Bob Salinas was absolutely amazing with helping me get my new 2021 Bronco Sport! He went above and beyond to help me and didn’t give up on me and what I wanted. I definitely trust him and the company and they do not pressure you at all. They also make you feel comfortable and like family. I would recommend them 100% and I thank them for everything they have done! I am truly happy with my new Bronco!

Had a great experience with salesman Mike. He was pleasant to work with and worked out a good deal for me. He was courteous to give us a quick orientation of the vehicle as we were ready to drive out, something I did not notice at the other vendor when I made the last Ford purchase. I must also mention that throughout our transaction, Mike was very polite. It's been a few days since I bought from them and Mike has been very responsive to my questions / concerns. This is a perfect example of great customer experience! Employees like these definitely bring about a great vibe and add to the buyer's experience. Keep it up Mike!

This was by far the BEST experience I've ever had in purchasing a car! Leif Johnson Ford has an incredible process, customized client service, and the details make the difference. Monica Kinas guided me in selecting a car that was a perfect fit for me and hit all my criteria. And she did it with style - I had fun! Plus Brian Graham then went above and beyond to make it work for me financially, and educated me at every step along the way. It was an empowering experience, I feel solid about my decision, and the support from the entire dealership is the biggest blessing. I won't go anywhere else again - this dealership is head and shoulders above the rest!

In my opinion, this is the best Ford dealership in the Austin area. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The salesman I worked with, Sean, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very quick to help and answer any questions. At no point in time did we feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. He made me feel comfortable buying my new F-150. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle!

We have had great experiences at Leif Johnson Ford. From our first purchase to our recent trade in and all the service in between we have been well taken care of. Our car needed a lot of repair for awhile and each time it was super easy on us. Rod helped us most recently when we bought a new car, and he was awesome! Really helpful, walked us through all our options, and let us take our time. Definitely ask for Rod. Highly recommend!
