This was a totally excellent experience from the interaction with Alex in Sales, James in Finance, and Wade in Technology Delivery. Alex took care to understand the needs and desires of the buyer (my wife, actually) and found a car that met her needs and desires at a fair price. He worked with James in Finance to find an excellent financing arrangement and didn't press us on extended warranties. Both of those people, facilitating the buying experience were awesome. They worked with us as peers or even as good neighbors would and were friendly and supportive with good active listening skills. We'd buy from them again and recommend them instantly. Upon delivery, Wade stepped in to show and tell about the MANY features of the vehicle. The amount of technology in the vehicle is incredible and Wade spent well over an hour guiding us through the most-needed/used features while offering his continued support and counsel as we continue to learn more about how to use the vehicle. Wade, as it turns out, is one of the top Lexus technologists in the country and he shared some of the experiences that have helped make Lexus a great product. All in all, I was super-surprised at the ease, personal attention and consideration, and attention to quality and detail throughout the buying experience. Bottom line: Highly recommended! 2021 Update: Last time I needed a vehicle I wrote this review. I wouldn't change a thing. We needed a new vehicle and had the same great experience from all of the players (plus Verbie - Finance) that we had the first time. Again, I highly recommend the dealership and Alex.

We drove over 130+ miles round trip to purchase a Lexus vehicle at Brookfield Lexus. We were all pre-approved to buy. That is, until our Lexus trade-in was given the lowest of all ridiculous lowball offers (3 other dealers offered significantly higher) and the used Lexus vehicle we intended to purchase was not lowered by even 1 cent. Absolutely would not recommend Brookfield Lexus.

The technology support is awesome! Wade was great at explaining all my cars features in detail! The customer service with vehicle maintenance is questionable and I wouldn't bank on the car wash they provide being of fair quality. I would only recommend this dealer to a friend for Wade's expertise.

My wife and I recently traded in our Suburban for a showroom sharp Acura MDX, Lexus Service inspected used car (supposedly at a significant cost to the dealership). Needless to say the car we purchased is far from showroom sharp. We have had to replace numerous (expensive) parts, including labor within the first 1.5 weeks after purchasing what we thought was a good buy. Used Car sales staff was very unprofessional, showed up late to appointments, didn't return phone calls, car was not detailed per our concerns of stains on headboard trim, and didn't follow up regarding our requests for service records. Called Used Car Sales Manager Will to explain that an indpendent 3rd party service manager immediately noticed that a drive belt tensioner and drive belt needed to be replaced, based on mileage alone the transmission fluid, rear differential fluid, and engine coolants needed to be flushed and refilled, spark plugs, timing belt, water pump and rear shock absorbers should have been replaced. Be fore warned prior to purchasing a used car from this dealership, the service gimmick that all used cars are inspected and detailed isn't worth the sales contract it's printed on. Finally, at the close of sale, we voiced our concern about this used car passing emissions, and asked if the dealership had already certified that it passed emissions, the sales person explained that it had. Then why did we receive a notice from WiDOT to get the vehicle's emissions tested.

Such a nice buying experience at Lexus of Brookfield. Kurt was very attentive with our questions even though he was in the middle of another delivery and customer. Facility is nice with amenities to make the inevitable wait comfortable. While we were looking specifically for an older LS model, we were treated the same as if we were looking for a newer (and more expensive) vehicle. First time I got flowers when buying a car and nice keychains and pen for the husband. We will return.

Wade took 2 hours out of his busy day to enable my Bluetooth hands-free calling features, and he also spent much time analyzing and reconfiguring my MP3 player as the car stereo wasn't recognizing all the songs in the player. It now works perfectly, and apparently this free service is part of Jack Safro's customer service ethic. I am most grateful especially since I purchased my Lexus over 2 and a half years ago!. I just purchased my 2015 RX350 retirement car from Lexus of Brookfield. After trying on 3 other vehicles from different dealerships, I couldn't wait to get back to the Lexus dealership. The other salesmen at the other places just sat in the car on the test drives without going over any details that might have been helpful. But that is not the reason I chose this vehicle. The car sold itself. Best car I have ever been in. Every one at the dealership was helpful. Not pushy or nagging. Like I said the car said it all. The appointment we had with Wade, the bells and whistle tech gave us a very detailed lesson and answered all questions and even repeated several important key items. Without his service we would have been lost. This is such a wonderful service they offer. Just another reason when my husband retires we will be back.

The whole process dealing with Michael Wright was exceptional, and the tech experience with Wade was exceptional, informative and fun. I have never had anyone show me how to use any part of my Lexus, let alone go into such detail with the tech info on the nav screen. I just completed the purchase of my second Lexus GS 350. The dealer scheduled a session with Wade the delivery specialist. What an education I received. Not only did he take me through all the features of the vehicle, he set up all the new technology and demonstrated all of the features. To my amazement, he showed me all the features that I had not been using in my previous GS. Importantly, many of my technology frustrations were taken care of with a click of a button or a little training, not to mention the system has been upgraded and much more user friendly. I bought my 2015 RX 350 from Scott Trad and couldn't have been happier with the experience. He's very knowledgeable and really helped me decide which features would be best for me. What I really liked is that when he didn't know something technical (Googl Maps, Bluetooth, etc) he was quick to say "don't know about that", but I'll have you talk to Wade Schumacher. Wade is very knowledgeable and very patient with someone like me who is on the low end of the tech savvy spectrum. I had to go back to the dealer with some more technical issues I was having and Wade was as kind and patient the second time around. Very impressive experience.

Once again, Wade helped me fine tune my ability with the navagation system. What a wonderful way to learn. It makes all the difference with enjoying all my car has to offer. I did not grow up with the current technology; he has me utilizing the features that Lexus has made available to me. I can go anywhere now and feel confident I will find my way and the best route to get there. None of my friends who bought other makes of cars has a Wade nor do they have my ability to use systems designed for clients. I am now proud of my ability and certainly am ahead of most of my peers in this aspect of navagation. A dedication on the part of Lexus and a great teacher make all the difference. Thank you.

I purchased my car last Christmas at Lexus of Brookfield. The buying process was great. I chose ES 300h and has generally been very happy with it. One exception was getting the hang of the voice command and navigation system. I struggled with it until I finally broke down and made an appointment with Wade, the tech consultant. Not only was he knowledgable and very professional he made the learning process fun. I would definitely recommend spending a few minutes with him.

Went to dealership with intent of looking at (and not buying) a car to replace my E350 Mercedes. Inquired about the trade in value for my car just out of curiosity. Salesman Scott Trad professionally and quickly was able to get a price for my car while showing his inventory of certified preowned cars. I also viewed the new cars as well but decided to focus on a couple of used ones. There was never any pressure or pitches made by Scott and he listened thoughtfully answering questions clearly and completely. The trade in value was higher than I expected, and I found the car meeting my needs...so I bought it. All around the entire process was relaxing and stress free. Delivery Specialist Wade Schumacher made the final pick up an extraordinary experience. Never have I been so well treated and respected in the process of explaining the functions and attributes of my LS 460. I read other reviews not so complimentary and simply cannot believe they were accurate. This is my family's second purchase from Lexus of Brookfield. One new RX 350 and one certified preowned LS 460. Went to dealership with intent of inspecting current inventory of used cars...not to buy anything. Asked them to price my E350 Mercedes as a potential trade. They responded quickly with a price above what I had anticipated. On the lot there were two potential candidates of cars that interested me and I test drove one. Bought it!!! NO pressure or pitches the entire process, only good listening and informed answers when asked. Our second purchase at this dealer...one new and one certified preowned. Great sales by Scott Trad and delivery by Wade Schumacher. They truly made the difference in me buying with confidence. The entire buying process was an absolute delight, made especially so by our outstanding sales person, Kurt Kuelthau. We actually met Kurt at the Milwaukee Auto Show in early March and he was very helpful, engaging and informative. After promising at the Auto Show to get back in touch with us and provide us some literature on the Lexus RX and to set up a test drive, he remained absolutely true to his word. My buying experience was great. sales department was easy to get along with. I gave some on price and they gave some and we made a deal. My 2013 ES-350 is a great car. I love it. I had a 2004 ES-330 with 160,000 miles on it that I gave to my daughter (she loves it) it was like new and I didn't think it could get better then that, but it did. I"ve been back for service, and my 2nd meeting with their tech man Wade Schumacher. That guy is a wizz, patient, and no question was left unanswered.

I started off being certain that I was buying a German car. I casually accompanied a friend for his car search and based on the service provided by the sales staff, converted to think about considering Lexus. As I research more, and multiple trips to this dealer (Lexus in Brookfield) confirmed that I wanted to buy a Lexus and would buy from this dealership only. The salesperson never seemed pushy to sell it that day/that evening itself. Of course once he was certain that I like the car, he suggested that I do it quickly than delay it further.The finance manager was very patient and explained all the elements of the agreement and options. Never did he push for us buying any options. The car was ready by the time documentation was completed with a bouquet of roses - welcoming us to the Lexus family. The salesperson stayed back late and explained to us all the features of the car. Never did he rush us. He was very patient and explained all questions during the negotiations and final car delivery.The dealership is conveniently located, good ambiance, very courteous sales team & cars seemed to be taken good care of

I was particularly impressed with the Technology training that was offered immediately after the purchase and then returning to the dealership after a few weeks for follow-up training. These cars are loaded with technology features and it will require a deeper understanding of the functionalities to enjoy the experience. I appreciated the patience and willingness to coach.

I am an older woman, I am 72 years old and only got a smart phone two years ago, I was so pleased and totally surprised that Lexus had this service for their customers. I own 2 Lexus and was blown off by the service department for a warranty repair and Lexus will not cover it now. I will never buy another Lexus again or anything from this dealer again. No follow through or follow up. It was the worst customer service from the dealer and Lexus. The dealer did not call me back for over a month and Lexus' 48 hour call back took a week.

Jeff Baker was wonderful to work with. I called in pursuit of a very specific CT (2014 Obsidian exterior, Parchment interior with seat comfort package, no other optional features). I just purchased a Lexus RX at Lexus of Brookfield and it was a perfect experience. I have purchased over 60 cars so far in my life and this was the best experience I have had. My salesman was Grover Zwieg. He went well beyond any level of customer service I have ever had when buying a car. He even came in on his day off to help me get the car to my home and into the garage with a big red bow on top as a surprise for my wife. The sales area and the service area are both beautiful facilities. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I went there about a month ago to look at a used Volkswagon that they had on their lot. I don't remember the first name of the person who helped me, but his last name was Janowski. He was helpful until I mentioned my trade in, and the fact that I would probably need a cosigner. As soon as that was said, he was rushing to get me out of his office, as if I was wasting his time. He told me that he "needed to check around to see what someone would give him for my trade" because "They don't accept GM products with 100,000" Which is all fine and dandy, but he made it seem like it was a hassle to him. After hurrying me out, he called me several hours later to tell me that "Someone had just come in and paid cash for the Volkswagon, but he would keep his eye out for a Toyota or something"...What?! Not only do I not believe someone just walked in and paid cash for a Volkswagon at a LEXUS dealership, but when did I ever mention that I wanted a Toyota? I haven't heard anything from them since...so thank you for letting me know that my business was not worthy of your precious time. Went somewhere else a few days later, and left with my new Mazda3! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, unless you're rich. They def. made me feel like white trash, and I would never walk back through their doors.

The dealership had just closed for the night when I came in to test drive an ES-350. Craig stayed behind, gave me the keys, and let me take it for a spin - AWESOME! I was offered a price that I was comfortable and the APR seemed great but when they viewed my credit report they gave me an even better rate. I haven't had any problems with the car itself and during a recent check-up for 30k miles, the customer service team replaced the cover to the window switches (without even asking). That to me is just fantastic work and they went above and beyond. It would be the best of both worlds if they could ever build a similar off-road SUV comparable in price and interior size. One can only hope.

Two days later my vehicle was returned to me and I was presented with a bill for.....Wait for it...Hold your breath. ......889.87 for a oil change. .. Now Breathe .....Just got my brakes Done, Wheel alignment and new tires and Oh a oil change, For a little over 1200 at the normal dealership I take my vehicle. My daughter will be driving soon and I want to give her my rx 330 and get a rx 350 ....I hope That I have a better experience in the sales department. Mr Carter

I sent an email to the dealer asking about a car that I saw on Cars.com. They didn't respond after 24 hours so I sent an email to Will Snyder. He called me the next day about the car. It seemed strange to me that the dealership was so lackadaisical about returning calls to someone who shows interest in one of their cars. I ended up buying another Lexus from a different dealer and I was extremely happy about the whole buying process at the other dealership. I will probably maintain my car at Lexus of Brookfield, and I would also consider buying another car from them some day. However, I think the dealership should go to greater lengths to contact potential customers in a more timely manner.

WILL SNIDER did a more than EXCELLENT job with my replacement of a LEXUS RX350. My car had been totaled - due to the safety of the RX350 I only obtained minor bruising. I had chatted with Will online about a vehicle I had seen to replace my totaled car. He held it for me, for 6 hrs. I came in and had a wonderful discussion with him and put money down on my vehicle. He came in on his day off to make sure that everything went smoothly when I picked it up. Jason in finance did an excellent job helping me decide on payment options. I even was given a dozen red roses. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ANYWHERE ELSE. The team at Lexus of Brookfield is awesome.

I went in to buy a used suv, I made an offer they accepted the offer contingent on fixing a squeaking in the rear of the vehicle. Later that day they must have realized it would take more to fix than they thought. Instead of fixing my newly purchased vehicle, they told me it was no longer available. After I argued that I have a contract, the manger told me who do I think I am, they dont need to adhere to a contract. And then a few choice words after. I decided it wasnt worth another minute of my time, I would suggest you do the same before you step through the door.

We have a RX450 Hybrid and love it. We just wish we could go to some other (any other) Lexus Dealership. Lexus of Brookfield argues about everything. After six months, we noticed a rattling. It took my wife reporting it three times before they actually checked it, and determined a shock need to be replaced. At another service appointment, she asked them to look at a tire. They didn't bother. The tire went flat later that week. And while I cannot blame for the nail in the tire, I cannot believe they did not bother check it and sent my wife home on a bad tire. One of the reasons we bought this vehicle was safety, and right now we feel anything but safe. Suggestions for anyone who is reading this. Our service rep was Jim Washkuhn. If you get him, ask for someone else. I also spoke with the service manager, Keith Ullrich, and the general manager Tony Baker. Of course I only received a response from the service manager after talking to my salesman. Baker was very polite (Ullrich certainly was not), but in the end they did nothing. Worse yet, they "repaired" the tire, after I was initially told that the tire was un-repairable (by another service rep, Jim Silvas, who was honest...hopefully noting his honesty in this review does not hurt him at the dealership). Bottom line: I am taking my vehicle to my local tire shop because I no longer trust my Lexus dealership. (Sad) One other suggestion: My wife is the primary driver and was the one bringing the vehicle in for service. She seems to think that they listen to me more than they listen to her. (I cant personally agree or disagree if they treat women differently, but they wouldn't be the first service center to do so).

Just picked up my 3rd Lexus at Lexus of Brookfield and , once again, I give this dealership the highest recommendation. The buying experience, as usual, was pleasant and fair thanks to my salesman,Bob Strauss. Their service area has to be seen to be believed. Luxurious and warm, complete with fresh fruit , pastry and cappucino, the waiting area resembles an upscale lounge. The actual service floor resembles an F1 racing paddock incredibly high tech and amazingly clean. Serviice performance over the years has been 100 per cent flawless. Dedication to customer satisfaction is ubiquitous and unwavering. Everything from the (free of charge) $ 62,000 RX hybrid loaner ( for a week while waiting for a part ) to a dozen roses for my wife on Mother's Day displays the dealership's focus on the appreciation they have for their buyers long after the vehicle is purchased. The courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff is unparalleled. This is the Gold Standard of what the car buying experience should be.

I was disapointed the vehicle was not as represented. I specificlly asked, how is the interior? The reply I received from the dealership was" mint", I specificlly asked has the vehicle ever been smoked in, dealership replied " one owner non smoker". I traveled 4+ hours to inspect vehicle and was disaponted after I returned home with the vehicle the drivers seat had a very amature repair to the drivers seat.The vehicle also had been smoked in as evidenced by the used cigarette lighter and ash tray.

PLEASE READ LAST PARAGRAPH FOR ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. This is my 4th Lexus (1 LS430 & 3 GX470s). My wife brought her GX in for a repair to the front passenger seat track. When she picked up the vehicle she noticed a chip out of the simulated wood dashboard on the passenger side and one on the simulated wood to the right of the gear shift. At ~8:00 a.m. I phoned Mr. Washkuhm who immediately said the damage couldn't be from their technician because he wasn't working in that area. However, he said he would speak with the technician and verify his claim. By noon I still hadn't heard back from anyone from the dealership so I stopped by in person. Mr. Washkuhm was out to lunch so I voiced my concerns with another service consultant who said he would ask Mr. Washkuhm to contact me. At 2:00 my wife spoke to. Mr. Washkuhm and was told her vehicle would not be finished at the time promised (no surprise - they had not yet started work when I was in at noon). Mr. Washkuhm offered no status on the dashboard issue. When my wife retrieved her vehicle the next day, she was told that they did not cause the damage and were not going to cover the needed repairs. To add insult to injury they didn't get around to washing her vehicle. The next day I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and spoke with Keith Ullrich, the Service Manager, about our issues. He reiterated Mr. Washkuhm's position and washed his hands of it. He said the tech was not working in the areas in question. I corrected him noting the tech "fixed" (broken again) the boot around the gear shift. He said he would replace the wood around the shifter if the technician was working on the shifter boot.I believe Lexus is the best vehicle on the road and the best value. However, the total "Lexus experience" is lacking at this particular dealership.Lexus Corporation would be well served to offer this dealership some Service Recovery training. I am writing this review as I wait on my final service at this dealership. NOTE: PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THIS REVIEW I SHARED IT WITH MR. WASHKUHM AND ASKED IF IT ACCURATELY DEPICTED THE COURSE OF EVENTS AS HE KNEW THEM. HE OFFERED AN AFFIRMATIVE REPLY****UPDATE****A couple days later, my wife received a phone call from the dealership regarding her service visit. She told the caller about the issues stated above. The next day she received a call from John Ferrito, the General Manager. He was very apologetic and said the issue should not escalated to that point. He told my wife she could bring in her vehicle any time that is convenient and he would make the repairs in question. He provided her with a complementary vehicle while the repairs were being made. When she retrieved her truck the next day, she was greeted by Mr. Ferrito and was delighted to see they had porterd her vehicle. Mr. Ferrito even had a dozen roses on the passenger seat! My wife posted a photo of the flowers on Facebook and it went viral Talk about SERVICE RECOVERY! This dealership had lost two customers and thanks to Mr. Ferrito we will be back!

I had a great experience dealing with Jack Safro Toyota. I worked with salesman Jeff Sayers and he was easy to talk to and work with me. The deal went very smoothly and when I had trouble with the car about a week after I had purchased they readjusted everything to make it right for me. I have had no problems since. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others.

When you buy a Lexus part of what they sell you on is a "premium service experience". Translation - a nice lounge with drinks, snacks and copies of WSJ. Notice no mention was made of fixing your car quickly or accurately because that's not going to happen.Example - I picked up Lexus in March and less than 90 days in, the air vents developed a manky (musty + stanky) odor. Took the car in, and learned it was some drain defect allowing water to build up in the AC, creating the reek of old wet laundry. So, I dropped my car off on a Friday and told them to keep it until Wednesday since I would be traveling. On Wednesday, (or at any time) did I get a call with status? No! I guess your typical Lexus driver has a secretary or some lackey to handle these details but I do not.Finally was told the car was ready. When they pulled it up all I had to do was stick my head in to determine the reek was still present and accounted for. So, I had to stand around for 15-20 minutes for multiple people to determine in fact the car still stunk. I was sent off with a loaner and a promise of calls with status.Which were never received - I had to call late the next day to find out that they were cycling thru some disinfectant to kill the mold and it would be another day. Ok...you had the car for 5 DAYS .....maybe you wanted to GO AHEAD AND DO THAT before I picked it up? It's now been one week and I'm still without my car. God only knows what I will find tomorrow when(in theory) the car is ready for pick up. If you are trying to decide between a Lexus and something else, just go with something else! On the other hand, if you love the smell of hot dumpster, give me a call - I have a car for sale that's perfect for you!

OVERALL OPINIONThe salesman I worked with, Scott Nelson, seemed like a very friendly guy, and someone who cares about making a sale. In my personal opinion, Todd-the sale manager, on the other-hand lacks professional business ethics that most dealerships need. My overall experience with this dealership has been poor, if someone asked me to recommend a Lexus Dealership, this one would not be on the list. SUMMARY OF WHAT HAPPENEDI had been chatting with a sales rep (Scott) for a few weeks about pricing on one of their cars. When we finally came to an agreement, I put down a $2000 deposit to reserve it. On the day I was supposed to go pick it up, I get a call from their finance lady saying she could not get financing for me and is trying other places (that was fine since I already had my own financing). So I called my finacing bank and told them that I found a car and wanted to know the steps so that I can pick up my car today. In short, my bank said to have the purchase order faxed over to them, and they can wire the funds to my bank account and I should have it cleared by tomorrow. Well, when I called in to tell the Sales Manager this, he said he had some other people, who had offered him more money for the car coming in to see it later that day. And that he wanted to give the other people a chance to make a better offer. Why would your dealership take my deposit, run my credit a bunch of times, and then tell me he was going to sell the car to someone who offered more money from the car. If you wanted to wait around for someone who was going to offer more money for the car, you should have never took my deposit, and never came to an agreement on the car. This is just plain horrible business ethics. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Pompous and arogant sales staff. I arrived at the dealership a bit dishevelled from hauling yard debris away. I own a small business, and have grown it from a start up, into a successful entity. I was in the market for a new car of esteemed calibre. Upon entering the showroom, the available staff gave me the once over, and promptly found other things to do. I approached the nearest "gentleman", and said that I had a few questions about a specific model. He handed me a brochure and stated that he had to get to a meeting.<br>Thanks for your help, I love my new Escalade purchased from your competitor!
