I have purchased three cars from Lester Glenn Chevrolet. I don't have anything bad or negative to say about them which is more than I can say about many other dealerships I have known! I just traded my 2017 Malibu in and made another purchase from Marisa, everything went well. She was very personable and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. It's nice when you feel someone is sincerely trying to assist you. I knew after the first two minutes that I made a good choice with Marisa.

The staff at this dealership doesn’t know how to sell cars or at least make an effort to go the distance. If you have 780 credit anyone can get you approved but when they have to put in work they don’t want to be bothered. Looked at a vehicle was ready to purchase as well but couldn’t get approved. It happens to many of us. Made no second effort whatsoever to offer any other vehicles or do anything to help. Sure there is a shortage with new vehicles and the chips but when you have a lot full of cars, you move them. You do everything you can to get the customer in a car and create a long-standing relationship. This is not that dealership. Went to Nissan dealer an hour later and got a car at same price as the one I was looking at for exactly the same budget point I had here. Why? they know how to sell cars! I will never deal with Lester Glenn. If they gave me a free car, I would bring it back!

This dealership is amazing and the sales people here are very helpful and not pushy at all. Anthony Wolf was a great help in helping me find the perfect car to fit all my needs.

They treat you like family. Service Dept quick on checking you in and getting the job done. Brought 5 cars here in past 7 years for the whole family. Mike Stockhousen great salesperson.
