealer promised to find specific color. After taking order and unable to find car dealer offered more expensive model at a much highter price. Salesman was very smooth and knew what to say, very practiced - overall experience was horrible. After all options dealer would still not give refund that day - finally asked for Sales manager and he wanted me to come back for a second time to get deposit returned.a little lolud noise and we finally got our deposit refunded with out return visit. I wound up buying the desired color car in Albany from a dealer that was pleasant honest with no lines - just straigt answers -and picked us up at amtrack station. The difference between dealerships was like night and day and so was the price - same car same model without all the added fees and handling charges and a lower price to begin with -

Larry helped me find a car I liked and set up a test drive the same day. He checked his inventory and told me he had a car for me and in a few days I drove off in my new car. He followed up with me a few days later and asked if there was anything I needed to go over with him and if I was happy with my new vehicle. I appreciated his concern and he told me I could contact him if I ever had any questions. Larry is a professional salesman.

I was impressed with the professionalism of Paul Leonard and happy that I did not feel pressured into buying something I did not want, he under-promised and over-delivered it was an excellent transaction and the first place I'd refer a friend. As good as Paul was, I was further impressed by the manner and professionalism of Allen Stern who was able to explain each feature of the lease and available options clearly and efficiently, again without unnecessary pressure. He is a true professional, funny and charismatic and also deserves recognition.

Yes, I would recommend this dealership and have to family and numerous friends. The reason is because of the professionalism, honesty and lets face it competitive pricing. This is my third Nissan Altima and everytime I shopped, I considered 3 other dealerships Advantage, Westbury and Massapequa only to find the best price and friendliness at Legend Nissan. Steller service is most important. I will not shop anywhere else.

I was not notified of the price of repairs until the repairs were complete. I felt, as a woman, that I was taken for granted. When I asked for a explanation of my bill, I was told that I was "lucky", the repairs could have been more costly. Sadly, distrust is the word I would use to describe my expereience. One phone call would have made a difference. JUST ONE. You should make it your policy to inform and educate your customers. Thank you.UPDATE: PAID FOR REPAIR AND LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER CAR IS BEING RETURNED FOR EXACT SAME REPAIR. HOPE THEY DON'T CHARGE ANOTHER FEE FOR NOT RECTIFYING THE PROBLEM ON MY FIRST VISIT. These guys are typical scumbag car dealers. Spent an hour negotiating a new lease. Signed papers and left a deposit. I agreed to a zero down, nothing out of pocket except DMV lease. Was told to come back the next day to pick up the car.When I sat down with the finance mgr the next day he handed me a lease document with $3000 out of pocket. I said this is not the agreement and he went to the sales manager (who I dealt with the previous day). Sales manager approved the earlier agreement and waived the tax. Then they tried to charge me a $600 bank fee. I told them to get the salesman who offered me the original deal so I could hear him deny it as well and they wouldn't let him talk. They figure that since a customer already spent so much time and effort they'll just give in a pay the additional fee to get hte car. I wasn't in a hurry to get a new car so I walked out. They were rude as hell and not apologetic about lying and wasting my time.

Made one consumer affairs complaint and a small claims case when dealership was Oyster Bay Nissan for the dealer selling van I had on deposit and then backing out when he found a better buyer. They told me car was damaged. Freedom of info to Albany found that van sold the next day. Won $1000 in small claims court. As Legend Nissan they give me a price in e mail. I come down to the dealer and the price changes. Because I had it in e mail they had to give it to me for lease price after I made consumer affairs complaint. Recently I called called about my Nissan extended warranty. The service dept told me to come down to service and they'll check car out prior to expiration of warranty no charge. I got down there and they wanted $108 if they did not find anything wrong. Svce manager was nasty and threatening. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. Check out consumer affair web site. I am the only complaint here but there are plenty over the last few years with Nassau County Consumer Affairs.

After having been to two other Nissan dealerships, and being disappointed with them and their lack of customer service; I decided to visit Legend. Everyone always starts nice and polite, and after a few minutes usually their true character comes out. This was not the case with Tim or Glenn(GM). Both were polite, and very professional from start to finish. They respected me and my time. No hassle, very straight forward transaction, and no pressure to up-sell. Gave me the best deal I could ever imagine. When the finance manager was busy with another customer, and Glenn noticed we were waiting; he took our paperwork and did everything in matter of few minutes. Not only extremely knowledgable about what he does, but efficient and professional. Not once did he try to push extras. He did ask me about them but when saw no interest left the matter be. Glenn and Tim made the process so simple and pleasant I would not dream of going anywhere else but to Legend Nissan. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. (Their coffee machine? No.)

Before going to Legend, I had been to Chevrolet (nice but no cars in my budget that I liked) and Advantage Hyundai (which I detested- a waste of my time.) I arrived at Legend somewhat tired and guarded and spoke very matter factly with salesman, Dave Bonilla, about where I had been and what I was looking for in terms of a used car. He was very attentive and respectful with no games-- a professional. He works quickly, really listens to what you say you want and adjusts/modifies what he can offer as you change your mind or think out loud about what you can afford. I went in looking for a used car and I walked out w/a great lease for a 2011 Nissan Sentra SR that was in my budget but far exceeded what I had hoped to get. Financing guy, Will was key in getting my lease just right. He is very kind, accommodating and intent on keeping happy customers. Very easy, pleasant experience with Legend Nissan overall.After a horrible experience at Hyundai, Legend Nissan really took care of me and got me a great deal in a short amount of time. I hishly recommend them!

Glen the GM and Will the finance manager was very helpful and made me comfortable in my lease. I would definitely recommend Legend Nissan to anybody who is looking for a new or used car.

My experience with everyone involved in this transaction was excellent. Being a recent college graduate this was my first experience leasing a car. I commend the staff and management at Legend Nissan who were all very professional, patient, and helpful; and made me feel very comfortable during the entire transaction. Elham is a very good salesperson. His deal was very good and he was very professional. One thing I did like was the overall process time from choosing a car to taking home the car. I am still surprised it was done within 2 hours. I already told my neighbors and friends where I got my 2010 Nissan Altima. Hopefully they will be doing business there as well.

Glenn & Elhim were very professional, knowledgable and helpful. Having had a very agravating recent dealer experience, it was a real pleasure to work with Glenn & Elhim. In just over 1 hour, I was able to look at several cars, test drive the one I selected and agree on a price using the Costco buying program. I will highly recommend Legend Nissan and more specifically Glenn & Elhim.It has only been 4 days since picking up my new Altima, but my 44 mile commute (Ea way) is much more tolerable.The selection of new cars was quite large. Legend had the exact model with specific options and color I wanted.

Legend Nissan is by far one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealer in a long time. I was helped by Elham Hamin who helped make the process as easy as possible. The deal he gave me was the best out of about four dealerships I've been to. They had every color I wanted... and I even got free maintenance for three years. I am very happy with my purchase at Legend Nissan.

I had a very positive experience at this dealership. Elham Hamin is great to work with...he's pleasant and professional and very helpful. He worked with me in finding the car I wanted in my price range. He wasn't pushy at all!! At the end of the transaction, I was very satisfied. I would recommend this dealership and would definitely use them again when the lease is due.

The transaction of purchasing my vehicle from beginning to end was exceptional. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and they gave me VIP service. I couldn't be more pleased. I have bought many other cars in the past and this is by far one of the best experiences I have had.

My experience with Legend Nissan in Syosset was very pleasant and enjoyable. Carlton McCray answered all of my questions, and provided me with the highest quality of customer service that I have ever experienced in any sales atmosphere. Carlton knew exactly what I was looking for, and made my auto purchasing experience very easy and effortless. One of the best qualities of the customer service experience that I recived at legend Nissan was follow up. There was no need for me to call back the dealership, instead I was contacted and treated very well by all of the staff. When I walked into Legend Nissan I knew that I was in good hands, and am very glad that I chose Legend Nissan. I also wanted to note that my experience with Ian Hylton was very positive, and Ian was very helpful in assisting me with my finance needs. Ian was very informative and made my experience a very positive one. although dave was relatively new he went uot of his way to make buying experiece a good one !!! its clear glenn being the new appointed general sales manager legend in on its way to be a great store!!!! i also service my cars at legend!! since my purchase i have recommended my sister, daughter and friends and all have purchased cars!! sentra altima rogue and pathfinder!!

Joe Garone handled the transaction. I phoned prior to coming into the showroom. He was professional but friendly without getting too familiar at the outset. When I came to the showroom Joe was inviting and couteous. He sat with us and made us feel he was very interested in making us feel that our satisfaction was his only goal, not just making a sale. He's very personable and thorough, explaining any details pertaining to questions asked. I felt I was buying a car fron a friend not a salesperson.

I had purchased a Frontier truck from Larry Velasquez previously, so I was already aware of how hard he works to satisfy his customers. However, I was especially pleased to learn that Larry continues to care about his customers even after the deal is closed. When I bought the Altima, I knew we were getting a used car, and that I had to take the car "as is". However, when we learned of some problems with the car after driving it for a while, Larry did not hold to the letter of our contrat, but instead he went to bat for us so we could have the problems fixed quickly and to our satisfaction. The service department was just as helpful; not only did they get the problems fixed but they also made it convenient for us to pick up the car even though the service department was closing before we had the chance to get there. I am very pleased with your operation and I look forward to doing businesss in the future as each of my other kids grows to driving age...

I had researched two different vehicles, (Honda and Nissan) prior to purchasing my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder at Legend Nissan. Both vehicles were researched thoroughly, or as thoroughly as possible, with regard to an "out the door" price at several dealerships. Unfortunately many dealers tack on "extras" to increase the price. Beware, prices at the same dealership can even vary significantly depending on the salesperson. It is important to do your homework with regard to pricing, trade in values and your own credit score. Legend Nissan, and specifically Glenn Christian, was forthright, knowledgeable, presented himself in a professional manner and was truly a "breath of fresh air", as compared to the other salespeople with whom I dealt. The dealership also gave me the price I was looking for on my trade in. Several dealers use a specific book for trade in prices and then offer $1,000. BELOW the book value. Legend evaluated my vehicle and gave me the book value, which was average in several other car value books. Frustration with various dealers, served to make the entire process of purchasing a new car a nightmare. Legend Nissan was the absolute last appointment in an attempt to purchase a new car. All of the people, from the receptionist to the manager were helpful and pleasant. Glenn, my salesman was simply super. After test driving the Pathfinder, I signed the papers to purchase. I went to 4 other Nissan Dealers before feeling comfortable that I wasn't getting ripped off. Others dealers got me in with very unrealistic price quotes, and then their prices went up dramatically once I was sitting in front of them. A few were even nasty at the fact I couldn't afford those hefty monthly payments, I was pissed because I was lied to. I finally went to Legend Nissan expecting the worst and I was happy that my salesman wasn't sleazy and he explained things nice enough that a new Altima was a bit out of my price range, he showed me a deal on a certified pre owned 08 Altima 3.5 SE with a great warranty & saved me THOUSANDS under new & the car is mint! I'm very happy with Legend and the car is just so much fun to drive! I was very surprised how well it drives in all the snow we have been getting this year. Nissan is an awesome make and Legend Nissan did right by me.

I am not only extrreeeemly pleased with my 09 Altima 3.5SE but also the final price, Glenns honest straight forward approach, patients and knowledge of the product as well as making me comfortable with the entire sales process. I just bought a 2007 Nissan Sentra 2.0 - the base version, that had 13,800 miles on it. It was listed at $13,488 on the cars.com website.When I got to the dealership my father and I were greeted by another guy at the new car lot. I went in with a printout from cars.com about a 2007 Nissan Altima for $14,000, but they didn't have it in stock anymore. Then he showed me a comperable one, but the battery was dead becasue they left the lights on overnight.I didn't really want the Altima that much anyway, but I figured at that price I couldn't help but check it out.Then we went over to the used lot and the sales manager there, Paul, came over right away to help us. He was very friendly and nice to deal with. Unfortunately, he couldn't find the keys to the car. We had to leave the dealship for about an hour or so before he found them, but we were persistent about wanting that particular car, so we were willing to come back.After an hour we came back, he finally found the keys. The car was parked in the back of the lot, so he had to move a couple of cars out of the way, which wouldn't have been a big deal, except it was freakin' freezing that day, which isn't his fault.Drove the car. Liked it. Went inside to negotiate. Showed him the cars.com printout and basically that was it. There wasn't much negotiating (and when I say much, I mean none at all) because he said the $13,488 price was already about $700 under what they paid to get the car themselves. Whether that's true or not, I didn't consider it a big deal, I thought the price was pretty good for a one-year old car with less than 14,000 miles on it.Finalized the paperwork in about two hours and was out the door.Paul was great to deal with. The only thing I didn't like was when we were going over the insurance he said he "knows a guy" who can get me insurance and would find the best rate for me. Well, he found some company - Adirondak - that I never heard of. I just agreed to it to get off the lot, basically. Paul said they were the lowest. I said "lower than Geico?" and he said yes. So when I got home I went to Geico and requested a quote and it turns out Geico was like $400 cheaper. So, whatever. Not a big deal. I'm not going to blame Paul for that, I'm sure he'd get some kick out of the deal. He's just doing what he needs to do. Just a heads up to others who might be taking insurance upon recommendations from auto dealers.Overall it was a really nice experience at Legend Nissan. I'd recommend them. But definately go in with a printed-out price quote from an online site. If I didn't have that, I'd have probably paid $2,000 more. During the one-hour break I went to the Toyota dealership next door and they were charging insane amounts for 2006 Corolla's that were way above what the prices were online. Didn't like their cars or their dealership. I'd definately recommend this place.
