I’ve bought many cars before, and have dealt with shady salesman, but the staff at Len Stoler Hyundai were top notch. Terry was very straightforward and did everything he could to get me a great deal. The process was smooth and timely. Due to a mix up with their inventory system, I was given a limited model for the price of an SEL which is significantly cheaper. Mike was wonderful and made sure the burden didn’t fall on me. They honored my original deal! I highly recommend going here if you’re in the market for a new car!

I have to say purchased a number of cars in my day and this experience was far better than most! Still takes far too much time but I guess that just the way to is buying a car anywhere! The fact Dominique knew we were unhappy with two Kia dealers and after a 4 hour drive that morning he was very pleasant and didn't hesitate to offer to get us lunch so we would test drive the Santa Fe not the car I was in the market for and was planning on continuing shopping other cars but he was able to make the deal ....kudos to him.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by David who spent half his day with me and my wife. I felt sorry for him, having to test drive a couple of cars but by the afternoon we had decided on a different car than we originally came in for and was very satisfied with the choice and car offered. Everyone from sales to finance was very eager to make this purchase happen. We left with the perfect car for our needs and felt the deal was right to fit our needs and situation. I called new car sales on Friday 8/27 at 5:00 and my wife called the same person at 6:30 just to make sure that they had the two, red turbo Velosters on their webpage in stock. We had to travel 45 minutes and would be there tomorrow morning at 0915 to buy the car if it was there. He assured us both that wouldnt be a problem, looked forward to seeing us. We arrive at the dealership, looking around and saw no turbo Veloster. The salesman took my wifes license, made a copy and then went to the office for about 5 minutes. He came back and said that he had no red turbo Velosters! He said it was sold 2 days ago. Seriously? We immediately told him that we just talked to you a few HOURS ago and you assured us that you had them in stock and ready for us to purchase this morning! We immediately asked to see the Manager who was sitting in the office next to him. He didnt bother getting out of his chair, he simply said that the inventory sheet wasnt updated. Its 2016, are you telling me that you dont have a computer inventory that shows what you have in stock or did you lose a pair of $30,000 cars on your lot? No apology, no nothing but excuses. Pathetic.

While I did leave the dealership with a new car, it was not easy and not what I expected. I was cold called the day before I came in saying I could get a newer version of my accent for the same price yet when I got there, the salesman said that it wasn't possible and I would have to pay more. I asked why and he lied and came up with fake numbers. Not very professional.

I was told that my vehicle had every feature as m y traded vehicle which was a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, ie-cd player, space etc... it was not true, after three sales person said they don't come with CD players. I found that it was not true. I wanted my car back the next day but they have a no cooling off period. I have had 5 Hyundai's and love them. However while on service was okay at the dealership. My next vehicle will not be a Hyundai or purchased at Len Stoler.

Overall, a very good experience in which I traded my 2015 Sonata for a new one at a reasonable price. Sales people were friendly, helpful and professional. My only recommendation is that the process takes too long, almost five hours. It should have taken less than one hour since I was ready to buy at a certain price when I walked in the door.

I said all I could say a but the overall of my experience there's not much more I can say but I'm not happy about how much my payment is I think 399 plus the extra fifteen dollars are a bit much if my payment can be adjusted I would be a happy first time car buyer and that's another reason why I never wanna to buy a new car cause of the high car payment they tell you to pay why can't the customer say what best fit here budget not the dealership .

I have had some very good buying experiences in the past few years. I thought all the slimy tactics classic for car dealerships were something of the past. Well, at Len Stoler - at least at the Hyundai dealership- it is the bad old days.I was offered a good price on a car after negotiating by email. It was a car they needed to get from another dealer far away I came in to put in a deposit (clue right there... I could have done it over the phone. They wanted me there because the more time you sit in the dealership, the more likely you are to cave to their ploys).First thing they did was ask me to forgo a 300 dollar extra discount they had agreed to. I acquiesced reluctantly because they were going a long way to get the car... but red flags went up in my mind.They asked me to start filling out financing info. I wasn't even sure if I would use the Hyundai promotional financing or my own. The manager came over and tried to bond with me...then said, since he was giving me such a good price, I would have to take the dealer financing, not promotional Hyundai financing, at double the interest....or he wouldn't sell me the car. It was a total deception. Give a good price, then take it away the deal somewhere else in the transaction.They thought I would roll over because I had already wasted an hour sitting there. Once someone is dishonest, the trust is gone. I wasn't going to do this.I left and will NEVER buy a car from them.. Those tactics are from the past. A dealership can't prosper with tactics like that....and they shouldn't. I hope they clean up their act

I made most of my negotiation with Chaz Logan even before I showed up at the dealership. I live about 45 minutes away from the dealership so this was not my first choice. However I went ahead with my negotiations with Chaz over the phone. Chaz was very pleasant and offered me the best deal possible in the neighborhood. I thought this is one of the sales gimmick to get me to the dealership, but when I reached the dealership there was a warm feeling of welcome. All the sales reps were busy, but to make use of the time an associate provided us with test drive of Hyundai Elantra. When we returned we were introduced to Justin Skinner (man with a smile). Justin was so knowledgeable about the car that he quickly made us acquainted with all the features of the car. He answered all our questions and was very friendly. The amazing thing about this dealership was that no body was pushy. Justin then took us around to show other colors of the same car "Limited with Technology package". He gave his honest opinion about all the features of the car and color. We finally decided on the Sparkling Ruby with black interior.When it came to pricing I showed the quote that Chaz had offered us over the phone and without any further discussion the manager Mike agreed to the quote and said "we will honor the price". Since then my mind was at ease and the whole financing process was very smooth. The Finance manager Dona was not pushy about buying other packages, but she advised to extend the warranty to 10 years on computer parts and other mechanical parts. Now I have peace of mind for 10 years bumper to bumper coverage.Yes, I will highly recommend to all my friends and family to buy their next car from this dealership. They will beat the price you get from any other dealership. I will highly recommend "Justin Skinner" if you wish to have "Awesome!!" sales experience at this dealership.I am looking forward to similar experience when I take my car for car washes/Oil Changes/Regular Services etc,. If you are thinking about buying a car or getting service work done please beware. I purchased a vehicle from this place and had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. I was deceived, disrespected, and ripped off. The owners do not care that their company is being handled by wolves in sheep clothing. I had my brakes replaced by vinny the mechanic and they did not need changing. Matt Grubb the service manager charged me 30 dollars for a tire rotation. Costed more than my oil change. James Kelly sold me a car overpriced and when I finally made it to the finance office Donna hale jacked up my interest rate. Wayne Kronstadt the service director knows customers are getting ripped off in the service department and allows it to happen because he only cares about numbers and not customers.

This dealership will not negotiate with you. Their prices are on average $1000 higher than what other dealerships are willing to give you. The manager is horrible. He is not afraid to criticize potential customers loud enough for the customer to hear. I overheard him saying that I am joke and he doesn't care if I were to walk out. Little did he know I had to the money to pay for the car right then and there. James was the car salesman I spoke to. He said he would do his best to convince the manager, but all he did was give the manager the price I offered and waited for a response. He didn't even try. He was also criticizing me along with the manager loud enough for me to hear. Worse customer service ever!

Believe it or not, I was actually on my way to a different dealership. LOL! I received a call from this other dealership and told them what I wanted. I was very specific in the make/model of vehicle, the total cost and desired monthly payments, engine-type (for better mpg), and my trade-in (Lincoln Navigator that had 250K miles on it. Phew....it was time for something newer, huh? LOL!) The salesperson said he would call me back after checking his inventory. A few minutes later he called back with a list of vehicles I did not ask for. Go figure... But it was my day off, so I wanted to take advantage. I headed towards the dealership...made a wrong turn....and wound up at Len Stoler. Talk about fate! Jay was very professional and listened to what I wanted. And it just so happened that they had the exact vehicle I wanted....at the price I wanted. Thank you for the excellent customer service and the great vehicle. I decided to try Len Stoller even though it is a good hike from where I live. Was I ever happy I did!!!!!I felt the difference the second I walked through the door, a happy, welcoming feeling and then I met Jay McClenahan. The car I wanted was in the showroom and though he didn't know for sure I would buy it, he showed me everything inside and out and under the hood! There was never a hint of pressure. He spent an enormous amount of time with me. Everyone I met while there was friendly. So I bought it there that night. Even the financing part was painless with no pressure to purchase extras. The prices was higher than I had in mind but that's because I didn't have a trade-in nor did I have a clue how much the tax would be! I've told many people of my experience there and have recommended them and Jay to several people. My first service will be comming up soon and I'm quite sure I will be just as pleased with their service department.

But I must say Jay Never made my sister or I feel like less of a customer. My sister and I are so grateful in how Jay made the transition of getting a new car a breeze. I've been to many dealership but Hyundai LenStoler stands out. What or who made that difference? Ron Askew! Superb customer service, he made me feel like a real, valued customer. He worked with me and for me and I never felt pressured the whole buying process. He knew that I was shopping from dealership to dealership and he never bothered me or kept calling me like crazy everyday unlike other dealerships sales rep. I set an appointment with him and he told me he wont bother me until the appointment date and he never did. He is true to his word and very trustworthy. That's why I kept coming back to Ron because I know he is a real honest person to do business with. I live in York Pa and there are other dealerships close to me, but I would sacrifice the distance of going to LenStoler Hyundai because Ron makes me and my wife feel comfortable. About two months ago, my fiance and I decided to go to this dealership in hopes of purchasing a new car. She was honest and straightforward through the entire process and helped me work out the best financing options.Her after service care is also outstanding as she keeps insisting that I can call her if I was not sure about any of the vehicle's features. I did in fact call her and she was pleasant as always and took the time to see me and demonstrate the feature I was unsure about.I will definitely recommend Jaime to family and friends looking to purchase a new vehicle.

We knew exactly what we wanted (2012 Elantra) and visited several Hyundai dealerships in the area before Len Stoler. And, we were VERY turned off by every salesperson until Yeimy. I work in budgeting and my wife in accounting, so we are familiar with numbers and the way a lease calculation works. So, when the numbers at other places didn't add up, we asked about it. We received either a condescending or irritated response and the numbers still did not add up. With Yeimy, we felt like she cared and that she was honest and upfront from the very beginning. Because of this, we didn't even need to ask for the figures. We trusted her. We bought from her because of who she was and how she treated us. Period.

The overall experience was great. My girlfriend and I walked in to the dealership and Johnny knew that we needed to talk to someone right away. He immediately let me test drive the car and answered all the questions I had while I test drove the car. He also worked very hard to get me the payment I wanted. He was very friendly and we talked about many things other than the car itself. I have never bought a new or used car from a dealership before, and Johnny made my first experience a pleasant one. Len Stoler is a dealership I would recommend to any first time car buyer! Johnny Salinas was a crucial part of why I bought my Hyundai Sonata. The funny thing is that I never even planned on buying a car yesterday, and I did!

I had test driven an Elantra earlier in the week at another Hyundai dealer and liked the car. Had gone to Owings Mills to look at a Chevy Cruze with low miles across the street to compare. The AC did not work on the Cruz and when tested other models was not happy with the result. So drove out of the Chevy lot and turned into Len Stoler Hyundai across the street to see what they had. They had 1 Elantra on the lot. Was told they had 6 on Friday and this was the last one they had in the 2012's. Met with and test drove the car with James Matthews. I have been in sales for over 20 years and would have to say he is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. His knowledge of the vehicle and company was outstanding. Not pushy and very thorough to make sure I understood everything about the car and the financials. Very easy to deal with and knows this car inside and out. Not used to buying new. Had not bought new since the 90's. I usually only buy cars that have low miles but I loved the car and the price seemed fair as well as the financing rate of 2.9% for 48 months, for anyone with a credit score over 680. Cheap money! Seemed to me the price was fair compared to what I found for a new 2012 invoice for this model. No one tried to sell me a bunch of extras which I remember being a turnoff the last time I bought new.Keeping my fingers crossed that my future relationship for service goes as well as the purchase did with Len Stoler. They are not the closest dealer near me so hope the service is worth the drive. If not, I have a good mechanic. Just hope if work is done outside them the warranty is not voided. Anyone have any feedback on that? Steve

I started my search for a new car at Len Stoler and thought it would be the end point as well with me driving a new car. Unfortunately I came back twice and both times I felt like the pressure was unnecessary and the "old-boy" tactics to get me to buy were inappropriate. I liked James Mathews for his sharing of information but he was really pushed aside by the sales manager (who was supposedly helping out from the Ford dealership) and it became unpleasant. I didn't feel like I was heard about my pricing options and the trade in value for the car was sub-par. I live in Owings Mills and convenience would have been ideal but instead I went to another dealership where I was treated much nicer and with greater respect.

Jamie was rude and pushy. I was looking for an Elantra and she pushed me into a Sonata, saying I wouldn't be able to find an Elantra anywhere. She lied and said no dealer had one in stock, I should settle for the Sonata. I kept trying to leave, and she was pushy and confrontational. She swore I would come back and say she was right. She wasn't. I went to Heritage Hyundai instead and found an Elantra that afternoon, and bought it. I would never deal with Len Stoler. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

This past week I was on the way home from work, I stopped in at Len Stoler Hyundai, I met Jeff as he was pulling around front in a new 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. We went for a test drive. When I started to talk I was upfront with my situation, he helped to ensure I received top dollar on my trade in along with premium financing.He took great care to ensure I was happy with the deal, and was very informative and knowledgeable on the vehicle and its many features. I would highly recommend Jeff to be your Salesman and would highly recommend Len Stoler as my dealer of choice. I have purchased over the years. A Nissan Titan, Ford F150 and Focus from Len Stoler. All were good vehicles, but the Hyundai Elantra Touring is ahead of all the competition in appearance, mileage, safety. I would highly recommend this car to anyone, but get it from Jeff at Len Stoler Hyundai.

I recently purchased a 2011 Elantra Limited. I am predisposed to not trust salesmen so I handled the majority of the negotiations via email. Having already come to an agreement on price, the in-dealership experience was very smooth. Yeimy was polite and friendly and did not try to renegotiate our deal, which happened at another dealer. Overall I felt I got a price that was very reasonable and left with a very positive feeling. She was responsive throughout my search and had the patience to work with me as I researched and made my decision. Len Stoler was one of three dealerships offering basically the same price, and the first to honor it. That honesty goes a long way to winning repeat customers. If the car holds up its end of the bargain, I would definately start my next search with Len Stoler and Yeimy.

My husband and I had no intention of buying a car that Saturday, we just wanted to test drive different cars to get the best feel. Yeimy, our sales person, was very friendly without being pushy. We had originally wanted a hybrid, but Yeimy gave us information about mileage and cost comparison which decided on a PZEV. I have always disliked the car buying dance with a passion, but I never felt pressured during our visit. She did work with us a bit on the price, though we did pay full MSRP price for most of the extra features, but still saved a little bit of money. The car was missing the mats, so Yeimy made sure I was able to get them a few days later. I think that how salepeople approach you is 70% of the experience, and I would give Yeimy an A+ for her approach. I love this car, and overall I feel that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had based on the service we received.

Have you ever heard of the saying "The customer is always right?" Because Len Stoler Hyundai and Ernie Galarza have not. My family recently purchased an automobile from them and while they are incredibly friendly in trying to sell you a car, the moment you take the car off the lot and have one problem with it all of that courtesy goes out the window. They are the model of how not run a business. We recently had problems with the Alantra we purchased. IF, and only IF, you are able to get a hold of them and they respond to your telephone calls or e-mails, they treat you like they want nothing to do with you. They are rude and discourteous and will even accuse you of lying and being dishonest yourself. They will even sarcastically threaten you to bring legal action against them, and will let you know they've had it done plenty of times support. What a shock! I would gladly pay more money for a car than have to deal with these rude, unprofessional, con artists.

Overall worst experience I've had buying a car. After initial visit there was no return call to attempt to make a car deal. We had to call the salesman back to find the status on more than one occasion. It appears because my wife was so upside down in her current vehicle that they weren't interested in trying to sell us a new car and never asked if we could put more money down. We had to call them and offer to increase the down payment before we got any kind of call backs. And after the deal was financed the finance manager switched the loan so that it was in my name as the primary while making my wife the co-borrower, essentially making me the buyer when I was only supposed to co-sign the loan. When I questioned the manager about this issue he advised that I was just a co-signer and it did not matter whose name went on the contract first. Of course upon checking into it after I had just purchased a new car in my name which cause me a major headache when I attempted to but myself a new car 4 months later. I did not buy that new car from Len Stohler!!!
