Friendly staff, was greeted promptly by Chris. Offered me refreshments while I waited. Really explained all the details of financing a vehicle and what the best option was for me.. He did his best to get me in the car of my choice(which he did). Didn't feel pressured to buy car at all. Phil and John were awesome too (great sense of humor). I will definitely recommend Lexus of Owings Mill.

I brought my brand new 2020 Lexus RX 350 in for service, because the microphone for voice commands would not work properly. It would not activate after pressing the button. The message said"Wait for the beep." The beep never came. This would happen at least 50% of the time I would try to activate the microphone. If the car was not restarted, the microphone would never work. Only after restarting the vehicle would the microphone work, and that was only 50% of the time, after a restart. After dropping the vehicle off at the service department and waiting for 5 hours for a call back that the work was finished, I was informed they could not duplicate the error. The service rep told be they re-installed the software on the vehicle. Perhaps that would fix the problem I was told. I told the service rep that if the error reoccurred , I would take a photo or video of the display to show them the error. So I go to pick up my car. They bring it back to the service pickup area, and I turn on the vehicle, try to activate the microphone and I get the same error I had been having. Now the service rep and the technology "genius" have a look at it, and they are flummoxed. They have no idea what to do. I left a voicemail for the Service Manager to please call me back, but have not heard back from him. IMHO, this may require a replacement of the module that controls all the electronics in the touch display. Just my guess. They have 3 shots to fix this. If they cannot, I am calling this vehicle a "lemon" and will want a replacement of the vehicle. I should not have to have all of the electronics replaced on a brand new vehicle, if that's the fix. Not too happy at this point. I also have some other issues with the vehicle and the quality of knowledge from the technology guy, but I will leave that for another day.

The service manager Regina Thornwell is exceptional. She’s very professional and is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure quality service. She goes above and beyond. If the rest of the service department works as hard as she does, then it’s no wonder why Lexus is known for their service department.

I purchased the Multi-Shield Protection package for tires and when I attempted to make a claim 1year later, I was told that they don’t deal with that warranty company any longer and that I should not have been sold the package. They have yet to resolve this issue or refund me my the purchase price, plus interest since the cost was included in my finance package. I have made several calls to resolve this issue. I have yet to received a call from the Sales Manager Allen Castle to whom I left a detailed voice message of the situation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I didn’t end up buying a car. I went to car shop, i knew what i wanted. Every couple of days i would go on the website to see what they had. I told the sales person i would be buying the car in a week. I didn’t hear from her at all. She probably didn’t even put my name in the computer. This is the only time i have not been bothered by a sales person. If i could give negative stars i would. I thought that Len stoker had better customer service. I was wrong.
