We purchased a 2020 Traverse from Lester Glenn Chevrolet in June 2020. It was a great experience! Dan and team provided fast, friendly and professional service. The whole process and paperwork didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would- which is great when you have 2 kids tagging along. Covid guidelines were implemented and we felt safe. Highly recommend this dealership! We will definitely look to them again in the future! I have been servicing my vehicle at LG Chevy. The oil changes are fast and easy!

Incredible experience. Went in to trade a lease from another mfg. Went out with two cars. Marisa was the salesperson and Mathew was the manager. Both were personable and professional. Payed slightly more on the lease but was to be expected - new car new technology. It’s the second car that stunned us. As a afterthought while the paperwork was being done figured let’s give a trade in a shot. Owed money on it. Their offer for a new one was fair but way over our budget. Buying a used one was not practical at that time since our current one was fine. While the paperwork was being done Mathew checked some new inventory. He came back with a barely and I mean barely used one. I really mean barely used. Two firsts in my life. I was speechless. Second was walking out of a car dealer in a long time not feeling that I was conned. These folks are pros. If you stop in and see Marisa & Mathew give them my best. You will be dealing with real professionals. Tom

I bought a 2017 Chevy Equinox certified back at the beginning of the year. Within a month the battery went dead. It was great they put the battery in at no charge because I was there to pick up my second key that they promised me when it went dead. I called and set up an appointment to have the free oil change and told the receptionist I was having issues with the transmission. She scheduled me and on that date. When I went for the scheduled appointment I also told the service advisor that checked me in I had an issue with the one tire losing pressure. It was such a slow leak I thought it might be a change of seasons and temperature. When I went to inflate them the tires did not match up with the computer. When at the dealership I was told the tires were rotated and never reset. But I needed 4 new tires at a cost of over 300 plus per. Only 7 months after I bought a supposed certified vehicle. Additionally, I was told after the service advisor took a test run with me in the car and verified my transmission concern that the techs there couldn't verify it and there was no one there that was a "transmission tech" so I would again have to come back. This is just not acceptable. I spent extra money and went with a well known dealership to purchase a certified vehicle.

Ryan (sales) had all the answers to the questions I had about the truck. He was extremely helpful and wasn't pushy in any way. Devin (finance) was great as well. He explained all the different finance options and ran all the different number for me. Devin was very informative explaining all the warranty details. It was a smooth, easy going and great experience working with both!

Going to have my car serviced is not necessarily my favorite activity. However, Josh, my service advisor, made it quite pleasant. He explained what would be done and why it would be done. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable, and my wait wasn't long at all. Altogether, not a bad morning.
