It was terrible, the prices are high and the salesman push vehicles. They would budge on price for this car we were looking at until they kept calling and finally I told them I found the exact car we wanted two trim levels above this model same mileage with a bigger engine for 2k less than there asking price for the lesser year lesser motored lesser trimmed car and then they begged insisting the reason why is because there benifits from buying with them are worth more than 5k difference

I purchased a car there on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately is was a fresh trade and was not ready to leave the lot. The senior salesman told us that they would get it in first thing Monday and put on the new tires and fix the lock buttons on the front doors. It was to have a complete detail job inside and out just like any other vehicle that rolls off the lot. He said they would have it ready in a few days. I finally called the dealership on Wednesday when no one bothered to keep me in the loop about it's progress. They finally called late Friday and said it was ready to go. We drove the two hours. When we picked it up it was dark and we could see the outside was freshly washed but the inside was never touched. After we arrived home we found one of the doors locks still did not work. I had to call them twice after the service department failed to send me the loaner car to pick it up so they could fix the door lock. They assured me it would be detailed that time. Well no. It was delivered back to me two days later and it was never touched. It is unfortunate that you pay hard earned money for a vehicle and they can't keep their end of the deal. The other unfortunate part is people tried to warn me not to buy there and I didn't listen. Everyone I have talked to about this dealership just hesitates and says never again. I learned my lesson. Just thought others should be warned.
