Very disappointed BUYER BEWARE. ZERO STAR!!!! This all happened within 24 hours of signing!! I purchased a 2014 expedition el limited from lepage. I had a great experience until the end. I agreed to a deal that traded in two vehicles and cash for the expedition. Per terms of our agreement they were to provide new 20” tires and replace both rocker panels, along with some touchup paint. I was contacted that they ordered new tires and got me upgraded tires even because they were on sale. I was also contacted it would be another week because they had to order an additional rocker panel for replacement, which I also paid extra for. What I received was a rim switch with used 18” tires, and repaired rocker panels not replaced. I have been claimed to be a liar from the salesman Dave and the owner Mark. Meanwhile the rims that are supposed to be on my vehicle are now on an F150 in their lot, I have used tires and repaired rocker panels. I picked the truck up in the pouring rain and trusted that these people were different and cared. They are not and do not care about people in a pandemic when we should be pulling together and showing compassion and doing the right thing when it is agreed upon not bait and switching and scam tactics hiding behind a contract, not providing receipts for work to be done. This is a colossal hurt and stress we are a blue collar single income family this vehicle was purchased for my wife and 3 small girls. I wanted to provide a nice vehicle that was fixed properly. This is no example of standing behind your word and providing the customer with what they paid for.

It's been about 4 months and 5000 miles since I bought my 2013 Accord sport there in February 2021. Buying experience was excellent with zero hassles. No sleezy dealership nonsense. Great communication as well. I noticed a little oil seepage from the valve cover gasket and Dave had it replaced and the car ready to go the next day. I did have to replace the rear pads and rotors within a couple thousand miles. But not a big deal. As far as service goes, this week I emailed Dave on Monday at 530 PM about the clutch pedal squeaking, hoping for a response in the morning. Within 5 minutes he called me to see what was going on. Got me in today (Thursday) to get it looked at and his guy (didn't catch his name) had the pedal assembly re-lubricated in about 10 minutes and said I was all set. No bill, no nothing. Couldn't be happier with that whole operation over there. This is the type of place you want to buy a car from. Thanks fellas.

Just drove my new truck home so I will update this if there are any dealer related issues down the line but for now I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. These guys have been friendly, easy communicators, and worked with my situation to get me into a vehicle.

Perhaps the best car buying experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Very relaxed process, up front pricing, and expedient with a definite customer service focus. They were quick to resolve one minor issue with the vehicle that we found. I would not hesitate to return here to purchase another vehicle. 90+ days of vehicle ownership so far and still very satisfied! Thank you!
