The atmosphere when you walk in the door is one that says: Welcome, we are glad you stopped in. The personnel (everyone) are really friendly and doesn't treat your lack of knowledge as an impairment: rather they thrive to make you knowledgeable. The salesman (Michael Kissell) is very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. This is why I sought him out, when looking to buy.

From the time I made my apt., to having the work completed was less than 48 hours. The apt. Time was :90 but had the car out early.

I appreciated the care the service advisor took in letting me know the type of service my car required and carefully going over all the charges. He was very knowledgeable about the work being done and ensured that he informed me. The service advisor, Tommy Moncivais, is excellent. I hope I get him the next time I take my car in for servicing. He made it a very pleasant experience.

The entire staff was in tune to what was needed and very apologetic for not having parts available. David Silkey was on hand and figured out immediately when I returned that something had not been taken care of. He went way over anything I would have expected to make the issue right. I have already telephoned a friend to tell her about the most amazing service I received at Lexus Monterey Peninsula.

I took my RX 350 in for service and was greeted immediately and was seen by a service manager right away. I needed a ride to my Bible study but the shuttle was a ways away. The service manager offered me a loaner vehicle, which was very convenient for me, so I could get to my study on time.
