Ross took great care of us. Very pleased with GX-460. We go back to Birmingham for our service and Charlotte takes EXCELLENT care of use. The re-call fix for our GX-460 came in and even though we weren't scheduled for it - she (and the technicians) got it done. Set us up in a loaner so all good. Done in 3 hrs. Again - excellent service department.

My service manager, Ron Amerson, is always professional, polite and helpful. He is great about explaining the issue and/or cost. My car is always ready when promised. The staff is always friendly. They actually smile!

The dealership was great! Everyone was very polite and professional. They made us feel welcome. Tim Spires was our sales person and he was a great guy. Very cordial and respectful without the typical sales "pitches". We would definitely purchase from him again. We walked through the service department and it was very clean and professional. We love our Lexus!
