Les Mack was the first place I stopped when I was looking to buy a used 2015 Ford Flex. I dealt with Randy, and I was impressed with the value of my trade in he offered me, and also with the price of the Flex I was looking to buy. I still wanted to shop around just to make sure I was making the right decision. After going to other dealerships, I realized I needed to take the deal offered to me by Les Mack. I called Randy, and he was understanding and patient with me looking around, and eagerly excited about earning my business. The process of buying the car was quick, and Ben in financing was helpful with explaining the little details. The car was detailed very professionally and looked pretty much brand new! I even left a personal item behind in my trade in vehicle, and Randy immediately threw it in the mail, and I received it the next day. (I live 3 hours east of Lancaster) I was so impressed with Les Mack, and Randy that I would give him my business any day of the week, or refer any of my friends and family.

First time ever leasing a car. Gary Whittaker was the salesman,he made everything go smoothly. We leased a 2016 Buick Encore. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Nice to deal with people who aren't pushy. Great experience.

Been buying from Les Mack for years and wouldn't dream of ever going anywhere else. Wade Duncan did a great job in finding me and my family exactly what we wanted. Bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox and I have no doubt in my mind I got the best deal possible. The customer service was second to none. Not only from Wade but everyone involved in our purchase. No doubt be heading back to Wade and Les Mack for all future vehicle buys.

Our neighbor recommended we work with Wade and Les Mack after we told her of our poor experience with a different dealer. Wade did a fantastic job of locating the vehicle that we wanted. We came in with a list of specific options that we were looking for, and he was able to find the vehicle that fit our needs. He did a great job of "checking in" during the process of getting the vehicle to Lancaster to tell us the status. The actual buying and paperwork process was very smooth and fast. The paperwork is the part that I hate most in buying a car because of the amount of time it takes to complete. They had everything all ready to go and we were in and out in under an hour. We also did not feel any pressure to buy a vehicle, especially when compared to other dealerships in the area. When it is time to buy our next vehicle, we plan to go back to Wade!

I bought a new F-150 and love it. The Les Mack team was very cooperative and made the whole experience very easy; from looking and test driving vehicles to negotiating a "fair" price to complete customer satisfaction in the end. I met with both the sales and service teams and each were very responsive to any questions and/or concerns I had. I am a repeat customer for obvious reasons but each time I have bought a vehicle, I have been treated like a first time customer. The sales team made the experience memorable for my children also. They went above and beyond to make the process timely and enjoyable for the children and I. It was a fun time, not a stressful time. It has been months since but the kids still talk about it.

First time buying from Les Mack...Wade Duncan was our sales guy and we were very pleased with everything. It's nice to be able to "small talk" and not be all business like and that's just how it was with Wade. Felt like we knew him for years and come to find out we have a lot of people/friends in common. He made the disappointment of not being able to go with a certain vehicle cause it did not fit my handicapped daughter's wheelchair seem not so bad and helped us with one that fit our needs. Just an all around "cool" guy and we will definitely be going back to Wade at Les Mack when it's time for our next vehicle. Also a shout out to Roger Brown who was very friendly and helpful when we first came to Les Mack standing in the cold looking at vehicles and Richard Mack who was great to talk to and helpful as well when we signed papers. Thanks guys for everything!!

We have purchased several of our vehicles through Les Mack and have always had Wade Duncan as our salesman. We continue to come here because there is never any pressure and Wade does his best to find the exact car/truck we are looking for. Time and time again he goes above what is asked of him and is always happy to do so. We just purchased a beautiful 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ and are leasing a 2014 Chevy Cruze. For both vehicles we had requests for additional features added and they had them ready to go in just a couple of days! Wade sits in the vehicle with us and goes through all of the features and makes sure we are comfortable before we leave the lot, not to mention the numerous phone calls! We have looked around at other dealerships, like most people do, but we always come back to see Wade and the crew at Les Mack because we have always been treated very well and we feel we get a good deal and that is important to us.

I was looking for a great car , that when i sat in the drivers seat I new I was in love. Roger Brown found the one for me. I just bought a 2013 Buick Verano. Roger answered all my questions and was always helpful. When I got there my Roger had my car out front all shined up. Took me out and went over everything on the car with me, before I left the lot. Great salesman and great dealership.

I had an excellent experience buying a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan in March of 2013. Wade Duncan was my salesmen. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, & not at all pushy. This Aug (2013) I purchased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with Stow & Go seating. Wade Duncan was my salesmen again. I received the same great service from him again. Thank You Wade! I intend to keep the van with Stow & Go since I really should have gone with Stow & Go in the first place. I am selling my 2003 van to my girlfriend. I had a great experience at Les Mack. I would recommend their dealership to all my family, friends, and anyone else.

I went to Les Mack looking for a new vehicle that fit my needs from the model I was currently driving. As being a caretaker for my mother, I needed a vechile that I could easily get her in and out of. Roger Brown my sales associate came out and was very nice and understandable on what I was looking for. He was able to tell me and my daughter evertyhing we needed to know about the vehicle. I was looking into a Ford Edge, but the Chevy Equinox was catching my eye and to find out that it was more my fit for what I need. They test drive great and Roger was able to tell me more about the Equinox and what it has to offer and what it entails. As within my family, we have purchased many vehicles with Les Mack. My brother, and my son have always gotten their vehicles here and have great business with them as do I. I would recommend any friends or family members to come to Les Mack and ask for help in finding a new or used vechile. Thank You Roger and Richard for all your help.

We recently purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia from Les Mack. Roger Brown was the salesperson that we worked with during our visit. I called two days before to set up an appointment and Roger had the vehicle out front waiting for us when we arrived. Their no hassle pricing made the process simple, which is nice when you have an 18-month old with you with little patience. :) Roger and Tracy both did an excellent job and made the experience a great one. My experience was very exceptional! I was not planning to purchase another vehicle for quite a while, but my enging went out on me. They made the buyiong process as hassle free as possible. They were not pushy, they worked with me on what I wanted. Randy Martin was my dealer and he was excellent! You are in good hands! Tracy in the financing department was teririfc to work with also, she did a great job of explaining my different loan options and putting them in terms I would understand!

I just purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox from Les Mack car dealership in Lancaster. I sat down with a terrific car salesman by the name of Roger Brown. He was very helpful and knowlegable about the Euinox. I looked at used versus new and decided to go with the new and I do not regret it! I have to say I did look at other dealerships and found that Roger was the most personable rep. that I talked with and gave me a deal I just couldn't say no to. My husband also taked with Roger and was impressed. My first big road trip to Marshfield got us 29 miles a gal. not to shabby. My husband was impressed how it did in the hills. He was alittle worried it being just a 4 Cylinder,but it kept up with traffic just fine. I would recommend anyone out their looking for a vehicle please go to Les Mack and speak to their fine salesmen by the name of Roger Brown. We were very pleased at our experience at Les Mack. This is our second vehicle purchased there. We would difinately go back there to purchase another one. Our salesmen is a real gem. He is not a pushy Have to buy now kind of salesmen. He has a wonderful personality that is a big plus that we look for when we want to purchase something.He explained how are vehicle works where some has just kind of sent us on our way.His name is Wade Duncan.

on a weekend trip to visit friends in Elizabeth,IL (about an hour and 15 minutes from Lancaster) we experienced some electrical/computer trouble with our van. Since we were traveling with our two small children we became a little alarmed since our lights were shutting on and off, the speedometer stopped working and every warning light came on. After getting parked I decided to take a look at the fuse panel and since my mechanical ability stops at remembering which side the gas tank is on, I decided I was in way over my head. At this point it was almost noon on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and since every service center is basically closed, we weren't sure what to do. After coming up with a few options we decided to call Les Mack's where we bought the vehicle and talk to Richard Mack. After telling him our situation and being a father of young children himself he did not want us to drive the vehicle. Richard arranged all the information we needed to have the van towed and continued to go above and beyond our expectations of what a dealership needs to do. He sent a driver to come pick us up and take us home and since we were down a vehicle he also said we could keep that one until ours was fixed. In a day and age where everyone is cutting back and doing more with less (no pun intended), their only concern was for our safety and the well being of our family which was very appreciated. With many businesses supporting "buy local" we thought this would give many area drivers a great reason why.

I bought a used 2003 F150 from Les Mack. Our salesman Noah was a very knowlegeable, friendly, and best of all LOW pressure. We had a minor problem with the truck after the sale that was taken care of right away no questions asked because of their warranty. Customer service at Les Mack Ford is second to none. We've recommended Les Mack Ford to every one we know that is in the market for a new or used car or truck. In fact we had such a great experience we worked with Noah again about a month later when we bought a new car for my wife.
