I arrived at Acura yesterday expecting to receive the pressure filled sales tactics that most have experienced when buying a car. However, I was presently surprised by the professional and stress free experience I received when working with Mr. Close. I was able to explain what specific details I was looking for in my next vechile and weigh out any obstacles that may occur in this process. Eddie helped me feel like I was working with a friend instead of a typical pushy salesman. I am currently still in the process of buying, but I refuse to work with anyone else.

Justin and the service team at Leith Acura did another great job on my 2011 MDX this past weekend. I always bring it in for needed services and they never disappoint! Besides doing great work, the team is super friendly and professional-always going the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy ave their car is ready for the road. Plus, the waiting room has great amenities (snacks, soda, water and some kind of high tech coffee machine that-just like Kramer ordered-even makes lattes and cappuccinos). The cherry on top? They wash and vacuum the car when they're all done! I actually try to time my visits for maximum car dirtiness during the winter months!

I have never bought a car before and I was pre-warned about the whole experience by friends and family. Everyone seemed to think that I was going to be taken advantage of and misled because of the bad reputation car salesman have but boy was I WRONG. Eddie Close greeted me at the door with a warm smile and immediately assed my needs. I told him what I wanted and instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want he actually listened and worked hard to find it for me. He drove all the way to Wendell to get a used car and although that car wasn't THE ONE he still followed up and gave me numerous options to meet my needs. Although I didn't buy a car from Eddie (Bought from CarVana) I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and genuine care he showed me along the way. I will recommend Eddie and Leith Acura to family, friends and will defiantly call him when I eventually purchase another car.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at this dealership. Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted and assisted by Kai Hardaway. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The finance team was quickly able to find me a better deal than the financing I already had in place (huge!), and they worked expediently to get my paperwork processed so I could be on my way. The sales manager, Izzy, even came over, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I walked away feeling great about the entire transaction, and that has not always been the case.

I had been looking for a Cadillac SRX, and this was the second dealership for my husband and I to visit. The first one was a horrible experience for me but when we arrived at Leith Acura things were so completely different. We were greeted by Kevin Pile in just a few minutes, told him what we wanted to test drive and we were off. When we returned I was afraid of the big purchase and instead of feeling pressured by a pushy sales person, instead I was given time, space and understanding from Mr. Pile. We even left the dealership and returned an hour before closing and even then we were greeted with welcoming smiles from everyone there. Kevin and Cedric remained with us way past closing and even got me a better interest rate than my bank was offering! I left with the vehicle of my hearts desires and was amazed by how easy and enjoyable the whole process was! Kevin and Cedric THANK YOU so very much!

I worked with Michael today and he fit me in for a B1 service. He quickly took my car back without a wait. I sat back, had some coffee, and my TSX was fixed up in a jiffee. Its time to replace our 12 year old Volvo V70 with a vehicle having AWD capabilities. My wife and I drove the XC60 and XC70 and were underwelmed by their performance and overwelmed by their price. We decided to branch out to other popular AWD around $35000 and we narrowed the search to Lexus, Acura and Subaru. We were considering the purchase of a larger SUV type vehicle for the first time, after years of sedans. After much research I focused my search on Acura and the MDX. While taking an ill friend's Honda to his dealer in Cary for service, I used that time to look at the MDX at Leith. My usual response is one of hesitation and uncomfortableness when entering a auto showroom, knowing I may to deal with the pressure and double talk from a salesperson. Then I was greeted by Eddie and quickly discovered I did not need to be, he was extremely professional, knew his products and put me at ease. There was very any pressure and spent all the time I needed to answer my questions. We (my wife and I) returned the next day to test drive the vehicle, which was very impressive but we were more impressed with Eddie, a true gentleman and very knowledgeable. He followed up with me answered my additional questions and ran the interference I was receiving after making an inquiry at Costco so that minimized my calls. He stayed in touch but did not bother me and I appreciated that. Unfortunately for Eddie we have decided to stay with a sedan and have purchased a Camry.

This is easily the best car-buying experience I've had to date. I was in the market for a midsize sedan and trying to be diligent w/r/t what I'm willing to pay for the value. Accordingly, I visited a few dealerships (to have a look at a few different makes/models) this week. I was "close" to purchasing a new Ford Fusion, but wanted to check out the Acura TLX before making a choice I'd need to live with for a while... I walked onto the Leith Acura lot, met Corey King and, within 15 minutes, I knew I'd found the right dealership and brand. The only questions in my mind were "Which car do I want most" and "How long will this take". Corey listened as I explained my situation, experience with car ownership, and the comparisons I was making during the decision-making process. He quickly helped me narrow down the applicable options and, most importantly, was very clear and transparent about the tradeoffs that come with the options in models and packages. It helps that Acura simplifies things a great deal by having "base" packages that are actually full-featured, and "optional extras" are truly that. A pleasant consequence of this is that the price ranges that you see/hear are genuinely what you're looking at paying for the driving experience that you expect from the car. Corey's approach -- a combination of forthrightness, courtesy and deep knowledge of the product -- make the experience the most enjoyable I've had. I've felt WAY less comfortable spending WAY less money (LOL).When it came time to close the deal, the team at Leith made everything simple and, again, transparent. I didn't leave with any questions about next steps (e.g. vehicle registration and property tax, obtaining tags, etc). Maybe most importantly, I LOVE THIS CAR!!! (2017 Acura TLX 2.4L). My last car was an Audi A6. Great car; I loved it... but it was way too much for what I need (and I subsequently paid way more than I should be paying for my car)... This TLX is the perfect fit. I'm excited when I look at it, it drives beautifully, it's responsive and "punchy" when I need it to be, comes with all the electronics/toys... Best decision I've made w/r/t buying a car.

The people in the service department are professional and, without exception, do a great job the first time. The waiting room area is comfortable, has WiFi and they provide snacks/drinks. This visit was for an inspection, and they quickly completed it and reviewed items that I should key an eye on (e.g. tire wear).

I was shopping for small-midsize SUVs and came into Leith Acura randomly one evening. The dealership was nearing close but Eddie spent as much time with us and we test drove several pre-owned and new RDXs. I told him my goals and what I needed my payments to look like and he sat down with us and made that happen. I went in the next day and signed papers and picked up my car! The whole time he was super helpful and informative, honest and not pushy, and very personable. Luigi in the finance department was also great. The whole experience was wonderful and I will be a continued customer and recommend others do the same!

The dealership called to let me know that they had the parts to address the airbag recall for my Acura ILX, and asked if I'd like to schedule an appointment. I did and when I got there they greeted me, shook my hand and took me inside. My service advisor (I get the same guy every time) is always very accommodating and professional. He let me know what was involved and how long it would take. I also had my vehicle inspected as well. I was in and out of there in an hour. I enjoy doing business with Leith Acura.

Leith Acura has provided the best service to my Acura TL than any car dealership that I have dealt with in the Tranagle area period. I have purchased the last two Acuras from Leith and Steve Riley and the service department has done an excellent job of servicing both cars each time I take the car in for service. They make sure all of the service work or repairs are done correctly. Unlike other dealers I have dealt with in the Tranagle I have never had to take my vehicle back to have a service or repair done that should have done the first time I visited the service department with the vehicle for service.David Suits

He rearranged his schedule to allow us to take possession earlier than we had scheduled. Before we drove off he said he would follow up to be sure everything went well. Justin is the best at customer relations. Friendly. Generous. Technically clear. He offered a loaner on a a day when I really needed one! He called to tell me about my streaky windshield wipers and we got those taken care of too. (I never think of them until it's raining). When I checked out, he reviewed the work they completed, all was just as we had agreed. Then he explained upcoming service that he would recommend, on a future visit. I really appreciated the heads up so I can plan my budget accordingly. His communication was so nice that my husband, who was with me, remarked afterwards about how clear and friendly Justin had been. I have been a service customer with Leith Acura since 2011 Their service department makes it a pleasure to own an older car (2008 Acura TSX).

Brought my car in for possible oil leak. I was seen right away with minimal waiting. Michael had the service dept check the whole car and assured me there was not an issue. They topped off fluids for me as well. It was a quick process and I'm glad they confirmed there was no issue. Michael was very professional, helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Checked tires and found a screw in the right rear tire. Drove to Leith Acura (where we purchased the car) and found out the tire could not be repaired due to the screw being in the side of the tire. Justin Hager could not have been more helpful. Even though they were booked for hours, he managed to move a couple of things around and had us out of there in less then an hour. We purchased the car there because of their sales and service reputation provided by friends and relatives that have worked with Leith Acura. I would recommend the dealership highly and especially Justin for his honest and professional attitude towards us and our problem.

Service was very friendly and wait time was average. Oil change was kind of pricey at $54 (without tax)(last time it was $45) and $20 to put on an air filter, that's way over the top for the effort.They perform a 28 point check. It was 1100 miles and two months since the last 28 point inspection. Two items of interest: 1) Air Filter went from Green to Red. I don't drive on any dirt roads. 2) Brake pad linings went from 6mm to 7 mm. Pretty impressive that they gained thickness.

I have purchased 5 Acuras from Kai Hardaway, III I met Kai in 2007 when I purchased my first TSX, he was so polite and easy going. He let me drive all three white TSX they had on the lot, so I could get the best one. LOL It was the start of a great relationship and I recently purchased the fifth Acura, a 2016 TLX , he made the transaction very smooth. I must also add the service dept is great. Justin is always so friendly and works me right in for service. Adrian Johnson, the Asst Service Manager, is always so helpful. Any issues I have had with my cars, he takes the time to ride with me and listens to my concerns. He always makes sure I am happy when I pick up my car. He is a true asset to the service dept.

I have now bought 2 cars from Leigh Acura. My latest purchase was with Kai Hardaway III. Recently I decided to was time to replace my car that I had purchased from Leigh 7 years ago. I told him I wanted an inexpensive sedan car. That day he should me the perfect car. Long story short I am now driving a 2013 Toyota Avalon that has less than 27,000 miles on it. I took my 2012 Acura TSX in on October 27th for an overall service and check. The service rep told me I still had 50% oil life left but I decided to have it changed since I will be doing a few extended trips soon. They took out filters and showed them to me advising me that a change could wait but I decided since they were four years old to change them. Keeping the car in a garage helps with keeping the filters clean. Tires were rotated as well. They noticed a very tiny axle seal leak and told me it could wait but they had the part in stock and it would be covered by the coverage on the car. With only 23, 500 miles the car runs and still looks as it did when I selected it on the show room floor. This dealership utilizes no high pressure. I was even told by Tom King, my sales person that he would rather I return home in the 2000 Acura RL I owned than purchase a car I would later regret buying. I can't say enough as to how impressed I am with everyone I have interacted with at this dealership over the past four years. Since I only put 4,500 - 5,000 miles per year on my car it should be with me for a very long time. I would only consider trading it in for an Acura RDX.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and mentioned an intermittent issue I was having with the sunroof along with the brakes. I was greeted by Justin and the drop off went very quick and smooth. Justin called me in a couple hours with the verdict on the sunroof needing some parts that would not be arriving until the next day. He gave me the option of picking up my car and bringing it back once the parts arrived or driving a loaner for the night. I opted for the loaner and the next day my car was ready. Not to mention it was washed upon pick up. Pick up was smooth and quick and I will be returning for any and all future service my Acura may need. The service department gets a "10" from me!

Eddie Close is not your typical sales person, thank goodness. He did a great job at getting me as much information as I needed about the MDX that I was interested in. He listened. He was attentive. Leith Acura Service claims that all RLX cars have a whining sound from the A/C and we should live with it!We bought a fully loaded RLX to get the best luxury Acura has to offer. It has always had an annoying whine from the A/C. It gets louder the harder you work the A/C and goes away when you turn it off. On the first service visit they wouldn't touch it because the sound was not consistent enough. The second time in, over a five day span, they acknowledged it and recorded it. Based on factory recommendation, they purged and dried the A/C coolant lines and gave it back. The whine was back in three days, so back to the shop it went. This time they had the Regional Parts and Service Manager ride in it. His answer was that all RLX cars whine and they shouldn't even attempt repairing it. They took out two other RLX cars from the dealer and claimed both also whined. I don't think Honda/Acura would just shrug its corporate shoulders and say "Yes, our $63,000 highest end luxury cars whine so just live with it." This is our first, and now our last Acura.

Referred to Leith Acura by a friend who has purchased from them in the past. Kerry Leeburn showed me around and spent a good amount of time with me explaining all of my options. Settled on a Blue 2017 ILX with Premium & ASPEC package. Only problem was that Leith didn't have one, but I was ensured that if they found a match in any inventory around, they would get it for me. Not only were there none in the area, there seemed to be none anywhere! I left disappointed but grateful for the effort Kerry and GM Sean Beach put in to try and locate my dream car.Not 3 days later, I got a call from Kerry. Somehow Sean and Kerry had found my dream car, which was unlisted, at a dealership in Maryland. I was slightly worried about the price of shipping the car from Maryland as I am a recent college graduate on a budget. I mentioned this in passing to Kerry and somehow he was able to work a deal that made the shipping cost disappear from my bottom line. Within 7 days of my first contact with Leith Acura, I was behind the wheel of my dream car that, at first glance, didn't seem to exist on the east coast. Please excuse the length of this review. I am not one to usually write reviews, but given the effort and attention to detail put forth by Sean and Kerry, I felt compelled to encourage anyone looking to buy a new car to consider my experience.

I was recommended to here by a friend who purchased a silver TLX, and truly he's right! This doesn't look like a fancy store, it's kind of small when I went there - but they have a lot stock! That means I can easily pick up the color as I like - I got the dark blue TLX 2016, beautiful!The sale man (Chris Carnahan) is a very nice guy, who helped me a lot - he doesn't push, no complex negotiation, he tried to do his best to offer help - I really appreciate! He also carefully walked through the checking process, step by step educate me how to operate the trip computer, nice!By the way, I just got the car, so I would leave the "quality of repairs" blank. I purchased a new 2012 Acura TSX from this dealership in 2012. I drove from Greenville, NC to meet with Tom KIng and spent the day driving the TL and the TSX. Since I was trading in a like new 2000 RL I wanted to make certain I was selecting the car that most meet my current needs. Tom King worked me as I test drove the two models several times. I finally decided on the TSX fully loaded and after four years with only 22,000 miles i know I made the correct choice. I received a reasonable trade in value for my 2000 RL and the new car price was very good. The dealership even gave a voucher so my sister and I could go out for lunch to talk over my choice. The car I selected was on the showroom floor and even though I usually like a white car with saddle interior I selected the TSX in silver moon with matching interior seating since this looked best with the black dash and carpet. I continue to travel to Carey for the service I need since I have found the Acura service department to be one of the best I have every dealt with. Tom King, the salesman I dealt with even told me he would rather I drive home in my spotless RL than purchase a new car I would not be happy with. I will return to this dealership for my next purchase. After four Accords and two Acuras I am certainly a loyal of Honda/Acura products. When my 2001 Honda Accord coupe was rear ended and totaled in Raleigh on Capital Blvd. I got out to see the rear bumper pushed up to the rear wheels and the full gas tank in an upright position. The doors were in perfect working condition. Now this tells me that Hondas and Acuras are well built cars. Even my lawn mower is a Honda.

I just purchased my 2nd Acura from Leith, a 2017 Acura MDX. I was trying to decide between it and Volvo XC90. A big factor was how easy it was to work with Kai Hardaway in the information gathering, test drive, and buying process. I first met with Kai about 6 weeks before I bought to get some information and was honest that I would need to come back later with my wife to have her try it. I got the gold star treatment and a great test drive. Kai checked in once about a week later to let me know they had the color I wanted. His follow up was just enough to let me know the service was excellent, but didn't hound me.We finally got back with my wife to test drive and Kai was great. He was the right mix of informative, interested, and salesman without being pushy. The negotiation process was fair, friendly, and quick. We worked out the financing and left with the car that day. This is the second car I have bought from Leith Acura and will likely not be my last.

How's this for professionalism, not to mention just plain human kindness: I was out in the pouring rain waiting for AAA, because my 2 year old car wouldn't start for the second time in 24 hours. I called the Leith Acura dealership in Cary to see if I could have my car towed there. The wonderful Tom King(who is a salesman, not a service tech) not only told me that I could bring my car there, notwithstanding that the service department was already closed, he also got me a loaner car.. Usually I am not a big fan of the "Car buying process" for multiple reason......Usually there is too much pressure, or people try to put me in cars that I never wanted, or just down to the simple fact that a lot of sales people don't listen. NOT THE CASE HERE!!! Eddie Close, our sales rep, was fantastic in every way. BY FAR, the most professional, persistent, and accommodating salesperson I have ever worked with. Don't get me wrong, Leith Acura was great, but Eddie made all the difference in our purchase of the MDX (which we love by the way). Needless to say, if I ever buy a car from Leith again, it will be through Eddie and the Staff at Leith Acura. This was our 5th purchase from Leith. This one was complicated. We were buying our 3rd Acura MDX, a new 2017. At the same time we were buying out the lease of our 2014 MDX and having it titled to our daughter who had bought our 2011 MDX and was trading it in. A trade in of a 2011, a lease buyout and titling of a 2014 and an outright buy of a new 2017. Never thought I'd say car buying was a pleasant experience. Usually it is a necessary torture and for no good reason. We looked at several different cars, but Tom King was far and away the most knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. He even helped with questions about selling my 2007 RDX to a family member. Recently, I visited Leith Acura to peruse their used car inventory. While riding through the lot, we noticed a very clean, low mileage, 2006 Toyota Avalon. Sales representative Kai Hardaway assisted us with keys to the vehicle and some information on the price. He stated that all of their used inventory are trade-ins and are usually in excellent condition. As we continued to look, we also spotted a 2010 Honda Pilot that had recently been traded in. We sat inside and immediately were interested in driving the vehicle. After test drives, we began the process of purchasing both the Avalon and Pilot.Kai walked us through the process, which included an intent to purchase order, that we took to our bank to secure the funds. Due to the age of the Avalon, our bank would not provide financing. However; we were able to purchase the Honda Pilot. The process was quick and easy with no stress or sales pressure. I researched several Pilots online that were comparable and was able to negoiate a fair price.On the day we picked up the Pilot, I noticed they had a 2007 G35 on the lot. I asked Kai about the vehicle and he stated it was a recent addition to their inventory. After test driving the vehicle, I immediately began to research this brand and found that it rated very comparably to other luxury cars. Again, Kai assisted me with an Intent to Purchase form that I took to my bank. The price we agreed upon was well below what my bank was willing to lend for this vehicle.From a casual drive through the Leith Acura lot, my family purchased two very good vehicles, and secured a personal friendship for life! Since purchasing the vehicles, Kai has mailed us handwritten cards thanking us for our business. We appreciate the customer care and service extended to us by Kai Hardaway and the Leith Acura family.My youngest daughter will need a car in 2018, and guess who I am calling first? When it came time to trade in (3 years is about all we ever last with a car) it was a no brainer WHERE we would go and WHO we would work with. 3 years ago we bought our first car with Leith Acura and Kai Hardaway as our salesperson. We were so happy with that experience - we came back and got another ACURA and asked for Kai to be our salesperson. Kai is very thorough and patiently answers all of our questions and concerns. The Leith dealerships are relaxed and no one pressures you. Everyone is helpful and there is NONE of the stressful pressure atmosphere I've experienced in other dealerships. Recently met Bill Moore at Leith Acura of Cary, I typically hate going through the whole car buying experience, but Bill was immediately like a new friend! He wasn't pushy or presumptive. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and what I wanted in the deal and did everything he could to come through with a trade I could accept. After the sale, Bill sat in my RDX with me and taught about all the neat features the vehicle had and how to use them. He has followed up a couple times to see if I had questions or issues. I need a car that can withstand the miles, that I place on it year after year , and that has a 5 star safety rating. I was interested in the Acura RDX . I visited Leith Acura after contacting them via email . I inquired about a 2016 demo. They responded very promptly and I made an appointment with Mike Mitchell to look at an RDX . I went in and met with him , and he took me on a test drive . I was very pleased with the way it drove , and the incredible technology that they have made available to there customers. If I had driven it without the full overview, it would have been overwhelming ! I went in to the dealership at 10 : 30 , we had come to a sales price agreement by 11: 15 and by 12: 15 , I was finished and in my new car. Just picked up a new TLX SH AWD from Leith Acura which is my 3rd car purchase there in the past couple years. Tom King took care of us and is really the best Sales Rep I've dealt with in 25 years of buying cars... and lots of them. Tom knows his product inside and out and is very professional. At no point of the process does Tom follow the stereotypical car selling script (ie. "When will you be making a decision? What payment are you comfortable with? My Manager really wants to move some cars today... etc etc) but instead he listens well and treats the process like a proper business transaction... yet we had some laughs along the way. Anybody can see what things sell for on-line and without hardly any back and forth, Tom and his Management team provided fair competitive pricing up front and then didn't nickle and dime me to death. Great buying experience and Tom and the dealership have shown a great interest in my satisfaction after the sale as well. Will me back to Leith Acura for my future vehicle needs. Great job!

Nice experience buying a MDX through Kevin Pile. He assisted us on test-drive the MDX when we shopped around for 3-row SUVs, very nice and professional. Weeks later after we decided to buy the MDX, we negotiated OTD price with Kevin over email and it was pretty smooth, bought the car the same day. Kevin was very helpful during the process and highly recommend to talking to Kevin directly instead of internet quoting!

This dealer has provided, hands down, the best cat buying experience I have ever had...now I just call Izzy on the phone, sign my paperwork, take care of the payments, and drive! Tom is so knowledgeable about the vehicle's bells and whistles...I never felt rushed or felt stuck there. The typical stalking car salesman 8n the parking lot and the games played inside by managers and sales people..does not exist there.... I recommend them without reservation!

I almost decided on a Lexis but Kai was very "attentive" to my needs of a car and offered 2 types of cars to test drive. The last six years I purchased three Acuras from leith Acura Bill Moore. He does an excellent job and he never pressures me to purchase. The last Acura I bought I left my pepper spray in the console. I called and asked if he could hold it for me and I'll come get it. Of course I forgot to pick it up after awhile but I had to take my car for touch up paint. I bought three acuras from Bill Moore last few years. Every time he gives us the best service without pushing me to purchase. The last Acura RDX 2014 I realized that I left my pepper spray in the console. I called Bill and of course he found the pepper spray. He said that he would hold it for me to pick up in a few days. I got busy and never picked it up, but I needed a touch up paint on RDX. When I went to get my car painted I asked him about the pepper spray and he still had it! It's just the simple things like that which keep me going back. Thanks Leith and Bill Moore! You're the best and I'll see you for my next Acura purchase!

As a previous Acura owner, I encouraged my daughter to purchase an Acura as her first vehicle after graduation from medical school. We visited two Acura dealerships in the area, but we chose to purchase from Leith because Kai Hardaway provided excellent, knowledgeable, no haggle service and eased her first-time owner nervousness. Went in late on a Saturday to look at new MDXs. They had sold all of their 15's and so we test drove a '16.We had our two kids, a 5 and 3 YO with us as we wanted to make sure THIS car would be big enough for the lil sasquatches - we're a tall family. So the five of us took a test drive - family + sales guy, aka K aka Kai. He let us stop halfway through and switch drivers. He also made sure both of us were able to take it through enough road to demonstrate the driving characteristics of the car. This model had the fancy driver assist features, the active lane assistance, and it was...freaky. Not bad, just a view to the future I suppose.We came back and he let us know he also had 4 dealer '15 cars we could take a look at. They had a blue one my wife loved the looks of. It had 2k miles on it. The price was...OK. It was about 2k off of sticker price. It was a SH-AWD with the Tech Package.I understand they wanted to sell the car at a premium, but I thought it was a bit much. I've seen them offer folks new cars and take several thousand off or offer to throw in the tech package 'for free.' But, this car did have a lot of dealer extras - roof rails, premium mats, mud flaps, etc.I think we knew we liked the car, so we sat down with Kai and started haggling. There wasn't much room to haggle apparently. I was able to get the price down like $400 and his trade offer on our car up $600. We shook hands on a price, I put down a $500 deposit, and the car was ours. Oh, and it was about 20-30 minutes past closing. They gladly stayed open for us, and their service guys took our trade in for a test drive and gave us a quote also past closing.We came back in on Tuesday to do the paperwork and pick the car up. But on Monday I had noticed online the car was listed for $600 less than the reduced price we agreed on. So...weird, and a bit upset.They quickly agreed to honor the online listed price when I brought it up on Tuesday, so that was nice.Kai also let us take the '15 on a quick test drive as we had only driven the '16. He also had it fueled up and detailed.We finished in just under 2 hrs, which is decent for buying a car I suppose.Their finance guy is top notch too. He helped me decide to save our cash and use their ultra cheap financing, and ran numbers for me about 15 different ways. We love the car. Kai has emailed, called, and sent us a hand written note making sure everything was good. It is.If you are in the market for a new or used Acura, Leith are good folks. I've also bought a new 2005 TSX and have it exclusively serviced there over the past 10 years.Ask for Kai, tell him Jeff Smith sent you, and check their online prices to make sure you're getting their best deal.

I purchased my first Acura Integra from Leith Acura in 1987. I was treated well by everyone especially the Service Dept. I have owned two more Integras since the first one and experienced the same great treatment. I never test drove the last two, I just told them what I wanted and picked it up when it was ready. My recent purchase was a preowned certified Acura MDX. I called AJ Johnson, Assistant Manager of the Service Dept., for the name of a sales associate to contact. Based on my personality and how I prefer purchasing vehicles, he referred me to Bill Moore. Bill was a pleasure to work with. Being my first MDX, I drove two and knew exactly what I wanted. Bill assisted me in a very professional and friendly manner. He was very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions and providing training. Most people don't look forward to returning to the dealer for service or just to visit, but I do. I consider the Service Dept. Staff, Allan Renn, Adrian Johnson, and Jeff dear friends. I went to Leith Acura b/c they had the car I was looking for. When I arrived Bill Moore had the vehicle waiting with keys and allowed me to test drive the car for quite some time. He voluntarily took the time to go over every feature, teaching me how to utilize all the technology. In my 20+ years of buying & owning cars I have had many negative experiences. This was NOT the case with Leith Acura mainly b/c of Bill Moore. There was no hassle, haggling, or anything you would expect. He was customer service focused - not sales focused. After looking at other cars and brands that day, we stumbled upon Leith with the intention of looking only. We were previously driving an 2008 MDX and wanted to see how the newer model stacked up to the other brands we were considering. We were immediately greeted by Bill Riley. He gave us a general overview of the model, pointed out all the relevant features, and more importantly, left us alone to explore while being at standby to assist if we had any questions. (Which we did) We wanted the base model but Bill also explained to us the benefits of the tech package without overselling. He did all the steps right. Kind, honest, enthusiastic about the brand. During negotiations, he also did his part to properly represent the dealership as well as the buyer. In the end, they offered us a deal (Exact on what I was hoping to get on my trade in, and then some additional help on the price of the car beyond what I was expecting) The sales manager came out to greet us a few times as well. Israel was also very kind and approachable, not like some others we have dealt with in the past locked in their sales office crunching numbers and playing tricks. John, the Finance gentleman was also very concise and to the point. He gave us options on the add on, never putting any pressure on us and giving us exactly what we needed. My wife and I were looking for an SUV and quite honestly, we were not in the market for an Acura. That is, until a co-worker recommended Sean Beach (GM) and Leith Acura of Raleigh. We were skeptical when we arrived, that is until our salesman, Dwayne Thomas met us. He is very knowledgeable and the process was a breeze. Acura offers their luxury SUVs at a lower cost than BMW or Lexus without losing that feeling of luxury we were actually looking for. The process was quicker than we have experienced in the past at other dealerships and will definitely take a good, long look at their inventory the next time we're in the market for a vehicle.

Over the past 11 years we've purchased 3 vehicles from Tom King at Leith Acura in Cary. We've found Tom to be honest, knowledgeable, helpful and a man of his word who consistently delivers more than we expect. Tom is always extremely prompt and thorough at answering questions and providing information before and after the sale. Due to our busy schedule most of our communication is done via email. Tom always responds quickly with complete and insightful answers. One of the things we like most about Tom is his willingness and ability to think outside the box. He's made some very useful suggestions over the years, most notable was a recent suggestion that helped us get the maximum value for our used vehicle. Generally through life we make frequent vehicle purchases, usually keeping them about 3 years; Of the 20 or so different dealers we have dealt with in our 30ish years of marriage Tom is one of 2 who actually goes through the vehicle with you at delivery so you have a good grasp of it's systems and features before leaving the lot. Then he suggests you return with more in depth questions after using the vehicle for a while - above and beyond our expectation!

I came to Leith Acura after my brand new car had been totaled the week before looking for a replacement. Being a college student and having shopped around for cars on my own for the past few weeks I was used to salesmen not taking me seriously or not giving me the same level of service they would an older person. However, Bill Moore was wonderful and extremely helpful. My father lives out of town and has a busy work schedule but I needed a new car quickly. Bill made himself available via telephone and email to discuss and negotiate with my dad. When he came to the dealership all he had to do was sign the papers and we were all set! I highly recommend Bill Moore if you are looking for a helpful, knowledgeable, salesman who will put your needs first!

I did a ton of researching for my new vehicle- starting online and then going to dealerships. I visited dozens of dealers, and none had team members as professional and knowledgeable as Leith Acura. We interacted with a number of people at this dealership, and worked closely with Dwayne Thomas. Unlike many of the other dealerships I visited, Dwayne and the rest of the team at Leith Acura were never pushy. Acura proves an excellent value in comparison to their peers, and truly delivers with more technology and safety features than comparable cars, all while being a much better value. After I made my decision to purchase a new TLX, they helped make the buying process very easy, and I was thrilled that I was able to get even a little better of a deal than I was hoping for when I walked in the door. Tom never put any pressure on me to do the deal which is a big plus in my book. He knew the TLX very well from a technical perspective and did everything possible to make the buying part of the transaction as easy as possible. Definately recommend him and have already referred others. I also had a chance to chat with Will Everette, sales manager, and Sean Beach, the GM. They were caring and straight forward. No sales gimmicks. I got a great deal on an upgraded trim package. My 2014 RDX is awesome! My other two Acuras have been serviced for years at the dealership. At one time, I owned 5 Acuras and bought 4 of them from Corey King, the 5th was a used and hard to find RSX from another dealer, and I even consulted Corey about it during that purchase. So, not only do I believe in this car line, I also have had the best experiences with Corey. Like so many people, I have been reluctant to go into a dealer and play their sales games. With Corey, the experience is totally different, no pressure, no gimmicks, just honest knowledgeable and helpful, an easy going approach. Mike Mitchell of Leith Acura in Cary could not have been better in helping me decide which Acura was best suited for my needs. Knowing I really liked the RDX that I previously drove and thinking I might need something larger he helped me compare the RDX with the MDX. He noted the features that were different between the cars and allowed me to get in each to see how I felt behind the wheel. Eventually after deciding on the MDX, alot of time and care was taken in demonstrating the features of the car I was not familiar with such as the compass, GPS system. the touch screen settings, and lane departure warnings. I really appreciated all the patience and information given and know that if I still had questions all I needed to do was call. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. All in all Mike and the dealership team did a great job and I feel sure I will return again.

I have not bought a new car in years and was hesitant with reading online horror stories and comments. I made the visit to Leith Acura in Cary, and was amazed about the visit from start to visit. My sales representative was Ian McPherson and he was knowledgable, kind, and in no way expecting an answer to buy a car at that minute. I left with prices in mind, used the USAA auto circle and he informed me that Leith Acura would be able to able to match if not beat the price of other dealers. After doing some do diligence...Ian was correct, and signed the deal a few days afterwards. Upon pick up the vehicle, Leith Acura and Ian was outstanding from start to end. They provided me with options, picked me up from my day off an hour away, and showed me all the features, service team, and any other issues or concerns that I may need after the purchase. I was in a terrible accident, in which my one year old Acura was totaled. The next day, I called Tom King and told him I wanted to replace my vehicle. Tom immediately found me the identical vehicle (one year newer), and he held it for me until I could handle the insurance issues. Tom then fought for the best interest rate for me, and, as a result, my monthly payment is LESS than it was before! I really liked the direct style of the staff and the finance guy did a good job covering all of my options. Overall, very professional staff and appeared to be genuine. Buying a car and spending all that money is always going to be a stressful experience, but I'm glad I bought from leith.

Kai Hardaway was awesome. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't play any of the "games" that you usually find at other dealerships. Everything was straight forward and no hidden fees or expenses. I was able to get in and out in 2 hours with a new 2014 Acura TL. My 1st purchase was a pre-owned 2013 MDX, purchased in late Sept. 2013. I worked with Brad R. Brad gave me a good deal with no problems. Unfortunately, that vehicle was lost in an accident(not my fault...BTW!) this past February. After I received a check, from the insurance company, to purchase a new one, I called Brad 1st. They didn't have any 2013 models left, so we looked at the 2014s. I'm now enjoying my new 2014 MDX. Could I have gotten it cheaper somewhere else?.......Maybe. But I didn't look anywhere else because of the great experience I had with them last Sept. I would definitely recommend Leith Acura, and Brad R, to anyone interested in an Acura.

In 2011, I visited Leith Acura to have service on a TSX that I leased from a dealership in Florida. Kerry Leeburn sat down with me, reviewed my Florida lease, and agreed the terms could be improved. I also wanted additional cargo room and was interested in the TSX wagon. By the end of the day Kerry improved my lease terms , and put me in the TSX wagon that was better suited to my needs. 3 years later, my lease is up, and I walk into Leith Acura and who sees me and remembers me by first and last name...one Kerry Leeburn. Always impressed with the team at Leith Acura, and Kerry Leeburn in particular. Highly Recommend!

My wife and I have bought two "pre-owned" Acuras from this dealership and we have been extremely happy on both purchases with the great customer service, honesty, and follow-thru at Leith Acura. Most recently we located a 2006 Acura TL on-line at Leith's website and made an appointment to see Mike Mitchell who helped us decide on this car. Mike did a superb job -- answered all our questions, got us a good deal with a trade-in of a 1995 Acura Legend, helped to obtain a reasonable interest rate on the car loan, and made sure all the myriad details of buying a car were handled well. We just purchased an Acura MDX with Mike Mitchell at Leith Acura and left the dealership feeling very pleased with the car and the entire buying experience. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, spent as much time as we needed to ensure we were "trained" and would feel comfortable with all the features of the vehicle. Although we've only had the vehicle for 2 weeks, Mike has already contacted us multiple times to make sure we're happy and to see if we had any questions. Mike is very personable and does not embrace pressure tactics - he provides plenty of information so we could make an intelligent decision. Great buying experience and a great car! We have purchased 4 cars from Lieth Acura in the past 10 years and we will always use them when we are in the market for a new Acura. Our Sales representative, Bill Moore, is a breath of fresh air and makes the car buying experience good again. Bill spent hours with us listening to what our needs were and helped get the cars we really wanted with 0 pressure. Buying car is not about balloons and inflatable gorillas and neon price stickers. A vehicle is the second largest purchase most family's make outside of a home and it requires a quiet and detailed conversation with a knowledgeable professional which is exactly what you will get from sales team at Lieth Acura. The service team at Leith Acura is also first class. They are always on time with quality service and repairs and take the time to listen to and work with the car owner to ensure their car is in perfect condition. Just bought a 2014 Acura MDX from Leith in Cary. We were working with 4 dealers and ended up choosing Leith because of the salesman, Tim Hicks. We were trying to check out cars a few weeks ago and avoid being seen by the salesmen but Tim found us as he was moving another vehicle. Although we were "busted", Tim turned out to be extremely pleasant and especially knowledgeable. In the end, I had 5 quotes from different dealers (including Tim's). Leith wasn't the cheapest but we went with them anyway because of Tim. The sales manager(?), Israel, was very courteous as well.

Tim Hicks of leith Acura just sold us a new MDX. It was a great experience....Tim was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. I haven't purchased a new car in 12 years and was very happy about how the process went. I was working with 4 other dealers before settling on Leith and Tim and it wasn't price that tipped us to This dealer.

If you a looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership do ot do it. Especially if you do not live in town. Me and my husband drove 2 hrs to be told the vehicle we has negotiatedon with Mike had been sold the day before. I Told mike That I did not live in town and would be driving 2 1/2 hrs away. He never told me they sell cars first come first serve. I had already applied for credit with my financial institution and now I'm stuck with a check that I have to use within 30 day or do another credit application. If you monitor your credit like I do for each inquiry you loose 9 points but thismdealership,didn't seem to care about any of this.

I called the service department of Leith Acura in Cary, NC on 6-18-2013 at 11:12 am. Seeking help with my radio that isn't working after installing a new battery. I explained that my radio is reading an ERR code now. She said...just unhook the battery cables..wait 30 SECONDS and try again. I replied, I'm not comfortable doing that. She then asked if I had a friend that could do it...or take it back to whomever installed the battery. Lastly, she said..I can make an appointment for next week because we're booked this week. I am unpleasantly surprised at the level of customer service that was given. I called several weeks prior while being out of town with the same radio issue. The gentleman simply said...No problem. Call us when you get back in town or come by. It's simple to fix. Thus, resulting in my phone call today. At least one of your employees values customers.

I took my 2007 MDX in for service because the A/C was shutting off and turning back on randomly when in use. While I was waiting, I browsed online and was able to find cases of other MDX owners having the exact same problems that I was having. They all seemed to say that the only problem was a bad relay that needed to be replaced, a relatively inexpensive repair. When the service writer came to speak to me, they gave me the exact answer that I hoped to hear, that it only needed a relay. No attempt was made to upcharge me for service that I didn't need. A month earlier during an oil change I was told that my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. The battery was still under warranty from another Honda/Acura shop closer to my home, so I didn't have the dealer replace the battery but I took it back where I bought the battery. They agreed that it needed to be replaced under warranty. It was a great catch by Leith Acura because the battery only had 2 weeks left on the 3 year free replacement warranty. They always do a great job washing my car for free when I request it. I could take my MDX to Leith Honda for service because they are always asking me at the Honda dealer to bring it there, but I gladly drive from Wake Forest to Cary to let Leith do all my maintenance. They have always done and continue to do a great job! I have had zero breakdowns after 130,000+ miles on my 2007 MDX.

I visited Leith as a first time buyer looking for a used Acura TSX and was able to test drive one of their new ones. I met their salesman Kerry Leeburn and was beyond impressed with him. He was respectful of the price range in which I wanted to spend and helped me look for a car suitable for me. I eventually decided on a used car out of state but he even offered to look over the Carfax for me to make sure the car checked out (since I'm young, don't know much about cars, and my dad is in another state). :) He treated me like a person and not just a sale. Since then I've brought my Acura in to Leith to be serviced and was given a courtesy vehicle to use while I waited. My car was in tip-top shape when they returned it to me (car-wash and all) and I would recommend Leith to anyone. And I sure hope you get the opportunity to work with Kerry Leeburn because he is awesome!!

Very unhappy with this dealer. They did not seem to take me seriously, i traveled from a state away to view a car and was treated very badly. The dealer lied numerous times while in negotiation and was pointed out on it. We did not come to an agreement and was happy to leave, they were very unfriendly and seemed to not care about customers.

I read the other reviews on www.dealerrater.com for the Leith Acura dealership, and I think they are too harsh. I have a 2003 Acura TL that I originally bought from the Leith Acura dealership, and I have had it serviced at the dealership for 85 percent of the time since the time of purchase. I have been generally disappointed with the service I received when I went elsewhere. When I had a persistent problem with the new tires (put on by tire store elsewhere in the area), the Acura service manager rode in the car with me to help pinpoint the exact nature of the issue. Most recently when I had my brakes checked out on an extremely busy Saturday morning, it took longer than the service adviser had estimated. But he gave me $$$ off for having to wait longer than anticipated. I plan to buy another Acura in the next few years, and I'm sure I'll be back at Leith Acura.

I will never use this dealership again. Emailed back and forth with Mike Mitchell numerous times before coming in to purchase a new 2012 Acura TL and was given a price quote via email. When I came in to purchase the car, was told the price quote was "wrong" and that they couldn't do it. Mike Mitchell showed no remorse at all, would not take responsibility for the "wrong" price quote, and acted incredibly unprofessional. Needless to say, we went about 20 minutes away and purchased the car from Performance Acura in Chapel Hill for the same price that was "wrong" according to Mike Mitchell. My family has owned numerous Acuras but we will never be setting foot in Leith Acura again.

I've been to Leith twice for recall service. The recall repairs were acceptable. On both visits the service advisor tried to sell services that were not necessary (to the tune of over $1000.) Rather than diagnose a complaint about a whine from the engine compartment, the service advisor suggested replacing the power steering pump, the timing belt and water pump. I took the car to a private mechanic who replaced the $40 idler pulley that was causing the whine. I will not be back to Leith. I like Acura and I'll go the extra miles to Performance in Chapell Hill when it's time for a new Acura.

Overall we had a very good experience at Leith Acura with salesman Mike Mitchell, whom i would recommend. Unfortunately approximately 2.5 weeks after we bought the used vehicle, we realized that the fan blower did not work --- thus, no heat or air conditioning. Shame on us for failing to check that out b/f we bought the vehicle. We took it to a local repair shop (we live too far from the dealer from which we bought it), and approximately $400 later it was fixed and now works. I notified the dealer about our bad luck just to let them know, and our salesman (a nice guy) said he checked with management to see if they would help with the repair costs, but i had gotten such a low price that the dealership was "in the red" on my sale and could not help out. :-) I did not expect them to, of course, but i had to chuckle at the notion that the dealership lost money on my purchase of the vehicle. Again, Mike is a decent guy and i would recommend him, notwithstanding the dealership's disingenous assertion that they had lost money on me.

The worst in terms of customer service that I have experienced recently. The management team seems greedy and seems to want to nickel and dime the customer. Their greed makes them stubborn and oblivious to making customers feel welcome and comfortable. The sales guy Kerry went to bat for me but was shut down repeatedly by the greedy and unseasonable business manager and the management team.

Took in a 14 year old Integra for 60k mile service. The next morning (about 25 miles later), the car totally died. The battery was totally shot, so I put in a new one. As I'm closing the hood, I notice what looks like a wire sticking up from the engine, and I think, maybe that has something to do with the battery going out - turns out, it's the remnants of the generator belt, which they had supposedly inspected and adjusted. I called the service department their only offer was to bring it in - which would have involved driving on the battery (with no generator) or paying to have it towed 20 miles, and they didn't say they'd reimburse me for the tow if they determined that they'd made a mistake. I ended up replacing the belts myself, and looking at the remaining belts, I can not believe they actually inspected them, and I'm surprised and disappointed that they didn't recommend replacing them just due to age and mileage. The remaining two belts were cracked and crumbling - an obvious choice for replacement, but they said nothing about the belts (other than claiming to have inspected and adjusted them).Also, for an Acura, 'luxury' service department, we didn't even get the car cleaned or vacuumed. Overall, not a luxury experience at all. We will be highly unlikely to return or to purchase another Acura.

I bought a certified used 2005 Acura RL. When I got the car it was still kind of dirty inside and the dashboard guage lenses had scratchs all over them. I had to use Meguir's Plastix to get them out. The car was supposed to be detailed, but really it had just had a simple wash. Also, they left the old car mats in it when they promised to give me new ones. I called the dealer several times, but the salesman never called me back and neither did the sales manager. A few weeks later when I took the car in for rattles, and I went to the manager and demanded the new floor mats that were promised to me or credit for value of mats promised to me. I did finally get the new mats. Once you buy the car from them, don't expect anything else from them. Not the customer service you expect from a luxury car dealership or any dealership for that matter. On top of that, Acura refused to pay for the rattles and the dealer didn't offer to pay to fix them. The rattles are so common they have a fix for them, so I know I am not the only one who had this complaint. At this point, I had only owned the car for a few weeks and this was a certified used car. Acura warranty department said it was a cosmetic issue. I didn't realize you could hear cosmetic issues. After calling Acura and complaining for several hours, Acura Customer Service finally agreed to pay for it. I will never buy anything from Leith again and I will never buy a certified Acura again b/c it was a complete waste of money. The service department did fix the rattle and they were friendly about it, but for me this was a truely terrible customer service experience. In my opinion Leith should have taken care of this.
