Very disappointing experience. First of all, I made an appointment online and requested PTO from my company so that I could get my car serviced. But after I waited for an hour(for the shuttle) in the dealership, Tim came up and told me my vehicle won’t be able to be serviced on that day. I mean if your service department is understaffed then you shouldn’t have let customers make any appointments that day. Then the second day they told me to pick up my car and I realized they hadn’t sent me a video report which was explicitly requested by me and it showed up on my bill as well. Melissa told me that’s fine she would ask the technician to resubmit my video report so that I would be able to see it and I double checked with her before I left. She reconfirmed me. However, I got home and nothing was really sent to me. Also the maintenance package includes clean/vacuum my car but it was the same as I left my car there when I picked it up. I don’t like the feeling of being played again and again. I heard that the dealership changed their owner not long time ago maybe that’s why they acted differently now. I’d skip this place in the future.

Unhappy with my recent experience. I had a car from them back in 2013 and was pleased with my purchase and my service. Today I was not. I was looking to trade in my car for another. I was told verbally I would get about $27k for my trade in, and when I asked for a written offer, they only gave me one for only $20k. Very shady practices.

The 5 stars is specifically for Keith their shuttle driver... I took my car in for service at 7am and to my disappointment no work was done on my car alI day, although i had a registered appointment. I was not notified until I checked in until 3pm. and then they tell me no techs showed up all day. The upside to this inconvenience, was meeting Keith. What a kind, polite funny man.. Though I had to make further personal arrangements to get my car serviced again the next day, there was a huge part of me that was looking forward to it again to just to chat with Keith during my shuttle ride...

Made an appointment for service. Was told that wait time for a loaner car was four weeks. No problem. Made the appointment without a loaner. Was NOT told that it would be almost another week after the appointment before my car would even be looked at! Why would I bring my car to your dealership to let it sit on your lot for a week before it’s even looked at? I was not advised of this at the time I made the appointment no matter what your notes say. By the way, this appointment was for a recall notice.

Great buying experience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Even after coming home I had a question and a quick call to Jason Steward is all it took to get it resolved. Great location.

The sales people were so friendly and helpful they went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I would give them a 10 out of 10 , I'm 42 years old and have bought several vehicles in my life time and this was by far the fastest, easiest , best dealership I have been to.
