We haven't had much experience with service department other than oil change but they are all friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this dealer.

I took my Mazda 3 to Lester Raines for an oil change & tire rotation. I was in and out within 45 minutes. The service adviser who took care of me, Andrew Barr, did an outstanding job. He was helpful, polite and efficient. I waited while the work was being performed in their lounge, which is always comfortable with a nice selection of coffee, tea and snacks. I won't trust my vehicle with anyone else.

My Crisstour is working so well that it did not need any servicing or repairs to pass a State inspection. This was done in a short time, even though the mechanics were busy with other cars. Nice new reception/waiting area.

The main reason I buy Hondas, they are very good vehicles but so are some others, is the service department. They know the car, you can make an appointment instead of like at many others arrive sometime between 7 AM & 7:30 AM and get in line. The Lord himself doesn't know at what time your car will be serviced. Before Honda I had a terrific mechanic ,Tony Burgess, on the West Side but he retired and his spot is now a Gino's/Tudors restaurant. Keep up the good workJim O'Neill

I purchased a new CX3 from Tim Russell on October 26, 2015. The entire process (initial contact, test drive, price negotiation, and delivery) was handled in a professional and courteous manner. Tim was willing to communicate by a variety of methods, including text, email, and phone. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its features, and he was enthusiastic about Mazda cars. Finally, Tim went out of his way to help me pick up my new car. I had to return a leased vehicle to another dealership in Charleston, so Tim met me at that dealership and drove me back to Lester Raines Mazda. I was in the market for a new AWD vehicle. Tim Russell helped me and I test drove the Mazda CX-5. I loved the car, but ended up not purchasing at the time, due to possibly getting a company vehicle. Fast forward to a year later, I changed jobs and was in the market for a new vehicle again. The experience I had with Tim the first time was so great, that I wanted to go back and purchase a car from him. The Mazda CX-3 is new for 2016 and I test drove it and wanted to purchase it. Tim was helpful, courteous, and kept me informed the whole process. This was the best car experience I have ever had. Since I have been leasing Hondas from Raines Imports since 2008, the salesperson basically knew the model which I was interested in leasing. This salesperson was very approachable, comfortable for me to talk to, courteous, explained the lease terms, and answered all my questions about the newer features of the vehicle. This salesperson had all the sales forms organized and clearly explained the their purpose to me before I signed them. In a very short period of time, my car was readied for sale, the new lease was signed, and I was on my way home with a new car. I would definitely recommend purchasing and/or leasing cars from this Company.

First of all, you can't beat the vehicles...that helps a lot. The salesman I negotiated with is Tim Russell. He was straightforward, valuing my time and his. I told him what I wanted, he told me what he had, and what he could do for me. A slight bit of negotiation, and the deal was on. At the time of purchase, he had just started with the sale of a different car, and instead of letting me sit there, he called in a second salesman, Mike Shrewsbury. Both salesmen were friendly, personable, straight forward, etc. Although I know they want to sell cars, they made it feel like they were more interested in me finding what I want, not them "closing the deal". I would definitely recommend them, the dealership, and Mazda vehicles to those in the market for a vehicle. Thanks!!

My MAZDA salesman, Mike Shrewsbury, was top notch from start to finish. He was helpful with specific vehicle information, but not pushy or "aggressive" in his sales approach. During the negotiation process, I found him to be honest, forthright and.... friendly! He followed through with my requests and made the whole buying process "pain free." I will definitely recommend him, and the Lester Raines dealership to others.

My salesman Kurt M. was literally like a mind reader. It's like he knew what I was wanting, the price range I was looking to hit, and making that happen. I love my new Mazda 3, it's super sporty, and saves me so much on gas! My Dad was super happy too knowing that I made the right choice and that Kurt treated me, customer wise, like He'd want someone to treat his own daughter if she were going through this process for the first time. I CAN NOT THANK SAM JOHNSON (salesman) for his help in getting me a car just love. Just went to fairmont and back , thought I was in a much more expensive car. Have had several compliments on how good it looks. Blew I know what zoom zoom means. 300 miles felt like 150. Thanks Sammy Sunshine, who I've known since he sold me a car back in 1994.
