What a great experience. Was helped by both Jack and Dominic. I was in searching for a Hybrid replacement to my current SUV. They were able to search the inventory and have 2 options lined up for a test drive. I wasn’t looking to buy right away but my experience pointed me in the right direction. They were friendly, efficient, and not overly pushy. They listened to my needs and requests and worked their best to find a common ground with me. I appreciate the transparency of their business and will certainly be working through them again when it’s time to upgrade to my next vehicle.

Went in on 8/29 looking at a 2018 RX350 we saw online. Tyler Field helped us and he was awesome!! He is down to earth no pressure salesman that put us at ease from the start. We got a fair trade in value and ended up leaving with the car we wanted. We forgot our gate clicker in the trade in and Tyler went above and beyond and mailed it back to us to save us the trip. Great service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Lexus of Bellevue.

Great experience with the service department, both for my six month maintainance and fuel injector pump recall replacement. They also picked up my car at my house and dropped it back off for which I am very appreciative. Alan J. Was great to work with. I have now owned the car a little over 2 years and the service continues to be excellent. Patrick was great on my most recent service.
