Len Stoler service has always been top notch. I don't feel taken advantage of and they always fully explain all repairs so that I understand what is being done to my vehicle. I used to live in the area when I bought my car but now I drive an hour to come back, even for oil changes. Definitely recommend this dealership service!

My vehicle was able to be serviced quickly over a holiday weekend with professional and courteous staff helping along the way. Over the years I’ve had 3 vehicles serviced here and I’ve never had an issue. Being able to request a service appointment online is also very helpful so you can schedule appointments in advance when your schedule doesn’t afford you an opportunity to make a phone call.

I was there for routine maintenance. As soon as I entered I was greeted and attended to. While I waited I had the pleasure of speaking with some staff about upgrading and the knowledge was on key. Every question I had there was an answer. The service itself only took about an hour. It was fast easy and friendly. And the establishment is very clean

Have a 2013 Malibu and the car his been brought into repair for overheating 4 times and still has not been repaired correctly. This is very aggravating and unacceptable.They tell you to bring the car in when and if it overheats again and ask you if you have a appointment, really. Can not control when it overheats but better idea, fix it right!!!

Sharon Graves was our salesperson. She is very professional and knowledgeable with great customer service skills. The sales manager, Marty. was also very good. The man who did the financing was very pompous and rude. I can't picture ANYONE wanting to even be in the same room with him. He was the only negative aspect of my dealings at Len Stoler.

I started working with them on a 95 Corvette. They made a fair offer, and then would never respond back. I'm from out of state so I was never able to actually go to the facility. Had to use email mostly. To this day they still have never responded once to 3 emails. Bought from dealer that actually wanted to sell cars. Image that!!!

After receiving a negative feedback from another dealership, I called Len Stoler and talked with Laura. That evening I went in to see her to see if they could find a vehicle that worked with my budget. I knew that I wanted another Equinox, but we took another model out to see how I liked it. In the end, we found a 2015 Equinox that fit my needs perfectly and more. Laura was extremely patient with me in taking time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I also got to work with Marty and Steve. They managed to find me a lower interest rate, which was awesome! There was no time where I felt that I was being rushed to get out of there by any of them. I could not have asked for a better team to work with in purchasing my new vehicle. After the deal was closed, Laura took me to the service area. I was totally impressed how clean every single work area was before the mechanics left for the day. As for recommending this dealership to family and friends, most definitely will. I wanted to write a review for the salesman who helped me buy my 2014 Chevy Silverado at Len Stoler Chevrolet. I ended up buying a lifted Silverado, kitted out by Rocky Ridge and the truck is absolutely amazing. Sam Patz explained all the features of the truck to me and helped me to decide between several trucks I was debating over. He has a quiet yet informative & helpful manner about him, that did not make me feel pressured into buying. Instead, it made me feel confident about buying. I'm glad that he was there to help me with the purchase. I stopped back into Len Stoler, about a year later, with a question about my Silverado, and Sam enthusiastically called me by my first name. I was surprised that he remembered me and it just really gave me a good feeling about him and the dealership as a whole. Not only was Sam helpful, but the financing department was a well. They helped me get a good loan with a decent APR to boot. I highly recommend Len Stoler and specifically Sam Patz!

I cannot say enough about the experience at Len Stoler. I found a vehicle online and was contacted by an incredibly professional and knowledgeable woman (Mandy Cutshaw) who answered all of my questions and set up a time to test drive the vehicle. I knew exactly who I was going to meet and where to go before getting to the store location. I was greeted by Brett and Mark Cutshaw in the used cars area. They were incredible. Were so patient, answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. The BEST part is that I was so confident leaving with my vehicle. We looked at cars across 4 different dealerships and manucturers, including dealerships where we have already purchased a vehicle. The experience at Stoler was awesome and a breath of fresh air from start to finish across the sales experience. They were straightforward, attentive, thorough, friendly, fair and adapted with a smile when some of our requests changed. I would recommend Howard Longaker and Sam Patz to any of our friends that are in the market for a vehicle, without question. Best of all, we were able to make the purchase without ever stepping foot on the dealership lot as they brought us a number of cars to test drive. I'm sorry we set foot on their lot. My 18 year old son was there looking for a used vehicle two days ago. All he did was open the door of an unlocked vehicle he was interested in and sat inside the car to look further. Two salesman came out and harassed him, told him to get off private property and called the cops. He was subject to a body search for no cause whatsoever. We bought a car 2 days later at another dealership. They lost a sale because they are clueless bullies who throw their weight around harassing a potential buyer just because they didn't like the way he looked. There was no cause for this whatsoever. Go elsewhere!

I'm posting this notice to inform you that my 2001 transmission quit on me after 287,350 miles. I suppose I'd be tired too after all that mileage! This posting will confirm the excellent courtesy and faithful dependability that I received from Len Stoler Chevrolet. I must mention the helpful guidance from Rhonda Stem, the Service Manager and Melanie Cammarata, Service Advisor and mechanic "Dr.Mike Keefer" for their dedicated service to me. The original transmission was replaced with a GM rebuilt one that carries a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. I really believe that my 2001 Chevy Silverado will outlast me! One very satisfied customer! If Sharon Graves had not been the salesperson I would not have bought the Equinox. This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Len Stoler and the first Chevrolet. I wanted to downsize and wasn't quite sure what I wanted. I felt that Sharon went out of her way to answer my questions thoroughly. She didn't try to force her opinion on me and showed me quite an assortment from which to choose. When the purchase was final, I not only had a new car, I had a new friend. Upon arrival for my appointment, I found out that Rhonda Stem had been promoted to Service Manager. Long overdue! I have dealt with Rhonda for many years in her capacity as service adviser. This was my second new car I've bought from you in four years. Your salesman Sam was fantastic: knowledgeable, personable, confident, and, probably best of all, attentive to my motives and what I wanted. He didn't push to hurry up the sales process. He let me set the pace (10 minutes the first day to find the car I wanted, 30 minutes the second day for the credit application, and 2 hours the day of purchase). No wasted time trying to convince me to buy. And of course your sales manager with whom I did the paperwork was his usual personable and professional self, offering the services he felt I might need given the information I provided him about my driving intentions for this car. They both got me in-and-out quickly, just what I wanted. They listened and got me what I wanted. The Len Stoler dealership is the best I've dealt with in my 40 years of buying cars.

I like that the full check is done on the vehicle every time I come in. They were also able to take care of both of the recalls that I had. They always also offer me a ride home so I don't have to wait. That's one of the reasons I keep coming back.

I drove 90min. to test an avalanche. Needless to say, I was a bit skeptical, to travel this distance for a truck that I had only seen pictures of didn't give me any reassurances. Plus when I got to the dealership, the internet sales manager I had been dealing with for so long wasn't there, Right away disappointment tried to settle in. However, Sharon(my sales professional) quickly assured me that it all would be OK. She was kind, great at her job, a true professional, and she made my wife and I want to buy. The truck was nice even though I had to travel to get, and I wish I could have gotten more discounts but I got most of what I wanted. I've been to many different dealerships around the prince george county area, they were all terrible. from the first moment i talked with sharon on the phone i knew this would be different, they treated me like a human being, gave me what my car was worth at auction (my trade-in) and the invoice of the car i was buying, the apr was the lowest my credit would offer. i drove 90 minutes just to be treated like a person. i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone i know.

I paid more for the service than I would have at another dealer (Giambolvo) for brake work but chose Len Stoler for the convenience. It didn't happen, and I was without a vehicle all day. Kevin Shaeffer worked on my car and he was very knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. Being nervous about buying a new car of course I was skeptical about every rattle the car made, but Kevin explained each one to me and assured me everything was in tip top condition. Even though my car ended up not being a part of the recall I originally thought it was Kevin put my car up on the lift and inspected it to be SURE there was nothing wrong and then took the time to explain everything. Rhonda and Melanie provided me with transportation to my home and my car was delivered to my home since I had no way to pick it up after hours. car i bought was an outstanding deal, however they need to hire a stand-in finance person who is properly trained. also they as a whole need to take the customers needs into consideration when there is an issue with new vehicles needing replacement parts that are unsafe. the general manager did hear what i was saying and did acknowledge my concerns with the time frame they used to replace my dry rotted tires. but they replaced them which was great and i have another repair i am waiting to have done that is cosmetic so we will see what happens next......

Laura did a great job doing what a saleswoman does, she was proactive on her own and would provide information promptly whenever I asked for it. Steve in the business office was very genuine and polite which was only icing on the cake! He was polite to my small children and it was genuine and not an act, you can tell the difference.. So they get 10 out of 10. But my true loyalty lies with 2 individuals with Len Stoler Chevy which has been established over time. Howard Longaker who sold me my diesel truck I still have (at age 29 in 2002) and helped me find my mother in law a used car in 2011. Having someone like Howard here in the community especially when I have been, and still will be buying Chevy vehicles for a long time is invaluable. I am very picky with my trucks and collector Chevy vehicles so I particularly value having Howard here. I hope he never retires. He truly adds value to the community. And second is Rhonda in the service department! Rhonda is the one that has to take the brunt of my attention to detail. But I keep very nice trucks. And she respects that, she does not fight me, rather she works with me as much as she can, she is always honest with me, and our service relationship now goes back several years. I dont always agree with everything. But that is what makes a good relationship is when you are able to discuss that and move forward in a positive manner. So buying this latest dream truck at Len Stoler was no accident. It is from loyalty formed from years of relationships. So thank you Len Stoler Chevy for selling me my 2014 Silverado, my family loves it, and it is one sharp looking truck!

I loved the fact that everything with Rhonda and Mike Keefer Jr. went so well in the office and service. The only thing I would suggest is having more operators to answer phones on Sat. We called for over a half hour and kept being put on hold to make an appt. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience. Thank you!

This is not about Len Stoler, but , on the second day I had the truck, it would not start, with remote or key. Len Stoler directed me to GM service, and that was one screwed up mess.

I felt the reprogramming of the brake light computer should have been covered by the warrenty. I wasnt expecting to shell out $50.00 Ive bought 4-5 cars in last few years and its always a pleasure dealing with you.

We have had an ongoing brake rotor problem with our Buick Lucerne(2010) while under warranty. They resurfaced the rotors under warranty for me . On the next service call my wife took the car in for the exact same problem and the warranty was not honored. Brake rotors are not excluded under the warranty,and women should be treated the same as men at an auto dealership.

Brake rotors were repaired for me under warranty. When my wife brought car in for exact same problem she was charged $223. The service manager claimed that brake rotors are not covered in the warranty That is not true. Stay away from this service dept..

Saw an ad for a Used Truck. Stopped into the dealer without calling ahead for a salesman. I was met at the door by a salesman who tried to assist me. Found out car was in the shop. After waling through the shop and around a lot. Salesman queried some maintenance guys and found out we had alked past the vehicle previously. Not surprising since I told him that looked like he vehicle the first time we walked thru. I wasn't too impressed with the service or the salesman.
